The title compounds, [Cu(C15H12Cl2NO)2], (I), and [Cu(C17H18NO2)2], (II), both adopt a compressed tetrahedral trans‐[CuN2O2] coordination geometry, the molecules having an umbrella conformation overall. These complexes differ from one another with respect to the 1‐phenylethylamine moieties, the direction of the benzene rings being either inside [in (I)] or inside and outside [in (II)] of the molecules. The crystals of (I) and (II) have Δ(R,R) and Λ(R,R) absolute configurations, respectively.  相似文献

The title compound, C23H16N4O4, can be considered as consisting of two connected fragments: a nitrophenylhydrazone moiety, which assumes an E configuration, and an isoxazole moiety. In this latter fragment, the weak π‐electron delocalization shortens the carbonyl–isoxazole O?O distance [2.643 (2) Å] to less than the van der Waals radii sum.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C5H10NO2S2)(C18H15P)2]·C18H15P, the Cu atom is in a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with two triphenylphosphine P atoms and two S atoms from an N,N‐bis(2‐hydroxyethyl)dithiocarbamate ligand occupying the vertices. The crystal structure is characterized by alternate layers of complex and triphenylphosphine molecules.  相似文献

Bridging by the two thiocyanato groups in centrosymmetric six‐coordinate bis(thiocyanato)bis(diphenylthiourea)cadmium(II) dihydrate leads tothe formation of eight‐membered [Cd—SCN→Cd—SCN→] rings that are linked at the metal atom to furnish chains running parallel to the a axis, i.e {[Cd(NCS)2(C13H12N2S)2]·2H2O}n.  相似文献

In the title compound, [1,4‐bis(diphenylphosphino)butane‐2κ2P,P′]di‐μ‐thio‐1:2κ4S‐dithio‐1κ2S‐palladium(II)tungsten(VI) N,N′‐dimethylformamide hemisolvate hemihydrate, [PdWS4(C28H28P2)]·0.5C3H7NO·0.5H2O, the Pd atom is coordinated by two S atoms from the distorted‐tetrahedral [WS4]2− anion and two P atoms from the dppb molecule [dppb is 1,4‐bis(diphenylphosphino)butane] in an approximately square‐planar configuration. A puckered seven‐membered ring is formed by the Pd atom and the dppb ligand.  相似文献

In ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)phenyl]carbamate, C11H13NO4, all of the non‐H atoms lie on a mirror plane in the space group Pnma; the molecules are linked into simple chains by a single C—H⋯O hydrogen bond. The molecules of ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)‐4‐iodophenyl]carbamate, C11H12INO4, are linked into sheets by a combination of O—H⋯I and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and a dipolar I⋯O contact. Ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)‐4‐methylphenyl]carbamate, C12H15NO4, crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group P; pairs of molecules are weakly linked by an O—H⋯O hydrogen bond and these aggregates are linked into chains by two independent aromatic π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

Two new polymorph forms, (Ia) and (Ib), of the title compound, C14H17N3S, and its solvate with acetonitrile, C14H17N3S·0.25C2H3N, (Ic), have been investigated. Crystals of the two polymorphs were grown from different solvents, viz. ethanol and N,N‐dimethylformamide, respectively. The polymorphs have different orientations of the thioamide group relative to the CN substituent, with s‐cis and s‐trans geometry of the C=C—C=S diene fragment, respectively. Compound (Ic) contains two independent molecules, A and B, with s‐cis geometry, and the solvate molecule lies on a twofold axis. The core of each molecule is slightly non‐planar; the dihedral angles between the conjugated C=C—CN linkage and the phenyl ring, and between this linkage and the thioamide group are 13.4 (2) and 12.0 (2)° in (Ia), 14.0 (2) and 18.2 (2)° in (Ib), 2.3 (3) and 12.7 (4)° in molecule A of (Ic), and 23.2 (3) and 8.1 (4)° in molecule B of (Ic). As a result of strong conjugation between donor and acceptor parts, the substituted phenyl rings have noticeable quinoid character. In (Ib), there exists a very strong intramolecular steric interaction (H⋯H = 1.95 Å) between the bridging and thioamide parts of the molecule, which makes such a form less stable. In the crystal structure of (Ia), intermolecular N—H⋯N and N—H⋯S hydrogen bonds link molecules into infinite tapes along the [10] direction. In (Ib), such intermolecular hydrogen bonds link molecules into infinite (101) planes. In (Ic), intermolecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds link molecules A and B into dimers, which are connected via N—H⋯S hydrogen bonds and form infinite chains along the c direction.  相似文献

In the title compound, 2‐(2‐nitrophenylthio)‐1,2‐benzothiazol‐3(2H)‐one 1,1‐dioxide, 2‐O2NC6H4S(C7H4NO3S) or C13H8N2O5S2, the planes of the saccharin and nitrophenylthiolate portions are almost orthogonal. The molecules are linked by C—H?O=S hydrogen bonds [C?O 3.308 (3) Å, H?O 2.44 Å and C—H?O 155°] into cyclic centrosymmetric R22(16) dimers, reinforced by aromatic π?π stacking interactions between the nitrated aryl rings.  相似文献

The title compound, C14H12N2O4, shows an E conformation about the diazenyl N atoms. The crystal structure features layers of molecules with the primary connection between the layers afforded by carboxylic acid dimer motifs; no evidence for extensive π–π stacking between the layers was found.  相似文献

The structures of the potential non‐linear optical (NLO) materials N‐[2‐(isopropylamino)‐5‐nitrophenyl]acetamide, (I) C11H15N3O3, and N‐[2‐(butylamino)‐5‐nitrophenyl]acetamide, (II) C12H17N3O3, have been investigated by X‐ray analysis. To compare them with the structure of N‐[2‐(dimethylamino)‐5‐nitrophenyl]acetamide, (III) C10H13N3O3, a known NLO compound, we had to redetermine the structure of (III), since it was described only briefly in the literature. There are two molecules in the asymmetric unit of compound (I), which have different orientations of the substituents with respect to the benzene ring. The packing of molecules in (II) and (III) contains stacks but both (I) and (II) crystallize in a centrosymmetric space group, which renders them inappropriate for NLO applications.  相似文献

The crystal structures of (1R,1′S)‐2′,2′‐dichloro‐N‐(1‐phenylethyl)cyclopropane‐1′‐carboxamide, C12H13Cl2NO, (I), and (1R,1′R)‐2′,2′‐difluoro‐N‐(1‐phenylethyl)cyclopropane‐1′‐carboxamide, C12H13F2NO, (II), have been determined. Both crystals contain two independent molecules with different conformations of the phenylethyl groups. In the crystals of both compounds, the molecules are linked together by N—H⃛O hydrogen bonds, thus forming chains in the a direction.  相似文献

The title compounds, (E)‐2‐[(2‐bromophenyl)iminomethyl]‐4‐methoxyphenol, C14H12BrNO2, (I), (E)‐2‐[(3‐bromophenyl)iminomethyl]‐4‐methoxyphenol, C14H12BrNO2, (II), and (E)‐2‐[(4‐bromophenyl)iminomethyl]‐4‐methoxyphenol, C14H12BrNO2, (III), adopt the phenol–imine tautomeric form. In all three structures, there are strong intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. Compound (I) has strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds, while compound (III) has weak intermolecular hydrogen bonds. In addition to these intermolecular interactions, C—H⋯π interactions in (I) and (III), and π–π interactions in (I), play roles in the crystal packing. The dihedral angles between the aromatic rings are 15.34 (12), 6.1 (3) and 39.2 (14)° for (I), (II) and (III), respectively.  相似文献

The geometries of the thiazole ring and the nitramino groups in N‐(3H‐thiazol‐2‐ylidene)nitramine, C3H3N3O2S, (I), and N‐methyl‐N‐(thiazol‐2‐yl)nitramine, C4H5N3O2S, (II), are very similar. The nitramine group in (II) is planar and twisted along the C—N bond with respect to the thiazole ring. In both structures, the asymmetric unit includes two practically equal molecules. In (I), the molecules are arranged in layers connected to each other by N—H⋯N and much weaker C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. In the crystal structure of (II), the molecules are arranged in layers bound to each other by both weak C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and S⋯O dipolar interactions.  相似文献

The previously unknown title compound, tetra‐μ‐acetato‐1:2κ2O;1:2κ2O:O′;2:3κ2O;2:3κ2O:O′‐diaqua‐1κO,3κO‐bis(μ‐2‐{[N‐ethyl‐N‐(2‐hydroxy‐5‐methylbenzyl)amino]methyl}‐1‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole)‐1κ3N3,N,O:2κO;3κ3N3,N,O:2κO‐trinickel(II) tetrahydrate, [Ni3(C18H22N3O)2(C2H3O2)4(H2O)2]·4H2O, (I), is a centrosymmetric linear trinuclear nickel(II) complex, where the Ni atoms are in an octahedral coordination and the ligand heteroatoms act so as to model amino acid residues.  相似文献

The title compounds, both C23H21ClN2OS, are isomeric, with (I) and (II) being the N‐3‐methylphenyl and N‐2‐methylphenyl derivatives, respectively. The dihedral angle between the 4‐chlorophenyl group and the thiophene ring in (II) [38.1 (1)°] is larger than that in (I) [7.1 (1)°], indicating steric repulsion between the chlorophenyl and o‐toluidine groups in (II). In both compounds, an intramolecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bond forms a pseudo‐six‐membered ring, thus locking the molecular conformation. In the crystal structures, molecules are connected via N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming chains along the b axis in (I) and along the c axis in (II). Intermolecular C—H⋯O/S and π–π interactions are also observed in (II), but not in (I).  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C11H16N4OS, the phenyl ring and the thiosemicarbazone moiety from a dihedral angle of 7.7 (1)°. The crystal structure is governed by N—H?O and O—H?S hydrogen bonds leading to the formation of a two‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound, trans‐[Pd(C6H5)(C8H7O2S)(C18H15P)2], crystallizes in two modifications differing only in the orientation of the 2‐methylthiobenzoato ligand. In both cases, this ligand binds to the metal centre via one O atom in a monodentate fashion. The only significant difference is a rotation about the C(Ph)—COO bond, with O—C—C—C torsion angles having values of 6.3 (7) and 157.3 (3)° in the two isomeric forms.  相似文献

The title compound, C25H30NO2+·Cl, has been synthesized, and the crystal structure shows that it is mainly stabilized through intermolecular N—H·Cl and O—H·Cl and intramolecular N—H·O hydrogen bonds. The absolute configuration of the new stereogenic center (the C atom adjacent to the N atom on the phenol side) was determined to have an R configuration.  相似文献

The title compound, C11H8N2O3S, crystallizes with two crystallographically independent molecules, which are conformationally almost identical, per asymmetric unit. The dihedral angles between the phenyl and 2‐thiofuramide planes are 46.3 (1) and 47.0 (1)° for the first and second molecule, respectively. Strong intramolecular N—H?O hydrogen bonds [N?O 2.664 (2) and 2.661 (2) Å] dictate an anti conformation of the C=S groups in relation to the furan‐O atoms.  相似文献
