The title compound, C11H15NO2, crystallized in the centrosymmetric space group P21/n with one molecule in the asymmetric unit. There is a single intermolecular hydrogen bond, in which the Ndonor?Oacceptor distance is 3.0374 (11) Å and the N—H?O angle is 171.0 (12)°. The single intramolecular hydrogen bond has an Odonor?Oacceptor distance of 2.6279 (11) Å and an O—H?O angle of 161.8 (14)°. The four leading intermolecular C—H?O interactions have H?O distances ranging from 2.52 to 2.65 (2) Å and C—H?O angles ranging from 125.2 (9) to 143°. Chains of interactions form two‐dimensional networks.  相似文献

The title compound, C16H18O4, crystallized in the centrosymmetric space group P21/c with one molecule in the asymmetric unit. The two hydroxyl‐H atoms are ordered, and are involved in intermolecular hydrogen bonds with Odonor?Oacceptor distances of 2.761 (1) and 2.699 (1) Å, and O—H?O angles of 157 (2) and 168 (2)°. Seven leading intermolecular C—H?O interactions have H?O distances ranging from 2.41 to 2.76 Å and C—H?O angles ranging from 125 to 170°. The hydrogen bonds and C—H?O interactions form chain and ring patterns, resulting in a richly three‐dimensional network. The biphenyl twist angle is 67.2 (1)°.  相似文献

The title compound, C11H12O4, crystallized in the centrosymmetric space group Pbca with one molecule as the asymmetric unit. The two hydrogen bonds have OD?OA distances of 2.667 (2) and 2.628 (2) Å, and O—H?O angles of 179 (2) and 177 (2)°. Each hydrogen bond forms an R(8) cyclic dimer about a center of symmetry. The leading intermolecular C—H?O interaction has an H?O distance of 2.66 Å and a C—H?O angle of 160°. Taken together with the hydrogen bonds, it results in a three‐dimensional network of interactions. The structure is compared with that of a close analog, benzylmalonic acid.  相似文献

The title compound, C7H8FO6PS·H2O, contains both phosphonic and sulfonic acid functionalities. An extensive network of O—H?O hydrogen bonds is present in the crystal structure. The three acidic protons are associated with the phosphonate group. Two protons experience typical hydrogen‐bond contacts with the sulfonate‐O atoms, while the third has a longer covalent bond of 1.05 (3) Å to the phosphonate‐O atom and a short hydrogen‐bond contact of 1.38 (3) Å to the water O atom (all O—H?O angles are in the range 162–175°). The sulfonate group is positioned so that one S—O bond is nearly coplanar with the phenyl ring [torsion angle O—S—C—C ?8.6 (2)°]. The phosphonate group is oriented approximately perpendicular to the ring [torsion angle P—C—C—C 99.2 (2)°] with one P—O bond anti to the benzyl C—C bond. The molecules pack in layers in the bc plane with the water molecules in between adjacent pairs of inverted layers.  相似文献

The title compound, C13H14O3, crystallized in the centrosymmetric space group C2/c with one molecule as the asymmetric unit. Each hydroxyl O atom is involved in hydrogen bonds with two other hydroxyl O atoms. The resulting chains of interactions propagate along [001]. In these interactions, the hydroxyl H atoms are disordered and the O?O distances are 2.648 (2) and 2.698 (2) Å. Two leading intermolecular C—H?O interactions have H?O distances of 2.80 and 2.84 Å and C—H?O angles of 136 and 144°; these interactions form chain and ring patterns. Taken together with the hydrogen bonds, they result in a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

In ferrocene‐1,1′‐diylbis(diphenylmethanol)–2,2′‐dipyridylamine (1/1), [Fe(C18H15O)2]·C10H9N3, (I), there is an intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond [H?O 2.03 Å, O?O 2.775 (2) Å and O—H?O 147°] in the ferrocenediol component, and the two neutral molecular components are linked by one O—H?N hydrogen bond [H?N 1.96 Å, O?N 2.755 (2) Å and O—H?N, 157°] and one N—H?O hydrogen bond [H?O 2.26 Å, N?O 3.112 (2) Å and N—H?O 164°] forming a cyclic R(8) motif. One of the pyridyl N atoms plays no part in the intermolecular hydrogen bonding, but participates in a short intramolecular C—H?N contact [H?N 2.31 Å, C?N 2.922 (2) Å and C—H?N 122°].  相似文献

The adduct 1,6‐diaminohexane–1,1,1‐tris(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethane (1/2) is a salt {hexane‐1,6‐diyldiammonium–4‐[1,1‐bis(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]phenolate (1/2)}, C6H18N22+·2C20H17O3?, in which the cation lies across a centre of inversion in space group P. The anions are linked by two short O—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O 1.74 and 1.76 Å, O?O 2.5702 (12) and 2.5855 (12) Å, and O—H?O 168 and 169°] into a chain containing two types of R(24) ring. Each cation is linked to four different anion chains by three N—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O 1.76–2.06 Å, N?O 2.6749 (14)–2.9159 (14) Å and N—H?O 156–172°]. In the adduct 2,2′‐bipyridyl–1,1,1‐tris(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethane (1/2), C10H8N2·2C20H18O3, the neutral diamine lies across a centre of inversion in space group P21/n. The tris(phenol) molecules are linked by two O—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O both 1.90 Å, O?O 2.7303 (14) and 2.7415 (15) Å, and O—H?O 173 and 176°] into sheets built from R(38) rings. Pairs of tris(phenol) sheets are linked via the diamine by means of a single O—H?N hydrogen bond [H?N 1.97 Å, O?N 2.7833 (16) Å and O—H?N 163°].  相似文献

In the crystal of the title complex, [Co(C9H6NO)3]·C2H5OH, the central Co atom has a distorted octahedral coordination comprised of three N atoms and three O atoms from the three 8‐quinolinolato ligands. The three Co—O bond distances are in the range 1.887 (2)–1.910 (2) Å, while the three Co—N bond distances range from 1.919 (2) to 1.934 (2) Å. The solvent ethanol molecule forms an intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonding with a quinolinolato ligand.  相似文献

Molecules of the title compound, C9H14O3, adopt a chiral `boat–chair' conformation, in which the carboxyl group avoids potential cross‐ring ketone interactions by an outward `equatorial' orientation. The asymmetric unit contains two such molecules, one conformationally fixed without disorder, (I), and the other, (I′), extensively disordered, both in the bond lengths and angles of the carboxyl and by a coupled `up‐down' conformational disordering [ratio of 60:40 (1)] of the remote ends of the boat–chair system. Each molecule in the asymmetric unit forms a centrosymmetric hydrogen‐bonded carboxyl dimer with a second molecule of its own type. For (I), O?O = 2.658 (3) Å and O—H?O = 174°. For (I′), O?O = 2.653 (3) Å and O—H?O = 165°. A number of intermolecular C=O?H—C close contacts are found.  相似文献

In the title compound, C20H16Cl2O4S2, the molecules lie across centres of inversion. A single type of intermolecular C—H?O hydrogen bond, with a C?O distance of 3.254 (3) Å and a C—H?O angle of 132°, links the molecules into ladders whose uprights form C(6) chains and whose rungs enclose centrosymmetric R(22) rings.  相似文献

The title compound, C18H13NO3, exists as a ketoamino tautomer implying a fairly short N—H?O intramolecular hydrogen bond between the 2‐naphthalenone and amino moieties [N?O 2.531 (3) Å] which is enhanced by the π‐electron delocalization effect. The naphthaldimine and 3‐carboxyphenyl fragments are inclined at an angle of 4.41 (7)°, so the molecule is almost planar. The molecules are connected by intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds between the carboxy and keto O atoms, forming infinite chains around the twofold screw axes parallel to b .  相似文献

The title compound, N‐(5‐chloro‐2‐oxidobenzylidene)‐2‐hydroxy‐5‐methylanilinium, C14H12ClNO2, is a tridentate Schiff base with almost planar molecules. Each molecule contains a strong intramolecular N—H?O hydrogen bond [2.576 (2) Å]. There is also an intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond [2.695 (2) Å] linking neighbouring molecules into infinite chains along the [101] direction.  相似文献

In the title compound, C24H18ClNO2, the phenyl ring and the tetralone moiety are approximately orthogonal to the isoxazoline ring. The isoxazoline ring adopts an envelope conformation, while the cyclohexenone ring of the tetralone moiety has an intermediate sofa/half‐chair conformation. In this structure, one C—H?N intermolecular and two C—H?O intramolecular hydrogen bonds occur; the H?A distances are 2.60, and 2.35 and 2.57 Å, respectively. The molecules are held together by an intermolecular C—H?N hydrogen bond, forming a one‐dimensional chain along the [100] direction.  相似文献

The title compound, C17H15NO4, derived from l ‐tyrosine, crystallizes with three independent molecules which differ in the conformation of the asymmetric unit: the N—C—C—Cipso torsion angles are ?71.7 (5), ?63.6 (6) and ?52.5 (5)°, respectively. Deformations in the phenol ring hydroxy O—C—C angles of 116.5 (4)/123.9 (4), 121.7 (5)/118.1 (4) and 122.4 (5)/118.6 (5)°, respectively, result from their respective intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding environments. Intermolecular Oacid—H?O=Cindole, Ophenol—H?O—Hphenol and Ophenol—H?O=Cindole hydrogen bonds, with O?O distances in the range 2.607 (4)–2.809 (4) Å, are present in combination with C—H?O and C—H?πarene interactions. The primary hydrogen‐bonding systems assemble with graph sets R33(8) and R32(22).  相似文献

The molecule of the title compound, C22H19N3O2S, is not planar. The dihedral angle between the two phenyl rings is 27.46 (7)° and in the dihydropyrazolopyrimidine ring the total puckering amplitude QT is 0.526 (3) Å. The structure is stabilized by both intra‐ and intermolecular C—H?O interaction, and by an intermolecular N—H?S hydrogen bond.  相似文献

The molecular structure of the title tricyclic compound, C17H21NO4, which is the immediate precursor of a potent synthetic inhibitor {Lek157: sodium (8S,9R)‐10‐[(E)‐ethylidene]‐4‐methoxy‐11‐oxo‐1‐azatricyclo[7.2.0.03,8]undec‐2‐ene‐2‐carboxylate} with remarkable potency, provides experimental evidence for the previously modelled relative position of the fused cyclohexyl ring and the carbonyl group of the β‐lactam ring, which takes part in the formation of the initial tetrahedral acyl–enzyme complex. In this hydrophobic molecule, the overall geometry is influenced by C—H?O intramolecular hydrogen bonds [3.046 (4) and 3.538 (6) Å, with corresponding normalized H?O distances of 2.30 and 2.46 Å], whereas the molecules are interconnected through intermolecular C—H?O hydrogen bonds [3.335 (4)–3.575 (5) Å].  相似文献

The crystal structures of tris(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H8NO)3], (I), and aquabis(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)copper(II), [Cu(C10H8NO)2(H2O)], (II), have been determined. Compound (I) has a distorted octahedral configuration, in which the central Fe atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three 2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olate ligands. The three Fe—O bond distances are in the range 1.934 (2)–1.947 (2) Å, while the three Fe—N bond distances range from 2.204 (2) to 2.405 (2) Å. In compound (II), the central CuII atom and H2O group lie on the crystallographic twofold axis and the coordination geometry of the CuII atom is close to trigonal bipyramidal, with the three O atoms in the basal plane and the two N atoms in apical positions. The Cu—N bond length is 2.018 (5) Å. The Cu—O bond length in the basal positions is 1.991 (4) Å, while the Cu—O bond length in the apical position is 2.273 (6) Å. There is an intermolecular OW—H?O hydrogen bond which links the molecules into a linear chain along the b axis.  相似文献
