The crystal structure of the title potassium salt, K+·C8HN4O2, of the organic anion 3‐cyano‐4‐(di­cyano­methyl­ene)‐5‐oxo‐4,5‐di­hydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐2‐olate shows that the di­cyano­methyl­ene moiety is able to accept an electron in the same way as does tetra­cyano­ethyl­ene, to yield the novel product. The organic anion is nearly planar, with deviations caused by steric crowding among the exocyclic cyano groups. The K+ cations lie within tricapped trigonal prisms that stack to form channels. The three‐dimensional structure is completed by the formation of hydrogen‐bonded chains by the anions.  相似文献

The title compound, C23H29N3O4, has potential calcium modulatory properties. The conformation of the 1,4‐di­hydro­pyridine ring is unusual in that it is planar, instead of the usual shallow boat. The 3‐nitro­phenyl substituent is in the synperiplanar orientation with respect to the di­hydro­pyridine ring plane. The oxo­cyclo­hexene ring has a distorted envelope conformation, with the out‐of‐plane atom being disordered on opposite sides of the ring plane. The mol­ecules are linked into chains by intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A new type of benzo­thia­zolinone derivative with potential pharmacological activity, viz. 6‐(3,4‐di­fluoro­benzoyl)‐3‐[2‐(4‐pyridyl)­ethyl]‐1,3‐benzo­thia­zol‐2(3H)‐one, C21H14F2N2O2S, has been prepared and studied by NMR, IR and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction techniques. The mol­ecule is not planar, the pyridine and di­fluoro­benzene moieties being located above and below the benzo­thia­zole ring system. The carbonyl O atoms are involved in an intramolecular hydrogen‐bond‐type interaction.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the title compounds, alternatively called 2,2′‐(2,2′‐bi­imid­azole‐1,1′‐diyl)­diaceto­hydra­zide monohydrate, C10H14N8O2·H2O, (I), and 3,3′‐(2,2′‐bi­imid­azole‐1,1′‐diyl)­dipropion­o­hydra­zide, C12H18N8O2, (II), respectively, have been determined. The mol­ecules consist of half‐mol­ecule asymmetric units related by a twofold rotation in (I) and by a center of inversion in (II). The imidazole rings of both mol­ecules crystallize in a nearly coplanar fashion [dihedral angles of 5.91 (3) and 0.0 (1)° for (I) and (II), respectively]. Both planar hy­dra­zinocarbonylalkyl substituents are essentially planar and assume the E orientation.  相似文献

X‐ray studies reveal that tert‐butyl (6S)‐6‐iso­butyl‐2,4‐dioxo­piperidine‐1‐carboxyl­ate occurs in the 4‐enol form, viz. tert‐butyl (6S)‐4‐hydroxy‐6‐iso­butyl‐2‐oxo‐1,2,5,6‐tetra­hydropyri­dine‐1‐carboxyl­ate, C14H23NO4, when crystals are grown from a mixture of di­chloro­methane and pentane, and has an axial orientation of the iso­butyl side chain at the 6‐position of the piperidine ring. Reduction of the keto functionality leads predominantly to the corresponding β‐hydroxy­lated δ‐lactam, tert‐butyl (4R,6S)‐4‐hydroxy‐6‐iso­butyl‐2‐oxo­piperidine‐1‐car­boxyl­ate, C14H25NO4, with a cis configuration of the 4‐hydroxy and 6‐iso­butyl groups. The two compounds show similar molecular packing driven by strong O—H⋯O=C hydrogen bonds, leading to infinite chains in the crystal structure.  相似文献

The title compound, C25H29N3O13S, has peripheral acetyl and carbo­methoxy groups which show disorder. The absolute structure, although known from the starting materials, was confirmed by the analysis. There are no intermolecular hydrogen bonds. This structure is of importance because it elucidates the pathway for hetero‐Diels–Alder reactions between di­methyl acetyl­enedi­carboxyl­ate and 6‐amino­pyridin‐4(3H)‐one derivatives catalyzed by tri­fluoro­acetic acid.  相似文献

Mol­ecules of 1‐acetyl‐3‐ferrocenyl‐5‐methyl‐1H‐pyrazole, [Fe(C5H5)(C11H11N2O)], form a centrosymmetric dimer generated by a combination of one C—H⋯π(pyrazole) and one C—H⋯π(cyclo­penta­dienyl) inter­action. The dimers are linked by C—H⋯π inter­actions, involving the pyrazole rings as acceptors, into layers parallel to (10). Mol­ecules of 1‐acetyl‐5‐ferrocenyl‐3‐(2‐pyrid­yl)‐1H‐pyrazole, [Fe(C5H5)(C15H12N3O)], are linked by C—H⋯O inter­actions into a chain running in the [010] direction. Two chains of this type passing through each unit cell are connected by O⋯π(pyridyl) inter­actions into an [010] double chain.  相似文献

In the title compounds, C17H15N3 and C20H22N4, the methyl derivative crystallizes with two mol­ecules in the asymmetric unit, while the N,N‐diethyl­amino derivative crystallizes with one mol­ecule per asymmetric unit. The bi­phenyl twist angle for both mol­ecular structures is approximately 45°. The molecular packing is stabilized by N—H?N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The structure of the title S‐alkyl­ated iso­thio­semicarbazide, C12H15N3OS, was determined by single‐crystal diffractometry and compared with the structures of other compounds containing the S‐alkyl­thio­semicarbazide moiety. Such structures cluster into two groups, according to the different orientation of the –SR group with respect to the hydrazine N atom of the thio­semicarbazide. The cis arrangement is preferred by most mol­ecules in the solid state, in spite of the possibility of intramolecular N—H?N interactions in the opposite orientation.  相似文献

The 2‐chloro‐5‐nitro­phenyl ring is oriented such that the chloro substituent is in a synperiplanar orientation with respect to the 1,4‐di­hydro­pyridine ring plane, while the nitro substituent sits over the 1,4‐di­hydro­pyridine ring. The cyclo­hexenone ring has a conformation that is approximately half‐way between that of an envelope and that of a half‐chair. The reaction of 1‐thia‐4,7‐di­azacyclo­nonane with bromo­acetyl bromide in CHCl3 affords the unexpected salt 4‐(2‐bromo­acetyl)‐8‐oxo‐1‐thionia‐4,7‐di­aza­bi­cyclo­[5.2.2]­un­decane bromide, C10H16BrN2O2S+·Br. Two units of the salt are linked by S⋯Br contacts about a crystallographic inversion centre, thus forming dimers that are linked by Br⋯Br contacts into extended ribbons. The crystal structures of the first stable α‐diol from the α‐halogenopyruv­amide series, 3‐chloro‐2,2‐di­hydroxy‐3‐phenyl­propan­amide, C9H10­ClNO3, and three products [3‐(4‐chloro­phenyl)‐2‐cyano‐2,3‐epoxy­propan­amide, C10H7­ClN2O2, 3‐bromo‐2‐cyano‐2‐hydroxy‐3‐p‐tolyl­propan­amide, C11H11Br­N2O2, 3‐bromo‐2‐oxo‐3‐p‐tolyl­propan­amide, C10H10­BrNO2] obtained during the systematic synthesis of α‐halogenopyruv­amides are reported. The crystal structures are dominated by hydrogen bonds involving an amide group. The stability of the geminal diol could be ascribed to hydrogen bonds which involve both hydroxyl groups.  相似文献

The title compounds, C20H21F2NO3 and C21H23F2NO3, respectively, belong to a class of 1,4‐dihydro­pyridines whose members sometimes display calcium modulatory properties. The 1,4‐dihydro­pyridine rings have the usual shallow boat conformation. In each structure, the 2,3‐difluoro­phenyl ring is oriented such that the fluoro substituents are in a synperi­planar orientation with respect to the 1,4‐dihydro­pyridine ring plane and the oxocyclo­hexene ring has a slightly distorted envelope conformation. Both structures exhibit the same inter­molecular N—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonding motif, in which the mol­ecules are linked into chains by inter­actions involving the carbonyl O atom of the oxocyclo­hexene ring.  相似文献

The title compound {alternatively, 3‐methyl‐2‐[oxido(oxo)hydrazono]‐2,3‐dihydro‐1,3‐thiazole}, C4H5N3O2S, was obtained by methyl­ation of N‐(2‐thia­zolyl)­nitr­amine. The molecule lies on a mirror plane and the thia­zole ring is planar, regular in shape and aromatic. The S atom participates in the aromatic sextet via an electron pair on the 3pz orbital. In the crystal, the mol­ecules are arranged in parallel layers, bound to each other by weak C—H?O and C—H?N hydrogen bonds and by S?O dipolar interactions, with an interlayer separation of 3.23 Å.  相似文献

The crystal packing of 1‐iodo‐3‐nitro­benzene, C6H4INO2, is formed by planar mol­ecules which are linked by I⋯I and NO2⋯NO2 interactions. In the case of 1‐iodo‐3,5‐di­nitro­benzene, C6H3IN2O4, the NO2 groups are not exactly coplanar with the benzene ring and the mol­ecules form sheets linked by NO2⋯NO2 interactions. In contrast with 4‐iodo­nitro­benzene, the crystal structures of both title compounds do not form highly symmetrical I⋯NO2 intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

9,10‐Di­phenyl‐9,10‐epi­dioxy­anthracene, C26H18O2, (I), was accidentally used in a photo­oxy­genation reaction that produced 9,10‐di­hydro‐10,10‐di­methoxy‐9‐phenyl­anthracen‐9‐ol, C22H20O3, (II). In both compounds, the phenyl rings are approximately orthogonal to the anthracene moiety. The conformation of the anthracene moiety differs as a result of substitution. Intramolecular C—H⃛O interactions in (I) form two approximately planar S(5) rings in each of the two crystallographically independent mol­ecules. The packing of (I) and (II) consists of molecular dimers stabilized by C—H⃛O interactions and of molecular chains stabilized by O—H⃛O interactions, respectively.  相似文献
