The chemical constituents of the essential oil from the leaves of artemisia mongolica Fisch. were separated by gas chromatography employing glass capillary eolumns and identified by GC-MS-COM. 30 components have been separated and identified, i.e. 2-methyl-2-butene, methylene cyclopentane, 7,7-dimethyl-3-methylen-bicyclo-(3, 1, 1) heptane, α-thujene, α-pinene, camphene, 1-octen-3-o1, β-thujene, β-pinene, α-phellandrene, bornylene, p-cymene, terpinen-1-o1, artemisia ketone, γ-terpinene, β-terpineol, 3,7,7-trimethyl-bicyclo-(3, 1,1)-2-heptanol, α-terpinolene, verbenone, linalool iso-thujone, thujone, camphor, isopulegone, isoborneol, terpinen-4-o1, α-terpineol, myrtenol, trans- carveol, cis-carveol.  相似文献

采用ICP—AES法同时测定黑豆和红小豆中Na,Sn,Ca,Zn,Cu,Mg,Al,Fe,P,K,Si,Se,Ba,Mn,M015种元素含量,并对各元素进行了加标回收实验,黑豆和红小豆中各元素的平均回收率在93.11%~102.15%,相对标准偏(RSD)在0.83%0~2.8%,检出限介于0.11~14.09Fg/L。建立了简便、快速、准确和稳定的测定黑豆和红小豆中元素的测定方法。结果显示在黑豆和红小豆中K,Ca,P,Mg,Mn,Fe,Zn等常量元素和微量元素含量较高。红小豆中Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn等营养元素的含量较黑豆中的高。  相似文献

分析研究了不同粒径分布的石油焦成浆性及制备水焦浆的流变性和稳定性。结果表明,石油焦的成浆性较好,成浆浓度近70%,浆体的表观黏度均随浓度的增大而增大。粒径分布越宽,越有利于堆积,堆积效率越高,可制浆浓度越高,制备水焦浆的最佳药剂量越低,采用萘系分散剂制备的水焦浆呈胀塑性流型,粒径分布越宽,胀塑性越弱,利用静置观察法与Turbiscan Lab稳定性分析仪测定相结合评价水焦浆的稳定性,水焦浆的稳定性差,且粒径越大,析水率越低,沉降区的焦粉颗粒越易发生聚结,底部越易产生硬沉淀,稳定性越差。颗粒聚结是水焦浆稳定性的主要影响因素。  相似文献

A series of novel phenylpyrazole carboxylic acid derivatives containing fluorine moiety,i.e.,diamides 11,simple aryl-bearing amides 12 and acylthioureas 14 were successfully synthesized based on the key fluo ro-containing phe nylpyrazole acid intermediate.The new compounds were identified and confirmed by melting point,1H NMR,13C NMR and elemental analysis or HRMS.The bioassay results indicated that some of the compounds possessed excellent insecticidal activities towards oriental armyworm,diamondback moth and corn borer at low concentrations.For examples,compounds 11a,11e-g and 14b exhibited remarkable larvicidal activities with LC50 values of 0.13-0.39 mg/L and 0.0002-0.0014 mg/L against oriental armyworm and diamondback moth,respectively,were comparable with those of the control chlorantraniliprole.Particularly,lie were found superior to chlorantraniliprole in oriental armyworm tests(LC50:0.23 mg/L vs.0.26 mg/L);11a,lie,11f and 14c in diamondback moth tests with LC50 values of 0.0002 mg/L,0.0002 mg/L,0.0008 mg/L and 0.0005 mg/L,respectively,we re more effective than that of chlorantraniliprole.In addition,12 a also showed a promising insecticidal potential and development/optimization advantage.Compounds 11a,lle-g,12a,14b and 14c could be considered as possible new leading structures for further study.The SAR investigation indicated that the compounds with fluorine motif(e.g.,-F,-CF2H,-CF3)held apparently favorable insecticidal potentials,which provided useful guidance for further design/development of new phenylpyrazole-containing agrochemicals.  相似文献

Distribution of olfactory marker protein (OMP) on a tissue section of vomeronasal organ (VNO) was successfully measured by atomic force microscopy (AFM). Anti-OMP antibodies were covalently crosslinked with the tip of the AFM and were used as a probe to observe the distribution of OMP on a tissue section. First, force measurements were performed using a glass surface on which OMP was covalently immobilized to verify the success of tip modification. Clear differences of interaction forces were observed between a specific pair and the control experiments, indicating that the tip preparation succeeded. Next, distributions of OMP on the tissue section were observed by AFM and were compared with immunohistochemical observations. For large scale observation, a microbead was used as a probe in the AFM measurements. The results of the AFM measurements were well overlapped with that of immunohistochemistry, confirming the reliability of our method. A mapping of the AFM measurement with high resolution was also successfully obtained, which showed an advantage of the application of the AFM measurement in analysis of proteins on the tissue section.  相似文献

The present review paper focuses on direct measurements of oscillatory forces. Beside the surface forces apparatus (SFA), atomic force microscopy (AFM) has emerged as the most commonly used technique to measure surface forces. Recent instrumental advances of both methods are highlighted in the review. Different systems, showing oscillatory forces are classified. Principle distinction is made between 1-component liquids (water, organic liquids and liquid crystals), pseudo 1-component liquids (ionic liquids and microemulsions) and 2-component liquids (dispersions containing polyelectrolytes, micelles or nanoparticles). In the last few years, the oscillatory force studies address particle characterisation, synergistic effects in multicomponent systems, the introduction of ‘switchable’ forces, and resolving liquid properties under confinement. Last but not least, the ability of AFM and SFA to measure oscillatory forces is discussed.  相似文献

The recently introduced adaptive force matching (AFM) method is used to develop a significantly improved pair‐wise nonpolarizable potential for water. A rigid version of the potential is also presented to enable larger time steps for biological simulations. In this work, it is demonstrated that the AFM method can be used to systematically assess the importance of each functional term during the construction of a force field. For a water potential, it is established that a single off‐atom charge center (M) in the plane of water outperforms two out‐of‐plane charge sites for reproducing intermolecular forces. The four‐site pair‐wise nonpolarizable force field developed in this work rivals some of the most sophisticated polarizable models in terms of reproducing accurate ab initio forces. The force fields are parameterized to perform best in the temperature range from 0 to 40°C. Equilibrium and dynamical properties calculated with the flexible and rigid force fields are in good agreement with experimental results. For the flexible model, the agreement improves when path integral simulation is performed. These force fields provide high‐quality results at a very low computational cost and are thus well suited to atomistic scale biological simulations. The AFM method provides a mechanism for selecting important terms in force field expressions and is a very promising tool for producing accurate force fields in condensed phases. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) is capable of solid surface characterization at the microscopic and submicroscopic scales. It can also be used for the determination of surface tension of solids (gamma) from pull-off force (F) measurements, followed by analysis of the measured F values using contact mechanics theoretical models. Although a majority of the literature gamma results was obtained using either Johnson-Kendall-Roberts (JKR) or Derjaguin-Muller-Toporov (DMT) models, re-analysis of the published experimental data presented in this paper indicates that these models are regularly misused. Additional complication in determination of gamma values using the AFM technique is that the measured pull-off forces have poor reproducibility. Reproducible and meaningful F values can be obtained with strict control over AFM experimental conditions during the pull-off force measurements (low humidity level, controlled and known loads) for high quality substrates and probes (surfaces should be free of heterogeneity, roughness, and contamination). Any probe or substrate imperfections complicate the interpretation of experimental results and often reduce the quality of the generated data. In this review, surface imperfection in terms of roughness and heterogeneity that influence the pull-off force are analyzed based upon the contact mechanics models. Simple correlations are proposed that could guide in selection and preparation of AFM probes and substrates for gamma determination and selection of loading conditions during the pull-off force measurements. Finally, the possibility of AFM measurements of solid surface tension using materials with rough surfaces is discussed.  相似文献

A novel method based on AFM was used to attach individual collagen fibrils between a glass surface and the AFM tip, to allow force spectroscopy studies of these. The fibrils were deposited on glass substrates that are partly coated with Teflon AF. A modified AFM tip was used to accurately deposit epoxy glue droplets on either end of the collagen fibril that cross the glass-Teflon AF interface, as to such attach it with one end to the glass and the other end to the AFM tip. Single collagen fibrils have been mechanically tested in ambient conditions and were found to behave reversibly up to stresses of 90 MPa. Within this regime a Young's modulus of 2-7 GPa was obtained. In aqueous media, the collagen fibrils could be tested reversibly up to about 15 MPa, revealing Young's moduli ranging from 0.2 to at most 0.8 GPa.  相似文献

运用自制的碳纳米管原子力显微镜针尖,在液体中观察了脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)分子的精细结构。结果表明,运用碳纳米管针尖获得的DNA分子的高度与电子显微镜的结果非常接近,且没有造成样品的变形损伤;碳纳米管针尖得到的DNA分子的宽度与真实值相近,减小了原子力显微镜成像的增宽效应,这是用传统的硅针尖无法获得的。DNA分子精细结构的高分辨率图像的获得为研究其功能提供了有价值的信息。  相似文献

原子力显微镜(AFM)通过探测针尖与样品之间的相互作用力获得样品表面的结构信息。基于qPlus传感器的非接触原子力显微镜(NC-AFM)在传统AFM的基础上进一步提升了空间分辨率,为研究表面物理和化学过程提供了一种新的成像和谱学研究技术。本文首先介绍NC-AFM的基本构造、高分辨成像机制和力谱测量等工作原理,总结了近年来NC-AFM在表面在位化学反应、低维材料表征和表面电荷分布测量等方面的应用,探讨了NC-AFM技术的发展与完善,展望了NC-AFM面临的机遇和挑战。  相似文献
