In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(NCS)2(C12H30N6O2)], the Cu atom lies on an inversion centre and has an elongated octahedral coordination, with Cu—N distances of 2.004 (2) and 2.015 (2) Å, and a Cu—S distance of 2.9696 (10) Å. The 2,2′‐ethanol chains are axially oriented. The molecules are linked to form a three‐dimensional network via O—H?N, N—H?O and N—H?S hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, C13H14O3, crystallized in the centrosymmetric space group C2/c with one molecule as the asymmetric unit. Each hydroxyl O atom is involved in hydrogen bonds with two other hydroxyl O atoms. The resulting chains of interactions propagate along [001]. In these interactions, the hydroxyl H atoms are disordered and the O?O distances are 2.648 (2) and 2.698 (2) Å. Two leading intermolecular C—H?O interactions have H?O distances of 2.80 and 2.84 Å and C—H?O angles of 136 and 144°; these interactions form chain and ring patterns. Taken together with the hydrogen bonds, they result in a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound, C16H18O4, crystallized in the centrosymmetric space group P21/c with one molecule in the asymmetric unit. The two hydroxyl‐H atoms are ordered, and are involved in intermolecular hydrogen bonds with Odonor?Oacceptor distances of 2.761 (1) and 2.699 (1) Å, and O—H?O angles of 157 (2) and 168 (2)°. Seven leading intermolecular C—H?O interactions have H?O distances ranging from 2.41 to 2.76 Å and C—H?O angles ranging from 125 to 170°. The hydrogen bonds and C—H?O interactions form chain and ring patterns, resulting in a richly three‐dimensional network. The biphenyl twist angle is 67.2 (1)°.  相似文献

In the title complex, poly[copper(II)‐di‐μ‐5‐carboxy‐1H‐imidazole‐4‐carboxylato], [Cu(C5H3N2O4)2]n or [Cu(H2Imda)2]n, each imidazole moiety is bonded to the Cu atom via O and N atoms to give a square‐planar coordination [Cu—O = 2.014 (2) and 2.016 (2) Å, and Cu—N = 1.982 (3) and 1.992 (2) Å]. The distorted square‐pyramidal geometry at the Cu atom results from coordination to an adjacent O atom [Cu—O = 2.305 (2) Å], which generates zigzag chains. There is a sixth, weaker, octahedral coordination to the Cu atom from an inversion‐related O atom [Cu—O = 3.090 (2) Å], which links the chains into sheets in the (100) plane. Imidazole moieties in the sheets are linked in the [100] direction by pairs of N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, thus generating a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound, C13H15N3O7, crystallizes as two independent molecules which differ in their conformation. Intermolecular hydrogen bonding between the amide and carboxylic acid groups as N—H?O=C interactions results in the formation of one‐dimensional chains with N?O distances of 2.967 (6) and 3.019 (6) Å. Neighbouring chains are linked by C=O?H—O interactions to form a two‐dimensional network, with O?O distances of 2.675 (6) and 2.778 (6) Å.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(C7H5O3)2(C10H24N4)], contains octahedral NiII in a centrosymmetric trans configuration with Ni—N distances of 2.0637 (17) and 2.0699 (16) Å and an Ni—O distance of 2.1100 (14) Å. The molecules are linked by a single type of O—H?O hydrogen bond [O?O 2.618 (2) Å and O—H?O 161°] into two‐dimensional sheets; a singletype of N—H?O hydrogen bond [N?O 2.991 (2) Å and N—H?O 139°] links these sheets into a three‐dimensional framework.  相似文献

In the title dimeric complex, [Cu2(C4H4O4)2(C7H6N2S)4], which possesses a centre of symmetry, the Cu atoms are enclosed in a 14‐membered ring. They adopt a distorted square‐bipyramidal (4+2) coordination. The four closest donor atoms are two N atoms of 2‐aminobenzothiazole ligands and two O atoms of the succinate carboxylate groups. They form a square‐planar cis arrangement, with an average Cu—N distance of 2.003 (3) Å and Cu—O distances of 1.949 (3) and 1.965 (3) Å. Two longer Cu—O bonds of 2.709 (3) and 2.613 (3) Å involving the remaining O atoms of the carboxylate groups complete the sixfold coordination of the Cu atoms. The H atoms of each amino group of the 2‐aminobenzothiazole molecules form intra‐ and intermolecular N—H?O hydrogen bonds. A nearly perpendicular intermolecular C—H?Cg interaction (Cg is the centroid of the imidazole ring) is observed. The intramolecular Cu?Cu distance is 6.384 (2) Å.  相似文献

Molecules of 2‐amino‐4,6‐dimethoxypyrimidine, C6H9N3O2, (I), are linked by two N—H?N hydrogen bonds [H?N 2.23 and 2.50 Å, N?N 3.106 (2) and 3.261 (2) Å, and N—H?N 171 and 145°] into a chain of fused rings, where alternate rings are generated by centres of inversion and twofold rotation axes. Adjacent chains are linked by aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions to form a three‐dimensional framework. In 2‐benzylamino‐4,6‐bis(benzyloxy)pyrimidine, C25H23N3O2, (II), the molecules are linked into centrosymmetric R(8) dimers by paired N—H?N hydrogen bonds [H?N 2.13 Å, N?N 2.997 (2) Å and N—H?N 170°]. Molecules of 2‐amino‐4,6‐bis(N‐pyrrolidino)pyrimidine, C12H19N5, (III), are linked by two N—H?N hydrogen bonds [H?N 2.34 and 2.38 Å, N?N 3.186 (2) and 3.254 (2) Å, and N—H?N 163 and 170°] into a chain of fused rings similar to that in (I).  相似文献

In the title compound, C4H12N22+·2C8H7O3?·2CH4O, the cations lie across centres of inversion and are disordered over two orientations with equal occupancy; there are equal numbers of (R)‐ and (S)‐mandelate anions present (mandelate is α‐hydroxybenzeneacetate). The anions and the neutral water molecules are linked by O—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.658 (3) and 2.682 (3) Å, and O—H?O 176 and 166°] into deeply folded zigzag chains. Each orientation of the cation forms two symmetry‐related two‐centre N—H?O hydrogen bonds [N?O 2.588 (4) and 2.678 (4) Å, and N—H?O 177 and 171°] and two asymmetric, but planar, three‐centre N—H?(O)2 hydrogen bonds [N?O 2.686 (4)–3.137 (4) Å and N—H?O 137–147°], and by means of these the cations link the anion/water chains into bilayers.  相似文献

The title complex, [Co(C15H12N3O2S)2], consists of an octahedrally coordinated CoII ion, with two crystallographically independent 1,4‐dibenzoylthiosemicarbazidate ligands in a tridentate mer coordination [Co—O = 2.064 (3)–2.132 (3) Å and Co—N = 2.037 (3)–2.043 (3) Å]. There are intermolecular N—H...S hydrogen bonds involving one ligand and strong π–π stacking interactions involving the other ligand, resulting in a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework. The hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions, as well as different intramolecular aryl–benzamide H—C...H(—N) distances, give rise to a difference in conformation between the two ligands.  相似文献

The crystal structures of tris(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H8NO)3], (I), and aquabis(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)copper(II), [Cu(C10H8NO)2(H2O)], (II), have been determined. Compound (I) has a distorted octahedral configuration, in which the central Fe atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three 2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olate ligands. The three Fe—O bond distances are in the range 1.934 (2)–1.947 (2) Å, while the three Fe—N bond distances range from 2.204 (2) to 2.405 (2) Å. In compound (II), the central CuII atom and H2O group lie on the crystallographic twofold axis and the coordination geometry of the CuII atom is close to trigonal bipyramidal, with the three O atoms in the basal plane and the two N atoms in apical positions. The Cu—N bond length is 2.018 (5) Å. The Cu—O bond length in the basal positions is 1.991 (4) Å, while the Cu—O bond length in the apical position is 2.273 (6) Å. There is an intermolecular OW—H?O hydrogen bond which links the molecules into a linear chain along the b axis.  相似文献

In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound, [HgBr(C7H4NO4)(H2O)], was obtained by the reaction of an aqueous solution of mercury(II) bromide and pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid (picolinic acid, dipicH2). The shortest bond distances to Hg are Hg—Br 2.412 (1) Å and Hg—N 2.208 (5) Å; the corresponding N—Hg—Br angle of 169.6 (1)° corresponds to a slightly distorted linear coordination. There are also four longer Hg—O interactions, three from dipicH? [2.425 (4) and 2.599 (4) Å within the asymmetric unit, and 2.837 (4) Å from a symmetry‐related molecule] and one from the bonded water molecule [2.634 (4) Å]. The effective coordination of Hg can thus be described as 2+4. The molecules are connected to form double‐layer chains parallel to the y axis by strong O—H?O hydrogen bonds between carboxylic acid groups of neighbouring molecules, and by weaker hydrogen bonds involving both H atoms of the water molecule and the O atoms of the carboxylic acid groups.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni2(C8H4O4)(C10H24N4)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2, contains two independent octahedral NiII centres with trans‐NiN4O2 chromophores. The bridging benzenedicarboxylate ligand is bonded to the two Ni atoms, each via one O atom of each carboxylate, while the other O atom participates in an intramolecular N—H?O hydrogen bond, forming an S(6) motif. The cations are linked to the perchlorate anions via O—H?O and N—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.904 (6) and 2.898 (6) Å; O—H?O 158 (6) and 165 (6)°; N?O 3.175 (7) and 3.116 (7) Å; N—H?O 168 and 166°] to form molecular ladders. These ladders are linked by further O—H?O and N—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.717 (6) and 2.730 (5) Å; O—H?O 170 (4) and 163 (6)°; N?O 3.373 (7) and 3.253 (7) Å; N—H?O 163 and 167°] to form a continuous three‐dimensional framework. The perchlorate anions both participate in three hydrogen bonds, and both are thus fully ordered.  相似文献

Molecules of 1,3‐diamino‐4‐nitrobenzene, C6H7N3O2, are linked by N—H?O hydrogen bonds [N?O 2.964 (2) and 3.021 (2) Å; N—H?O 155 and 149°] into (4,4) nets. In 3,5‐dinitroaniline, C6H5N3O4, where Z′ = 2, the molecules are linked by three N—H?O hydrogen bonds [N?O 3.344 (2)–3.433 (2) Å and N—H?O 150–167°] into deeply puckered nets, each of which is interwoven with its two immediate neighbours.  相似文献

The title compound, N‐hydroxypropanamide, C3H7NO2, crystallizes with Z′ = 3 in P21/c. The cocrystallization of adamantane‐1,3‐dicarboxylic acid (adc) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bpy) yields a unique 1:1 cocrystal, C12H16O4·C10H8N2, in the C2/c space group, with half of each molecule in the asymmetric unit. The mid‐point of the central C—C bond of the 4,4′‐bpy molecule rests on a center of inversion, while the adc molecule straddles a twofold rotation axis that passes through two of the adamantyl C atoms. The constituents of this cocrystal are joined by hydrogen bonds, the stronger of which are O—H...N hydrogen bonds [O...N = 2.6801 (17) Å] and the weaker of which are C—H...O hydrogen bonds [C...O = 3.367 (2) Å]. Alternate adc and 4,4′‐bpy molecules engage in these hydrogen bonds to form zigzag chains. In turn, these chains are linked through π–π interactions along the c axis to generate two‐dimensional layers. These layers are neatly packed into a stable crystalline three‐dimensional form via weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds [C...O = 3.2744 (19) Å] and van der Waals attractions.  相似文献

In the title neutral coordination polymer, [Cd(C6H3ClNO2)2(H2O)2]n, each CdII ion is coordinated by one N and four O atoms from three 2‐chloronicotinate ligands and by two aqua ligands, defining a distorted monocapped octahedral coordination geometry. Adjacent Cd atoms are linked by the pyridyl N atom and the bidentate carboxylate functional group of a 2‐chloronicotinate ligand, forming a one‐dimensional infinite chain along the b axis. The Cd⋯Cd distance is 8.112 (3) Å. These chains are linked by O—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional network structure.  相似文献
