Some new compounds (E)‐3‐aryl‐1‐(5‐methyl‐1‐p‐tolyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐prop‐2‐en‐1‐ones 5a–e were prepared by 1‐(5‐methyl‐1‐p‐tolyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐ethanone and various aromatic aldehydes. Then one pot reaction was happened by compounds 5a–e with hydrazine hydrate in acetic acid or propionic acid, respectively, to give the title compounds 1acyl‐5‐aryl‐3‐(5‐methyl‐1‐p‐tolyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazoles 6a–i . All structures were established by MS, IR, CHN, 1H‐NMR and 13C‐NMR spectral data. J. Heterocyclic Chem., (2012).  相似文献

A series of novel (Z)‐1‐tert‐butyl (or phenyl)‐2‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)‐ethanone O‐[2,4‐dimethylthiazole (or 4‐methyl‐1,2,3‐thiadiazole) ?5‐carbonyl] oximes 5a – 5c and (1Z, 3Z)‐4,4‐dimethyl‐1‐substitutedphenyl‐2‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)‐pent‐1‐en‐3‐one O‐[2,4‐dimethylthiazole (or 4‐methyl‐1,2,3‐thiadiazole)‐5‐carbonyl] oximes 6a – 6e were synthesized by the condensations of (Z)‐1‐tert‐butyl (or phenyl)‐2‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)‐ethanone oximes 3 or (1Z, 3Z)‐4,4‐dimethyl‐1‐substitutedphenyl‐2‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)‐pent‐1‐en‐3‐one oximes 4 with 2,4‐dimethylthiazole‐5‐carbonyl chloride or 4‐methyl‐1,2,3‐thiadiazole‐5‐carbonyl chloride in the basic condition. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, mass spectroscopy, and elemental analyses. The results of preliminary bioassays showed the title compounds 5 and 6 exhibited moderate to good fungicidal activities. For example, compound 6c possessed 86.4% inhibition against Fusarium oxysporum, and compound 6b exhibited 86.4 and 100% inhibition against Fusarium oxysporum and Cercospora arachidicola Hori at the concentration of 50 mg/L, respectively.  相似文献

The three‐component reaction of (R)‐ or (S)‐1‐phenylethylamine ( 6 ), formaldehyde, and an α‐(hydroxyimino) ketone 5 , i.e., 3‐(hydroxyimino)butan‐2‐one ( 5a ) or 2‐(hydroxyimino)‐1,2‐diphenylethanone ( 5b ), yields the corresponding enantiomerically pure 1‐(1‐phenylethyl)‐1H‐imidazole 3‐oxide 7 in high yield (Schemes 2 and 3). The reactions are carried out either in MeOH or in AcOH. Smooth transformations of the N‐oxides into optically active 1‐(1‐phenylethyl)‐1H‐imidazoles 10 and 2,3‐dihydro‐1‐(1‐phenylethyl)‐1H‐imidazole‐2‐thiones 11 are achieved by treatment of 7 with Raney‐Ni and 2,2,4,4‐tetramethyl‐3‐thioxocyclobutanone ( 12 ), respectively (Scheme 4).  相似文献

The title salt, C6H12NO2+·C6H7O4 or ISO+·CBDC, is an ionic ensemble assisted by hydrogen bonds. The amino acid moiety (ISO or piperidine‐4‐carboxylic acid) has a protonated ring N atom (ISO+ or 4‐carboxypiperidinium), while the semi‐protonated acid (CBDC or 1‐carboxycyclobutane‐1‐carboxylate) has the negative charge residing on one carboxylate group, leaving the other as a neutral –COOH group. The –+NH2– state of protonation allows the formation of a two‐dimensional crystal packing consisting of zigzag layers stacked along a separated by van der Waals distances. The layers extend in the bc plane connected by a complex network of N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds. Wave‐like ribbons, constructed from ISO+ and CBDC units and described by the graph‐set symbols C33(10) and R33(14), run alternately in opposite directions along c. Intercalated between the ribbons are ISO+ cations linked by hydrogen bonds, forming rings described by the graph‐set symbols R66(30) and R42(18). A detailed analysis of the structures of the individual components and the intricate hydrogen‐bond network of the crystal structure is given.  相似文献

The chiral compounds (R)‐ and (S)‐1‐benzoyl‐2,3,5,6‐tetrahydro‐3‐methyl‐2‐(1‐methylethyl)pyrimidin‐4(1H)‐one ((R)‐ and (S)‐ 1 ), derived from (R)‐ and (S)‐asparagine, respectively, were used as convenient starting materials for the preparation of the enantiomerically pure α‐alkylated (alkyl=Me, Et, Bn) α,β‐diamino acids (R)‐ and (S)‐ 11 – 13 . The chiral lithium enolates of (R)‐ and (S)‐ 1 were first alkylated, and the resulting diasteroisomeric products 5 – 7 were aminated with ‘di(tert‐butyl) azodicarboxylate’ (DBAD), giving rise to the diastereoisomerically pure (≥98%) compounds 8 – 10 . The target compounds (R)‐ and (S)‐ 11 – 13 could then be obtained in good yields and high purities by a hydrolysis/hydrogenolysis/hydrolysis sequence.  相似文献

The title compounds, C8H10O2, (I), and C12H14O2, (II), occurred as by‐products in the controlled synthesis of a series of bis(gem‐alkynols), prepared as part of an extensive study of synthon formation in simple gem‐alkynol derivatives. The two 4‐(gem‐alkynol)‐1‐ones crystallize in space group P21/c, (I) with Z′ = 1 and (II) with Z′ = 2. Both structures are dominated by O—H?O=C hydrogen bonds, which form simple chains in the cyclohexane derivative, (I), and centrosymmetric dimers, of both symmetry‐independent molecules, in the cyclohexa‐2,5‐diene, (II). These strong synthons are further stabilized by C[triple‐bond]C—H?O=C, Cmethylene—H?O(H) and Cmethyl—H?O(H) interactions. The direct intermolecular interactions between donors and acceptors in the gem‐alkynol group, which characterize the bis(gem‐alkynol) analogues of (I) and (II), are not present in the ketone derivatives studied here.  相似文献

Both 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐4‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile and 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐4‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile crystallize from dimethylformamide solutions as stoichiometric 1:1 solvates, viz. C29H21N5·C3H7NO, (I), and C29H21N5O·C3H7NO, (II), respectively; however, 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐4‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl)‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile, C31H25N5O3, (III), crystallizes in the unsolvated form. The heterocyclic components of (I) are linked by C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds to form cyclic centrosymmetric dimers, from which the solvent molecules are pendent, linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. In (II), the heterocyclic components are linked by a combination of C—H...N and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds into chains containing two types of centrosymmetric ring, and the pendent solvent molecules are linked to these chains by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. Molecules of (III) are linked into simple C(12) chains by an N—H...O hydrogen bond, and these chains are weakly linked into pairs by an aromatic π–π stacking interaction.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of (1S,3aR,7S,8S,8aR,8bR)‐(+)‐7,8‐Di‐tert‐butoxy‐1‐ph‐ enyloctahydro‐1H‐pyrrolo(1,‐b)‐1H‐phospholo(2,‐ d)isoxazole 1‐oxide ( III , hereafter) and (1R,3aS,7S, 8S,8aS,8bS)‐(+)‐7,8‐Di‐tert‐butoxy‐1‐phenyloctahyd‐ ro‐1H‐pyrrolo(1,2‐b)‐1H‐phospholo(2,3‐d)isoxazole 1‐ oxide ( IV , hereafter) have been determined. III crystallizes in space group P212121, and IV in P21 one. The conformational analysis of the puckered heteroatom three‐ring system shows the conformation of noticeable distorted envelope with puckering amplitude Q2 = 0.397 Å, the intermediate conformation between twisted and envelope with Q2 = 0.353 Å, and half‐chair conformation with Q2 = 0.451 Å, for phospholane, oxazolidine, and pyrrolidine rings of III , respectively. Rings in molecule of IV adopt conformations of envelopes with Q2 = 0.381 Å, Q2 = 0.367 Å, and Q2 = 0.363 Å, respectively, for the rings as described above. The molecules of III are assembled by intermolecular weak hydrogen bonds to the one‐dimensional chain along x‐axis. The structure of IV is built‐up of weak intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form a two‐dimensional hydrogen bond network. The differences in conformation between compounds III and IV cause changes in hydrogen bonding pattern, because in molecule IV there is no hydrogen cavern filled with three hydrogen bond donors, and one weak hydrogen bond has not enough strength to force such an arrangement as it is in III . © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of novel 1‐methyl‐3‐(4‐phenyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)‐1H‐indazoles was synthesized in three steps from 5‐(1‐methyl‐1H‐indazol‐3‐yl)‐4‐phenyl‐2H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3(4H)‐thiones. 5‐(1‐Methyl‐1H‐indazol‐3‐yl)‐4‐phenyl‐2H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3(4H)‐thiones were converted into 1‐methyl‐3‐(5‐(methylsulfonyl)‐4‐phenyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)‐1H‐indazoles upon methylation followed by treatment with aq. KMnO4. The reaction of 1‐methyl‐3‐(5‐(methylsulfonyl)‐4‐phenyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)‐1H‐indazoles with Raney nickel resulted in desulphonylation to afford corresponding 1‐methyl‐3‐(4‐phenyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)‐1H‐indazoles. All the new synthesized compounds were characterized by spectral techniques.  相似文献

(Z)‐3‐(1H‐Indol‐3‐yl)‐2‐(3‐thienyl)acrylonitrile, C15H10N2S, (I), and (Z)‐3‐[1‐(4‐tert‐butylbenzyl)‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl]‐2‐(3‐thienyl)acrylonitrile, C26H24N2S, (II), were prepared by base‐catalyzed reactions of the corresponding indole‐3‐carboxaldehyde with thiophene‐3‐acetonitrile. 1H/13C NMR spectral data and X‐ray crystal structures of compounds (I) and (II) are presented. The olefinic bond connecting the indole and thiophene moieties has Z geometry in both cases, and the molecules crystallize in space groups P21/c and C2/c for (I) and (II), respectively. Slight thienyl ring‐flip disorder (ca 5.6%) was observed and modeled for (I).  相似文献

The molecules pack utilizing weak C—H...O and C—H...π intermolecular contacts. Identical packing motifs involving C—H...O interactions, forming both chains and dimers, along with C—H...π dimers and π–π aromatic interactions are observed in the fluoro, chloro and methyl derivatives.  相似文献

To complete our panorama in structure–activity relationships (SARs) of sandalwood‐like alcohols derived from analogues of α‐campholenal (= (1R)‐2,2,3‐trimethylcyclopent‐3‐ene‐1‐acetaldehyde), we isomerized the epoxy‐isopropyl‐apopinene (?)‐ 2d to the corresponding unreported α‐campholenal analogue (+)‐ 4d (Scheme 1). Derived from the known 3‐demethyl‐α‐campholenal (+)‐ 4a , we prepared the saturated analogue (+)‐ 5a by hydrogenation, while the heterocyclic aldehyde (+)‐ 5b was obtained via a Bayer‐Villiger reaction from the known methyl ketone (+)‐ 6 . Oxidative hydroboration of the known α‐campholenal acetal (?)‐ 8b allowed, after subsequent oxidation of alcohol (+)‐ 9b to ketone (+)‐ 10 , and appropriate alkyl Grignard reaction, access to the 3,4‐disubstituted analogues (+)‐ 4f,g following dehydration and deprotection. (Scheme 2). Epoxidation of either (+)‐ 4b or its methyl ketone (+)‐ 4h , afforded stereoselectively the trans‐epoxy derivatives 11a,b , while the minor cis‐stereoisomer (+)‐ 12a was isolated by chromatography (trans/cis of the epoxy moiety relative to the C2 or C3 side chain). Alternatively, the corresponding trans‐epoxy alcohol or acetate 13a,b was obtained either by reduction/esterification from trans‐epoxy aldehyde (+)‐ 11a or by stereoselective epoxidation of the α‐campholenol (+)‐ 15a or of its acetate (?)‐ 15b , respectively. Their cis‐analogues were prepared starting from (+)‐ 12a . Either (+)‐ 4h or (?)‐ 11b , was submitted to a Bayer‐Villiger oxidation to afford acetate (?)‐ 16a . Since isomerizations of (?)‐ 16 lead preferentially to β‐campholene isomers, we followed a known procedure for the isomerization of (?)‐epoxyverbenone (?)‐ 2e to the norcampholenal analogue (+)‐ 19a . Reduction and subsequent protection afforded the silyl ether (?)‐ 19c , which was stereoselectively hydroborated under oxidative condition to afford the secondary alcohol (+)‐ 20c . Further oxidation and epimerization furnished the trans‐ketone (?)‐ 17a , a known intermediate of either (+)‐β‐necrodol (= (+)‐(1S,3S)‐2,2,3‐trimethyl‐4‐methylenecyclopentanemethanol; 17c ) or (+)‐(Z)‐lancifolol (= (1S,3R,4Z)‐2,2,3‐trimethyl‐4‐(4‐methylpent‐3‐enylidene)cyclopentanemethanol). Finally, hydrogenation of (+)‐ 4b gave the saturated cis‐aldehyde (+)‐ 21 , readily reduced to its corresponding alcohol (+)‐ 22a . Similarly, hydrogenation of β‐campholenol (= 2,3,3‐trimethylcyclopent‐1‐ene‐1‐ethanol) gave access via the cis‐alcohol rac‐ 23a , to the cis‐aldehyde rac‐ 24 .  相似文献

A series of 21 2‐(4‐(hydroxyalkyl)‐1H ‐1,2,3‐triazol‐1‐yl)‐N ‐substituted propanamides (1,4‐disubstituted 1,2,3‐triazoles having amide linkage and hydroxyl group) have been synthesized from click reaction between terminal alkyne and 2‐azido‐N ‐substituted propanamide (generated in situ from reaction of 2‐bromo‐N ‐substituted propanamide and sodium azide) and characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectroscopy, and HRMS. All the newly synthesized triazoles were tested in vitro for antimicrobial activity against four bacterial cultures – Escherichia coli , Enterobacter aerogenes , Klebsiella pneumoniae , and Staphylococcus aureus – and two fungal cultures – Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger . The synthesized 1,4‐disubstituted 1,2,3‐triazoles displayed moderate to good antimicrobial potential against the tested strains.  相似文献

A series of novel 5‐aryl‐1‐(aryloxyacetyl)‐3‐(tert‐butyl or phenyl)‐4‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole 3a – 3n were synthesized by the annulation of 2‐aryloxyacetohydrazides with 3‐aryl‐1‐t‐butyl (or phenyl)‐2‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐ones ( 2 ) in the presence of a catalytic amount of acetic acid. Compounds 2 were obtained by the Knoevenagel reactions of 1‐t‐butyl (or phenyl)‐2‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)ethanone ( 1 ) with aromatic aldehydes in the presence of piperidine. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H‐NMR, ESI‐MS, and elemental analyses. The preliminary bioassay indicated that some compounds displayed moderate to excellent fungicidal activity. For example, compounds 3l , 3m , and 3n possessed 100% inhibition against Cercospora arachidicola Hori at the concentration of 50 mg/L.  相似文献

Owing to increasing interest in the use of N‐heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) based on imidazolidinium ions as ligands in the design of highly efficient transition‐metal‐based homogeneous catalysts, the characterizations of the 1‐ferrocenylmethyl‐3‐(2,4,6‐trimethylbenzyl)imidazolidin‐3‐ium iodide salt, [Fe(C5H5)(C19H24N2)]I, (I), and the palladium complex trans‐bis(3‐benzyl‐1‐ferrocenylmethyl‐1H‐imidazolidin‐2‐ylidene)diiodidopalladium(II), [Fe2Pd(C5H5)2(C16H17N2)2I2], (II), are reported. Compound (I) has two iodide anions and two imidazolidinium cations within the asymmetric unit (Z′ = 2). The two cations have distinctly different conformations, with the ferrocene groups orientated exo and endo with respect to the N‐heterocyclic carbene. Weak C—H donor hydrogen bonds to both the iodide anions and the π system of the mesitylene group combine to form two‐dimensional layers perpendicular to the crystallographic c direction. Only one of the formally charged imidazolidinium rings forms a near‐linear hydrogen bond with an iodide anion. Complex (II) shows square‐planar coordination around the PdII metal, which is located on an inversion centre (Z′ = 0.5). The ferrocene and benzyl substituents are in a transanti arrangement. The Pd—C bond distance between the N‐heterocyclic carbene ligands and the metal atom is 2.036 (7) Å. A survey of related structures shows that the lengthening of the N—C bonds and the closure of the N—C—N angle seen here on metal complexation is typical of similar NHCs and their complexes.  相似文献

The title diastereoisomers, methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(S)‐methoxycarbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole‐3‐carboxylate and methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(R)‐methoxycarbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole‐3‐carboxylate, both C19H23N3O5, have been studied in two crystalline forms. The first form, methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(S)‐methoxycarbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole‐3‐carboxylate–methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(R)‐methoxycarbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole‐3‐carboxylate (1/1), 2(S),5(S)‐C19H23N3O5·2(R),5(S)‐C19H23N3O5, contains both S,S and S,R isomers, while the second, methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(S)‐methoxycarbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole‐3‐carboxylate, 2(S),5(S)‐C19H23N3O5, is the pure S,S isomer. The S,S isomers in the two structures show very similar geometries, the maximum difference being about 15° on one torsion angle. The differences between the S,S and S,R isomers, apart from those due to the inversion of one chiral centre, are more remarkable, and are partially due to a possible rotational disorder of the 2‐(methoxycarbonyl)tetrahydropyrrole group.  相似文献

Crystals of poly[[aqua[μ3‐4‐carboxy‐1‐(4‐carboxylatobenzyl)‐2‐propyl‐1H‐imidazole‐5‐carboxylato‐κ5O1O1′:N3,O4:O5][μ4‐1‐(4‐carboxylatobenzyl)‐2‐propyl‐1H‐imidazole‐4‐carboxylato‐κ7N3,O4:O4,O4′:O1,O1′:O1]cadmium(II)] monohydrate], {[Cd2(C15H14N2O4)(C16H14N2O6)(H2O)]·H2O}n or {[Cd2(Hcpimda)(cpima)(H2O)]·H2O}n, (I), were obtained from 1‐(4‐carboxybenzyl)‐2‐propyl‐1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylic acid (H3cpimda) and cadmium(II) chloride under hydrothermal conditions. The structure indicates that in‐situ decarboxylation of H3cpimda occurred during the synthesis process. The asymmetric unit consists of two Cd2+ centres, one 4‐carboxy‐1‐(4‐carboxylatobenzyl)‐2‐propyl‐1H‐imidazole‐5‐carboxylate (Hcpimda2−) anion, one 1‐(4‐carboxylatobenzyl)‐2‐propyl‐1H‐imidazole‐4‐carboxylate (cpima2−) anion, one coordinated water molecule and one lattice water molecule. One Cd2+ centre, i.e. Cd1, is hexacoordinated and displays a slightly distorted octahedral CdN2O4 geometry. The other Cd centre, i.e. Cd2, is coordinated by seven O atoms originating from one Hcpimda2− ligand and three cpima2− ligands. This Cd2+ centre can be described as having a distorted capped octahedral coordination geometry. Two carboxylate groups of the benzoate moieties of two cpima2− ligands bridge between Cd2 centres to generate [Cd2O2] units, which are further linked by two cpima2− ligands to produce one‐dimensional (1D) infinite chains based around large 26‐membered rings. Meanwhile, adjacent Cd1 centres are linked by Hcpimda2− ligands to generate 1D zigzag chains. The two types of chains are linked through a μ2‐η2 bidentate bridging mode from an O atom of an imidazole carboxylate unit of cpima2− to give a two‐dimensional (2D) coordination polymer. The simplified 2D net structure can be described as a 3,6‐coordinated net which has a (43)2(46.66.83) topology. Furthermore, the FT–IR spectroscopic properties, photoluminescence properties, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD) pattern and thermogravimetric behaviour of the polymer have been investigated.  相似文献

The title molecular salt, C8H12N+·C26H21O3, contains a dimeric indane pharmacophore that demonstrates potent anti‐inflammatory activity. The indane group of the anion exhibits some disorder about the α‐C atom, which appears common to many structures containing this group. A model to account for the slight disorder was attempted, but this was deemed unsuccessful because applying bond‐length constraints to all the bonds about the α‐C atom led to instability in the refinement. The absolute configuration was determined crystallographically as S,S,S by anomalous dispersion methods with reference to both the Flack parameter and Bayesian statistics on Bijvoet differences. The configuration was also determined by an a priori knowledge of the absolute configuration of the (1S)‐1‐phenylethanaminium counter‐ion. The molecules pack in the crystal structure to form an infinite two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond network in the (100) plane of the unit cell.  相似文献

An optically active (S)‐α‐ethylleucine ((S)‐αEtLeu) as a chiral α‐ethylated α,α‐disubstituted α‐amino acid was synthesized by means of a chiral acetal auxiliary of (R,R)‐cyclohexane‐1,2‐diol. The chiral α‐ethylated α,α‐disubstituted amino acid (S)‐αEtLeu was introduced into the peptides constructed from 2‐aminoisobutyric acid (=dimethylglycine, Aib), and also into the peptide prepared from diethylglycine (Deg). The X‐ray crystallographic analysis revealed that both right‐handed (P) and left‐handed (M) 310‐helical structures exist in the solid state of CF3CO‐(Aib)2‐[(S)‐αEtLeu]‐(Aib)2‐OEt ( 14 ) and CF3CO‐[(S)‐αEtLeu]‐(Deg)4‐OEt ( 18 ), respectively. The IR, CD, and 1H‐NMR spectra indicated that the dominant conformation of pentapeptides 14 and CF3CO‐[(S)‐αEtLeu]‐(Aib)4‐OEt ( 16 ) in solution is a 310‐helical structure, and that of 18 in solution is a planar C5 conformation. The conformation of peptides was also studied by molecular‐mechanics calculations.  相似文献
