The crystal structures of dimagnesium disodium decavanadate icosahydrate, Mg2Na2V10O28·20H2O, (I), and trimagnesium decavanadate octacosahydrate, Mg3V10O28·28H2O, (II), have been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. They crystallize with monoclinic (C2/c) and triclinic () symmetry, respectively. All the Mg2+ cations in (I) and (II) are octahedrally coordinated by six water molecules. The Na+ cations in (I) are coordinated by three water molecules and three O atoms of the decavanadate anions, and link the latter into a three‐dimensional network. The decavanadate anions in (II) are not linked to one another.  相似文献

In the title compound, the decavanadate anion, [V10O28]6−, and the bridged [Na2(H2O)10]2+ dication lie across inversion centers. The charge balance is achieved by ethylenediammonium cations, H3NCH2CH2NH32+, which are disordered. The decavanadate anions are surrounded by the [Na2(H2O)10]2+ dications, thus forming layers, and the ethylenediammonium cations are located between these layers.  相似文献

Colourless triclinic single crystals of Na4(NH4)2[TeMo6O24] · 16H2O were grown in aqueous solution (space group P1 , a = 1 075.3(1), b = 1 074.2(1), c = 1 089.8(1) pm, = 96.259(9), β = 118.556(7), γ = 113.355(8)°, Z = 1, 295 K, 311 parameters, 3 689 reflections, Rg = 0.0197). There are two crystallographically independent Na+ cations. Na(1) is coordinated octahedrally by four water molecules and two oxygen atoms of the centrosymmetric [TeMo6O24]6? anion. Na(2) is bound to five water molecules in a considerably distorted trigonally bipyramidal fashion. These bipyramids are linked with NH4+ by hydrogen bonds to yield centrosymmetric cluster cations consisting of two NH4+ and two Na(H2O)5+ each. Hydrogen bonds envolving all except one (O(10)) of the oxygen atoms of the [TeMo6O24]6? anion as almost equivalent proton acceptors regardless of their bonding mode to Te and Mo, respectively, establish further connections to NH4+ and the water of crystallization.  相似文献

Polyoxometallates are capable of including transition metals in their crystal structures as either discrete cations or heteroatoms. The title compound crystallizes with triclinic symmetry and consists of a centrosymmetric [V10O28]6? anion, a trimeric {[Na(H2O)3][Ni(H2O)6][Na(H2O)3]}4+ cation, an [Ni(H2O)6]2+ cation and four water molecules of crystallization. The compound possesses two Ni atoms (each on independent inversion centres), one as a discrete cation and one in a disodium–nickel trimeric cation involved in the one‐dimensional polycation–polyanion hybrid polymer. The polymers are bound together via hydrogen bonds to the water molecules and the nickel(II) hexahydrate cation. Several structures of decavanadate compounds having transition metal atoms, monovalent cations and [V10O28]6? anions in the ratio 2:2:1 have been reported previously. However, the present compound differs from these in its arrangement of monovalent cations and transition metal atoms.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Na4(C8H16BO4)4(C4H10O2)]n, there are two coordination types for the four independent Na+ cations: two Na+ cations bond to six diolate O atoms [Na—O = 2.305 (2)–2.609 (2) Å], while the other two are five‐coordinate via one 1,4‐butanediol [2.289 (2) and 2.349 (3) Å] and four diolate O atoms [2.295 (2)–2.408 (2) Å]. Corresponding to this, there are three‐ and four‐coordinate diolate O atoms, the latter bridging Na atoms. The 1,4‐butanediol molecules lie on inversion centres. The boron stereochemistry shows minor local perturbations from its usual tetrahedral state [B—O = 1.457 (4)–1.503 (4) Å]. The resulting polymer packs as sheets parallel to the (10) plane crosslinked by the butanediol molecules. The structure was solved using data from a multiple crystal.  相似文献

The structural data for sodium 2‐hydroxy‐5‐nitrobenzylsulfonate monohydrate, Na+·C7H6NO6S?·H2O, which mimics an artificial substrate for human arylsulfatase A, viz. p‐nitrocatechol sulfate, reveal that the geometric parameters of the substrate and its analogue are very similar. Two water molecules, the phenolic O atom and three sulfonate O atoms form the coordination sphere of the Na+ ion, which is a distorted octahedron. The Na+ cations and the O atoms join to form a chain polymer.  相似文献

From the reduction of heptamolybdate, a polyoxomolybdate was obtained with the formula [Na(H2O)16(NH2CH2COO)]4+·{Na+[H9MoMoO56(NH2CH2COO)]5?}4?·20H2O, i.e. heptasodium nonahydrogen tetracarbamate hexadecaaquahexapentacontaoxaoctadecamolybdate(V,VI) icosahydrate. The 18 Mo atoms are connected by bridging O atoms to form a centrosymmetric girdle‐like structure, in which MoV–MoV units are found. An Na+ cation occupies the central hole of the girdle, while four Na+ cations are bonded to the O atoms on the girdle edge. The girdles are linked into a one‐dimensional chain by the other Na+ cations.  相似文献

The novel title polyvanadate(V), poly[[octa‐μ‐aqua‐dodecaaqua‐μ4‐octacosaoxidodecavanadato‐hexasodium] tetrahydrate], [Na6(H2O)20(V10O28)·4H2O]n, contains [V10O28]6− anions which lie about inversion centres and have approximate 2/m symmetry and which are linked to [Na3(H2O)10]3+ cations through two terminal and two μ2‐bridging O atoms. The structure contains three inequivalent Na+ cations, two of which form [Na2(H2O)8]n chains, which are linked via NaO6 octahedra involving the third Na+ ion, thus forming a three‐dimensional framework.  相似文献

The title compound, [Na(C8H20BO4)]n, has twofold crystallographic symmetry, with the Na+ cations bound by four O atoms [Na—O = 2.251 (3) Å]. The tetraethoxyborate anion acts as a bridging ligand to form one‐dimensional polymers running along the twofold crystal axis. The crystal was treated as a racemic twin.  相似文献

The crystal structures of tricopper decavanadate tetracosahydrate, (I), and copper tetrasodium decavanadate tricosahydrate, (II), have been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Both compounds exhibit a catenary structure consisting of [V10O28]6− anions linked by Cu2+ cations in (I) or by Na+ cations in (II). Compound (II) also contains a polymeric linear array of edge‐sharing [Na(OH2)6]+ and [Cu(OH2)6]2+ octahedra. In both compounds, the [V10O28]6− ions lie about inversion centres and the Cu2+ ions in (I) also lie about inversion centers.  相似文献

Li6[TeMo6O24] · 18 H2O is triclinic (space group P1 , a = 1 041.7(1), b = 1 058.6(1), c = 1 070.8(1) pm, α = 61.08(1), β = 60.44(1), γ = 73.95(1)°). Single crystal X-ray structure analysis (Z = 1, 295 K, 317 parameters, 3 973 reflections, Rg = 0.0250) revealed an infinite branched chain of edge-sharing Li coordination polyhedra to be the prominent structural feature. One of the four crystallographically independent Li+ is coordinated octahedrally. The coordination polyhedra of the remaining Li+ are distorted trigonal bipyramids. Only three unique oxygen atoms (O(9), O(10), O(12)) of the centrosymmetric [TeMo6O24]6? anion are bound to Li+. The further positions in the coordination spheres of the Li+ are occupied by water molecules. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds involve mainly oxygen atoms of the [TeMo6O24]6? anion as nearly equivalent proton acceptors without regard to their different bonding modes to Te and Mo, respectively. Li6[TeMo6O24] · Te(OH)6 · 18 H2O crystallizes monoclinically in space group P21/n with Z = 4, a = 994.1(3), b = 2 344.8(10), c = 1 764.9(4) pm, and β = 91.36(4)°. Single crystal structure analysis with least squares refinement of 627 parameters (5 900 reflections, 295 K) converged to Rg = 0.0324. There are six unique Li+ cations. The coordination polyhedra of Li(1), Li(2), Li(3), and Li(4) are linked by common edges to yield an eight membered centrosymmetric strand. The coordination polyhedra of the remaining two Li+ sites (Li(5), Li(6)) are connected to a dimeric unit via a common corner. All oxygen atoms of the Te(OH)6 molecule are involved in the coordination of Li+. However, only three oxygen atoms (O(13), O(18), O(23)) of the [TeMo6O24]6? anion which lacks crystallographic symmetry are involved in the coordination of Li+. The oxygen atoms of the anion act as proton acceptors in hydrogen bonds of predominantly medium strength. Te(OH)6 molecules and [TeMo6O24]6? anions connected by strong hydrogen bonds form an infinite chain.  相似文献

In the title compound, tetraethylammonium hydroxide pentahydrate, C8H20N+·OH?·5H2O, layers of approximately hexagonally close‐packed NEt4+ cations and anionic layers of hydroxide and water molecules are stacked alternately along the b axis. All hydroxide and water H atoms are in ordered positions, giving rise to a network of hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.633 (1)–2.947 (2) Å] with four‐ and six‐membered rings. The hydroxide ion accepts four hydrogen bonds from four water molecules but does not act as a proton donor.  相似文献

We present the first example of a compound containing Ba2+, C2O42−, water and some additional halide or pseudo‐halide anions, viz. hexa‐μ2‐aqua‐μ6‐oxalato‐dibarium(II) diisothiocyanate, {[Ba2(C2O4)(H2O)6](NCS)2}n. The structure consists of positively charged planar covalent layers of Ba2+ cations, oxalate anions and water molecules. The first coordination sphere of the Ba2+ cation contains six water molecules and four O atoms from two planar oxalate anions. The oxalate anion lies on an inversion centre and is coordinated to six Ba2+ cations, each donor O atom being bonded to two cations. Pairs of water molecules are coordinated by two Ba2+ cations. The layers are interspersed with non‐coordinated NCS anions.  相似文献

The three title complexes, namely pentasodium tris(2,2′‐oxydiacetato)neodymium(III) bis(tetrafluoroborate) hexahydrate and its samarium(III) and gadolinium(III) analogues, (I)–(III), respectively, are isomorphous and isostructural and have crystallographic D3 symmetry. The lanthanide metal ions are nine‐coordinate, binding to three O atoms of three oxodiacetate ligands. One Na+ ion is octahedrally coordinated to six O atoms and the other Na+ ion is octahedrally coordinated to four O atoms and two F atoms. The structure is effectively an infinite three‐dimensional polymer, consistent with the exceptional crystal quality. The racemic solutions spontaneously resolve on crystallization. For the individual crystals selected for structural analysis, the Nd and Sm complexes have the Λ configuration, while the Gd complex has the Δ configuration. The lanthanide–oxygen distances show the expected contraction of ca 0.02 Å with increasing atomic number for the lanthanide metal.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the isomorphous title compounds, namely potassium zinc hydrogen pyrophosphate dihydrate and potassium manganese hydrogen pyrophosphate dihydrate, consist of acidic pyrophosphate–metallate(II) layers joined by K+ ions and hydrogen‐bridging bonds. The Zn2+/Mn2+ ions are octahedrally surrounded by four pyrophosphate O atoms and by two water molecules. The (HP2O7)3? anions exhibit eclipsed conformations. The metal ions and water O atoms lie on mirror planes, as does the central O atom of the (HP2O7)3? anion.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Na(C2H3N2O3)], the Na+ cation lies on a centre of inversion in space group P21/m and all the atoms of the anion lie on a mirror plane. Na is octahedrally coordinated by four O and two N atoms from six different anions and each anion is coordinated to six different Na+ cations, forming chains of confacial octahedra which link the anion layers. Within these layers, the individual anions are linked by both O—H?O and C—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Mg2Ru2Cl10O·16H2O {dimagnesium μ‐oxo‐bis[pentachlororuthenate(IV)] hexadecahydrate} crystallizes in the monoclinic system (space group P21/c). The structure consists of layers of [Ru2Cl10O]4− anions, [Mg(H2O)6]2+ cations and water molecules stacked along the a axis. Only the O atom bonded to Ru occupies the 2a site with symmetry. All the other atoms occupy general 4e sites. The crystal structure is stabilized by O—H⋯O and O—H⋯Cl interactions.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, Na2[Zn(C6H11O2)4], consists of two‐dimensional polymeric sheets. The Zn2+ ions are approximately tetrahedrally coordinated by O atoms from different hexanoate anions. Both Na+ ions are six‐coordinated by carboxylate O atoms. One of the hexanoate O atoms is attached to one Zn2+ ion and one Na+ ion, and the remaining O atom is attached to two Na+ ions.  相似文献

The characteristic feature of the structure of the title compound, dipotassium bis(sulfito‐κS)mercurate(II) 2.25‐hydrate, is a layered arrangement parallel to (001) where each of the two independent [Hg(SO3)2]2− anions are grouped into centrosymmetric pairs and are surrounded by two K+ cations to give the overall layer composition {K2[Hg(SO3)2]2}2−. The remaining cations and the uncoordinated water molecules are situated between these layers. Within the [Hg(SO3)2]2− anions, the central Hg atoms are twofold coordinated by S atoms, with a mean Hg—S bond length of 2.384 (2) Å. The anions are slightly bent [174.26 (3) and 176.99 (3)°] due to intermolecular O...Hg interactions greater than 2.8 Å. All coordination polyhedra around the K+ cations are considerably distorted, with coordination numbers ranging from six to nine. Although the H atoms of the five water molecules (one with symmetry 2) could not be located, O...O separations between 2.80 and 2.95 Å suggest a system of medium to weak O—H...O hydrogen bonds which help to consolidate the structural set‐up. Differences and similarities between the bis(sulfito‐κS)mercurate(II) anions in the title compound and those in the related salts (NH4)2[Hg(SO3)2] and Na2[Hg(SO3)2]·H2O are discussed.  相似文献

In the polymeric title compound, [Na2(C4H12BO4)2(CH4O)2]n, the two independent sodium cations are bound by five O atoms. All the O atoms of one tetramethoxyborate anion bind cations, forming a tetrameric cluster around a tetragonal inversion centre [Na—O = 2.2777 (18)–2.3907 (16) Å]. Two methanol O atoms bridge the two Na atoms [Na—O = 2.3590 (15)–2.4088 (18) Å] and provide the hydrogen‐bonding H atoms. The second tetramethoxyborate anion provides two O atoms to one Na atom [mean Na—O = 2.31 (2) Å] and two O atoms as donors for crosslinking hydrogen bonds to adjacent tetramers, which complete the three‐dimensional packing. The crystal was a treated as a racemic twin.  相似文献
