The title salt, K[Co(C2H8N2)(CO3)2]·H2O, consists of a distorted octahedral cobalt complex anion and a seven‐coordinate potassium cation. Both metal atoms have crystallographic twofold symmetry, one C2 axis passing through the Co atom and C—C bond, and another along a short K—O (water) bond of 2.600 Å (corrected for libration). The carbonate is bidentate to both cobalt and potassium and the water forms a hydrogen bond to a carbonate O atom.  相似文献

Crystals of the title compound, [Co(NH3)6][Gd(C6H6NO6)2(H2O)]·8H2O, were synthesized in and collected from aqueous solution. The hexaamminecobalt(III) cation has the expected octahedral geometry, while the Gd coordination sphere has the geometry of a tricapped trigonal prism, with the two nitrilotriacetate N atoms and one water molecule occupying the capping positions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Yb(C2H3O2)(OH)2]·0.5H2O, was obtained via hydrothermal reaction of Yb(CH3COO)3·H2O with NaOH at 443 K. The compound forms two‐dimensional layers with six crystallographically independent YbIII atoms. Four of these form YbO8 coordination polyhedra, while the coordination number of the remaining two YbIII atoms is 7. Five of these coordination polyhedra are interconnected mainly via hydroxide groups, as they build a narrow inner layer that extends infinitely within the ab plane. The sixth YbIII atom resides outside this inner layer and builds a terminal YbO8 coordination polyhedron on the layer surface. Its coordination environment comprises four carboxylate O atoms belonging to three different acetate entities, three hydroxide groups and one water molecule. Adjacent layers experience weak interactions via hydrogen bonds. The Yb—O distances lie in the range 2.232 (4)–2.613 (5) Å.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, {[La(C4H5O2)3(H2O)2]·C5H5N5·H2O}n, consists of an LaIII cation, three crotonate (but‐2‐enoate) anions and two coordinated water molecules forming the neutral complex, completed by an external adenine molecule and one hydration water molecule. The LaO10 coordination polyhedra, connected through the sharing of a single edge, form isolated chains running along the [100] direction. These one‐dimensional structures are characterized by two different centrosymmetric La2O2 loops, with La...La distances of 4.5394 (6) and 4.5036 (6) Å. The unbound adenine and water solvent molecules form a highly planar hydrogen‐bonded array parallel to (110) (r.m.s. deviation from the mean plane < 0.10 Å) which intersects the isolated La–crotonate chains in a slanted fashion to form an extremely connected hydrogen‐bonded three‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

The title compound, [Dy2(C2H3O2)6(H2O)4]·4H2O, crystallizes in the form of dimeric units related by an inversion centre. Each cation is nine‐coordinate, binding to two water molecules and three acetate groups, two of which are bidentate and the third tridentate. This last acetate group acts as a bridge between neighbouring metal atoms, leading to an intradimer Dy?Dy separation of 4.170 (1) Å.  相似文献

Ten dialkyldithiophosphate derivatives of phenylbismuth(III) of the type, Ph(3–n)Bi[S(S)P(OR)2]n [where n = 1; R = Me( 1 ), Et( 2 ), Pri( 3 ), Prn( 4 ) and Bun( 5 ); n = 2; R = Me( 6 ), Et( 7 ), Pri( 8 ), Prn( 9 ) and Bun( 10 )] have been synthesized by the reactions of triphenylbismuth(III) with corresponding dialkyldithiophosphoric acids in 1:1 and 1:2 stoichiometric ratios, respectively, in stirred benzene solution. The newly synthesized brown colored compounds, 1–10 have been characterized by elemental analyses, molecular weight measurements, IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 31P) spectral studies. The ligand diethyldithiophosphoric acid, [(C2H5O)2P(S)SH], and its organobismuth(III) derivatives, compounds 2 and 7 were administered to adult male rats by oral gavage at the dose of 25 mg per kg body weight per day, for 60 days, and their effects were evaluated and compared for changes in testicular morphology, circulatory concentrations of testosterone, FSH and LH, sperm dynamics, fertility index and testicular cell population dynamics. The structure of the ionic title compound, (C5H7N6)2[Nd2(C5O5)4(H2O)8], consists of anionic dimers built around an inversion centre and is made up of an NdIII cation, two croconate (croco) dianions and four water molecules (plus their inversion images), with two noncoordinated symmetry‐related 2,6‐diamino‐1H‐purin‐3‐ium (Hdap+) cations providing charge balance. Each NdIII atom is bound to nine O atoms from four water and three croco units. The coordination polyhedron has the form of a rather regular monocapped square antiprism. The croconate anions are regular and the Hdap+ cation presents a unique, thus far unreported, protonation state. The abundance of hydrogen‐bonding donors and acceptors gives rise to a complex packing scheme consisting of dimers interlinked along the three crystallographic directions and defining anionic `cages' where the unbound Hdap+ cations lodge, linking to the mainframe via (N—H)Hdap...Owater/croco and (O—H)water...NHdap interactions.  相似文献

In the title compound, [{η5‐CpCo[P(O)(OMe)2]3}Nd(O2CCH3)2]2, with a centrosymmetric molecule, each Nd atom has an eight‐coordination environment, surrounded by a tripodal {LOMe = CpCo[P(O)(OMe)2]3} and four bridging acetato ligands. The coordination geometry around each Nd centre is described as a distorted square‐antiprism and the two different types of acetato ligands have μ‐O:O′‐ and μ‐O,O′:O′‐acetato coordination modes. The Nd—O distances are in the range 2.378 (4)–2.594 (5) Å and the Nd?Nd distance is 3.9913 (6) Å.  相似文献

In the structure of the title compound, [VO(C2O4)(H2O)3]·2H2O, the V atom of the oxovanadium(IV) cation is coordinated to one bidentate oxalate anion and three water molecules, resulting in a neutral complex. Two more water molecules are not coordinated to the V atoms but are involved in the hydrogen‐bonding network, which consists of ten different hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The synthesis and structure of the title compound, (C24H20P)2[Ge(C2O4)3], are reported. The PPh4+ cations in the structure form infinite zigzag chains in which the P?P distances alternate between 6.229 (1) and 7.118 (1) Å, and the P?P?P angle is 131.4 (1) Å. The shorter P?P distance is associated with a sixfold phenyl embrace. However, the longer P?P distance is associated with both phenyl–phenyl interactions and interactions between the cations and a twofold symmetric [Ge(C2O4)3]2? anion. In the cation–anion interactions, the P?O distance is 4.444 (2) Å, the O?P—Cdistal angle is 175.0 (1)° and the shortest H?O distances are 2.74 and 3.09 Å.  相似文献

In the title dimeric complex, [Cu2(C4H4O4)2(C7H6N2S)4], which possesses a centre of symmetry, the Cu atoms are enclosed in a 14‐membered ring. They adopt a distorted square‐bipyramidal (4+2) coordination. The four closest donor atoms are two N atoms of 2‐aminobenzothiazole ligands and two O atoms of the succinate carboxylate groups. They form a square‐planar cis arrangement, with an average Cu—N distance of 2.003 (3) Å and Cu—O distances of 1.949 (3) and 1.965 (3) Å. Two longer Cu—O bonds of 2.709 (3) and 2.613 (3) Å involving the remaining O atoms of the carboxylate groups complete the sixfold coordination of the Cu atoms. The H atoms of each amino group of the 2‐aminobenzothiazole molecules form intra‐ and intermolecular N—H?O hydrogen bonds. A nearly perpendicular intermolecular C—H?Cg interaction (Cg is the centroid of the imidazole ring) is observed. The intramolecular Cu?Cu distance is 6.384 (2) Å.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cd(C6H15NO3)2](C4O4)·H2O, a supramolecular structure is observed. The asymmetric unit consists of one unit of the cationic Cd complex, one water molecule and two half‐squarate anions, each sitting on a crystallographic inversion center. The different coordinations of the two triethanolamine (TEA) ligands results in an unusual example of coordination number seven for the CdII ion. Both TEA ligands coordinate to the CdII ion, forming a distorted monocapped trigonal prismatic geometry with approximate C2v symmetry. One of the TEA ligands acts as an N,O,O′‐tridentate ligand, whereas the other behaves as an N,O,O′,O′′‐tetradentate donor. The anions and cations are linked to one another by hydrogen bonds between hydroxy H atoms of the TEA ligands and squarate O atoms. The crystal structure is stabilized by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds between the unligated water molecule and a squarate O atom, together with a weak π–ring interaction between the ethylene group of a TEA ligand and a squarate anion.  相似文献

(O,O′)-Diorganodithiophosphatophenyltellurium(II)- and Tris[(O,O′)-diorganodithiophosphato]phenyltellurium(IV) Compounds; Crystal Structure of Tris[(O,O′)-diphenyldithiophosphato]phenyltellur(IV) The title compounds are available by reaction of trichlorophenyltellurium(IV) respectively iodophenyltellurium(II) with the sodium or ammonium salts of (O,O′)-diorganodithiophosphorus acids in various solvents. The resulting tellurium(IV) compounds have a pronounced tendency towards reductive elimination of bis[(O,O′)-diorganothiophosphoryl]disulfanes [S2P(OR)2]2 in solution. In contrast, the tellurium(II) compounds are stable, although they are disintegrated to diphenylditellane and [S2P(OR)2]2 on prolonged standing in chlorinated hydrocarbons. Crystals of tris[(O,O′)-diphenyldithiophosphato]phenyltellurium(IV) are monoclinic (space group P21/c) with the cell constants: a = 1 039.2(1), b = 1 037.9(3), c = 4 205.0(1) pm, β = 95.273(1)°, V = 4 516.42(9)X106 pm3, Z = 4. The compound appears to be monomeric in the solid state forming a distorted pentagonal bipyramid. The stereochemical influence of the lone pair of electrons causes the axial (i. e. C1? Te? S4) angle to be 156.6(1)° rather than the theoretical 180°.  相似文献

The title ionic compound, (C7H8N3)2[Ho2(C4H5O2)8], is constructed from two almost identical independent centrosymmetric anionic dimers balanced by two independent 2‐amino‐1H‐benzimidazol‐3‐ium (Habim+) cations. The asymmetric part of each dimer is made up of one HoIII cation and four crotonate (crot or but‐2‐enoate) anions, two of them acting in a simple η2‐chelating mode and the remaining two acting in two different μ22 fashions, viz. purely bridging and bridging–chelating. Symmetry‐related HoIII cations are linked by two Ho—O—Ho and two Ho—O—C—O—Ho bridges which lead to rather short intracationic Ho...Ho distances [3.8418 (3) and 3.8246 (3) Å]. In addition to the obvious Coulombic interactions linking the cations and anions, the isolated [Ho2(crot)8]2− and Habim+ ions are linked by a number of N—H...O hydrogen bonds, in which all N—H groups of the cation are involved as donors and all (simple chelating) crot O atoms are involved as acceptors. These interactions result in compact two‐dimensional structures parallel to (110), which are linked to each other by weaker π–π contacts between Habim+ benzene groups.  相似文献

The title complex, [Ag(NO3)(C13H9N)2], is the first complex of silver and acridine to be reported. The silver coordination is distorted trigonal. The N—Ag—N angle involving the N atoms of the acridine ligands is 145.84 (6)°. The nitrate ion coordinates to silver as an asymmetrically chelating bidentate ligand. The crystal structure consists of neutral complex molecules linked into chains by means of attractive π–π interactions among the parallel acridine ligands.  相似文献

The title compounds, Na[{AmO2}(C2H3O2)3], (I), and (CH6N3)[{AmO2}(C4H5O2)3], (II), contain complex anions in which AmO22+ cations are surrounded by three bidentate‐chelating carboxylate groups. The atoms of the AmO2 group and the Na atoms in (I) are situated on threefold axes. All the atoms in (II) occupy general positions. Both compounds are isomorphous with earlier studied analogous compounds of previous members of the actinide (An) series.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Zn(C8H4O5)(C12H8N2)]·H2O}n or {[Zn(OH‐BDC)(phen)]·H2O}n (where OH‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline), the Zn atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from the phen ligands and by four O atoms from hydroxyisophthalate ligands in a highly distorted octahedral geometry, with Zn—O distances in the range 2.042 (4)–2.085 (5) Å and Zn—N distances of 2.133 (5) and 2.137 (5) Å. The {[Zn(OH‐BDC)(phen)]·H2O}n infinite zigzag polymer forms a helical chain of [Zn2(OH‐BDC)2]n units. Face‐to‐face π–π interactions (3.60–3.75 Å) occur between two phen rings belonging to the same helical chain. Consolidation of the packing structure is achieved by O—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the carboxylate O atoms, the hydroxyl group and the water molecule, forming two‐dimensional sheets.  相似文献

In the mononuclear title compound, [Cu(C4H4O5)(C6H6N2O)(H2O)2], the CuII centre is bound to a chelating oxydiacetate ligand, a monodentate pyridine‐3‐carboxamide unit and two water molecules, defining an octahedral coordination where the first two ligands form the equatorial plane and the last two occupy the apical sites. The planar oxydiacetate ligand is slightly disordered at its central ether O atom. The availability of efficient donors and acceptors for hydrogen bonding results in a complex interaction scheme where each monomer links to six similar units to define a well connected three‐dimensional structure. A comparison is made with related structures in the literature, and the reasons for their differences are discussed.  相似文献
