In the title compound, NH4+·C7H8N5O4·H2O, the independent components are linked into bilayers by an extensive series of two‐centre N—H⃛O hydrogen bonds [H⃛O = 1.85–1.96 Å, N⃛O = 2.776 (2)–2.840 (2) Å and N—H⃛O = 149–172°], and by asymmetric three‐centre N—H⃛(O)2, O—H⃛(N,O) and O—H⃛(O)2 hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Ca(C9H11N6O5)2(H2O)3], the Ca atom lies on a twofold rotation axis in C2/c and the three water mol­ecules are all disordered, each over two sites having equal occupancy. The anion acts as a bridging ligand between pairs of Ca sites on the same twofold axis, thus forming a one‐dimensional coordination polymer, with the chains lying along the twofold axes. These chains are linked by multiple O—H?O and N—H?O hydrogen bonds into a single three‐dimensional framework.  相似文献

The title compound, [Y(C2H6OS)2(H2O)6]Cl3, contains the cation [Y(H2O)6{(CH3)2SO}2]3+ with a distorted square antiprismatic geometry of the eight coordinated O atoms. The six water mol­ecules are coordinated with an average Y—O distance of 2.38 (2) Å, ranging from 2.360 (3) to 2.404 (3) Å. Each water mol­ecule forms two hydrogen bonds to the chloride anions with O—Cl distances ranging from 3.068 (4) to 3.422 (4) Å. The two di­methyl­ sulfoxide ligands, situated in the cis position with the O—Y—O angle equal to 83.22 (11)°, have Y—O distances of 2.269 (3) and 2.278 (3) Å.  相似文献

The title copper complex, [Cu(dl ‐DAP)2(H2O)2]·2H2O or [Cu(C3H7N2O2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, prepared from the non‐protein amino acid dl ‐2,3‐di­amino­propionic acid (dl ‐HDAP), has a center of symmetry and a distorted octahedral coordination, with four N atoms in equatorial positions and two water mol­ecules in apical sites. The water mol­ecule of crystallization is hydrogen bonded to the deprotonated carboxyl­ate group of the ligand.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Mg(H2O)6]0.5[Mg2(C16H14ClN2O9)(H2O)4]·10H2O, shows that this bi­nuclear complex consists of two Mg centres in distorted octahedral geometry, joined by an oxo bridge which is a derivative of the deprotoned hydroxy group of the phenolate in the ligand mol­ecule. In the anion, the coordination sphere of each MgII ion is completed by two carboxyl­ates, a tertiary N atom and two water mol­ecules. The inner coordination spheres for the MgII ions are very similar, both in ligand sets and in geometry. Each unit of the binuclear complex has one negative charge neutralized by a neighbouring hydrated cation, [Mg(H2O)6]2+, in which the Mg atom lies on an inversion centre. In each cell, there are 34 water mol­ecules and most of them participate in the formation of hydrogen bonds, which contribute greatly to the stability of the whole structure.  相似文献

The reaction of cadmium chloride with pyridine‐2,6‐di­carboxylic acid (PDA) and 98% H2SO4 in ethanol led to the formation of the title compound, bis­[μ‐6‐(ethoxy­carbonyl)­pyridine‐2‐carboxyl­ato]‐1:2κ4O6,N,O2:O2;1:2κ4O2:O2,N,O6‐bis­[di­aqua­chloro­cadmium(II)] dihydrate, [Cd2(C9H8NO4)2Cl2(H2O)4]·2H2O. PDA is esterified to monoethyl ­pyridine‐2,6‐di­carboxyl­ate (MEPD) by the catalysis of H2SO4 during the reaction. The dinuclear CdII complex lies about an inversion centre and the unique Cd atom has a pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry. The two Cd atoms are bridged by two carboxyl­ate O atoms, forming a planar Cd2O2 unit. Stair‐like chains are formed via O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds and these are further arranged into two‐dimensional layers via hydrogen bonds involving solvate water mol­ecules.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mg(C5H4NOS)2(H2O)2]·C10H8N2O2S2, is a two‐component host–guest material. The 2,2′‐di­thio­bis(pyridine N‐oxide) molecule has crystallographic twofold symmetry. The metal complex lies on an inversion centre and associates via C—H?S interactions into chains which thread the 2,2′‐di­thio­bis­(pyridine N‐oxide) lattice in perpendicular directions. Hydro­gen bonds exist between the water mol­ecules of the di­aqua­magnesium units and the N—O groups of the host lattice.  相似文献

In the title compound, 2C10H15N5O4·0.5H2O, there are two independent mol­ecules of the pyrimidinyl­isoleucine in general positions and a water mol­ecule lying on a twofold rotation axis. The bond lengths within the organic moieties demonstrate significant polarization of the electronic structure. Each of the organic mol­ecules participates in 12 intermolecular hydrogen bonds, of O—H?O and N—H?O types, while the water mol­ecule acts as a double donor and as a double acceptor of O—H?O hydrogen bonds. The organic components are linked by the hydrogen bonds into a single three‐dimensional framework, reinforced by the water mol­ecules.  相似文献

In order to model processes of chemisorption in organic salts formed between di­nitro­benzoic acids (DNBH) and secondary amines (R2NH), a series of compounds of composition [MII(3,5‐DNB)2(DMSO)2(H2O)2] (where MII is Zn, Cu, Ni or Co, 3,5‐DNB is the 3,5‐di­nitro­benzoate ion, and DMSO is di­methyl sulfoxide) have been prepared. In di­aqua­bis­(di­methyl sulf­oxide)­bis(3,5‐DNB)­zinc(II), [Zn(C7H3N2O6)2(C2H6OS)2(H2O)2], the 3,5‐DNB ions and mol­ecules of DMSO are monodentate ligands that are coordinated to the Zn atom through their O atoms. These ligands, together with two mol­ecules of water, form a slightly distorted octahedral coordination environment for the Zn atom, which lies on a center of symmetry.  相似文献

The title copper(II) complex, [Cu(C22H18N6)2](ClO4)2·2C2H3N, comprises two neutral substituted tris­(pyrazol‐1‐yl)­methane ligands bonded to a central CuII ion, which is positioned on a crystallographic inversion center. Six Cu—N bonds are arranged in a distorted octa­hedral fashion. The unsubstituted pyrazole rings on each ligand are oriented trans with respect to each other, inter­digitated with the two 3‐phenyl­pyrazole rings of the other ligand.  相似文献

The structures of the two title isomeric compounds (systematic names: N‐meth­yl‐N,2‐dinitro­aniline and N‐meth­yl‐N,3‐di­nitro­aniline, both C7H7N3O4) are slightly different because they exhibit different steric hindrances and hydrogen‐bonding environments. The aromatic rings are planar. The –N(Me)NO2 and –NO2 groups are not coplanar with the rings. Comparison of the geometric parameters of the ortho, meta and para isomers together with those of N‐meth­yl‐N‐phenyl­nitramine suggests that the position of the nitro group has a strong influence on the aromatic ring distortion. The crystal packing is stabilized by weak C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to the nitramine group.  相似文献

In the title compound, polymeric potassium N‐(6‐amino‐3,4‐di­hydro‐3‐methyl‐5‐nitro­so‐4‐oxopyrimidin‐2‐yl)­glycyl­gly­cinate hydrate, (K+·C9H11N6O5?·H2O)n, the hexacoordinate K+ cation is linked to five different anions as well as to the water mol­ecule, with K—O distances in the range 2.617 (2)–2.850 (2) Å. Four of the O atoms in each anion coordinate to K centres, one of them acting as a bridging ligand, leading to the formation of nearly square centrosymmetric K2O2 rings. The structure is analysed in terms of (010) metal–ligand sheets linked by [010] chains of fused rings.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(NCS)2(C5H4N4O)2(H2O)2], crystallizes in the triclinic space group P. The molecular unit contains two neutral mol­ecules of 4,5‐di­hydro‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐a]­pyrimidin‐5‐one (5HtpO) coordinated through the N atom in position 3, two thio­cyanate ligands coordinated through their N atoms and two water mol­ecules completing an octahedral environment around the NiII ion, which lies on a centre of inversion. The structure is stabilized by hydrogen bonding. Distances in the coordination sphere are Ni—N3(5HtpO) 2.132 (2), Ni—O(water) 2.085 (2) and Ni—N(thio­cyanato) 2.040 (2) Å.  相似文献

The title complex, trans‐{μ‐2,2′‐[(1,2‐dioxoethane‐1,2‐diyl)­diimino]­diethano­ato(4−)}bis­[di­aqua­copper(II)] dihydrate, [Cu2(C6H4N2O6)(H2O)4]·2H2O, with a three‐dimensional framework, displays a square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. The structure consists of a neutral centrosymmetric binuclear unit in which the ox­amide ligand has a trans geometry, is fully deprotonated and acts in a bis‐tridentate fashion.  相似文献

The title compound, [RuH(C6H8BN4)(C21H21P)2(CO)], possesses two trans‐disposed tri‐p‐tolyl­phosphines in axial positions and the remaining ligands in equatorial positions. The overall geometry of the RuII ion is a distorted octahedral structure. The P—Ru—P axis deviates from linearity by about 13°. This distortion arises mainly from the steric congestion between the bulky phosphine moieties and the tetrahedral di­hydro­bis­(pyrazol‐1‐yl)­borate ligands.  相似文献

Ethyl N‐­[2‐(hydroxy­acetyl)‐4‐methyl­phenyl]carbamate, C12H15NO4, crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group P; pairs of mol­ecules are weakly linked by an O—H⋯O hydrogen bond and these aggregates are linked into chains by two independent aromatic π–π stacking inter­actions.  相似文献

All non‐H atoms of the mol­ecule apart from two methyl groups of the tert‐butyl group lie in a common plane. An intramolecular hydrogen bond is formed connecting two N atoms. In the title compound, [Co(C2H8N2)3]2[Ru2(C2H4O7P2)2Cl2]Cl·3H2O, the building unit contains two crystallographically independent dinuclear [Ru2(hedp)2Cl2]5− anions, where hedp [viz. (1‐hydroxy­ethyl­idene)­di­phospho­nate] serves as a bis‐chelating bridging ligand, two types of [Co(en)3]3+ cations, one uncoordinated Cl anion and five water mol­ecules of crystallization. The [Ru2(hedp)2Cl2]5− anions are connected to one another, forming one‐dimensional chains along the a axis. The [Co(en)3]3+ cations are located between these chains and lie across inversion centres. An extensive series of hydrogen bonds lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional supramol­ecular network structure, with channels generated along the [100] direction. The uncoordinated water mol­ecules and Cl anions reside in these channels.  相似文献

The title compound, C10H13N5O6, exhibits a highly polarized molecular–electronic structure and the conformation is influenced by two intramolecular N—H⃛O hydrogen bonds. The mol­ecules are linked into a single framework by hydrogen bonds of types O—H⃛O [O—H = 1.22, H⃛O = 1.38, O⃛O = 2.558 (6) Å and O—H⃛O = 160°], N—H⃛O [H⃛O = 2.26, N⃛O = 2.866 (6) Å and N—H⃛O = 126°] and O—H⃛N [O—H = 1.26, H⃛N = 1.56, O⃛N = 2.811 (6) Å and O—H⃛N = 170°].
