Condensation of 2′-hydroxy-1,1′: 3′,1″-terphenyl-5′-carbaldehyde with naphthalen-1-amine and cyclohexane-1,3-dione, methyl
2,2-dimethyl-4,6-dioxocyclohexane-1-carboxylate, or dimedone gave the corresponding 7-(2′-hydroxy-1,1′: 3′,1″-terphenyl-5′-yl)-7,8,9,10,11,12-hexahydro-12H-benzo[c]acridin-8-ones. The reaction of 2′-hydroxy-1,1′: 3′,1″-terphenyl-5′-carbaldehyde with naphthalen-1-amine and indan-1,3-dione
produced 7-(2′-hydroxy-1,1′: 3′,1″-terphenyl-5′-yl)-8H-benzo[h]indeno[1,2-b]quinolin-8-one. 7-(2′-Hydroxy-1,1′: 3′,1″-terphenyl-5′-yl)-7,8,9,10,11,12-hexahydrobenzo[b][1,10]phenanthrolin-8-ones were obtained by three-component condensation of 2′-hydroxy-1,1′: 3′,1″-terphenyl-5′-carbaldehyde
with quinolin-8-amine and cyclohexane-1,3-dione, methyl 2,2-dimethyl-4,6-dioxocyclohexane-1-carboxylate, or dimedone. 相似文献

6-Allylsulfanyl-1-arylpyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-ones react with iodine and sulfuric acid to give angular pyrazolothiazolopyrimidine derivatives. The reaction of 6-(prop-2-yn-1-ylsulfanyl)-1-(4-tolyl)-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-one with sulfuric acid gives angularly fused pyrazolo[4,3-e][1,3]thiazolo-[3,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one, whereas in the reaction with sodium methoxide linearly fused pyrazolo[3,4-d][1,3]-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one was formed. Linearly fused pyrazolo[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazole derivatives were also obtained by reaction of 1-aryl-6-(3-phenylprop-2-en-1-ylsulfanyl)pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-ones with sulfuric acid. 相似文献

5,11-Disubstituted derivatives of 1′-isopropyl-8-thioxospiro[3,5,7,11-tetrazatricyclo[7.3.1.02,7]tridec-2-ene-13,4′-piperidine]-1,9-dicar bonitrile was obtained by the interaction of 10-amino-9-aza-3-azonia-7,11-dicyano-3-isopropylspiro[5,5]undeca-7,10-diene-8-thiolate
with 2 equiv. of a primary amine and excess of formaldehyde. An anomalous reaction product was obtained with o-toluidine — 7,9-dicyano-1′-isopropyl-3-(2-methylphenyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrospiro[pyrido[1,2-a][1,3,5]triazine-8,4′-piper idinium]-6-thiolate.

Tetrahydrospiropyrrolo[2,1-a]phthalazines were synthesized by the reaction of 5-arylidene-2-spirocyclohexane-1,3-dioxane-4,6-diones with phthalazinium
ylides. One of the reaction products, viz., 3-ethoxycarbonyl-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2′,2′-pentamethylene-1,2,3,10b-tetrahydrospiro[pyrrolo[2,1-a]phthalazine-1,5′-[1,3]dioxane]-4′,6′-dione, was studied by X-ray diffraction. The spectroscopic characteristics of the reaction
products are discussed.

The behavior of 4,4-dimethyl-4,5-dihydro-1,2-dithiolo[3,4-c]quinoline-1-thiones in the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction with acetylenic dipolarophiles has been studied. The rate of
cycloaddition is reduced along with the decrease of electron-deficiency of the triple bond. Substituted 4-(1′,3′-dithiol-2′-ylidene)-1,2-dihydroquinoline-3-thiones
were shown to be the reaction products. On using a twofold excess of acetylenedicarboxylic acid dimethyl ester, adducts of
composition 1∶2 were formed which occured to be substituted 1′, 3′-dithiole-2′-spiro-1-(5,6-dihydrothiino[2,3-c]quinolines).

Derivatives of two new molecular structures, namely, 7,8-dihydro-6H,10H-[1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-10-one and 6,7-dihydro-9H-thiazolo[3,2-a][1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3,4-d][pyrimidin-9-one, and derivatives of N-substituted sulfamic acid, namely, (8-amino-3,4-dihydro-2H,6H-pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-6-on-7-yl)sulfamic acid and (7-amino-2,3-dihydro-5H-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-on-6-yl)sulfamic acid, were separated out as by-products in the reduction reaction of 8-amino-3,4-dihydro-7-nitroso-2H,6H-pyrimido[2,1- b][1,3]thiazin-6-one and 7-amino-2,3-dihydro-6-nitroso-5H-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-one derivatives, respectively, with sodium hydrosulfite. A mechanism of reaction, which hypothesizes the action of sodium hydrosulfite in an asymmetic form, is proposed. The results of single-crystal X-ray investigation on 7,8-dihydro-6H,10H-[1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-10-one (R = 0.032 for 863 reflections) and (8-amino-3,4-dihydro-2H,6H-pyrimido[2,1-b]- [1,3]thiazin-6-on-7-yl)sulfamic acid, sodium salt (R = 0.028 for 3507 reflections) are reported. 相似文献

Alkaline hydrolysis of 3-tert-butyl-7,7-bis(hydroxymethyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-thiazolo[3,2-a][1,3,5]-triazin-6(7H)-one can occur in three directions: with cleavage of the tetrahydrotriazine ring, with cleavage of the
thiazolidine ring, and also with opening of both rings. Depending on the process conditions, either the hydrolysis product
corresponding to the first direction or the hydrolytic decomposition products corresponding to the second and third directions
can be obtained in preparative quantities. Hydrolysis of 3,3′-di-tert-butyl-3′,4′-dihydro-2′ H-spiro[(perhydro-1,3-oxazine)-5,7′-thiazolo[3,2-a][1,3,5]triazin]-6′-one in (NH4)2CO3 solution occurs in two steps: in the first step, cleavage of the tetrahydrotriazine ring occurs; and in the second step,
opening of the perhydrooxazine ring occurs.
