Addition of ethyl-, propyl-, and n-butylmercaptans to 1-O-allyl-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-galactopyranose in the presence of benzoyl peroxide catalyst was studied for the first time. The products were 1-O-(3-ethylthiopropyl)-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-galactopyranose, 1-O-(3-propylthiopropyl)-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-galactopyranose, and 1-O-(3-butylthiopropyl)-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-galactopyranose. Summary Levels of 210Pb, 210Po, 137Cs and some trace elements (Cu, Zn and Pb) in two most common mosses (Lycopodium cernuum and Funaria hygrometrica) distributed in the eastern Mediterranean sea region (Syrian coastal mountains series) have been determined. Radiochemical analysis has shown that these plants contain high levels of 210Pb, 210Po, 137Cs. The highest concentration of 210Pb, 210Po and 137Cs were found to be 1450, 1322 and 1140 Bq . kg-1 dry wt. in L. cernuum, respectively. F. hygrometrica was found to have higher values of 210Pb and 210Po concentrations and reached 2392 and 2119 Bq . kg-1 dry wt., respectively. Correlation coefficients for radionuclide levels in both plants versus their levels in soil have been determined: No correlation for 137Cs for both plants has been observed. This indicates that 137Cs in these plants is of atmospheric origin and the plants can be used as deposition indicators. In addition, a correlation with radionuclide levels was found only for 210Pb and 210Po in F. hygrometrica samples and was mainly related to 226Ra content in soil and the existing faults, which are the main source of these radionuclides. On the other hand, lead concentration in L. cernuum was found to be in the range of 5-86.6 ppm, while F. hygrometrica samples were found to contain around 58 ppm. Both plants seem to accumulate lead from the atmosphere where vehicle emissions are the main source of lead in the region. Comparable concentrations of Cu and Zn were found in all plant and soil samples.  相似文献

The complex formation of native and substituted β-cyclodextrins with m-aminobenzoic acid in water was characterized by calorimetry, 1H NMR and UV spectroscopic studies. These studies showed that β-, hydroxypropyl-β- and methyl-β-cyclodextrins form 1:1 inclusion complexes with m-aminobenzoic acid. The thermodynamic properties of complex formation (Kc G oc H oc S o) were calculated. It was found that the processes of complexation are mainly favorable entropically. Introduction of hydroxypropyl- and methyl-substituents into the β-CD molecule results in negligible enhancement of stability of the complexes formed. The structure of these substituents has no influence on the stability constant values. The insertion of the carboxylic group of m-aminobenzoic acid into the cyclodextrin cavity was confirmed by 1H NMR data.  相似文献

Excess enthalpies (H E) of 17 binary mixtures of o- and m-isomers of dichlorobenzene, difluorobenzene, methoxymethylbenzene, dimethylbenzene, dimethoxybenzene, aminofluorobenzene, fluoronitrobenzene, diethylbenzene, chlorofluorobenzene, fluoroiodobenzene, bromofluorobenzene, chloromethylbenzene, fluoromethylbenzene, bromomethylbenzene, iodomethylbenzene, fluoromethoxybenzene, dibromobenzene at 298.15 K were measured. All excess enthalpies measured were very small, and those of o-+m-isomers of aminofluorobenzene, dibromobenzene and iodomethylbenzene were negative but 14 other binary mixtures of isomers were positive over the whole range of mole fractions. H E of o-+m-isomers of dimethoxybenzene showed the largest enthalpic instability and those of aminofluorobenzene showed the largest enthalpic stability. There was a correlation between dipole–dipole interaction, dipole–induced dipole interaction or entropies of vaporization and excess partial molar enthalpies at infinite dilution.  相似文献

3-Substituted 1H,5H-naphtho[1,8-ef][1,3]dithiocines (R = H, Me, Ph, t-Bu) were oxidized with m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid to the corresponding 2-oxides having trans configuration (R ≠ H). According to the 1H and 13C NMR data (including NOESY experiments), the disubstituted compounds at room temperature exist in a boat conformation with equatorial orientation of the substituent on C3 and oxygen atom on S2. A synthesis is reported for (4R,5R)-and (4S,5S)-4-hydroxymethyl-5-(4-nitrophenyl)oxazolidin-2-ones and (1′R,4R)-and (1′S,4S)-4-[hydroxy(4-nitrophenyl)methyl]oxazolidin-2-ones from (1R,2R)-and (1S,2S)-2-amino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1,3-propanediols. In the study of reactions of N-alkyl- and N-aryltrihalogenoacetamides with PCl5, it was demonstrated for the first time that 3-alkyl(aryl)-2,2,2,4 tetrachloro-4-trihalomethyl-1,3,2-λ5-oxazaphosphetanes are intermediates in the synthesis of trihaloacetimidoyl chlorides. According to quantum-chemical calculations, acyclic N-tetrachlorophosphoranes, which are the primary products in the reactions of trihaloacetamides with PCl5, undergo rapid cyclization into the corresponding phosphorates and subsequent 1,3-chlorotropic migration gives rise to oxazaphosphetanes with the five-coordinate P atom.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The OH radical-induced oxidation of p-cresol to p-methylphenoxyl radical was studied in aqueous solution in a wide pH range by means of pulse radiolysis combined with optical spectroscopy. OH-adduct cyclohexadienyl type radicals were identified as intermediates of the reaction. In the acidic pH range the first-order rate coefficient of phenoxyl radical formation was found linearly dependent on the H3O+ concentration yielding a bimolecular rate coefficient of 1.8 × 108 mol–1 dm3 s–1. In the alkaline range a linear dependence was found on the OH concentration with rate coefficient of 4.9 × 1010 mol–1 dm3 s–1. These findings were interpreted in terms of acid-base catalysis of the H2O elimination from the OH-adduct. With the time resolution applied, 30 ns, the radical cation p-CH3C6H4OH+. was not observed as intermediate.  相似文献

Twenty-two novel N-nitro-N′-substituted phenyl-N-(2,6-dibromo-4-fluorophenyl)urea derivatives were designed and synthesized via a simple and convenient BTC ‘one-pot’ procedure using DMAP as the catalyst. The structures of all newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, and elemental analysis, and a part has been identified by 13C NMR. The preliminary bioassay indicates that the target compounds possesses moderate herbicidal activity against Sorghum sudanense. However, some of the title compounds presented high plant growth regulating activity against rape.  相似文献

The reaction of 6-acetyl-5-hydroxyacenaphthene with methylhydrazine afforded 1,3-dimethyl-1H-6,7-dihydroacenaphtho[5,6-de]pyridazine. Its dehydrogenation with chloranil gave 1,3-dimethyl-1H-acenaphtho[5,6-de]pyridazine, which is a heteroaromatic compound with an essentially new topology of the ρsystem. The reaction of 3-methyl-1H-6,7-dihydroacenaphtho[5,6-de]pyridazine with 3,5-di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone yielded a dimer containing the acenaphthene and acenaphthylene moieties of peri-annelated 1H-1,2-diazines connected in positions 1′ and 9.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Self-organization and catalytic activity of supramolecular systems based on a series of O-alkylated p-sulfonatocalix[n]arenes (SCA: n = 4, 6, 8; R = Bu, Oct, Dod (Oct is octyl, Dod is dodecyl)) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) were studied by dynamic light scattering, tensimetry, and spectrophotometry. In aqueous solutions containing SCA (10-6-10-4 mol L-1) and CTAB (10-2-10-12 mol L-1), mixed associates and SCA—CTAB micelles are formed in a wide concentration range. Their sizes (100–300 nm), properties, and reactivity depend mainly on the structure and concentration of the starting components, as well as on the nature of their associates in solutions. A relationship between the nonlinear concentration dependences of the sizes of SCA—CTAB micelles (SCA: n = 4, 6, 8; R = Dod) and their catalytic activity in the hydrolysis of O-ethyl O-(4-nitrophenyl) chloromethylphosphonate was established. The study of the physiological effect on plant cells in solutions of SCA (n = 6; R = Dod), CTAB, and their mixtures showed that SCA and CTAB exerted opposite effects on the energy exchange in the wheat root cells, while a mixed solution of these substances (1: 1) has almost no effect on the physiological state of the roots, which is due to the formation of stable CTAB—SCA aggregates that protect the biosystem from the action of the starting components.  相似文献

Summary. 2-(Arylamino)pyrimidin-4-ones were synthesized, silylated, and condensed with l,2,3,5-tetra-O-acetyl-β- d-ribofuranoside to afford the corresponding N 2-aryl protected isocytidines. Deprotection of the acetylated isocytidines using saturated NH3 in MeOH solution gave 1-(β-d-ribofuranosyl)-2-(arylamino)-4-pyrimidinones. Methyl 2-deoxy-3,5-di-O-toluyl-α/β-d-ribofuranoside was prepared and condensed with the previously silylated bases to afford the anomeric mixture of protected nucleosides. The pure β-anomers were synthesized with better yield by treating the sodium salts of N 2-arylisocytosine derivatives with 2-deoxy-3,5-di-O-toluyl-α-d-ribofuranosyl chloride. Deprotection of the latter anomers afforded the corresponding free hydroxyl derivatives. The synthesized free nucleosides are under antiviral and oligonucleotide investigations.  相似文献

The structure of galactomannans isolated from seeds of G. delavayi and G. aquatica was studied by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The geometries of N,N′-diphenylbenzene-1,4-diamine (DPPD), N-phenyl-N′-(1-phenylethyl)benzene-1,4-diamine (SPPD), N-(4-methylpentan-2-yl)-N′-phenylbenzene-1,4-diamine (6PPD), N-propan-2-yl-N′-phenylbenzene-1,4-diamine (IPPD), N-(2-methoxybenzyl)-N′-phenylbenzene-1,4-diamine (MBPPD), and N-phenyl-N′-(2-phenylpropan-2-yl)benzene-1,4-diamine (CPPD) as well as of their dehydrogenation products were optimized by the semiempirical AM1 method. The results support the idea of stable NB=CX structures formation during the consecutive dehydrogenation of SPPD, 6PPD, IPPD, and MBPPD antioxidants. The biradicals formed during the second step of dehydrogenation of substituted phenylenediamines might be important for their antioxidant effectiveness. Hydrazinolysis of 3-nitropyridin-4(1H)-one and its N-methyl derivative leads to the formation of 1-(1H-pyrazol-3-yl)ethanone hydrazone whose structure was confirmed by independent synthesis from authentic 3-acetyl-1H-pyrazole and comparison of the IR and 1H NMR spectra. Oxidation of 1-(1H-pyrazol-3- yl)ethanone hydrazone with potassium permanganate gave 1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid.  相似文献

3,3,3-Trifluoro-N′-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)-1,2-propanediamine (5) was synthesized by the reaction of 2-diazo-1,1,1-trifluoro-3-nitropropane or 3,3,3-trifluoro-1-nitropropene with 3-aminobenzotrifluoride followed by the reduction of the nitro group. The Michael 1,4-addition of diamine 5 to acrylic acid occurs only at the N(1) atom and affords N-mono-or N,N-dicarboxyethyl derivatives 6 and 7, depending on the reactant ratio. Protolytic equilibria 5–7 in aqueous solutions were studied by pH-potentiometry and UV spectroscopy. Only the aliphatic amino group can be protonated in an aqueous solution, while the aromatic amino group remains unprotonated even in 12 M HCl. The stability constants of transition metal (Cu2+, Ni2+, Zn2+) complexes with ligands 5–7 were determined by pH-potentiometric titration. The stability of the complexes and selectivity of the ligands toward Cu2+ ions increase with an increase in the number of N-carboxyethyl groups. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. 3-Acetyl-6-(o-methyl benzoyl)-N-ethylcarbazole was prepared through successive o-methyl benzoylation and acetylation of N-ethylcarbazole in one pot. The overall yield was 85.6% and the structure was confirmed by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. A preliminary investigation had also been carried out on the mechanism of the o-methyl benzoylation of N-ethylcarbazole.  相似文献
