The title compound, [Mn(C12H8N2)2(H2O)2](C4H4O4S)·[Mn(C4H4O4S)(C12H8N2)2]·13H2O, contains one dianion of thio­diglycolic acid (tdga2−) and two independent man­ganese(II) moieties, viz. [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ and [Mn(tdga)(phen)2], where phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline. The MnII atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate phen ligands [Mn—N = 2.240 (2)–2.3222 (19) Å] and either two water O atoms or two tdga carboxyl O atoms [Mn—O = 2.1214 (17)–2.1512 (17) Å]. The tdga ligand chelates as an O,O′‐bidentate ligand, forming an eight‐membered ring with one Mn atom. The free tdga2− dianion is hydrogen bonded to an [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ ion, with O⋯O distances of 2.606 (2) and 2.649 (2) Å. The crystal structure is further stabilized by an extensive network of hydrogen bonds involving 13 water mol­ecules.  相似文献

The Cu atom in the title complex {[Cu(C10H8N2)(C12H8N2)(ClO4)2]·H2O}n, has an N4O2 octahedral coordination geometry, the Cu atoms being bridged by the bi­pyridine and chelated by the phenanthroline heterocycles. Adjacent mol­ecules are linked into a zigzag chain running along the c axis of the monoclinic unit cell. The chains are connected through lattice water mol­ecules to produce a layer structure.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Cu(C16H16Cl3N3O2P)Cl(C12H8N2)], the CuII cation presents a square‐pyramidal environment, where the CuO2N2 base is formed by two O atoms from carbonyl and phosphoryl groups, and by two N atoms from a 1,10‐phenanthroline molecule. A coordinated Cl atom occupies the apex. N—H...Cl hydrogen bonds link the molecules into one‐dimensional chains. The trichloromethyl group is rotationally disordered over two positions, with occupancies of 0.747 (7) and 0.253 (7).  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(C7H4NO4)2(C12H8N2)(H2O)], has been synthesized. X‐Ray analysis reveals that it is a neutral zinc(II) mononuclear carboxyl­ate complex based on mixed N‐ and O‐donor ligands. The Zn atom is five‐coordinate in a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination environment involving two O atoms of two monodentate 2‐nitro­benzoate mol­ecules, two N atoms of a 1,10‐phenanthroline mol­ecule and one O atom of a water mol­ecule. The axial positions are occupied by a carboxyl­ate O atom from the 2‐nitro­benzoate ligand and an N atom from the 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand [N—Zn—O = 167.66 (9)°].  相似文献

The title complexes, [M(C5O5)(C12H8N2)2], with M = CoII, NiII and CuII, all lie across twofold rotation axes, around which two 1,10‐phenanthroline ligands are arranged in a chiral propeller manner. The CoII and NiII complexes are isostructural, with octa­hedral coordination geometry, while the local geometry of the CuII complex is severely distorted from octa­hedral.  相似文献

Both title compounds, [Cd(SO4)(C12H8N2)(H2O)2]n and [Cd(SO4)(C14H12N2)(H2O)2]n, respectively, are polymeric and present the Cd atoms in very similar octahedral environments, provided by the bidentate organic ligand (phenanthroline/di­methyl­phenanthroline), two aqua mol­ecules and two O atoms from two translationally related sulfate groups, which thus act as links in the resulting polymeric chains.  相似文献

The title coordination complex, [Ni(C14H14O2PS2)2(C12H8N2)] or [Ni(pMePh‐dtp)2(phen)] (phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline; dtp is di­aryl­di­thio­phosphate), has a non‐crystallographic twofold axis of symmetry through the Ni atom and the phen moiety. Two O,O‐di‐p‐tolyl­di­thio­phosphate (dtp) ions act as bidentate ligands. The central metal atom is coordinated by four S atoms from two dtp groups and two N atoms from the phen ligand. The title compound, [Mn(C12H8N2)(H2O)4]SO4·2H2O, was obtained unexpectedly as a by‐product from the reaction of sodium maleate, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) and manganese sulfate tetrahydrate. The Mn atom is coordinated by the two N atoms of the phen ligand and four water O atoms in a highly distorted octahedral geometry, with Mn—O distances in the range 2.155 (2)–2.203 (2) Å and Mn—N distances of 2.254 (2) and 2.272 (3) Å. Extensive hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the water mol­ecules and sulfate anions, and stacking interactions involving the phen rings, are observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl(C7H7O3S)(C12H8N2)(H2O)], the central Cu atom is coordinated by a water mol­ecule, a chloride ion, an O‐monodentate p‐toluene­sulfonate anion and an N,N′‐bidentate 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand. The copper environment is best described as a slightly distorted square pyramid, with bond distances Cu—Cl 2.2282 (9) Å, Cu—OW 1.984 (3) Å, and Cu—N 2.006 (3) and 2.028 (3) Å; the apical Cu—O distance is 2.281 (2) Å. In the supramolecular structure, π–π‐stacking stabilization is observed, and classical and non‐classical hydrogen bonds also play an important role.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Zn(C7H5O3)2(C10H8N2)], contains one monomeric zinc complex. The Zn atom is coordinated to one 2,2′‐bipyridyl ligand via both N atoms and to two salicyl­ate anions (Hsal) in a bidentate chelating manner involving carboxyl­ate O‐atom coordination. The complex exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry about the ZnII atom, with the `apical' positions occupied by one of the two N atoms of the bipyridyl ligand and an O atom from one Hsal ligand; the Zn atom is 0.168 (1) Å out of the `basal' plane. Two intramolecular six‐membered hydrogen‐bonded rings are present, generated from interactions between the carboxyl and hydroxyl groups of the salicyl­ate ligands. The crystal packing is governed by weak C—H⋯O and C—H⋯π interactions.  相似文献

Two differently hydrated crystal forms of the title compound, viz. bis­(acetato‐κ2O,O′)(2,9‐di­methyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)­mercury(II), [Hg(C2H3O2)2(C14H12N2)] or [HgAc2(dmph)] [dmph is 2,3‐di­methyl‐1,10‐phenantroline (neocuproine) and Ac is acetate], (I), and tris­[bis­(acetato‐κ2O,O′)(2,9‐di­methyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)­mercury(II)] hexadecahydrate, [Hg(C2H3O2)2(C14H12N2)]3·16H2O or [HgAc2(dmph)]3·16H2O, (II), are presented. Both structures are composed of very simple monomeric units, which act as the building blocks of complex packing schemes stabilized by a diversity of π–π and hydrogen‐bonding interactions.  相似文献

In polymeric {[Eu(pzdc)(NO3)(phen)(H2O)]·H2O}n [pzdc is 2,3‐pyrazine­di­carboxyl­ate (C6H2O4) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2)], each europium(III) ion is coordinated by seven O atoms (from three pzdc anions, a nitrate anion and a water mol­ecule) and the two N atoms of the phen ligand, resulting in a nine‐coordinated europium(III) center with a distorted monocapped square‐antiprismatic coordination polyhedron. Four pzdc anions bridge four europium(III) ions, forming a parallelogram unit, the four vertices of which are occupied by the four pzdc anions. Moreover, each parallelogram unit links six other adjacent parallelogram units, forming a two‐dimensional network with disordered lattice water mol­ecules.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Pt(C3H2O4)(C7H16N2O2)], the Pt atom is coordinated to two O and two N atoms in a square‐planar arrangement. The two independent mol­ecules, which have very similar structures, are approximately related by pseudo‐twofold screw‐axis symmetry. The six‐membered chelate ring in the leaving ligand assumes a conformation intermediate between the half‐chair and boat forms. The seven‐membered ring in the carrier ligand assumes a twist‐chair conformation and the oxolane ring assumes an envelope conformation. The crystal packing consists of extensive hydrogen‐bonding networks which form two‐dimensional molecular layers, and there are weak van der Waals interactions between these layers.  相似文献

In title (hydrated) trans‐di­aqua­bis­(propane‐1,3‐di­amine‐κ2N,N′)copper(II) di­thionate, [Cu(C3H10N2)2(H2O)2](S2O6) or [{H2N(CH2)3NH2}2Cu(OH2)2](S2O6), both ions have imposed 2/m symmetry. The `axial' anion components are displaced by a pair of water ligands [Cu—O = 2.439 (3) Å], the shorter Cu—O distance being compensated by the lengthened Cu—N distance [2.0443 (18), cf. 2.0100 (13) and 2.0122 (16) Å].  相似文献

The title compounds, [CuFe2(C5H5)2(C9H8O2)2], (I), and [CuFe4(C5H5)4(C13H9O2)2], (II), are four‐coordinate square‐planar copper(II) complexes with two bidentate 1‐ferrocenylbutane‐1,3‐dionate or 1,3‐diferrocenylpropane‐1,3‐dionate ligands, respectively. The copper ion in (I) lies on an inversion centre, with one‐half of the mol­ecule in the asymmetric unit, while in (II), there are two independent half mol­ecules in the asymmetric unit, with the copper ions also situated on inversion centres. The ferrocene substituents in (I) are in an anti arrangement. The mol­ecules assemble in the crystal structure in layers with ferrocene groups at the surface. The pairs of ferrocene substituents on each ligand in complex (II) are syn and these adopt an anti arrangement with respect to the pair on the other diketonate ligand. As found in (I), complexes assemble in a layered structure with ferrocene‐coated surfaces.  相似文献
