A complete solution is obtained for the two-dimensional diffraction of a time-harmonic acoustic plane wave by an impenetrable elliptic cylinder in a viscous fluid. Arbitrary size, ellipticity, and angle of incidence are considered. The linearized equations of viscous flow are used to write down expressions for the dilatation and vorticity in terms of products of radially and angular dependent Mathieu functions. The no-slip condition on the rigid boundary then determines the coefficients. The resulting computations are facilitated by recently developed library routines for complex input parameters. The solution for the circular cylinder serves as a guide and a differently constructed solution for the strip is also given. Typical results in the "resonant" range of dimensionless wave number, displaying the surface vorticity and the far-field scattering pattern are included, with the latter allowing comparison with the inviscid case.  相似文献

The exact analytical solution for the scattering of a generalized (or “hollow”) acoustic Bessel beam in water by an elastic sphere centered on the beam is presented. The far-field acoustic scattering field is expressed as a partial wave series involving the scattering angle relative to the beam axis and the half-conical angle of the wave vector components of the generalized Bessel beam. The sphere is assumed to have isotropic elastic material properties so that the nth partial wave amplitude for plane wave scattering is proportional to a known partial-wave coefficient. The transverse acoustic scattering field is investigated versus the dimensionless parameter ka(k is the wave vector, a radius of the sphere) as well as the polar angle θ for a specific dimensionless frequency and half-cone angle β. For higher-order generalized beams, the acoustic scattering vanishes in the backward (θ = π) and forward (θ = 0) directions along the beam axis. Moreover it is possible to suppress the excitation of certain resonances of an elastic sphere by appropriate selection of the generalized Bessel beam parameters.  相似文献

Simple and general analytical expressions are derived for the acoustic radiation force on a long rigid cylinder with a small diameter, whose axis is perpendicular to the wave propagation. Results are expressed in terms of the time-averaged densities of kinetic and potential energies of the incident sound field. For the case of a standing-wave field, which was used in these experiments, the theoretical results agree well with the experimental observations.  相似文献

Abstract

Chaneling measurements are used to study the structure and configuration of defects produced in CdS under irradiation by 50–150 KeV Na+ ions at room temperature with a current density of 1 μA/cm2 and irradiation dose 3.1015 ion/cm2.

The results of studies of 1.8 MeV He+ ion dechaneling along the <1120> and <0001> axes are probably indicative of the defect structure extended along the <0001> axis.

For the dependence of the dechaneling cross-section on the 4He energy in the energy range 1.2 to 2.4 MeV we found E?1, which characterizes the produced defects as randomly distributed complexes of interstitial atoms straining the crystal lattice.

The fact that the defects are mostly located along the <0001> direction can possibly be explained by strong anisotropy of CdS therefore the defects form the region of elastic stresses in the crystal which are maximum along the <0001> axis.  相似文献

The scattering of a plane acoustic wave from an impenetrable, soft or hard, prolate or oblate spheroid is considered. Two different methods are used for the evaluation. In the first, the pressure field is expressed in terms of spheroidal wave functions. In the second, a shape perturbation method, the field is expressed in terms of spherical wave functions only, while the equation of the spheroidal boundary is given in spherical coordinates. Analytical expressions are obtained for the scattered pressure field and the various scattering cross-sections, when the solution is specialized to small values of the eccentricity h = d/(2a) , where d is the interfocal distance of the spheroid and 2a is the length of its rotation axis. In this case, exact, closed-form expressions are obtained for the expansion coefficients g (2) and g (4) in the relation S(h) = S(0)[1 + g (2) h 2 + g (4) h 4 + O(h 6)] expressing the scattered field and the scattering cross-sections. 基于变分原理建立2D-FE弱形式解模型,针对轴对称掩埋目标进行散射远场的快速、高精度数值计算。入射波垂直于对称轴,给出:掩埋深度不变,以1°为间隔,改变掠射角所得到目标散射声压级相对于垂直海底照射获得结果的差值随频率、掠射角变化的表达式;掠射角不变,以0.1m为间隔,改变掩埋深度得到的散射声压级相对于浅掩埋条件下获得结果的差值随频率、深度变化的表达式。实验结果表明:在回波最强的正横方向,掩埋弹性目标表现出的共振散射特性与在自由场空间中具有相似性,表明了掩埋条件下目标内填充的透射和表面环绕波理论的适用性,验证了大掠射角入射得到散射声压级差值的变化规律。研究成果对宽带、高频入射声波探测更深掩埋目标提供思路。  相似文献

The scattering of a plane acoustic wave by an infinite penetrable or impenetrable circular cylinder, parallel with another one, also penetrable or impenetrable, of acoustically small radius, is considered. The method of separation of variables, in conjunction with translational addition theorems for cylindrical wave functions, is used. Analytical expressions are obtained for the scattered pressure field and the various scattering cross sections, for normal incidence. 水下掩埋目标声散射问题是识别和探测掩埋目标的理论基础, 是声散射研究领域的热点问题. 本文基于射线声学推导了掩埋情况下目标声散射计算的格林函数近似式, 并在此基础上进一步给出了相应的远场积分公式. 在有限元方法的基础上, 将推导得到的公式写入有限元仿真软件, 对软件功能进行拓展, 构建二维轴对称目标的声散射模型, 并计算掩埋情况下弹性实心球在不同条件下的目标强度, 获得了其散射声场随频率、掩埋深度、沙层吸收系数等参数的变化规律. 开展实心球的自由空间和浅掩埋条件下水池声散射实验, 利用共振隔离技术处理实验数据, 提取目标声散射的纯弹性共振特征进行分析, 结果表明可将其用于掩埋目标识别和探测. 最后利用总散射声场与理论计算结果进行对比, 验证了理论仿真的正确性.  相似文献

The ensemble-averaged field scattered by a smooth, bounded, elastic object near a penetrable surface with small-scale random roughness is formulated. The formulation consists of combining a perturbative solution for modeling propagation through the rough surface with a transition (T-) matrix solution for scattering by the object near a planar surface. All media bounding the rough surface are assumed to be fluids. By applying the results to a spherical steel shell buried within a rough sediment bottom, it is demonstrated that the ensemble-averaged "incoherent" intensity backscattered by buried objects illuminated with shallow-grazing-angle acoustic sources can be well enhanced at high frequencies over field predictions based on scattering models where all environmental surfaces are planar. However, this intensity must compete with the incoherent intensity scattered back from the interface itself, which can defeat detection attempts. The averaged "coherent" component of the field maintains the strong evanescent spectral decay exhibited by flat interface predictions of shallow-angle measurements but with small deviations. Nevertheless, bistatic calculations of the coherent field suggest useful strategies for improving long-range detection and identification of buried objects.  相似文献

研究了弹性纵波照射粘弹圆柱产生的稳态散射,导出了简洁的散射场解析表达式,数值计算了吸收和非吸收圆柱散射作的散射截面。结果表明,对高速圆柱散射体,散射截面随Ka增加是光滑振荡变化的,吸收圆柱和非吸收圆柱散射截面特征类似。对低速圆柱散射体,振荡变化的散射截面上叠加有一系列狭窄峰,散射圆柱和周围介质的对应速度差别越大,这种狭窄峰也越多,越靠近极值附近,这些狭窄峰越密,圆柱存在吸收衰减时将降低这些狭窄峰。当散射圆柱和周围介质对应的纵波速度和横波速度差别很小时,散射截面为非规则的小幅度的谐振。  相似文献

We consider the problem of determining the elastic nucleon-nucleon amplitudes from feasible complete experiments and unitarity. The problem is solved for values of the differential cross section, the correlation parameter and the rotation parameter A, satisfying certain constraints, and corresponding to very small values of the polarization, the depolarization, the polarization transfer parameter and the rotation parameter R. The validity of some rules in the classical theory of spin, which are followed by the Bargmann-Michel-Telegdi formula for a relativistic particle spin rotation in a constant homogeneous magnetic field, is analyzed. Diffraction of an acoustic wave by an elastic cylinder near the surface of an elastic halfspace is considered. The solution relies on a Helmholtz-type integral equation and uses the Green function of an elastic halfspace. The latter function is represented in the form of an integral over the Sommerfeld contour on the plane of a complex variable that has the meaning of the angle of the wave incidence on the halfspace boundary. An integral equation for the sound pressure distribution over the cylinder surface is derived. This equation is reduced to an infinite system of equations for the Fourier-series expansion coefficients of this distribution. The results obtained are valid for the diffraction of a cylindrical wave and a plane wave. They also describe the diffraction of a spherical wave when the transmitter and receiver are far from the cylinder and lie in one plane that is orthogonal to the cylinder axis.  相似文献

利用多物理场耦合有限元法对结构和流体适应性强、抛物方程声场计算高效准确的特点,提出了三维浅海波导下弹性结构声振特性研究的有限元-抛物方程法.该方法采用多物理场耦合有限元理论建立浅海下结构近场声辐射模型,计算局域波导下结构声振信息,并提取深度方向上复声压值作为抛物方程初始值;然后采用隐式差分法求解抛物方程以步进计算结构辐射声场.重点介绍了该方法对浅海下结构声辐射计算的准确性、高效性以及快速收敛性后,对Pekeris波导中有限长弹性圆柱壳的声振特性进行了分析.研究得出,当圆柱壳靠近海面(海底)时,其耦合频率比自由场下的要高(低),当潜深达到一定范围时,与自由场耦合频率基本趋于一致;在低频远场,结构辐射场与同强度点源声场具有一定的等效性,且等效距离随着频率增加而增加;由于辐射声场受结构振动模态、几何尺寸和简正波模式影响,结构辐射场传播的衰减规律按近场声影响区、球面波衰减区、介于球面波和柱面波衰减区、柱面波衰减区四个扩展区依次进行.  相似文献
