The PMR spectra of 8-hydroxyquinoline and eighteen derivatives have been obtained at 220 MHz. For several of the compounds, PMR spectra have not been reported previously. The use of 220-MHz frequency considerably facilitates the interpretation of spectra from such complex derivatives as 2-(2'-pyridyl) and 2-(2'-thienyl)-8-hydroxyquinoline.  相似文献

The structures of 2,7'-(ethylene)-bis-8-hydroxyquinoline and its derivatives were optimized at the ground states using ab initio HF and B3LYP methods. At the same time, the molecular structures of the first singlet excited state for 2,7'-(ethylene)-bis-8-hydroxyqulnoline and its derivatives were optimized by CIS/6-31G(d). The absorption and emission spectra based on the above structures were obtained by the time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) by the B3LYP method with the 6-31G(d) basis set. The calculated results of luminescence originate from the electronic transition from the hydroxphenol ring of 8-hydroxyquinoline A to the pyridine ring of 8-hydroxyquinoline B. Their luminescence wave bands can be tuned by different substituents on the ligand of 8-hydroxyquinoline.  相似文献

在合成含有8-羟基喹啉(8HOQ)配位基单体的基础上,将其与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)共聚得到含有8-羟基喹啉侧基的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA8q),实现了8-羟基喹啉的高分子化;通过PMMA8q和小分子协同配体与稀土离子Eu(Ⅲ)的配位反应,制备了两个稀土高分子发光配合物:Eu(PMMA8q)(8HOQ)2(H2O)3和Eu(PMMA8q)2(TTA)(H2O)3(TTA:噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮)。利用元素分析、红外光谱方法对各阶段产物进行了表征,用荧光光谱研究了两个稀土高分子配合物的荧光特性及发光机理。  相似文献

5-Aminomethyl-8-hydroxyquinoline (QN) was synthesized as a scaffold to generate dimers, trimers, and tetramer metalloquinolates. Starting from QN, a series of 5-substituted 8-hydroxyquinoline derivatives conjugated with small bioactive molecules were synthesized. Absorption and emission spectra indicate that these QN derivatives chelate well with metal ions, which may serve as a new platform to explore the applications of metalloquinolates for a variety of potential applications.  相似文献

The absorption spectra of 4-hydroxybenzthiazole and the parent compound, benzthiazole, have been determined in acidic, basic and neutral solutions, and compared with the corresponding absorption spectra of 8-hydroxyquinoline and quinoline. The dissociation constants of 4-hydroxybenzthiazole obtained by a spectrophotometric method as well as a potentiometric method, show that it is a stronger acid and a weaker base than 8-hydroxyquinoline.  相似文献

Haloacetonitrile anions CH2XCN- (X=F, Cl) were studied by HF-SCF, Becke3-LYP, and MP2 methods together with the Dunning's basis set aug-cc-PVTZ. The vertical electron attachments to the neutral are endothermic. The geometrically optimized CH2FCN- is mainly a valence-bounded anion and CH2FCN-→CH2CN+F- is a nonadiabatic dissociation. This theoretical study in good agreement with the experimental results shows that the Becke3-LYP method is reasonable in describing the electronic structures of anions and dissociative attachment dynamics, while significant differences between MP2 and Becke3-LYP results are shown for the dissociation potential curves of CH2ClCN-→CH2CN+Cl-.2,70-(Ethylene)-bis-8-hydroxyquinoline was optimized with DFT/B3LYP and ab initio HF methods, so ionization potential and electron affinity could be determined. Absorption spectrum was calculated by ZINDO and TD-DFT. CIS method was used to calculate the S1 excited states of the compound and afterwards the emission spectrum was computed. When the solvent effect was taken into account, the computed results show encouraging agreement with known experimental data. The results of analyzing the relationship between the energies and absorption spectra indicate that the ability to transporting electrons is strengthened compared with 8-hydroxyquinoline and that absorption and emission spectra are red-shifted. The intramolecular reorganization energy of tris(2,70-(ethylene)-bis-8-hydroxyquinoline)-aluminum implies its electron transporting property is worse than tris(8-hydroxyquinoline)-aluminum. The predicted maximum emission wavelength is red-shifted compared with tris(8-hydroxyquinoline)-aluminum.  相似文献

设计合成了三种新型的8-羟基喹啉衍生物配体: 5-[(4-E-苯乙烯基)-苯甲亚胺基]-8-羟基喹啉(1), 5-[(4-溴-2-氟)-苯甲亚胺基]-8-羟基喹啉(2)和N-乙基-3-[2-(8-羟基喹啉基)-乙烯基]咔唑(3), 以及它们相应的金属配合物, 产物经质谱(MS)、元素分析(EA)、红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)进行表征, 并测定了它们的荧光性质. 结果与8-羟基喹啉比较表明, 5位和2位取代8-羟基喹啉衍生物的荧光发生了明显的红移. 同时测定了配合物(3)2Zn的荧光寿命, 结果表明, N-乙基-3-[2-(8-羟基喹啉基)-乙烯基]咔唑锌配合物表现出较长的荧光寿命.  相似文献

设计合成了3种8-羟基喹啉衍生物配体:(E)-2-[2-(2-硝基苯基)乙烯基]-8-羟基喹啉(4a),(E)-2-[2-(3-硝基苯基)乙烯基]-8-羟基喹啉(4b),(E)-2-[2-(4-硝基苯基)乙烯基]-8-羟基喹啉(4c)及其相应的锌配合物5a~5c,产物经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析技术进行了结构表征.通过紫外滴定模拟了金属锌与配体的配位过程,分别测定了它们固态和溶液状态下的荧光性质:光谱显示化合物5a~5c固体荧光光谱的λmax分别是596,625,592 nm,在DMF溶液中的λmax分别是562,536,618 nm.荧光光谱显示硝基位置的改变可以调控8-羟基喹啉锌配合物的发光性质.  相似文献

The geometry, frequency and intensity of the vibrational bands of isoquinoline (IQ) and 8-hydroxyquinoline (8-HQ) were obtained by the density functional theory (DFT) calculations with the B3LYP functional and 6-31 G* basis set. The vibrational spectral data obtained from the solid phase mid and far FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra of IQ and 8-HQ are assigned based on the results of the normal coordinate calculations. The observed and the calculated spectra are found to be in good agreement.  相似文献

在8-羟基喹啉存在下,分别采用水相法和两相法简便合成了5种取代水杨酸二茂钛配合物,并用元素分析、IR及 1H NMR等手段对配合物进行了结构表征,发现配合物中均不含8-羟基喹啉配体,而是形成以取代水杨酸为双齿配体的六元杂环化合物.用电子吸收光谱分别对两相反应体系(H2O/CHCl3)的水相和有机相进行了动态监测,发现8-羟基喹啉首先通过两相界面与有机相中的二氯二茂钛形成水溶性的过渡性配合物,然后该过渡性配合物再与有机相中的取代水杨酸作用形成了目标配合物.  相似文献

A new kind of amphiphile derived from 8-hydroxyquinoline, N-hexadecyl-5-iminomethyl-8-hydroxyquinoline (HIHQ) was synthesized and characterized by different physical methods. The influence of pH value on UV-vis absorption, fluorescence spectra were investigated and the surface pressure area isotherms were recorded under different pH subphase. The linear response range between the emission intensity and the concentration of HIHQ was 1-4 x 10(-6) mol L(-1). The strongest emission of HIHQ about 460 nm was obtained at pH 8.2 and the acid-base equilibrium of HIHQ in monolayer and solution was also discussed.  相似文献

设计合成了2种新型的含不同氟原子数的8-羟基喹啉衍生物配体:(E)-2-[2-(2-氟代苯基)乙烯基]-8-羟基喹啉(4a)和(E)-2-[2-(五氟苯基)乙烯基]-8-羟基喹啉(4b)及其相应的锌配合物5a和5b,利用1H NMR、IR、MS、元素分析确认了产物结构。通过紫外滴定模拟了金属锌与配体4a和4b的配位过程,测定了其在二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液中的荧光性质。荧光光谱显示:配体4a和4b在DMF溶液中的λmax分别为505 nm(蓝绿色)和517 nm(绿色),配合物5a和5b的λmax分别为559 nm(青绿色)和599 nm(黄色),配位后体系共轭程度增大,荧光光谱发生明显的红移。而且随着取代氟原子的增加,配体和配合物的荧光光谱也发生明显的红移。荧光光谱显示氟原子取代数量的改变可以调控8-羟基喹啉锌配合物的发光性质。  相似文献

A novel mesoporous material covalently bonded with 8-hydroxyquinoline (HQ) was synthesized (designated as Q-SBA-15). The 5-formyl-8-hydroxyquinoline grafted to (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane, that is, alkoxysilane modified 8-hydroxyquinoline (Q-Si), was used as one of the precursors for the preparation of the Q-SBA-15 material. On the basis of the other function of the Q-Si of coordinating to lanthanide (Ln) ions, for the first time, the LnQ 3 complexes (Ln = Er, Nd, Yb) have been covalently bonded to the SBA-15 materials. The derivative materials, denoted as LnQ 3-SBA-15, were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), nitrogen adsorption-desorption, and fluorescence spectra. Upon excitation at the ligands absorption bands, all of these materials show the characteristic near-infrared (NIR) luminescence of the corresponding lanthanide ions through the intramolecular energy transfer from the ligands to the lanthanide ions. The NIR luminescence of these mesoporous materials was compared with that of the corresponding pure LnQ 3 complexes and discussed in detail.  相似文献

设计合成了甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DM)含量为9.69%的丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(CPA),将制得的5-氯甲基-8-羟基喹啉(CHQ)挂接到CPA上,得到季铵型高分子化8-羟基喹啉(CPA-HQ)后,与金属离子Li+配位得到CPA-HQ-Li.化合物结构通过红外、紫外和荧光光谱等表征.多层超薄膜用CPA-HQ-Li和聚阴离子电解质(全氟磺酸)通过静电自组装制得.自组装膜的紫外和荧光相对于溶液(溶剂为四氢呋喃)发生了红移,膜的紫外吸收强度随组装膜层数增加线性增大,荧光强度随膜层数增加线性递减.高分子化8-羟基喹啉锂溶液和自组装膜的紫外和荧光光谱与文献报道一致.实验结果表明这种材料可用于有机电致发光器件(OLEDs)的制备.  相似文献

We studied the generation and decay dynamics of triplet excitons in tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq3) thin films by using transient absorption spectroscopy. Absorption spectra of both singlet and triplet excitons in the film were identified by comparison with transient absorption spectra of the ligand molecule (8-hydroxyquinoline) itself and the excited triplet state in solution previously reported. By measuring the excitation light intensity dependence of the absorption, we found that exciton annihilation dominated under high-density excitation conditions. Annihilation rate constants were estimated to be gammaSS = (6 +/- 3) x 10(-11) cm3 s(-1) for single excitons and gammaTT = (4 +/- 2) x 10(-13) cm3 s(-1) for triplet excitons. From detailed analysis of the light intensity dependence of the quantum yield of triplet excitons under high-density conditions, triplet excitons were mainly generated through fission from highly excited singlet states populated by singlet-singlet exciton annihilation. We estimated that 30% of the highly excited states underwent fission.  相似文献
