The first butterfly‐shaped anthracene dimer including S atoms,8,9‐dihydro‐3a,8[1′,2′]:9,13b[1′′,2′′]dibenzenodibenzo[3,4:7,8]cycloocta[1,2‐d]‐1,3‐dithiole, C29H20S2, contains an exceptionally long Csp3—Csp3 bond of 1.672 (2) Å in the fused 1,3‐dithiole ring. The title compound, (C7H10N)[Ni(C3S5)2] or (Etpy)[Ni(dmit)2] (where Etpy is the N‐ethylpyridinium cation, C7H10N+, and dmit is the 2‐thioxo‐1,3‐dithiole‐4,5‐dithiolate dianion, C3S52−), crystallizes in the P space group with two molecules in the asymmetric unit. The [Ni(dmit)2]− monoanion has a planar D2h conformation, with the central Ni atom and the four coordinated S atoms forming an NiS4 square plane. The six‐membered ring of the Etpy cation also shows good planarity, as expected. There are two main types of disorder in the two Etpy cations. Several short intermolecular interactions are present, such as S⋯S, Ni⋯S and Ni⋯Ni, which help to form the enhanced three‐dimensional structure of the crystal. 相似文献

The coordination geometry of the CdII atom in the title complex, [Cd(NCS)2(C12H12N6)2]n or [Cd(NCS)2(mbtz)2]n, where mbtz is 1,3‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene, is a distorted compressed octahedron in which the CdII atom lies on an inversion centre, coordinated by four N atoms from the triazole rings of four mbtz ligands and two N atoms from two monodentate NCS− ligands. The structure is polymeric, with 24‐membered spiro‐fused rings extending along [100] and with the 24‐membered ring containing two inversion‐related mbtz molecules. 相似文献

4,5‐Propylenedithio‐1,3‐dithiole‐2‐thione, C6H6S5, (I), crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/c. The molecular packing is characterized by pairs of S⋯S intermolecular contacts between neighbouring molecules, which may account for the rather high thermal stablity of the crystal. 4,5‐Propylenedithio‐1,3‐dithiol‐2‐one, C6H6OS4, (II), in which an O atom replaces the terminal S atom of (I), crystallizes in the non‐centrosymmetric polar space group Cc. The packing pattern of (II) indicates that the macropolarization direction is along [101]. Although the packing patterns are qualitatively significantly different, the molecular structures of (I) and (II) are similar, each exhibiting a chair conformation. 相似文献

The crystal structures of four cycloalkanespiro‐4′‐imidazolidine‐2′,5′‐dithiones, namely cyclopentanespiro‐4′‐imidazolidine‐2′,5′‐dithione {systematic name: 1,3‐diazaspiro[4.4]nonane‐2,4‐dithione}, C7H10N2S2, cyclohexanespiro‐4′‐imidazolidine‐2′,5′‐dithione {systematic name: 1,3‐diazaspiro[4.5]decane‐2,4‐dithione}, C8H12N2S2, cycloheptanespiro‐4′‐imidazolidine‐2′,5′‐dithione {systematic name: 1,3‐diazaspiro[4.6]undecane‐2,4‐dithione}, C9H14N2S2, and cyclooctanespiro‐4′‐imidazolidine‐2′,5′‐dithione {systematic name: 1,3‐diazaspiro[4.7]dodecane‐2,4‐dithione}, C10H16N2S2, have been determined. The three‐dimensional packing in all of the structures is based on closely similar chains, in which hydantoin moieties are linked through N—H⋯S hydrogen bonding. The size of the cycloalkane moiety influences the degree of its deformation. In the cyclooctane compound, the cyclooctane ring assumes both boat–chair and boat–boat conformations. 相似文献

The title salt, C18H22N5+·Cl?, is a member of a new series of lipophilic 4,6‐diamino spiro‐s‐triazines which are potent inhibitors of dihydrofolate reductase. The protonated triazine ring deviates from planarity, whereas the cyclohexane ring adopts a chair conformation. A rather unusual hydrogen‐bonding scheme exists in the crystal. There is a centrosymmetric arrangement involving two amino groups and two triazine ring N atoms, with graph‐set R(8) and an N?N distance of 3.098 (3) Å, flanked by two additional R(8) systems, involving two amino groups, a triazine ring N atom and a Cl? anion, with N?Cl distances in the range 3.179 (2)–3.278 (2) Å. Furthermore, the Cl? anion, the protonated triazine ring N atom and an amino group form a hydrogen‐bonding system with graph‐set R(6). 相似文献

Molecules of diphenyl(2‐thioxo‐1,3‐dithiole‐4,5‐dithiolato‐S,S′)plumbane, [Pb(C3S5)(C6H5)2], are linked into sheets via two intermolecular Pb?Sthione interactions of 3.322 (4) and 3.827 (4) Å; the Pb centre has a distorted octahedral geometry. In contrast, molecules of diphenyl(2‐thioxo‐1,3‐dithiole‐4,5‐dithiolato‐S,S′)stannane, [Sn(C3S5)(C6H5)2], are linked into chains via a single intermolecular Sn—Sthione interaction of 2.8174 (9) Å; the Sn centre has a distorted trigonal‐bipyramidal geometry. 相似文献

The stereoisomers of 7‐phenyl‐1‐oxa‐4‐thiaspiro[4.5]decan‐7‐ol, C14H18O2S, have the same stereochemistry at the C atom bearing an OH group, i.e. axial OH and equatorial phenyl groups. However, the acetal S and O atoms are axial and equatorial, respectively, in one isomer and reversed in the second. Furthermore, the crystals of one isomer are composed of hydrogen‐bonded molecules involving the hydroxyl H atom and the O atom of the five‐membered heterocyclic ring, with an O?O distance of 2.962 (3) Å, forming a polymeric chain along the b axis. The asymmetric unit of the other isomer is composed of two molecules, wherein hydroxyl H atoms and the O atoms of the five‐membered heterocyclic rings display intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds with O?O separations of 2.820 (2) and 2.834 (2) Å. 相似文献

The title complex, [CuCl2(C6H6N4S2)], has a flattened tetrahedral coordination. The CuII atom is located on a twofold rotation axis and is coordinated by two N atoms from a chelating 2,2′‐diamino‐4,4′‐bi‐1,3‐thiazole ligand and by two Cl atoms. Intramolecular hydrogen bonding exists between the amino groups of the 2,2′‐diamino‐4,4′‐bi‐1,3‐thiazole ligand and the Cl atoms. The intermolecular separation of 3.425 (1) Å between parallel bithiazole rings suggests there is a π–π interaction between them. 相似文献

The title compounds, namely dimethyl (2RS)‐2,3‐diphenyl‐1,3‐thiazolidine‐5‐spiro‐2′‐adamantane‐4,4‐dicarboxylate methanol solvate, C28H31NO4S·0.275CH4O, and dimethyl (4RS)‐3,4‐diphenyl‐1,3‐thiazolidine‐5‐spiro‐9′‐(9′H‐fluorene)‐2,2‐dicarboxylate, C31H25NO4S, were obtained from dipolar [2+3]‐cycloadditions of an azomethine ylide with adamantanethione and thiofluorenone, respectively. The structures show that the choice of thioketone affects the regioselectivity of the cycloaddition. The asymmetric unit of the former structure contains two molecules of the thiazolidine derivative plus a site for a partial occupancy (55%) methanol molecule. O—H⋯O and C—H⋯O interactions link two of each of these entities into closed centrosymmetric hexamers. The five‐membered ring in each structure has an envelope conformation. 相似文献

The hydroxymethyl group and phenyl ring at the asymmetric C atoms exhibit β and α orientations, respectively. The exocyclic C—C bonds at the asymmetric C atoms are mutually anticlinal (?ac). In the title compound, C24H20Br2N2O4S, the indole ring system is planar and the S atom has a distorted tetrahedral configuration. The sulfonyl‐bound phenyl ring is orthogonal to the indole ring system and the conformation of the phenylsulfonyl substituent with respect to the indole moiety is influenced by intramolecular C—H⃛O hydrogen bonds involving the two sulfonyl O atoms. The mean plane through the acetylamido group makes a dihedral angle of 57.0 (1)° with the phenyl ring of the benzyl moiety. In the crystal, glide‐related molecules are linked together by N—H⃛O hydrogen bonds and C—H⃛π interactions to form molecular chains, which extend through the crystal. Inversion‐related chains are interlinked by C—H⃛π interactions to form molecular layers parallel to the bc plane. These layers are interconnected through π–π interactions involving the five‐ and six‐membered rings of the indole moiety. 相似文献

The title compound {alternatively, 3‐methyl‐2‐[oxido(oxo)hydrazono]‐2,3‐dihydro‐1,3‐thiazole}, C4H5N3O2S, was obtained by methylation of N‐(2‐thiazolyl)nitramine. The molecule lies on a mirror plane and the thiazole ring is planar, regular in shape and aromatic. The S atom participates in the aromatic sextet via an electron pair on the 3pz orbital. The title compound, 2,2′‐(2,4,8,10‐tetrathiaspiro[5.5]undecane‐3,9‐diylidene)bis(propanedinitrile), C13H8N4S4, has been designed and synthesized for use as a potential new organic molecular electronic material. The spiro‐annulated structure has twofold symmetry and is formed by two equal push–pull ethylene units, with the cycloalkylthio groups as electron donors and the cyano groups as electron acceptors. The intermolecular S?N non‐bonded separation within a layer in the lattice is 3.296 (6) Å, indicating a strong intermolecular interaction between the cyano groups and the S atoms, while the S atoms in two neighbouring molecules have a shortest S?S contact of 3.449 (3) Å. In addition, attractive C—H?N and C—H?S interactions bridge adjacent molecules either within a layer or between layers. In short, these four types of intermolecular interactions combine to form an extended three‐dimensional network in the lattice, resulting in a highly ordered array of molecular packing. 相似文献

The BaII atom encapsulated by the 18‐crown‐6 ring is coordinated by the six O atoms of the crown, two water O atoms and two bridging S atoms. The four‐membered ring composed of the BaII atoms and the bridging S atoms makes a dihedral angle of 67.1 (1)° with the crown‐ether ring. The two title complexes, catena‐poly[[{2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato}cobalt(III)]‐μ‐azido], [Co(C17H16N2O2)(N3)]n, (I), and catena‐poly[[{2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato}cobalt(III)]‐μ‐thiocyanato], [Co(C17H16N2O2)(NCS)]n, (II), are isomorphous polynuclear cobalt(III) compounds. In both structures, the CoIII atom is six‐coordinated in an octahedral configuration by two N atoms and two O atoms of one Schiff base, and two terminal N or S atoms from two bridging ligands. The [N,N′‐bis(salicylidene)propane‐1,3‐diaminato]cobalt(III) moieties are linked by the bridging ligands, viz. azide in (I) and thiocyanate in (II), giving zigzag polymeric chains with backbones of the type [–Co—N—N—N—Co]n in (I) or [–Co—N—C—S—Co]n in (II) running along the c axis. 相似文献

The reaction between 4‐(4‐methylphenyl)but‐3‐en‐2‐one and aminoguanidine produced an unexpected product of formula C12H15N3O, consisting of a carboxamide moiety joined to a substituted pyrazoline ring at one of the N atoms. The pyrazoline ring adopts a flat‐envelope conformation and the substituted phenyl ring is oriented almost perpendicular to the heterocycle. The carbonyl O atom has partial anionic character as a result of the transfer of π density from the two adjacent sp2 N atoms and is involved in an intermolecular hydrogen bond with the amide group. 相似文献

The title nest‐shaped cluster, [Cu3WIOS3(C10H8N2)2], has been synthesized by the reaction of (NH4)2[WOS3], CuI and 2,2′‐bipyridine (bipy) in dimethylformamide under a purified nitrogen atmosphere. The cluster has a neutral skeleton containing the bipy ligands, and the central W atom is tetrahedrally coordinated by three S atoms and one O atom. The three Cu atoms are divided into two different kinds. Two Cu atoms adopt distorted tetrahedral geometry, with each Cu atom coordinated by two S atoms and the two N atoms of a bipy ligand. The other Cu atom adopts a trigonal mode surrounded by two S atoms and one I atom. 相似文献

The title five‐membered heterocycle, C4H4Cl2OS, adopts an envelope conformation with the S atom at the tip of the flap. All three ring substituents, viz. the sulfoxide O atom and the two Cl atoms, are cis to each other. The two C atoms α to the sulfoxide group are also bonded to chlorine. The electron‐withdrawing chlorine substituents give rise to weak C—H·O hydrogen bonds with the sulfoxide O atom of a symmetry‐related molecule [H·O = 2.44 (2) and 2.61 (2) Å, C·O = 3.143 (3) and 3.302 (2) Å and C—H·O = 129.9 (19) and 135.1 (19)°]. There is also a possible weak C—H·Cl interaction. Chains of molecules held together by these weak interactions run parallel to the a axis. 相似文献
