In the two title copper(II) complexes, [CuL(C5H7O2)]n, (I), and [CuL′(C5H7O2)], (II), respectively, where HL is 4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxybenzaldehyde picoloylhydrazone, C14H12N3O3, and HL′ is 4‐methoxybenzaldehyde picoloylhydrazone, C14H12N3O2, the CuII ions display a highly Jahn–Teller‐distorted octahedral and a square‐planar coordination geometry, respectively. In complex (I), two neighbouring CuII atoms are bridged by L− and acetylacetonate, alternately, giving rise to a one‐dimensional chain of CuN2O4 octahedra interconnected by these two ligands along the a axis. In addition, the hydroxy H atom of the vanillin group connects to the carboxyl O atom of the adjacent chain via an O—H...O hydrogen bond, giving rise to a three‐dimensional supramolecular assembly. Complex (II) displays a discrete structure. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C9H5N2O2)2(H2O)2], the CuII ion lies on an inversion centre and has an elongated centrosymmetric octahedral environment, equatorially trans‐coordinated by two N,O‐bidentate quinoxaline‐2‐carboxylate ligands and axially coordinated by two water O atoms. Symmetry‐related molecules are linked by strong O—H...O hydrogen bonds, involving the uncoordinated carboxyl O atom of the carboxylate group and the coordinated water molecules, to form a two‐dimensional network. Weak intermolecular C—H...N interactions also stabilize the crystal structure. 相似文献

In the title complex, [Cu(C6H4FN2O4)2(H2O)4]·4H2O, the Cu atom is located in the centre of a distorted octahedral geometry. The coordination atoms are six O atoms provided by two carboxylate groups [coordinated in a monodentate mode, with Cu—O = 1.9551 (10) Å] and four water molecules [Cu—O = 1.9241 (13) and 2.5771 (14) Å]. In addition, one intramolecular hydrogen bond and ten intermolecular hydrogen bonds make up a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

The title compounds, [CuFe2(C5H5)2(C9H8O2)2], (I), and [CuFe4(C5H5)4(C13H9O2)2], (II), are four‐coordinate square‐planar copper(II) complexes with two bidentate 1‐ferrocenylbutane‐1,3‐dionate or 1,3‐diferrocenylpropane‐1,3‐dionate ligands, respectively. The copper ion in (I) lies on an inversion centre, with one‐half of the molecule in the asymmetric unit, while in (II), there are two independent half molecules in the asymmetric unit, with the copper ions also situated on inversion centres. The ferrocene substituents in (I) are in an anti arrangement. The molecules assemble in the crystal structure in layers with ferrocene groups at the surface. The pairs of ferrocene substituents on each ligand in complex (II) are syn and these adopt an anti arrangement with respect to the pair on the other diketonate ligand. As found in (I), complexes assemble in a layered structure with ferrocene‐coated surfaces. 相似文献

The title compound, [CuCl2(C7H9N)4], lies on a site of crystallographic 42 (D4) symmetry in the space group P4/nnc, and is isomorphous with the Ni and Co analogues. The Cu and Cl atoms thus lie on a fourfold axis, and the 3,5‐lutidine ligands lie on twofold axes. The Cu—Cl distance is 2.7649 (7) Å and the Cu—N distance is 2.0510 (12) Å. The space group of the Co analogue is revised from Pnnn to P4/nnc. 相似文献

The chiral nitrogen‐chelating alkaloid (?)‐sparteine acts as a bidentate ligand, reacting with copper(II) acetate in ethanol to form the title complex, [Cu(CH3COO)2(C15H26N2)], with the two acetate groups occupying the remaining coordination sites in a monodentate fashion to produce a distorted four‐coordinate tetrahedral structure. The dihedral angle between the N—Cu—N and O—Cu—O planes is 45.8 (3)°. 相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C7H5O3)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2], is a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular complex. The CuII ion resides on a centre of symmetry and is in an octahedral coordination environment comprising two pyridine N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two O atoms from water molecules. Intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds produce R22(4), R22(8) and R22(15) rings which lead to one‐dimensional polymeric chains. An extensive two‐dimensional network of N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds and C—H...π interactions are responsible for crystal stabilization. 相似文献

In the title CuII complex, [Cu(C19H14O3P)2(C3H7NO)(H2O)2], the molecule is bisected by a twofold axis relating the two 2‐(diphenylphosphoryl)benzoate (ODPPB) ligands. The asymmetric unit consists of a CuII metal centre on the symmetry axis, an ODPPB ligand, one water ligand and one dimethylformamide (DMF) ligand (disordered around the twofold axis). The CuII ion has fivefold coordination provided by two carboxylate O atoms from two ODPPB ligands, two O atoms from two coordinated water molecules and another O atom from a (disordered) DMF molecule, giving a CuO5 square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. The ODPPB ligand adopts a terminal monocoordinated mode with two free O atoms forming two strong intramolecular hydrogen bonds with the coordinated water molecules, which may play a key role in the stability of the molecular structure, as shown by the higher release temperature for the coordinated water molecules than for the coordinated DMF molecule. The optical absorption properties of powder samples of the title compound have also been studied. 相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl(C6H6N4)(H2O)][Cu(C4H5NO4)Cl]·H2O, the CuII atom in the cation is coordinated by one Cl− ion, two N atoms of the 2,2′‐biimidazole ligand and one aqua ligand. Within the anion, the CuII atom is bonded to one Cl− ion, and one N and two O atoms of the iminodiacetate ligand. Neighbouring cations and anions are connected to each other by Cu·Cl semi‐coordination bonds of 2.830 (12) and 3.071 (12) Å, forming a Cu2Cl2 rectangular unit. The dinuclear units further link into a polymeric chain along the a axis through Cu·Oaqua interactions of 2.725 (3) Å. Including the long coordination bonds, the geometries around the Cu atoms in the cation and anion are square‐pyramidal and distorted octahedral, respectively. 相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C9H5N2O3)2(C2H6OS)2], consists of octahedrally coordinated CuII ions, with the 3‐oxo‐3,4‐dihydroquinoxaline‐2‐carboxylate ligands acting in a bidentate manner [Cu—O = 1.9116 (14) Å and Cu—N = 2.1191 (16) Å] and a dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) molecule coordinated axially via the O atom [Cu—O = 2.336 (5) and 2.418 (7) Å for the major and minor disorder components, respectively]. The whole DMSO molecule exhibits positional disorder [0.62 (1):0.38 (1)]. The octahedron around the CuII atom, which lies on an inversion centre, is elongated in the axial direction, exhibiting a Jahn–Teller effect. The ligand exhibits tautomerization by H‐atom transfer from the hydroxyl group at position 3 to the N atom at position 4 of the quinoxaline ring of the ligand. The complex molecules are linked through an intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond [N...O = 2.838 (2) Å] formed between the quinoxaline NH group and a carboxylate O atom, and by a weak intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.392 (11) Å] formed between a carboxylate O atom and a methyl C atom of the DMSO ligand. There is a weak intramolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.065 (3) Å] formed between a benzene CH group and a carboxylate O atom. 相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of cobalt(II) chloride with trimesate (3,5‐dicarboxybenzoate) ions in aqueous solution gives the novel title complex, [Co(C9H5O6)2(H2O)4]. The CoII ion lies on an inversion centre and is octahedrally coordinated to two trimesate anions and four water molecules. Hydrogen bonds ensure the three‐dimensional architecture of the structure. 相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C7H5O2)4(C7H10N2)2], is a crystallographically centrosymmetric binuclear complex, with Cu atoms [Cu...Cu = 2.6982 (4) Å] bridged by four benzoate ligands. Each of the Cu atoms in this bunuclear copper(II) acetate hydrate analogue is present in an approximately square‐pyramidal environment, with four O atoms in a plane and the pyridine N atom at the apical site. Selected geometric parameters are compared with values for related tetrabenzoate complexes of copper(II). 相似文献

The title complex, [CaCu(C5H6O4)2(H2O)2]n, is the first heterobimetallic complex based on a substituted malonate dianion. The CuII cation and two independent 2,2‐dimethylmalonate (or 2,2‐dimethylpropanedioate) dianions build up a robust dianionic [Cu(C5H6O4)2]2− complex, which acts as a building block to coordinate to four Ca2+ cations. Each CuII centre is in a four‐coordinate square plane of dimethylmalonate O atoms, while each CaII atom is in an eight‐coordinate distorted bicapped trigonal–prismatic environment of six O atoms from four different dimethylmalonate groups and two water molecules. This arrangement creates a two‐dimensional layer connectivity of the structure. The dianionic [Cu(C5H6O4)2]2− units are involved in different intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions with water molecules via the formation of hydrogen‐bonded rings of graph sets R12(8) and R(6) within this layer. The crystal was nonmerohedrally twinned by rotation about [011] with a major twin volume fraction of 0.513 (3). 相似文献

The title compound, [Cu4(C7H4ClO2)4(C6H6NO)4], consists of isolated tetranuclear clusters, where the Cu2+ cations are five‐ and sixfold coordinated by O atoms from the 4‐chlorobenzoate anions and by pyridine N and methanolate O atoms from bidentate 2‐pyridylmethanolate ligands. While three Cu atoms are six‐coordinated by an NO5 donor set forming distorted octahedra, the fourth Cu atom is five‐coordinated by an NO4 donor set forming a distorted tetragonal–pyramidal coordination around the Cu atom. The nucleus is a deformed cubane‐like Cu4O4 structure, with Cu...Cu distances in the range 3.0266 (11)–3.5144 (13) Å. 相似文献

The two azide anions are terminally bound to the CuII atom, and the dihedral angle between the Nsparteine—Cu—Nsparteine and Nazide—Cu—Nazide planes is 50.0 (2)°. 相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound {systematic name: bis[6‐methyl‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐4(3H)‐one 2,2‐dioxide(1−)‐κ2N3,O4]bis(3‐methylpyridine)copper(II)}, [Cu(C4H4NO4S)2(C6H7N)2], the CuII centre resides on a centre of symmetry and has an octahedral geometry that is distorted both by the presence of four‐membered chelate rings and because of the Jahn–Teller effect. The equatorial plane is formed by the N atoms of two methylpyridine ligands and by the more basic O atoms of the acesulfamate ligands, while the weakly basic N atoms of these ligands are in elongated axial positions with a misdirected valence. The crystal is stabilized by two intermolecular C—H⋯O interactions involving the methyl and CH groups, and the sulfonyl O atoms of the acesulfamate group. 相似文献

In the molecule of the title compound, [Cu(NO3)2(C6H6ClN)2], the Cu atom lies on an inversion centre and is six‐coordinated by two pyridine N atoms and four nitrate O atoms in trans positions. The nitrate acts as an unsymmetrical bidentate ligand. The coordination geometry is octahedral, with the Cu—N and the two Cu—O distances being 1.9939 (16), 2.0246 (16) and 2.4866 (19) Å, respectively. There are five types of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. Two of these generate two‐dimensional molecular networks in the direction of the a axis, and the others connect adjacent molecular networks. 相似文献
