The reaction of cadmium chloride with pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid (PDA) and 98% H2SO4 in ethanol led to the formation of the title compound, bis[μ‐6‐(ethoxycarbonyl)pyridine‐2‐carboxylato]‐1:2κ4O6,N,O2:O2;1:2κ4O2:O2,N,O6‐bis[diaquachlorocadmium(II)] dihydrate, [Cd2(C9H8NO4)2Cl2(H2O)4]·2H2O. PDA is esterified to monoethyl pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate (MEPD) by the catalysis of H2SO4 during the reaction. The dinuclear CdII complex lies about an inversion centre and the unique Cd atom has a pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry. The two Cd atoms are bridged by two carboxylate O atoms, forming a planar Cd2O2 unit. Stair‐like chains are formed via O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds and these are further arranged into two‐dimensional layers via hydrogen bonds involving solvate water molecules. 相似文献

The title compound, (C5H6Br2N3)2[CuBr4], contains isolated substituted pyridinium cations and [CuBr4]2? anions. The diaminodibromopyridinium ions are planar, while the CuII ions have a distorted compressed tetrahedral coordination with C2 symmetry. The two independent trans‐Br—Cu—Br angles are 128.9 (1) and 136.0 (1)°, with Cu—Br distances of 2.3939 (15) and 2.3790 (16) Å. 相似文献

In order to model processes of chemisorption in organic salts formed between dinitrobenzoic acids (DNBH) and secondary amines (R2NH), a series of compounds of composition [MII(3,5‐DNB)2(DMSO)2(H2O)2] (where MII is Zn, Cu, Ni or Co, 3,5‐DNB is the 3,5‐dinitrobenzoate ion, and DMSO is dimethyl sulfoxide) have been prepared. In diaquabis(dimethyl sulfoxide)bis(3,5‐DNB)zinc(II), [Zn(C7H3N2O6)2(C2H6OS)2(H2O)2], the 3,5‐DNB ions and molecules of DMSO are monodentate ligands that are coordinated to the Zn atom through their O atoms. These ligands, together with two molecules of water, form a slightly distorted octahedral coordination environment for the Zn atom, which lies on a center of symmetry. 相似文献

The structures of two new sulfate complexes are reported, namely di‐μ‐sulfato‐κ3O,O′:O′′‐bis{aqua[2,4,6‐tris(2‐pyridyl)‐1,3,5‐triazine‐κ3N1,N2,N6]cadmium(II)} tetrahydrate, [Cd2(SO4)2(C16H12N6)2(H2O)2]·4H2O, and di‐μ‐sulfato‐κ2O:O′‐bis[(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine‐κ3N1,N1′,N1′′)zinc(II)] dihydrate, [Cd2(SO4)2(C15H11N3)2]·2H2O, the former being the first report of a Cd(tpt) complex [tpt is 2,4,6‐tris(2‐pyridyl)‐1,3,5‐triazine]. Both compounds crystallize in the space group P and form centrosymmetric dimeric structures. In the cadmium complex, the metal center is heptacoordinated in the form of a pentagonal bipyramid, while in the zinc complex, the metal ion is in a fivefold environment, the coordination geometry being intermediate between square pyramidal and trigonal bipyramidal. Packing of the dimers leads to the formation of planar structures strongly linked by hydrogen bonding. 相似文献

The title compound, [Y(C2H6OS)2(H2O)6]Cl3, contains the cation [Y(H2O)6{(CH3)2SO}2]3+ with a distorted square antiprismatic geometry of the eight coordinated O atoms. The six water molecules are coordinated with an average Y—O distance of 2.38 (2) Å, ranging from 2.360 (3) to 2.404 (3) Å. Each water molecule forms two hydrogen bonds to the chloride anions with O—Cl distances ranging from 3.068 (4) to 3.422 (4) Å. The two dimethyl sulfoxide ligands, situated in the cis position with the O—Y—O angle equal to 83.22 (11)°, have Y—O distances of 2.269 (3) and 2.278 (3) Å. 相似文献

In title anhydrous catena‐poly[[trans‐bis(ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐κ2N,N′)copper(II)]‐μ‐dithionato‐κ2O:O′], [Cu(S2O6)(C2H8N2)2]n or [{H2N(CH2)2NH2}2Cu(O·O2SSO2·O)]∞, successive Cu atoms are bridged by a single doubly charged dithionate group, forming a one‐dimensional polymer with inversion centres at the metal atoms and the mid‐point of the S—S bond [Cu—O = 2.5744 (15) Å]. In title (hydrated) trans‐diaquabis(propane‐1,3‐diamine‐κ2N,N′)copper(II) dithionate, [Cu(C3H10N2)2(H2O)2](S2O6) or [{H2N(CH2)3NH2}2Cu(OH2)2](S2O6), both ions have imposed 2/m symmetry. The `axial' anion components are displaced by a pair of water ligands [Cu—O = 2.439 (3) Å], the shorter Cu—O distance being compensated by the lengthened Cu—N distance [2.0443 (18), cf. 2.0100 (13) and 2.0122 (16) Å]. 相似文献

The title compound, [Ca(C16H12O4)(H2O)6]·H2O, adopts a conformation about the central C—C bond that places the two carboxylate groups in an anti orientation. The crystal consists of layers of two‐dimensional arrays of 2,3‐diphenylsuccinate dianions which are linked by bridging Ca2+ cations. The unit cell contains two Ca2+ cations in an unusual four‐membered Ca—O—Ca—O ring in which the bridging O atoms belong to water molecules rather than carboxylates, i.e. poly[[[di‐μ‐aqua‐bis[pentaaquacalcium(II)]]‐μ‐(meso‐2,3‐diphenylsuccinato‐O:O′)] succinate dihydrate]. 相似文献

The title molecule is dimeric, i.e. di‐μ‐trimethylsiloxy‐bis(dichloroaluminium), [Al2Cl4(C3H9Si)2], and possesses exact crystallographic inversion symmetry. The O atoms of the trimethylsiloxy groups bridge the two Al atoms to form a four‐membered ring. The Si—O bond distance [1.711 (3) Å], the Al—O mean bond distance [1.806 (4) Å] and the mean Si—C bond distance [1.875 (6) Å] appear to agree well with standard data. Mean values for C—Si—C, O—Si—C, and Si—O—Al angles are 112.9 (3), 105.8 (2), and 131.8 (2)° repectively. The two ring angles O—Al—O and Al—O—Al are 84.43 (16) and 95.57 (16)°, respectively. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the first acesulfame–metal complex, namely tetraaquabis[6‐methyl‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐4(3H)‐onato 2,2‐dioxide‐κN]cobalt(II), [Co(C4H4NO4S)2(H2O)4], is reported. The CoII ion resides on a twofold axis and is coordinated by four aqua ligands defining the basal plane and by two monodentate acesulfamate ligands, via their ring N atoms, in the axial positions. Two intra‐ and three intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions stabilize the crystal structure and form an infinite three‐dimensional lattice. 相似文献

trans‐Diaquabis(isoquinoline‐1‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)cobalt(II) dihydrate, [Co(C10H6NO2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, and trans‐diaquabis(isoquinoline‐1‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)nickel(II) dihydrate, [Ni(C10H6NO2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, contain the same isoquinoline ligand, with both metal atoms residing on a centre of symmetry and having the same distorted octahedral coordination. In the former complex, the Co—O(water) bond length in the axial direction is 2.167 (2) Å, which is longer than the Co—O(carboxylate) and Co—N bond lengths in the equatorial plane [2.055 (2) and 2.096 (2) Å, respectively]. In the latter complex, the corresponding bond lengths for Ni—O(water), Ni—O(carboxylate) and Ni—N are 2.127 (2), 2.036 (2) and 2.039 (3) Å, respectively. Both crystals are stabilized by similar stacking interactions of the ligand, and also by hydrogen bonds between the hydrate and coordinated water molecules. 相似文献

The title compound, tetraethylammonium dodeca‐μ‐cyano‐hexacyanotetrakis(ethylenediamine)tetracadmium(II)triferrate(III), (C8H20N)[Cd4Fe3(CN)18(C2H8N2)4], was prepared from a reaction mixture containing CdCl2, K3[Fe(CN)6], ethylenediamine (en) and [Et4N]Br in a 1:1:3:1 molar ratio. The crystal structure consists of a negatively charged three‐dimensional framework of {[Cd(en)]4[Fe(CN)6]3} anions, with [Et4N]+ cations located in the cavities of the framework. The Cd atom is octahedrally coordinated by one disordered chelating en molecule [mean Cd—N = 2.35 (3) Å] and four N‐bonded bridging cyano groups [Cd—N distances are in the range 2.283 (2)–2.441 (2) Å]. There are two crystallographically independent [Fe(CN)6]3− anions in the structure and in each the Fe atom lies on a twofold axis. In the first [mean Fe—C = 1.941 (5) Å], all the cyano groups are bridging ligands, while in the second [mean Fe—C = 1.945 (2) Å], there are two terminal cyano ligands in trans positions. The Cd—N—C angles range from 128.6 (2) to 172.8 (2)°. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Sn(C6H5)2(C12H19N2)]Br·H2O, the SnIV atom lies on a twofold axis and is coordinated by a C and two N atoms from the 2,6‐bis[(dimethylamino)methyl]phenyl ligand in a tridentate fashion and by two phenyl groups. The resulting geometry is intermediate between square pyramidal and trigonal bipyramidal, with three C atoms in equatorial and the two N atoms in axial positions. The main deformation from ideal trigonal‐bipyramidal geometry is seen for the N—Sn—N angle [152.18 (7)°]. The Br? anion and the water solvate molecule are on an inversion centre and twofold axis, respectively. They form an infinite chain of Br?H—O—H?Br hydrogen bonds [Br?O 3.529 (2) Å] without contributing to the primary coordination sphere of the Sn atom. 相似文献

The crystal structures of tris(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H8NO)3], (I), and aquabis(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)copper(II), [Cu(C10H8NO)2(H2O)], (II), have been determined. Compound (I) has a distorted octahedral configuration, in which the central Fe atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three 2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olate ligands. The three Fe—O bond distances are in the range 1.934 (2)–1.947 (2) Å, while the three Fe—N bond distances range from 2.204 (2) to 2.405 (2) Å. In compound (II), the central CuII atom and H2O group lie on the crystallographic twofold axis and the coordination geometry of the CuII atom is close to trigonal bipyramidal, with the three O atoms in the basal plane and the two N atoms in apical positions. The Cu—N bond length is 2.018 (5) Å. The Cu—O bond length in the basal positions is 1.991 (4) Å, while the Cu—O bond length in the apical position is 2.273 (6) Å. There is an intermolecular OW—H?O hydrogen bond which links the molecules into a linear chain along the b axis. 相似文献

A new cadmium coordination polymer, [Cd(C5H2N2O4)(H2O)2]n, possesses a one‐dimensional zigzag chain structure built from CdII centers bridged sequentially by pairs of O and N atoms of the 5‐carboxyimidazole‐4‐carboxylate ligand. The title compounds, {4,4′‐dibromo‐2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne‐N)]diphenolato‐O,O′}nickel(II), [Ni(C17H14Br2N2O2)], and {4,4′‐dichloro‐2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne‐N)]diphenolato‐O,O′}copper(II), [Cu(C17H14Cl2N2O2)], lie on crystallographic twofold axes. In both structures, the metal coordination sphere is a tetrahedrally distorted square plane formed by the four‐coordinate N2O2 donor set of the Schiff base imine–phenol ligands. In the Ni compound, the Ni—O and Ni—N distances are 1.908 (3) and 1.959 (4) Å, respectively, while in the Cu compound, the Cu—O and Cu—N distances are 1.907 (2) and 1.960 (2) Å, respectively. The two Schiff base moieties, which themselves are nearly planar, are inclined at an angle of 29.26 (7)° for the Ni compound and 29.26 (5)° for the Cu compound. 相似文献

The metal complex lies on an inversion centre and associates via C—H?S interactions into chains which thread the 2,2′‐dithiobis(pyridine N‐oxide) lattice in perpendicular directions. The title compound, tetrakis(ethylenediammonium) tetra‐μ‐hydrogenphosphato‐di‐μ‐hydroxo‐ tetra‐μ‐phosphato‐bis(aquacobalt)hexakis(oxovanadium) trihydrate, was synthesized hydrothermally at moderate temperature. The structure consists of diprotonated ethylenediammonium cations and layers of the polyanions. The polyanion contains four PO4 tetrahedra and three VO5 square pyramids that are linked through corner‐sharing by alternating P—O—V, which gives rise to a chain. The chains, connected by CoO4(H2O)2 octahedra, form layers, resulting in a two‐dimensional layered structure. The Co—O distances are in the range 1.984 (3)–2.038 (4) Å, the P—O distances 1.508 (3)–1.575 (3) Å and the V—O distances 1.585 (3)–2.010 (3) Å. 相似文献
