The reaction between 4‐(4‐methylphenyl)but‐3‐en‐2‐one and aminoguanidine produced an unexpected product of formula C12H15N3O, consisting of a carboxamide moiety joined to a substituted pyrazoline ring at one of the N atoms. The pyrazoline ring adopts a flat‐envelope conformation and the substituted phenyl ring is oriented almost perpendicular to the heterocycle. The carbonyl O atom has partial anionic character as a result of the transfer of π density from the two adjacent sp2 N atoms and is involved in an intermolecular hydrogen bond with the amide group.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Zn(C7H5O3)2(C10H8N2)], contains one monomeric zinc complex. The Zn atom is coordinated to one 2,2′‐bipyridyl ligand via both N atoms and to two salicylate anions (Hsal) in a bidentate chelating manner involving carboxylate O‐atom coordination. The complex exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry about the ZnII atom, with the `apical' positions occupied by one of the two N atoms of the bipyridyl ligand and an O atom from one Hsal ligand; the Zn atom is 0.168 (1) Å out of the `basal' plane. Two intramolecular six‐membered hydrogen‐bonded rings are present, generated from interactions between the carboxyl and hydroxyl groups of the salicylate ligands. The crystal packing is governed by weak C—H⋯O and C—H⋯π interactions.  相似文献

In the title Schiff base complex, [Zn(C15H12N7OS)2]·3C3H7NO·H2O, each ZnII atom is six‐coordinated in a distorted octahedral environment by two ligands acting in a tridentate chelating mode through two N atoms and one S atom. The coordination mode of the ligand is nearly planar. There are three dimethylformamide molecules and one water molecule solvating the complex. The coordination behavior of the ligand is compared with that of related ligands in similar complexes.  相似文献

The Schiff base ligand in the title complex, [Pt(C9H8BrN2S2)2], is deprotonated from its tautomeric thiol form and coordinated to PtIIvia the mercapto S and β–N atoms. The configuration about PtII is a perfect square‐planar, with two equivalent Pt—N [2.023 (3) Å] and Pt—S [2.293 (1) Å] bonds. The phenyl ring is twisted against the coordination moiety Pt1/N1/N1′/S2′/S2 by 31.8 (2)°, due to the steric hindrance induced by ortho‐substituted bulky Br atom.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(NO3)2(C4H4N2)2]n, crystallizes as a linear polymeric compound with one pyrimidine ligand bridging between two CuII atoms and a second pyrimidine ligand coordinated in a monodentate manner. The distorted octahedral geometry around the CuII atom consists of two pyrimidine N atoms at distances of 2.033 (4) and 2.025 (4) Å, and two nitrate O atoms at distances at 1.987 (3) and 1.973 (3) Å. The apical positions are occupied by an N atom of a bridging pyrimidine ligand [2.291 (4) Å] and a nitrate O atom at a long distance of 2.781 (3) Å. The basal plane is almost planar, with trans angles of 176.23 (14) and 165.34 (15)°.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ti(C15H17NO2S)Cl2], has a Ti atom bound to the N and O atoms of a p‐toluenesulfonamide ligand, which is tethered by a three‐carbon chain to a η5‐cyclopentadienyl group. The distorted square‐pyramidal geometry is completed by two Cl atoms. The Ti—N bond length of 2.0375 (13) Å is longer than that in related compounds, the N atom having asymmetric trigonal–planar geometry. Conformational strain relief is noted when compared with ethyl‐tethered compounds.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Pd(C12H8FN4O2)2(C5H5N)2] or trans‐[Pd(FC6H4N=N—NC6H4NO2)(C5H5N)2], the Pd atom lies on a centre of inversion in space group P. The coordination geometry about the Pd2+ ion is square planar, with two deprotonated 3‐(2‐fluorophenyl)‐1‐(4‐nitrophenyl)triazenide ions, FC6H4N=N—NC6H4NO2?, acting as monodentate ligands (two‐electron donors), while two neutral pyridine molecules complete the metal coordination sphere. The whole triazenide ligand is not planar, with the largest interplanar angle being 16.8 (5)° between the phenyl ring of the 2‐fluorophenyl group and the plane defined by the N=N—N moiety. The Pd—N(triazenide) and Pd—N(pyridine) distances are 2.021 (3) and 2.039 (3) Å, respectively.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C9H5N2O3)2(C2H6OS)2], consists of octahedrally coordinated CuII ions, with the 3‐oxo‐3,4‐dihydroquinoxaline‐2‐carboxylate ligands acting in a bidentate manner [Cu—O = 1.9116 (14) Å and Cu—N = 2.1191 (16) Å] and a dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) molecule coordinated axially via the O atom [Cu—O = 2.336 (5) and 2.418 (7) Å for the major and minor disorder components, respectively]. The whole DMSO molecule exhibits positional disorder [0.62 (1):0.38 (1)]. The octahedron around the CuII atom, which lies on an inversion centre, is elongated in the axial direction, exhibiting a Jahn–Teller effect. The ligand exhibits tautomerization by H‐atom transfer from the hydroxyl group at position 3 to the N atom at position 4 of the quinoxaline ring of the ligand. The complex molecules are linked through an intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond [N...O = 2.838 (2) Å] formed between the quinoxaline NH group and a carboxylate O atom, and by a weak intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.392 (11) Å] formed between a carboxylate O atom and a methyl C atom of the DMSO ligand. There is a weak intramolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.065 (3) Å] formed between a benzene CH group and a carboxylate O atom.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn2(C25H15N5O2)2]·2CH2Cl2, is a dinuclear double‐helical complex which lies on a crystallographic twofold axis. In the complex, both ligands are partitioned into two tridentate domains which allow each ligand to bridge both metal centres. Each ZnII atom is six‐coordinated in a distorted octahedral environment formed by two amide N atoms, two quinoline N atoms and two pyridine N atoms from two different ligand molecules, with the central pyridine ring, unusually, bridging two ZnII atoms. The deprotonated ligand is not planar, the amide side chains being considerably twisted out from the plane of the central pyridine ring.  相似文献

In the title compound, C29H30N6O, the naphthyridine moiety is planar with a dihedral angle between the fused rings of 1.9 (1)°. The phenol ring is nearly coplanar, while the diethylaminophenyl substituent is orthogonal to the central naphthyridine ring and the pyrrolidine ring makes an angle of 11.2 (1)° with it. The O atom of the hydroxy substituent is coplanar with the phenyl ring to which it is attached. The molecular structure is stabilized by a C—H?N‐type intramolecular hydrogen bond and the packing is stabilized by intermolecular C—H?π, O—H?N and N—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Zn(C10H6NO2)2(C12H8N2)]·1.5C3H7NO, contains one monomeric zinc complex and 1.5 disordered dimethylformamide solvate molecules. The Zn atom is coordinated to one 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand and to two isoquinolinecarboxylate anions (IQC?) via their N and O atoms. The complex exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry around the ZnII atom, with the apical positions occupied by the O atoms of the IQC? ligands. The Zn atom lies 0.049 (1) Å out of the basal plane. The crystal packing is characterized by several hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(C7H4NO4)2(C12H8N2)(H2O)], has been synthesized. X‐Ray analysis reveals that it is a neutral zinc(II) mononuclear carboxylate complex based on mixed N‐ and O‐donor ligands. The Zn atom is five‐coordinate in a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination environment involving two O atoms of two monodentate 2‐nitrobenzoate molecules, two N atoms of a 1,10‐phenanthroline molecule and one O atom of a water molecule. The axial positions are occupied by a carboxylate O atom from the 2‐nitrobenzoate ligand and an N atom from the 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand [N—Zn—O = 167.66 (9)°].  相似文献

The palladium(II) centre in the title compound, [PdCl2(C21H18N2OS)], is coordinated to the pyridyl N atom and to the thiazolidinone S atom of the 5‐benzyl‐3‐phenyl‐2‐(2‐pyridyl)thiazolidin‐4‐one ligand, resulting in a five‐membered chelate ring. Two cis‐chloro ligands complete the square‐planar coordination environment of the metal. Although the geometry at the Pd centre is essentially planar, the N—Pd—S bite angle of 85.20 (8)° causes deviations in the cis angles from the ideal value of 90°. Opposite enantiomers form one‐dimensional chains in the cell via a short S?O intermolecular interaction.  相似文献

In the title complex, {[Cu(C6H5O3)Cl(H2O)]·H2O}n, the CuII atom has a deformed square‐pyramidal coordination geometry formed by two O atoms of the maltolate ligand, two bridging Cl atoms and the coordinated water O atom. The Cu atoms are bridged by Cl atoms to form a polymeric chain. The deprotonated hydroxyl and ketone O atoms of the maltolate ligand form a five‐membered chelate ring with the Cu atom. Stacking interactions and hydrogen bonds exist in the crystal.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Zn(C18H14NO2)2]·C2H6O, the Zn atom displays a highly distorted octahedral coordination involving the O and N atoms of two molecules of the Schiff base 1‐[N‐(2‐methoxyphenyl)iminomethyl]naphthalen‐2(1H)‐one, which acts as an O,N,O′‐tridentate ligand. The ethanol molecule is bound to the methoxy group of one ligand molecule via a hydrogen bond.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, C14H12N4O3, shows that the stereochemistry about the N=N double bond of the N=N—N(H) moiety is trans. The whole molecule is almost planar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.0654 Å), the interplanar angle between the phenyl rings being 0.7 (1)° and the largest interplanar angle being that between the phenyl ring and the nitro group of the 4‐nitrophenyl substituent [11.5 (2)°]. Intermolecular N—H⋯O interactions between molecules related by translation give rise to chains along the [110] and [10] directions, and these chains are held together by N⋯O π–π interactions. An unequal distribution of the double‐bond character among the N atoms suggests a delocalization of π electrons over the diazoamine group and the adjacent aryl substituents.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Sn(C6H5)2(C12H19N2)]Br·H2O, the SnIV atom lies on a twofold axis and is coordinated by a C and two N atoms from the 2,6‐bis[(dimethylamino)methyl]phenyl ligand in a tridentate fashion and by two phenyl groups. The resulting geometry is intermediate between square pyramidal and trigonal bipyramidal, with three C atoms in equatorial and the two N atoms in axial positions. The main deformation from ideal trigonal‐bipyramidal geometry is seen for the N—Sn—N angle [152.18 (7)°]. The Br? anion and the water solvate molecule are on an inversion centre and twofold axis, respectively. They form an infinite chain of Br?H—O—H?Br hydrogen bonds [Br?O 3.529 (2) Å] without contributing to the primary coordination sphere of the Sn atom.  相似文献

In the complex salt [η6‐1‐chloro‐2‐(pyrrolidin‐1‐yl)benzene](η5‐cyclopentadienyl)iron(II) hexafluoridophosphate, [Fe(C5H5)(C10H12ClN)]PF6, (I), the complexed cyclopentadienyl and benzene rings are almost parallel, with a dihedral angle between their planes of 2.3 (3)°. In a related complex salt, (η5‐cyclopentadienyl){2‐[η6‐2‐(pyrrolidin‐1‐yl)phenyl]phenol}iron(II) hexafluoridophosphate, [Fe(C5H5)(C16H17NO)]PF6, (II), the analogous angle is 5.4 (1)°. In both complexes, the aromatic C atom bound to the pyrrolidine N atom is located out of the plane defined by the remaining five ring C atoms. The dihedral angles between the plane of these five ring atoms and a plane defined by the N‐bound aromatic C atom and two neighboring C atoms are 9.7 (8) and 5.6 (2)° for (I) and (II), respectively.  相似文献

Zinc(II) carboxylates with O‐, S‐ and N‐donor ligands are interesting for their structural features, as well as for their antibacterial and antifungal activities. The one‐dimensional zinc(II) coordination complex catena‐poly[[bis(2,4‐dichlorobenzoato‐κO)zinc(II)]‐μ‐isonicotinamide‐κ2N1:O], [Zn(C7H3Cl2O2)2(C6H6N2O)]n, has been prepared and characterized by IR spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray analysis and thermal analysis. The tetrahedral ZnO3N coordination about the ZnII cation is built up by the N atom of the pyridine ring, an O atom of the carbonyl group of the isonicotinamide ligand and two O atoms of two dichlorobenzoate ligands. Isonicotinamide serves as a bridge between tetrahedra, with a Zn...Zn distance of 8.8161 (7) Å. Additionally, π–π interactions between the planar benzene rings contribute to the stabilization of the extended structure. The structure is also stabilized by intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the amino and carboxylate groups of the ligands, forming a two‐dimensional network. During thermal decomposition of the complex, isonicotinamide, dichlorobenzene and carbon dioxide were evolved. The final solid product of the thermal decomposition heated up to 1173 K was metallic zinc.  相似文献

The X‐ray structure analysis of the unexpected product of the reaction between 4‐(4‐methylphenyl)but‐3‐en‐2‐one and aminoguanidine revealed the title compound, C12H17N4+·C2H3O2?·0.5C3H6O, consisting of a protonated amidine moiety joined to a substituted pyrazoline ring at the N1 atom. The amidine group is protonated and the positive charge is delocalized over the three C—N bonds in a similar manner to that found in guanidinium salts. The amidinium moiety of the cation is linked to the acetate anions through four N—H?O hydrogen bonds, with N?O distances of 2.749 (4), 2.848 (4), 2.904 (4) and 2.911 (4) Å. The pyrazoline ring adopts a flattened envelope conformation and the substituted phenyl ring is oriented perpendicular to the attached heterocycle. The acetone solvate molecule lies across a twofold rotation axis.  相似文献
