The title compound, [CdCl2(C7H6N2)4]·4C7H6N2, consists of a Cd(Bzim)4Cl2 complex (Bzim is benzimidazole) lying on a fourfold rotation axis in the space group P4nc, and four benzimidazole mol­ecules which are linked to the coordinated benzimidazole unit by N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. One N—H⋯Cl and three C—H⋯π hydrogen bonds link these units into a three‐dimensional supra­molecular structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cr(ONO)2(cyclam)]NO2 (cyclam is 1,4,8,11‐tetra­aza­cyclo­tetra­decane, C10H24N2), the complex cation is located on a twofold symmetry axis. The central Cr atom has a distorted octahedral coordination, involving two Cr—O bonds, with the monodentate nitrite O atoms adopting a cis configuration, and four Cr—N bonds. The mean Cr—N and Cr—O distances are 2.0895 (14) and 1.9698 (14) Å.  相似文献

The molecules of the title compound, C18H16N4O3, exhibit a very polarized molecular–electronic structure. The mol­ecules are linked into chains by a combination of an asymmetric three‐centre N—H?(N,O) hydrogen bond [H?N 2.19, H?O 2.54, N?N 3.041 (4) and N?O 2.977 (4) Å, and N—H?N 168, N—H?O 112 and N?H?O 67°] and an N—H?π(arene) interaction [H?Cg 2.67 Å, N?Cg 3.496 (4) Å and N—H?Cg 163°; Cg is a benzyl ring centroid].  相似文献

The title compounds contain very short intramolecular hydrogen bonds of the type C—O—H?O—N. The O?O distances are 2.425 (2) Å in picolinic acid N‐oxide (2‐carboxy­pyridine N‐oxide), C6H5NO3, (I), and 2.435 (2) Å in quinaldic acid N‐oxide (2‐carboxy­quinoline N‐oxide), C10H7NO3, (II). In (II), this is associated with slight molecular distortion from planarity, while in (I), such an effect cannot be observed because the mol­ecule crystallizes on a mirror plane.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [CoCl(C18H37N4O2){ZnCl3}], has been determined by X‐ray diffraction.Cmeso‐5,5,7,12,12,14‐Hexa­methyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetra­aza­cyclotetradecane‐N‐acetate acts as a bridging ligand to coodinate with CoIII and ZnII ions. The CoIII ion is six‐coordinate in a nearly octahedral environment provided by one Cl atom, four N atoms of the bridging ligand, and one O atom. The ZnII ion is four‐coordinate in a distorted tetrahedral environment completed by three Cl atoms and an O atom of the bridging ligand.  相似文献

The title pendent‐arm macrocyclic hexa­amine ligand binds stereospecifically in a hexadentate manner, and we report here its isomorphous NiII and ZnII complexes (both as perchlorate salts), namely (cis‐6,13‐di­methyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetra­aza­cyclo­tetra­decane‐6,13‐di­amine‐κ6N)­nickel(II) di­per­chlorate, [Ni(C12H30N6)]­­(ClO4)2, and (cis‐6,13‐di­methyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraaza‐cyclo­tetra­decane‐6,13‐di­amine‐κ6N)­zinc(II) di­per­chlorate, [Zn(C12H30N6)]­(ClO4)2. Distortion of the N—M—N valence angles from their ideal octahedral values becomes more pronounced with increasing metal‐ion size and the present results are compared with other structures of this ligand.  相似文献

The CuII atom is octahedrally coordinated by the four N atoms of the tetradentate macrocyclic ligand in equatorial positions and by the O atoms of two water mol­ecules in axial positions. In the crystal structure of the title compound, C24H26O3, (I), there are three different O—H...O hydrogen bonds, which individually form chains of C(10), C(12) and C(16) types. The combined effect of all these hydrogen bonds is the formation of a three‐dimensional network, which is additionally stabilized by a single intermolecular C—H...π interaction. The significance of this study lies in the comparison drawn between the molecular structure of (I) and those of several of its analogues, which shows a close similarity in the almost perpendicular orientation of the benzene rings.  相似文献
