The title complex, [Cu(NO3)(C10H14N4O2S)(H2O)](NO3), is the first metal complex with a Schiff base derived from isothiosemicarbazide and pyridoxal (pyridoxal is 3‐hydroxy‐5‐hydroxymethyl‐2‐methylpyridine‐4‐carboxaldehyde). The CuII environment is a square pyramid, the equatorial plane of which is formed by the tridentate ONN‐coordinated isothiosemicarbazone and one water molecule, while the nitrate ligand is in the apical position. The existence of numerous strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds, and weak C—H?O and C—H?π interactions, leads to a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. 相似文献

One half of the molecule of the title complex, [Mn(C14H13N4S)2], is related to the other half by a twofold axis passing through the Mn atom. This high‐spin Mn atom is six‐coordinated, in an octahedral geometry, by the azomethine N, the pyridyl N and the thiolate S atom of two planar 1‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)ethanone N(4)‐phenylthiosemicarbazone ligands. In the crystal, the molecules are interconnected by N—H?S and C—H?N interactions, forming a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

The CuI cations in the title compound, [Cu(NCS)(C6H6N2O)2]n, are coordinated by N atoms from each of two mirror‐related nicotinamide ligands, as well as by one N atom of one thiocyanate ligand and one S atom of a symmetry‐related thiocyanate ligand, within a slightly distorted tetrahedron. The CuI cations and the thiocyanate anions are located on a crystallographic mirror plane and the nicotinamide ligands occupy general positions. The CuI cations are connected by the thiocyanate anions to form chains in the direction of the crystallographic a axis. These chains are connected by hydrogen bonds between the amide H atoms and the O atoms of adjacent nicotinamide ligands, to give a three‐dimensional structure. 相似文献

In the title dinuclear acetate‐bridged complex, [Cu2(C2H3O2)3(NCS)(C10H9N3)2], the two Cu atoms are five‐coordinated, with a basal plane consisting of two N atoms of a di‐2‐pyridylamine (dpyam) ligand and two O atoms of two different acetate ligands. The axial positions of these Cu atoms are coordinated to N and O atoms from thiocyanate and acetate molecules, respectively, leading to a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry with τ values of 0.30 and 0.22. Both CuII ions are linked by an acetate group in the equatorial–equatorial positions and have syn–anti bridging configurations. Hydrogen‐bond interactions between the amine H atom and the coordinated and uncoordinated O atoms of the acetate anions generate an infinite one‐dimensional chain. 相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Co(C6H8N3S)3], the CoIII atom is octahedrally coordinated by three monodeprotonated bidentate 3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐1‐thiocarboxamide ligands with two thiocarboxamide N atoms in axial positions. The asymmetric unit contains two molecules (A and B) and these molecules are arranged in chains in an alternating fashion connected by N—H⋯S interactions. 相似文献

The title complex, {[Ni(C2H8N2)3][Na(NCS)3(H2O)]}n, consists of discrete [Ni(en)3]2+ dications (en is ethylenediamine) and polymeric [(H2O)0.5Na(NCS)3(H2O)0.5]n2n? anions. The compound crystallizes in space group Pc1. The NiII atom lies on a threefold axis and has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The Na+ cation also lies on a site with imposed crystallographic threefold symmetry and is coordinated by the thiocyanate N atoms (the thiocyanates are in general positions), by one water molecule with crystallographically imposed 32 symmetry and by a second water molecule with crystallographically imposed symmetry. The unique Na atom thus has trigonal–bipyramidal coordination. The O atoms of the water molecules bridge the Na+ cations to form one‐dimensional polymeric chains in the crystal structure. The [Ni(en)3]2+ dications are distributed around and between the chains and are linked to them via N—H?S hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

The title complex, chlorobis{ethyl N‐[(4‐methylanilino)thiocarbonyl]carbamate‐κS}copper(I), [CuCl(C11H14N2O2S)2], was synthesized by the reaction of cupric chloride with the corresponding thiourea derivative. The complex has imposed crystallographic m symmetry and the CuI coordination environment is trigonal planar, formed by two S atoms and one Cl atom. The formation of intramolecular hydrogen bonds promotes the stability of the complex. 相似文献

(Z)‐3‐(1H‐Indol‐3‐yl)‐2‐(3‐thienyl)acrylonitrile, C15H10N2S, (I), and (Z)‐3‐[1‐(4‐tert‐butylbenzyl)‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl]‐2‐(3‐thienyl)acrylonitrile, C26H24N2S, (II), were prepared by base‐catalyzed reactions of the corresponding indole‐3‐carboxaldehyde with thiophene‐3‐acetonitrile. 1H/13C NMR spectral data and X‐ray crystal structures of compounds (I) and (II) are presented. The olefinic bond connecting the indole and thiophene moieties has Z geometry in both cases, and the molecules crystallize in space groups P21/c and C2/c for (I) and (II), respectively. Slight thienyl ring‐flip disorder (ca 5.6%) was observed and modeled for (I). 相似文献

Purple prismatic crystals of the title compound, [Co2(C3H6NS2)4(C8H11O2P)2](PF6)2, were obtained by repeated recrystallization of trans‐[Co(C3H6NS2)2‐(C8H11O2P)2]PF6 from CH3CN/Et2O and then from MeOH/CH2Cl2; during recrystallization one of the P(OMe)2Ph ligands was dissociated from the CoIII center and the resulting CoIII complex fragment underwent dimerization. The complex cation has a dinuclear structure bridged by one S atom of each of two of the N,N‐dimethyldithiocarbamate ligands, and has crystallographically imposed C2 symmetry. Two P(OMe)2Ph ligands are coordinated at the transoid positions of the Co2(μ‐C3H6NS2)2(C3H6NS2)2 moiety, with Co—P bond lengths of 2.1921 (11) Å. 相似文献

The title compound, [Cu3(C3H5O2)6(C6H7NO)4]n, is composed of polymeric chains formed by alternating centrosymmetric Cu2(μ‐CH3CH2CO2)4 and Cu(C3H5O2)2(C6H7NO)2 units. These elemental units are linked by two bridging 3‐pyridylmethanol (3PM) ligands. The Cu2(μ‐CH3CH2CO2)4 group presents a centrosymmetric tetrabridged structure with four syn–syn bridging propionate ligands to which two 3PM molecules are bonded (through N), occupying the apical positions of each square‐pyramidal polyhedron around the CuII ions. The remaining mononuclear group is centred around a third CuII ion, which lies on a symmetry centre and is bound to two monodentate propionate groups (through O), two monodentate 3PM molecules (through N) and two bridging 3PM molecules (through O), thus completing a square‐bipyramidal CuO2N2O2 coordination. 相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, bis(2‐aminopyrimidine‐κN1)bis[6‐methyl‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐4(3H)‐one 2,2‐dioxide(1−)‐κ2N3,O4]copper(II), [Cu(C4H4NO4S)2(C4H5N3)2], the first mixed‐ligand complex of acesulfame, the CuII centre resides on a centre of symmetry and has an octahedral geometry that is distorted both by the presence of four‐membered chelate rings and by the Jahn–Teller effect. The equatorial plane is formed by the N atoms of two aminopyrimidine (ampym) ligands and by the weakly basic carbonyl O atoms of the acesulfamate ligands, while the more basic deprotonated N atoms of these ligands are in the elongated axial positions with a strong misdirected valence. The crystal is stabilized by pyrimidine ring stacking and by intermolecular hydrogen bonding involving the NH2 moiety of the ampym ligand and the carbonyl O atom of the acesulfamate moiety. 相似文献

The title complex, [Cd2(C11H14N3O3)2(NCS)2(CH4O)2], is an interesting thiocyanate‐bridged dinuclear cadmium(II) compound. It is located on a crystallographic inversion center. The CdII atom is six‐coordinated in an octahedral configuration by one O and two N atoms of one Schiff base ligand and by the terminal N atom of a bridging thiocyanate ligand, defining the basal plane, and by the terminal S atom of another bridging thiocyanate ligand and by the O atom of a coordinated methanol molecule, occupying the axial positions. The title compound, K2[Cu2(NCS)2(C12H13NO3)2], consists of two K+ cations and (N‐salicylidene‐d ‐valinato)copper(II) and (N‐salicylidene‐l ‐valinato)copper(II) coordination units connected through three‐atom thiocyanate (μ‐NCS) bridges into a centrosymmetric dianion. The CuII atom adopts a square‐pyramidal coordination, with three donor atoms of the tridentate Schiff base and one N atom of the bridging ligand (μ‐NCS) in the basal plane. The axial position is occupied by the thiocyanate S atom of a symmetry‐related ligand at an apical distance of 2.9332 (10) Å. Coulombic interactions between six‐coordinated K+ ions and the heteroatoms of neighbouring dimeric anions leads to the formation of one‐dimensional chains of molecules parallel to [010]. The superposition of the normals of the pyramidal base planes in a direction close to [001] indicates possible π–π interactions between neighbouring units. 相似文献
