The title compound, (RS)‐3,5‐dichloro‐2‐{[(1‐phenylethyl)imino]methyl}phenol, C15H13Cl2NO, was synthesized from racemic 1‐phenylethylamine and 3,5‐dichlorosalicylaldehyde. The π‐conjugate system around the imine group is essentially planar in the phenol–imine tautomer. Intramolecular O⋯N hydrogen‐bond and intermolecular C—H⋯π interactions are present in the crystal structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Ba(C7H5O2S)2(H2O)4]n, the BaII atom lies on a mirror plane and is nine‐coordinated by four bridging carboxylate O atoms of the thiosalicylate ligands, two bridging water molecules and three terminal water molecules. There is an intramolecular S—H⋯O hydrogen bond between the S and O atoms in the thiosalicylate ligand. A one‐dimensional coordination polymer is formed via weak metal–metal interactions along polymeric zigzag chains.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn4(C7H4O3)4(C10H8N2)4]·10H2O, crystallizes as a centrosymmetric tetranuclear cyclic complex containing four ZnII atoms bridged by four carboxylate groups from salicylate ligands, with a synanti configuration. Each ZnII atom has a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry, formed by two N atoms of a 2,2′‐bipyridine ligand and three O atoms from two salicylate ligands. The complex is stabilized by intramolecular π–π interactions between pairs of bipyridine rings and a 16‐membered gear‐wheel‐shaped cyclic framework. The hydrogen‐bonding network is formed via the water molecules.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C7H5O3)2(C7H6N2)2]n, is a one‐dimensional polymeric complex bridged by salicylate anions. The CuII atom is surrounded by three salicylate and two benzimidazole ligands, with a tetragonally elongated octahedral coordination geometry. The Cu—O bond distances in the axial directions are 2.6092 (16) and 2.6834 (17) Å. π–π stacking interactions exist between the benzimidazole rings of neighboring polymeric complex chains.  相似文献

The two title complexes, catena‐poly[[{2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato}cobalt(III)]‐μ‐azido], [Co(C17H16N2O2)(N3)]n, (I), and catena‐poly[[{2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato}cobalt(III)]‐μ‐thiocyanato], [Co(C17H16N2O2)(NCS)]n, (II), are isomorphous polynuclear cobalt(III) compounds. In both structures, the CoIII atom is six‐coordinated in an octahedral configuration by two N atoms and two O atoms of one Schiff base, and two terminal N or S atoms from two bridging ligands. The [N,N′‐bis(salicylidene)propane‐1,3‐diaminato]cobalt(III) moieties are linked by the bridging ligands, viz. azide in (I) and thiocyanate in (II), giving zigzag polymeric chains with backbones of the type [–Co—N—N—N—Co]n in (I) or [–Co—N—C—S—Co]n in (II) running along the c axis.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Zn(C7H5O3)2(C10H8N2)], contains one monomeric zinc complex. The Zn atom is coordinated to one 2,2′‐bipyridyl ligand via both N atoms and to two salicylate anions (Hsal) in a bidentate chelating manner involving carboxylate O‐atom coordination. The complex exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry about the ZnII atom, with the `apical' positions occupied by one of the two N atoms of the bipyridyl ligand and an O atom from one Hsal ligand; the Zn atom is 0.168 (1) Å out of the `basal' plane. Two intramolecular six‐membered hydrogen‐bonded rings are present, generated from interactions between the carboxyl and hydroxyl groups of the salicylate ligands. The crystal packing is governed by weak C—H⋯O and C—H⋯π interactions.  相似文献

The structures of five complexes of fluorine-containing bidentate salicylideneamine Schiff base ligands are reported. These are the bis-ligand copper(II) complexes of the Schiff bases derived from salicylaldehyde and 4-fluoro-, [Cu(C13H9FNO)2], 3-fluoro-4-methyl-, [Cu(C14H11FNO)2], 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)-, [Cu(C15H8F6NO)2], and 4-trifluoromethoxyanilines, [Cu(C14H9F3NO2)2], and the bis-ligand oxovanadium(IV) complex of the Schiff base derived from salicylaldehyde and 4-trifluoromethoxyaniline, [VO(C14H9F3NO2)2]. Three of the copper complexes have square-planar coordination at the metal, imposed by the virtue of symmetry, but the immediate coordination environment of the copper in the 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl) complex is intermediate between square planar and tetrahedral. The coordination environment at the metal of the vanadium complex can be described as distorted square pyramidal.  相似文献

The title compound, C19H18F2IO6P, prepared as a potential antiviral and anticancer agent from 3‐methylsalicylchlorophosphane and 1‐(2,4‐difluoro‐5‐iodophenyl)‐2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐ribofuranose, is one of a 1:1 mixture of two diastereomers. The diastereomers differ in their configuration, S or R, at the asymmetric phosphorus center. X‐Ray crystallographic analysis of the title compound has determined the absolute configuration at the asymmetric P center to be S.  相似文献

The title polymeric compound, catena‐poly[dipotassium [bis[μ‐N‐salicylidene‐β‐alaninato(2−)]‐κ4O,N,O′:O′′;κ4O′′:O,N,O′‐dicopper(II)]‐di‐μ‐isothiocyanato‐κ2N:S2S:N], {K[Cu(NCS)(C10H9NO3)]}n, consists of [isothiocyanato(N‐salicylidene‐β‐alaninato)copper(II)] anions connected through the two three‐atom thiocyanate (μ‐NCS) and the two anti, anti‐μ‐carboxylate bridges into infinite one‐dimensional polymeric anions, with coulombically interacting K+ counter‐ions with coordination number 7 constrained between the chains. The CuII atoms adopt a distorted tetragonal–bipyramidal coordination, with three donor atoms of the tridentate Schiff base and one N atom of the bridging μ‐NCS ligand in the basal plane. The first axial position is occupied by a thiocyanate S atom of a symmetry‐related μ‐NCS ligand at an apical distance of 2.9770 (8) Å, and the second position is occupied by an O atom of a bridging carboxylate group from an adjacent coordination unit at a distance of 2.639 (2) Å.  相似文献

Two related compounds containing ptert‐butyl‐o‐methylene‐linked phenol or phenol‐derived subunits are described, namely 5,5′‐di‐tert‐butyl‐2,2′‐dihydroxy‐3,3′‐methylenedibenzaldehyde, C23H28O4, (I), and 6,6′‐di‐tert‐butyl‐8,8′‐methylenebis(spiro[4H‐1,3‐benzodioxin‐2,1′‐cyclohexane]), C35H48O4, (II). Both compounds adopt a `butterfly' shape, with the two phenol or phenol‐derived O atoms in distal positions. Phenol and aldehyde groups in (I) are involved in intramolecular hydrogen bonds and the two dioxin rings in (II) are in distorted half‐chair conformations.  相似文献

The aldehyde moiety in the title complex, chloro(2‐pyridinecarboxaldehyde‐N,O)(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine‐κ3N)ruthenium(II)–chloro(2‐pyridinecarboxylic acid‐N,O)(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine‐κ3N)ruthenium(II)–perchlorate–chloroform–water (1.8/0.2/2/1/1), [RuCl(C6H5NO)(C15H11N3)]1.8[RuCl(C6H5NO2)(C15H11N3)]0.2(ClO4)2·CHCl3·H2O, is a structural model of substrate coordination to a transfer hydrogenation catalyst. The title complex features two independent RuII complex cations that display very similar distorted octahedral coordination provided by the three N atoms of the 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine ligand, the N and O atoms of the 2‐pyridinecarboxaldehyde (pyCHO) ligand and a chloride ligand. One of the cation sites is disordered such that the aldehyde group is replaced by a 20 (1)% contribution from a carboxylic acid group (aldehyde H replaced by carboxyl O—H). Notable dimensions in the non‐disordered complex cation are Ru—N 2.034 (2) Å and Ru—O 2.079 (2) Å to the pyCHO ligand and O—C 1.239 (4) Å for the pyCHO carbonyl group.  相似文献

In the title compound, [In(C8H4O4)(OH)(H2O)]n, the coordination of the InIII ion is composed of six O atoms from three dianionic benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate ligands, two hydroxyl groups and one coordinated water molecule in a distorted octahedral geometry. The In3+ ions are linked by the hydroxyl groups to form zigzag In–OH–In chains, which are further bridged by the benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylic acid ligands to generate a two‐dimensional layered structure featuring three types of rings (six‐, 14‐ and 20‐membered). Hydrogen bonds between the water molecule and a carboxylate O atom, and between the hydroxyl group and a carboxylate O atom, are observed within the layers. In the crystal packing, there are π–π stacking interactions between the benzene rings of adjacent layers, with a centroid‐to‐centroid distance of 3.668 (3) Å and a dihedral angle of 4.8 (2)°.  相似文献

The title compound, C7H6O2, forms infinite chains where the molecules are hydrogen bonded via the hydroxyl and aldehyde groups, with an O?O distance of 2.719 (3) Å. Interchain interactions are weak. The geometry of the ring differs from the ideal form due to the effect of the substituents. Abinitio (Hartree–Fock self‐consistent field–molecular orbital and density functional theory) calculations for the free molecule reproduce well the observed small distortions of the ring. In the crystal, the geometry deviates from the ideal Cs symmetry of the free molecule, as given by the ab initio calculations. The aldehyde and hydroxyl groups are twisted around the single bonds which join them to the ring as a result of the intermolecular hydrogen‐bond interactions. These are also responsible for an elongation of the hydroxy C—OH bond compared with that calculated for the free molecule.  相似文献

The title compound, K2[Cu2(NCS)2(C12H13NO3)2], consists of two K+ cations and (N‐salicylidene‐d ‐valinato)copper(II) and (N‐salicylidene‐l ‐valinato)copper(II) coordination units connected through three‐atom thiocyanate (μ‐NCS) bridges into a centrosymmetric dianion. The CuII atom adopts a square‐pyramidal coordination, with three donor atoms of the tridentate Schiff base and one N atom of the bridging ligand (μ‐NCS) in the basal plane. The axial position is occupied by the thiocyanate S atom of a symmetry‐related ligand at an apical distance of 2.9332 (10) Å. Coulombic interactions between six‐coordinated K+ ions and the heteroatoms of neighbouring dimeric anions leads to the formation of one‐dimensional chains of molecules parallel to [010]. The superposition of the normals of the pyramidal base planes in a direction close to [001] indicates possible π–π interactions between neighbouring units.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Zn(C8H4O5)(C3H7NO)2]·0.5C7H8}n, is a one‐dimensional coordination polymer in which the Zn atoms are linked by bridging 5‐hydroxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate ligands. These polymeric chains form two‐dimensional sheets via interchain hydrogen bonds, and these sheets, in turn, are stacked tightly with solvent toluene molecules in the interlayer space. The N,N′‐dimethylformamide ligands, coordinated axially to the Zn atoms, form van der Waals contacts with ligands in neighboring sheets, and enclose the guest molecules.  相似文献

The molecules of the title compound, C7H5BrO2, form zigzag chains running along the b axis and are stacked in layers perpendicular to the a axis. Intermolecular bonding occurs through hydrogen bonds linking the hydroxyl and carbonyl groups, with an O?O distance of 2.804 (4) Å. The Br atom deviates significantly from the plane of the ring and the aldehyde group is twisted by 7.1 (5)° around the Csp2—Caryl bond. The geometry of the molecule in the crystal is compared to that given by ab initio quantum mechanical calculations for the isolated molecule, using a molecular orbital Hartree–Fock method and density functional theory.  相似文献

In 2‐hydroxy‐3‐iodo‐5‐nitrobenzaldehyde, C7H4INO4, the molecules are linked into sheets by a combination of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and two‐centre iodo–nitro interactions, and these sheets are linked by aromatic π–π stacking interactions. Molecules of 2,4‐diiodo‐6‐nitroanisole, C7H5I2NO3, are disordered, with the nitro group and one of the I substituents each occupying common sets of sites with 0.5 occupancy. The molecules are linked into isolated centrosymmetric dimeric units by a single iodo–nitro interaction.  相似文献

In the polymeric title compound, [Co3(btc)2(phen)2(H2O)2]n [btc is the benzene‐1,2,4‐tricarboxylate trianion (C9H3O6) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2)], there are two different Co centres, Co1 and Co2. The Co1 centre has a deformed trigonal–bipyramidal geometry, while the Co2 centre lies on an inversion centre and has distorted octahedral geometry. Moreover, the 1,2‐dicarboxylate groups of one btc ligand bridge the two adjacent Co2 centres, and each Co2 centre is coordinated by four carboxylate O atoms from four different btc ligands, forming a novel kind of intersecting double‐chain structure, with a Co⋯Co separation of 7.755 Å, along the a axis. On the other hand, the two Co1 centres are bridged by two btc ligands and chelated by phen molecules, respectively, producing a binuclear unit with a Co⋯Co separation of 8.406 Å, and these binuclear units are linked by btc bridges and Co2 centres to extend hybrid chains of Co1 and Co2 along the [101] direction. Furthermore, each btc ligand acts as a pentadentate bridge, linking the Co2 double‐chain structures and the hybrid chains of Co1 and Co2 to yield a two‐dimensional network, and this leads to the formation of very different kinds of voids.  相似文献

In the polymeric title complex, [CuCl2(C3H6N4)2]n, there are two ligands in the asymmetric unit. The Cu atom adopts an elongated octahedral geometry, with two 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands [Cu—N = 2.0037 (16) and 2.0136 (16) Å] and two Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 2.2595 (6) and 2.2796 (6) Å] in equatorial positions. A Cl atom and a symmetry‐related 2‐ethyltetrazole molecule [Cu—Cl = 2.8845 (8) Å and Cu—N = 2.851 (2) Å] lie in the axial positions of the octahedron. One of the two 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands of the asymmetric unit exhibits bidentate binding to two Cu atoms through two N atoms of the tetrazole ring, whereas the other ligand is coordinated in a monodentate fashion via one tetrazole N atom. The Cu‐atom octahedra form dimer entities by sharing edges with equatorial and axial Cl atoms. The dimers are linked together through the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands to form one‐dimensional polymeric zigzag chains extending along the b axis. The chains are connected into infinite layers parallel to the (10) plane via the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands.  相似文献
