A flow-injection analysis (FIA) method for the ultraviolet spectrophotometric determination of copper in copper ores is described. The ore samples are dissolved in concentrated perchloric acid, the excess acid is neutralized with ammonia solution, and the resulting solution is used for the determination of copper. The UV-FIA system is based on the reaction of copper (II) ions with pyrophosphate and subsequent measurement of the absorbance of the dipyrophosphatocuprate (II) complex at 240 nm. The main factors which control the formation of this complex and the FIA variables influencing the system are discussed. The calibration graph is linear from 2-50 ppm copper. At a sampling rate of about 70 samples h(-1) with 50 mul sample injections, precision was about 1% relative standard deviation. Results obtained compare well with those obtained by atomic absorption spectrometry.  相似文献

Synthetic zeolites were dissolved in nitric acid, and the resulting solution used as a coprecipitant for the preconcentration of trace amounts of gallium in water samples prior to determination by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS). The gallium preconcentration conditions and the ETAAS measurement conditions were optimized. Gallium was quantitatively concentrated with the zeolites coprecipitate from pH 6.0 to 8.0. The coprecipitate was easily dissolved in nitric acid, and an aliquot of the resulting solution was introduced directly into a tungsten metal furnace. The atomic absorbance of gallium in the resulting solution was measured by ETAAS. An ashing temperature of 400 degrees C and an atomizing temperature of 2600 degrees C were selected. The calibration curve was linear up to 3.0 microg of gallium and passed through the origin. The detection limit (S/N > or = 3) for gallium was 0.08 microg/100 cm3. The relative standard deviation at 1.0 microg/100 cm3 was 3.0% (n = 5). The proposed method has been successfully applied to trace gallium analysis in environmental water samples.  相似文献

Abstract

A polarographic procedure was developed which permits the analysis of powdered cupric and cuprous oxides in the presence of metallic copper. To determine CuO, Cu2O and metallic copper content in the sample two weight aliquots were used. The first aliquot was dissolved in medium of 50 % ethanol + 3 M hydrochloric acid + saturated ascorbic acid solution. Insoluable metallic copper was determined polarographically after its' separation and additional dissolving in concentrated nitric acid.

The second sample aliquot was dissolved in 6 M hydrochloric acid and the ratio of Cu(I) / Cu(II) in the solution was determined from the polarographic curves. To calculate CuO, Cu2O and Cu content in a sample the proposed procedure was applied. The developed method provides the accurate results of the determination of CuO, Cu2O and Cu content in a powdered mixture. The reproducibility expressed as the relative standard deviation is from 1 % to 5 %.  相似文献

建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定粗锌中的铜含量。采用硝酸–酒石酸溶解样品,并以其为测定溶液介质,检测波长为324.7 nm,以水为参比,采用空气–乙炔火焰以原子吸收光谱仪进行测定。在优化的实验条件下,铜的质量浓度在0.10~2.50μg/m L范围内与吸光度有良好线性关系,相关系数为0.999 7,方法检出限为0.01μg/m L。测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.0%~3.0%(n=11),样品加标回收率为97%~102%。该方法具有灵敏度高,干扰少,重现性好等优点,适用于铜含量在0.001%~0.50%之间的粗锌中铜的测定。  相似文献

建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定高铋铅中铜含量的方法。研究了多种溶样方法,最终采用硝酸-酒石酸溶解试样,在硝酸(10%)介质中以火焰原子吸收光谱法测定溶液中的铜量,加标回收率在99.4%~105%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)小于3.5%。方法操作过程简单,精密度高,回收率良好,能够较好地满足分析检测的要求。  相似文献

基于原子荧光光谱法测定铋元素时检出限低、测定结果稳定且准确等优点,研究原子荧光光谱法测定铜合金中铋元素含量的方法。在标准系列中加入相近浓度的铜元素标准溶液,原子荧光光谱法测定铜合金中铋元素含量。称取0.1 g样品,加入10 mL硝酸溶解,10%硫脲-5%抗坏血酸溶液7.5 mL预处理样品。在20μg/L的铋标准溶液中加入6 mL浓度为1000μg/mL的铜元素标准溶液。结果表明:在0~20μg/L范围内,该方法线性关系良好,线性方程为I=138.1670c+43.8572,相关系数为0.9996,所测定的样品中铋元素含量的相对误差在-4.3%~7.7%之间,精密度在0.4%~4.7%之间。原子荧光光谱法可作为铜合金中铋元素含量测定的方法。  相似文献

A gravimetric method based on precipitation of mercuric sulphide has been developed for determination of thiourea and some of its derivatives (acetylthiourea and sym-diphenylthiourea). Concentrated nitric acid is added to 0.1M mercuric nitrate, the solution is made alkaline with concentrated ammonia solution and thiourea (dissolved in concentrated ammonia solution), acetylthiourea (dissolved in methanol) or diphenylthiourea (dissolved in acetone) is added and the mixture is boiled. The precipitate is filtered off, washed, and dried at 110 degrees . The determination takes about 40 min. The method gives satisfactory results for thiourea and very good ones for diphenylthiourea and acetylthiourea.  相似文献

Abstract

An atomic absorption spectrophotometric method is described for the determination of microgram quantities of copper, iron and zinc in infant formula powdered milks. After sample digestion in concentrated nitric acid in a pressure vessel, the solution is evaporated till dryness, and then a solution of 6M HCl is added, in order to form the chlorocomplexes of the metals. This acid solution is passed through an ion-exchange column (anion exchange resin, chloride form). The metals are eluted from the column with diluted acid mixture of 0.005M HCl + 0.5% (v/v) HNO3, and then the eluate is evaporated till dryness. The residue is dissolved in 1% (v/v) HNO3, and then atomized into an air-acetylene flame. A standard addition procedure was employed as a back-up technique. The results obtained by this proposed method and those obtained by the standard addition technique were statistically treated, compared and discussed in this paper.  相似文献

In the recommended procedure the zirconium is first precipitated from solution as the insoluble barium fluozirconate. After separation, the precipitate is dissolved in a mixture of nitric and boric acids and the zirconium is then precipitated as its hydroxide. This precipitate is separated, dissolved in hydrochloric acid and this solution is evaporated to fumes of perchloric acid to remove completely fluoride ions. The zirconium content is then determined volumetrically by adding a slight excess of a standard solution of ethylenediaminetetra-acetic acid and back titrating with a standard iron solution at pH 2.3 using potassium benzohydroxamate as indicator and the photometric technique for end-point detection. This method is applicable to the determination of milligram amounts of zirconium in fluoride-containing nitric or hydrochloric acid solutions provided that the concentration of these acids is below 3N. It is also suitable for the determination of zirconium in the presence of any of the following elements - uranium, titanium, niobium, tantalum, molybdenum, tungsten, lead, iron, copper and tin.  相似文献

以硝酸和H2O2对延期药中铅化合物和氧化铜完成溶解,通过硫脲释放,采用硝酸铅滴定法测定延期药中的氧化铜。加入30 mL HNO3溶液(1+8)和15 mL六次甲基四胺控制样品溶液为pH 5~6。结果表明,方法的回收率为98.8%~99.9%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.12%~0.2%(n=6)。该方法准确可靠,可用于延期药中氧化铜分析。  相似文献

64Cu半衰期为12.7 h,其衰变过程既发射β+粒子(β+,0.655 MeV,17.8%),又发射β-粒子(β-,0.573 MeV,38.4%)。近20年来,随着铜配位化学的发展,新型配体不断出现(如DOTA、TETA、NOTA、CB-TE2A、C3B-DO2A等)。Cu(Ⅱ)的络合物在生物体内/外的稳定性不断提高,64Cu已经成功标记在氨基酸、多肽、蛋白、核酸等分子以及纳米颗粒上。64Cu可制成正电子显像药物用作诊断,同时也有发展为放射性治疗药物的潜力。新型铜配体和标记方法以及新的药物靶标的研究已经成为64Cu放射性药物研究的热点,至今已研制出了多种64Cu标记的放射性药物,如64Cu-ATSM是有效的肿瘤乏氧显像剂,64Cu-PTSM是优良的血流示踪剂等。本文旨在介绍64Cu(Ⅱ)几种主要类型的含氮配体以及64Cu标记的放射性药物在显像和治疗方面的最新研究进展,并展望其发展趋势。  相似文献

The wet chemical etching of silicon by concentrated HF-HNO3 mixtures in solar and semiconductor wafer fabrication requires the strict control of the etching conditions. Surface morphology and etch rates are mainly affected by the amount of dissolved silicon, that is continuously enriched in the etching solution with each etching run. A fast and robust method for the titrimetric determination of the total dissolved silicon content out of the concentrated etching solution is presented. This method is based on the difference between the two equivalence points of the total amount of acid and the hydrolysis of the hexafluorosilicic anion. This approach allows a silicon determination directly from the etching process in spite of the presence of dissolved nitric oxides in the etching solution. The influences of different acid mixing ratios and of the etching solution density depending on the silicon content is considered and discussed in detail.  相似文献

An improved spectrophotometric method is proposed for the determination with iodide of trace amounts of bismuth in copper and cartridge brass. The sample is dissolved in nitric acid and the bismuth is separated from the copper by an ammoniacal precipitation in the presence of iron(III) hydroxide as a gathering agent. The hydroxide precipitate is dissolved in hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid is added, the solution is evaporated to a few ml, hydrobromic acid is added to volatilize the antimony and tin, and the solution is evaporated to fumes of sulfuric acid. The bismuth iodide color is then developed with a composite potassium iodide—sodium hypophosphite reagent. Factors affecting the bismuth iodide color are investigated.  相似文献

A simple procedure is described for the preparation of carrier-free copper-64,67 nuclides from a zinc target exposed to fast neutrons. The irradiated target is dissolved in water, and thepH of the solution is adjusted to about six. Radioactive copper nuclides are then extracted with a 1% solution of resacetophenone oxime in cyclohexanone. Zinc is not extracted under these conditions. Radiocopper is back-extracted by shaking the organic phase with dilute mineral acid. About 5 mCi of carrier-free64Cu can be obtained from 1 g of zinc.  相似文献

A simple atomic-absorption spectrophotometry method is described for the determination of silver, bismuth, cadmium, copper, iron, nickel and zinc in lead- and tin-base solders and white-metal bearing alloys, with use of a single sample solution. The sample is dissolved in a mixture of hydrobromic acid and bromine, then fumed with sulphuric acid. The lead sulphate is dissolved in concentrated hydrochloric acid. The method is particularly suitable for the determination of silver and bismuth, which are co-precipitated with lead sulphate. The other elements can also be determined after removal of the lead sulphate by filtration.  相似文献

建立了ICP-AES法测定红土镍矿中Ni;Ca;Ti;Mn;Cu;Co;Cr;Zn和P含量的方法。样品用HCl、HNO3溶解,加入HF和HClO4,加热至HClO4烟冒尽,用HCl溶解盐类,过滤,采用ICP-AES法同时测定滤液中Ni、Ca、Mn、Cu、Co、Zn、P;残渣经灼烧、挥硅、K2S2O7熔融、HCl浸取,所得溶液与滤液合并,测定溶液中Cr和Ti含量。方法检出限:P为0.022μg/mL,其它元素在0.0032~0.0085μg/mL之间,方法的精密度(n=7)在1.4%~2.9%之间。分析结果与分光光度法、XRF法和AAS法分析结果的相对误差:Ni、Cu、Co、Cr小于5%,Ti和Mn小于10%,Zn小于15%,Ca和P小于19%。  相似文献

建立了用硫酸形成硫酸铅沉淀加以分离,再用EDTA络合滴定法测定铜闪速冶炼烟尘中铅量的方法。试样用盐酸、硝酸、硫酸、氟化氢铵和高氯酸溶解,用硫酸沉淀铅与其它干扰元素分离,沉淀溶解于乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,以巯基乙酸掩蔽铋,抗坏血酸掩蔽铁,二甲酚橙作指示剂,用Na2EDTA标准滴定溶液滴定溶液中铅含量,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定滤液中铅含量加以补正。实验结果表明,沉淀时硫酸(1+24)加入量为50 mL,无水乙醇加入量为10 mL,乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液加入量为30 mL。方法相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.35%~1.5%,加标回收率为在99.0%~101%。完全满足生产控制分析的要求,同时也可以作为类似物料中铅分析的参考方法。  相似文献

建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定地质样品中镉、锗、钴含量的分析方法。样品用氢氟酸-硝酸混合溶液加热溶解,然后加热浓缩驱酸,再用硝酸溶液(1+1)复溶提取,在选定的仪器工作条件下进行测定。镉、锗、钴的含量分别在0.00~0.10,0.00~5.00,0.00~50.00 μg/g范围内与质谱峰强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限分别为0.01,0.02,0.02 μg/g。用该方法对国家一级标准物质进行测定,测定值的相对误差均小于10%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.79%~8.45%(n=12)。该方法样品处理过程简便,检测效率高,适用于批量地质样品中镉、锗、钴的测定。  相似文献
