A method has been developed and validated for the identification and quantification of p-synephrine in Citrus aurantium L. products. The approach comprises GC-FID analysis followed by GC-MS confirmation after clean-up by solid phase extraction with a strong cation-exchange phase and derivatization with cyclohexanone. Oxazolidine derivative of p-synephrine was subjected to analysis by nuclear magnetic resonance (1H and 13C NMR), GC-FID and GC-MS. The GC method was validated and was found to be linear in the range of 125–500 mg%. Intra-day and inter-day precisions were 3.60 and 3.59%, respectively. Mean recovery from extract of C. aurantium was 78.1 ± 3.64%. The selectivity of the method was further improved by confirmation of oxazolidine derivative of p-synephrine by GC-MS.  相似文献

A novel cyclopropane derivative, 1-cyano-N-p-tolylcyclopropanecarboxamide (C12H12N2O, Mr = 200.24) was synthesized and its structure was studied by X-ray diffraction, FTIR, 1H and 13C NMR spectrum and MS. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P2_1/c with a = 7.109 (4), b = 13.758 (7), c = 11.505 (6) Å, α = 90.00, β = 102.731 (8), γ = 90.00 °, V = 1097.6 (9) Å3, Z = 4, F(000) = 312, D c  = 1.212 g/cm3, μ = 0.0800 mm?1, the final R = 0.0490 and wR = 0.1480 for 1,375 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). A total of 6,109 reflections were collected, of which 2,290 were independent (R int = 0.0290). Theoretical calculation of the title compound was carried out with HF/6-31G (d,p), B3LYP/6-31G (d,p), MP2/6-31G (d,p). The full geometry optimization was carried out using 6-31G(d,p) basis set, and the frontier orbital energy. Atomic net charges were discussed, and the structure-activity relationship was also studied. The preliminary biological test showed that the synthesized compound is bioactive against the KARI of Escherichia coli.  相似文献

p-Phenylenediamine was oxidized with p-benzoquinone in the aqueous solutions of methanesulfonic acid (MSA). The conductivity of the products increased with increasing concentration of MSA from 1.5?×?10?12 S cm?1 in 0.1 M MSA up to 3.4?×?10?4 S cm?1 in 5 M MSA. The low-molecular-weight products are basically composed of one p-benzoquinone and two p-phenylenediamine molecules. Their molecular structure is discussed on the basis of mass, Fourier-transform infrared, Raman, NMR and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopies. The formation of 2,5-di(p-phenylenediamine)-p-benzoquinone protonated with methanesulfonic acid best complies with the information provided by spectroscopic techniques. Its conversion to hydroquinone tautomer explains the formation of unpaired spins observed by EPR and their potential contribution to the conduction.  相似文献

For the first time in the published literature, a study is described concerning the use of the saw-sedge Cladium mariscus (C. mariscus) for adsorption of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) from aqueous systems. Among the experiments carried out, the elemental composition of C. mariscus was determined (C = 48.0 %, H = 7.1 %, N = 0.95 %, S = 0.4 %), FTIR spectroscopic analysis was performed to confirm the chemical structure of the adsorbent, and porous structure parameters were measured: BET surface area (A BET  = 0.6 m2/g), total pore volume (V p  = 0.001 cm3/g) and average pore size (S p  = 6.6 nm). It was shown that the effectiveness of removal of 2,4-D from aqueous systems using C. mariscus depends on parameters of the process: contact time, system pH, mass of sorbent, and temperature. Maximum adsorption was attained for a solution at pH = 3. Further increase in the alkalinity of the tested systems led to a reduction in the effectiveness of the process. The kinetic of adsorption of 2,4-D by C. mariscus was also determined, and thermodynamic aspects were investigated. The experimental data obtained correspond to a pseudo-second-order kinetic model of type 1. Additionally the negative values obtained for ΔHº indicate that the process is exothermic, and the negative values of ΔGº show it to be spontaneous. As the temperature of the system increases the spontaneity of adsorption is reduced, in accordance with the exothermic nature of the process.  相似文献

The aim of our study was to investigate the potential association of mRNA expression and plasma levels of the LIM domain 7 (LMO7) gene with the pathogenesis of dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). Two SNPs of the LMO7 gene were genotyped in 310 patients with DCM and 415 controls. Our results showed that SNP rs7986131 (p = 0.002, OR = 1.38, 95% CI = 1.12–1.71), but not SNP rs4884021, was associated with DCM in the Han Chinese population. Haplotype analysis showed that the haplotype GT was associated with increased DCM susceptibility while AC was a protective haplotype. The Cox multivariate survival analysis indicated that the rs7986131 TT genotype (HR 1.659, 95% CI = 1.122–2.454, p = 0.011) was an independent multivariate predictor for shorter overall survival in patients with DCM. LMO7 mRNA expression and plasma LMO7 levels were significantly decreased in DCM (p < 0.0001). Spearman correlation test revealed that the plasma LMO7 level was negatively associated with left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (r = ?0.384, p = 0.01), left ventricular end-diastolic volume (r = ?0.375, p = 0.012), and brain natriuretic peptide (r = ?0.482, p = 0.001). Our study suggested that the LMO7 gene may play an important role in the pathogenesis of DCM in the Han Chinese population.  相似文献

Power characteristics for an agitated vessel equipped with planar short baffles of length L and pitched blade turbine of pitch β are presented in the paper. The studies were carried out in the vessel of inner diameter D = 0.6 m, where the baffles were located in the distance p from the vessel bottom (p + L = H). Torque was measured using strain gauge method within the turbulent regime of the flow of Newtonian liquid in the agitated vessel. The effects of the pitch β and geometrical parameter p/H on the power number Ne were determined mathematically. The results showed that, for the assumed value of the angle β, the function Ne = f (L/H) decreases with the decrease in the baffle length L (i.e. with the increase in the parameter p). Moreover, for the assumed value of the baffle length L, the function Ne = f (β) increases with the increase in the angle β of the inclination of the impeller blade.  相似文献

From three cell-associated β-xylosidases produced by Aureobasidium pullulans CBS 135684, the principal enzyme was enriched to apparent homogeneity and found to be active at high temperatures (60–70 °C) over a pH range of 5–9 with a specific activity of 163.3 units (U) mg?1. The enzyme was thermostable, retaining over 80% of its initial activity after a 12-h incubation at 60 °C, with half-lives of 38, 22, and 10 h at 60, 65, and 70 °C, respectively. Moreover, it was tolerant to xylose inhibition with a K i value of 18 mM. The K m and V max values against p-nitrophenyl-β-d-xylopyranoside were 5.57 ± 0.27 mM and 137.0 ± 4.8 μmol min?1 mg?1 protein, respectively. When combining this β-xylosidase with xylanase from the same A. pullulans strain, the rate of black liquor xylan hydrolysis was significantly improved by up to 1.6-fold. The maximum xylose yield (0.812 ± 0.015 g g?1 dry weight) was obtained from a reaction mixture containing 10% (w/v) black liquor xylan, 6 U g?1 β-xylosidase and 16 U g?1 xylanase after incubation for 4 h at 70 °C and pH 6.0.  相似文献

The oxygen-deficient Sr0.75Y0.25Co0.9Ru0.1O3?δ (SYCR) cathode is systematically evaluated for the application of solid oxide fuel cells. X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that SYCR presents a tetragonal structure with space group of I4/mmm (139). In the measured high oxygen partial pressure (pO2) region (0.01–0.21 atm), the conductivity increases with increasing pO2 because of the oxygen vacancy annihilation and hole creation, relating to a general p-type semiconducting mechanism. To get an insight into the rate-limiting step of SYCR cathode, behaviors of individual polarization resistance (R 1 and R 2) are investigated in different pO2. The obtained fitting results reveal that R 1 is nearly independent on the pO2, while R 2 presents a (pO2)?0.5 dependence. At 800 °C, SYCR cathode exhibits an R p value of 0.14 Ω cm2, moreover, when using the wet hydrogen (~ 3% H2O) as fuel and ambient air as oxidant, the maximum power density of single cell Ni-YSZ (yttria-stabilized zirconia)|YSZ|SYCR reaches 452.9 W cm?2.  相似文献

For many years, the traditional process of gardenia yellow pigment extraction has produced wastewater containing significant quantities of Geniposidic acid (GSA), a substance that could be put to pharmacological uses if it could be effectively recovered. This study aimed to provide an efficient adsorption material, D08, for recycling GSA. Batch experiments showed that adsorption capacity depends on initial concentration and temperature. The maximal adsorption capacity of GSA onto an anionic exchanger reached 310 mg/g. The pK a value of GSA was determined to be 4.21. Pore diffusion coefficients (D p) of GSA for 283, 298 and 313 K were 3.274 × 10?10, 5.069 × 10?10 and 7.356 × 10?10 m2/s, respectively. Recovery efficiency of GSA was achieved to 99.81 %. In comparison with pseudo first-order and pseudo second-order equations, the PDM model demonstrated the best fit to the kinetics data of GSA adsorption. Adsorption/desorption experiments proved that D08 offers great adsorption capacity, high adsorption rate and good repeatability. In order to help us to accurately comprehend the mass transfer process, numerical simulation and post-processing to variables c(r, t) and q(r, t) were performed to clarify the adsorption process.  相似文献

The reaction on 8-hydroxy quinoline-7-aldehyde azo compounds (HL n ) (where n = 1–5) with 4-amino-1,2-dihydro-2,3-dimethyl-1-phenylpyrazol-5-one to obtain HL n (where n = 6–10) have been characterized by means of TLC, melting point and spectral data, such as IR, 1H NMR, mass spectra and thermal studies. The X-ray diffraction patterns of two starting materials 8-hydroxy quinoline-7-aldehyde (start 1), 4-amino-1,2-dihydro-2,3-dimethyl-1-phenylpyrazol-5-one (start 2) and the ligands (HL5,10) are investigated in powder form. All the ligands have been screened for their antimicrobial activity against four local bacterial species, two Gram-positive bacteria (Bacillus cereus and Staphylococcus aureus) and two Gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae) as well as against four local fungi; Aspergillus niger, Alternaria alternata, Penicillium italicum and Fusarium oxysporium. The results show that the azo ligands (HL n ) (where n = 1–5) have no antimicrobial activity against bacteria and fungi while most azomethine ligands (HL n ) (where n = 6–10) are good antibacterial agents against E. coli and K. pneumoniae as well as antifungal agents against P. italicum and A. alternata. The results were compared to standard substances (start 1) and (start 2). Among the azomethine ligands, HL10 was the most effective against the most microorganisms tested. The size of clear zone was ordered as p-(OCH3 < CH3 < H < Cl < NO2) as expected from Hammett’s constant (σ R ). Also, the ultrastructure study of the affected bacteria confirmed that HL8 is good antibacterial agent against E. coli and S. aureus.  相似文献

A stability-indicating UPLC method was developed for quantitative determination of 9-desmethyl-α-dihydrotetrabenazine (9-DM-α-DTBZ), the precursor for preparing a widely used vesicular monoamine transporter 2 imaging agent 11C-α-DTBZ. Compound 9-DM-α-DTBZ was subjected to various stress conditions consisting of acidic, alkaline, oxidative, thermal and photolytic forced degradation. The decomposition of 9-DM-α-DTBZ was observed under oxidative condition, whereas no obvious degradation was shown under the other stress conditions. For chromatographic separation of 9-DM-α-DTBZ and its degradation products, an Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 × 100 mm, 1.7 μm) and a mobile phase of 20:80 (v/v) methanol/ammonium acetate buffer (pH 4.5, 10 mM) were used. Quantitative determination of 9-DM-α-DTBZ was performed using a PDA detector at a flow rate of 0.30 mL min?1. UPLC–MS analysis was further utilized to characterize the two degradation products. The proposed method was fully validated as per USP guidelines with respect to linearity, accuracy, precision, robustness, limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ). The linear regression analysis showed a good linear relationship (r 2  = 0.9995) in the concentration range of 0.001–1.00 mg mL?1 (n = 6). The assay method was found to have good precision (1.14–1.35% RSD) and recovery (98.91–101.23%). Additionally, the LOD and LOQ of 9-DM-α-DTBZ were 0.30 and 1.00 μg mL?1, respectively. These results indicated that the present method could be used to evaluate the quality of regular production samples and also used in stability assays.  相似文献

In this study, for the first time, an organic solvent-free air-assisted liquid–liquid microextraction method has been reported for the extraction and preconcentration of phthalic acids (o-phthalic acid, m-phthalic acid, and p-phthalic acid) from edible oil samples. The method is based on the repeated aspirating/injection of an alkaline aqueous solution and the oil sample mixture in a conical bottom centrifuge tube to form a cloudy solution. After phase separation by centrifuging, the sedimented phase is directly analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography–diode array detection. Under the optimum extraction conditions, the method showed low limits of detection and quantification between 0.11–0.29 and 0.28–0.91 ng mL?1, respectively. Extraction recoveries and enrichment factors were from 81 to 97% and 406 to 489, respectively. The relative standard deviations for the analysis of 5 ng mL?1 of each analyte were less than 5.9% for intraday (n = 6) and interday (n = 5) precisions. Finally, different oil samples were successfully analyzed using the proposed method and m-phthalic acid, and p-phthalic acid were determined in some of them at ng mL?1 level.  相似文献

A novel bis-heterocyclic compound was synthesized and characterized. The crystal structure of the title compound (C22H20ClN5OS, Mr = 437.94) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P-1 with a = 8.646 (2), b = 9.148 (3), c = 14.540 (4) Å, α = 94.422 (4), β = 98.500 (4), γ = 102.823 (4)°, V = 1101.8 (5) Å3, Z = 2, F(000) = 312, Dc = 1.320 g/cm3, μ = 0.2900 mm?1, the final R 1 = 0.041000 and wR 2 = 0.1160 for 2675 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). A total of 5623 reflections were collected, of which 3866 were independent (R int = 0.019000). The fungicidal activity of title compound was determined, the results showed the title compound displayed moderate fungicidal activity against G. zeae Petch, Phytophthora infestans (Mont.) de Bary, Botryosphaeria berengeriana f. sp. piricola (Nose) koganezawa et Sakuma, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum, and Cercospora arachidicola.  相似文献

A novel dioxime derivative (2E,2′E,3E,3′E)-3,3′-(pyrimidine-4,5-diylbis(azanylylidene))bis(butan-2-one)dioxime was synthesized with a yield of 65%. IR, elemental analysis, mass spectroscopy and 1H-NMR were used to characterize the structure of the synthesized compound. 99mTc-dioxime was radio-synthesized with a high radiochemical yield of 97.8 ± 0.5% and in vitro stability of 6 h under the optimum conditions. The preclinical evaluation of 99mTc-dioxime in solid tumor-bearing mice showed high accumulation in solid tumor cells with a high Target/Non-Target ratio of 5.14 at 30 min post-injection. This study suggests that 99mTc-dioxime derivative is a promising candidate as a new 99mTc-based tumor-imaging agent after further preclinical studies.  相似文献

Peucedanum alsaticum L. and Peucedanum cervaria (L.) Lap. are, in common with all species belonging to the Apiaceae family, rich in coumarins and essential oils. Phenolic acids also present in the plant are very important pharmacologically, because of their broad spectrum of biological activity. A simple high-performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for separation and quantitative analysis of the major phenolic acids in extracts obtained from the fruits of P. alsaticum and P. cervaria. Soxhlet extraction, ultrasound extraction, and accelerated solvent extraction under different conditions were used to find the most efficient extraction conditions. Optimum chromatographic performance was obtained with a C18 column and acetonitrile—1% (v/v) aqueous acetic acid as mobile phase. Ferulic, p-coumaric, caffeic, vanillic, syringic, p-hydroxybenzoic, protocatechuic, chlorogenic, and gallic acids were investigated in the fruits of the plants. For all calibration plots linearity was good (R 2 > 0.9991) in the ranges tested. The highest yields of most of the phenolic acids were achieved by use of accelerated solvent extraction. The predominant phenolic acid in the fruits of both plants was chlorogenic acid. The amounts, which depended on the method of extraction, were approximately 146 ± 1.616 and 109.92 ± 3.405 mg per 100 g dry weight for P. cervaria and P. alsaticum, respectively.  相似文献

Guanidine dichloroacetate was synthesized and separated as crystals. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measurement shows that this compound undergoes a reversible phase transition at about 275 K with a heat hysteresis of 28 K. Step-like dielectric anomaly observed at 274 K further confirms the phase transition. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction data suggested that these was a transition from a room-temperature phase with the space group of P21/n (a = 8.030(5), b = 12.014(9), c = 8.124(6) Å, β = 96.089(1)°, V = 779.3(1) Å3, and Z = 4) to a low-temperature one with the space group of P21/c (a = 7.941(2), b = 11.828(3), c = 10.614(2) Å, β = 130.985(1)°, V = 752.6(3) Å3, and Z = 4). The displacements of hydrogen bonds induce the structure phase transition.  相似文献

Recombinant Escherichia coli cells harboring nitrilase from Alcaligenes faecalis were immobilized using tris(hydroxymethyl)phosphine (THP) as the coupling agent. The optimal pH and temperature of the THP-immobilized cells were determined at pH 8.0 and 55 °C. The half-lives of THP-immobilized cells measured at 35, 40, and 50 °C were 1800, 965, and 163 h, respectively. The concentration of R-mandelic acid (R-MA) reached 358 mM after merely 1-h conversion by the immobilized cells with 500 mM R,S-mandelonitrile (R,S-MN), affording the highest productivity of 1307 g L?1 day?1 and the space-time productivity of 143.2 mmol L?1 h?1 g?1. The immobilized cells with granular shape were successfully recycled for 60 batches using 100 mM R,S-MN as substrate at 40 °C with 64% of relative activity, suggesting that the immobilized E. coli cells obtained in this study are promising for the production of R-MA.  相似文献

Two thiosemicarbazones, (E)-2-(2,4-dimethoxybenzylidene)thiosemicarbazone (24-MBTSC (1)) and (E)-2-(2,5-dimethoxybenzylidene)thiosemicarbazone (25-MBTSC (2)), derived from 2,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde and 2,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde, respectively, with thiosemicarbazide have been synthesized and their structures were characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR, 1H NMR spectroscopy, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. Molecular orbital calculations have been carried out for 1 and 2 by using an ab initio method (HF) and also density functional method (B3LYP) at 6-31G basis set. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with a = 8.1342(5) Å, b = 18.1406(10) Å, c = 8.2847(6) Å, β = 109.7258(17)°, V = 1150.75(12) Å3, and Z = 4, whereas compound 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca, with a = 11.0868(6) Å, b = 13.1332(6) Å, c = 15.9006(8) Å, V = 2315.2(2) Å3, and Z = 8. The compounds 1 and 2 displays a trans-configuration about the C=N double bond.  相似文献
