合成了含活性侧基的苯乙烯/N-对羟苯基马来酰亚胺共聚物(SHMI),使某些具有特定功能的有机小分子接枝到聚合物主链上.用FTIR,NMR及GPC研究了其化学结构,并用DSC和TGA研究了其热转变和热降解性能.结果表明,SHMI是交替共聚物,其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)高达526K,于661K开始降解,降解动力学遵循Arrhenius方程,有良好的溶解成膜性能.  相似文献

介绍一个有机化学综合实验,实验以N-苄基马来酰亚胺为反应物,在三丁基膦催化下发生自身三分子串联环化反应生成N-苄基马来酰亚胺三聚体,并利用核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)、碳谱(13C NMR)和X射线单晶衍射对产物结构进行表征。有机化学综合实验不仅可以有效提升学生的基本实验操作能力,巩固对专业知识的理解,而且有利于培养学生严谨的科学态度和科研兴趣,为后续的学习和深造打下坚实基础。  相似文献

Summary: This communication describes the compatibilization efficiency of organically modified montmorillonite (OMMT) in immiscible polycarbonate (PC)/poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) blends for the first time. The size of the dispersed PC particles was reduced significantly upon the addition of OMMT (6 wt.‐%) to the blend. The compatibilization effect of the OMMT was also assessed by differential scanning calorimetry, mechanical properties and thermal stability analysis of the modified blend.

Summary: Polystyrene nanosize particles have been synthesized by a differential microemulsion polymerization process involving the use of a small amount of poly(methyl methacrylate) as the seeds. Sodium dodecyl sulfate and ammonium persulfate were used as the surfactant and initiator, respectively. The effects of various reaction conditions on the particle size have been investigated. Particle sizes of less than 20 nm have been achieved at milder conditions than those previously reported in the literature.

聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯/(SiO2-TiO2)杂化材料的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(TMSPM)为偶联剂,用溶胶一凝胶法制备了聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯/(SiO2-TiO2)杂化材料,进行了结构表征和性能研究。经电镜观察,杂化体系固化膜两相间结合紧密,无机相是一种粒径介于10~20nm之间的球形颗粒。实验结果表明:杂化体系固化膜均匀性好和热氧化稳定性得到很大提高。由于无机相与有机相通过共价键相连,聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯/(SiO2-TiO2)杂化材料在无机物含量较高时,仍能保持良好的柔韧性。  相似文献

用红外光谱(FTIR)研究了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)与聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)共混体系相容性,在160℃以上共混体系发生相分离;分相体系与非分相体系的FTIR谱明显不同;共混体系的FTIR谱不能从两统组分红外光谱简单加和得到;结果表明大分子构象发生了变化,PMMA/PVAc体系相容可能是大分子构象熵变所致。  相似文献

Thermal field‐flow fractionation (ThFFF) is an interesting alternative to column‐based fractionation being able to address different molecular parameters including size and composition. Until today it has not been shown to be able to fractionate polymers of similar molar masses and chemical compositions by molecular topology. The present study demonstrates that poly(butyl methacrylates) with identical molar masses can be fractionated by ThFFF according to the topology of the butyl group. The influence of the solvent polarity on the thermal diffusion behavior of these polymers is presented and it is shown to have a significant influence on the fractionation of poly(n‐butyl methacrylate) and poly(t‐butyl methacrylate). Fractionation improves with increasing solvent polarity and solvent polarity may have a greater influence on fractionation than solvent viscosity. It is found that the thermal diffusion coefficient, DT, as well as the hydrodynamic diameter, Dh, exhibit increasing trends with increasing solvent polarity. The solvent quality has a significant influence on the fractionation. It is found that cyclohexane, being a theta solvent for poly(t‐butyl methacrylate) but not for poly(n‐butyl methacrylate), significantly improves the fractionation of the samples by decreasing the diffusion rate of the former but not the latter.

采用温控原子力显微镜方法,在线跟踪了远离临界组成聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/苯乙烯-丙烯腈无规共聚物(PMMA/SAN)共混薄膜的表面相分离行为,并研究了其动力学规律。 结果表明,在SAN含量为70%的样品中观察到了表面相分离行为,其过程可分为早期、中期和晚期3个阶段,分别对应特征化的标度指数:早期结果验证了Cahn线性理论,即标度指数为零;中期相行为主要受“碰撞-扩散”机理控制,因此表现出1/3的标度指数;在相分离后期,流体动力学主导了相区的生长和归并行为,此时标度指数变为2/3。 我们的研究结果对于深刻理解高分子相行为具有积极作用,并将对高分子薄膜加工提供必要的指导。  相似文献
