The title compound, 3,3′‐(4‐pyridylimino)dipropanenitrile, C11H12N4, has a twofold axis and consists of a pyridine ring head and two cyanoethyl tails, the three groups being linked by an N atom. The planar geometry around the amino N atom suggests conjugation with the π‐system of the pyridine ring. The molecules are stacked in a layer structure via relatively weak to very weak intermolecular C—H⃛π and C—H⃛N hydrogen‐bond interactions.  相似文献

In the isomeric compounds 2‐benzyl‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenylbenzo[b]furo[2,3‐c]pyrrole and 2‐benzyl‐1‐methyl‐3‐phenylbenzo[b]furo[2,3‐c]pyrrole, both C24H19NO, the pyrrole ring, although presumably somewhat strained, does not differ appreciably from N‐methylpyrrole except for a relatively short C—C single bond in the pyrrole ring.  相似文献

The title compound, raloxifene hydrochloride, C28H28NO4S+·Cl?, belongs to the benzothiophene class of antiosteoporotic drugs. In the molecular cation, the 2‐phenol ring sustains a dihedral angle of 45.3 (1)° relative to the benzo[b]thiophene system. The benzo[b]thiophene and phenyl ring planes are twisted with respect to the carbonyl plane, with the smallest twist component occurring between the phenyl and carbonyl planes. The N atom bears the positive charge in the molecular cation and the piperidine ring adopts an almost perfect chair conformation. The Cl? anion is involved in the formation of N—H?Cl and O—H?Cl intermolecular hydrogen bonds, which lead to the formation of a layer of molecular cations.  相似文献

The title compounds, both C19H20FN3O2, contain essentially planar benzoxazolinone ring systems, within which the C—N bond distances and angles do not differ significantly between the two compounds. In both cases, the piperazine ring adopts an almost perfect chair conformation and the benzoxazolinone ring system lies nearly perpendicular to it. The structures contain intermolecular C—H⋯O contacts, and the interactions between the benzoxazolinone and fluorophenylpiperazine portions of the molecules are segregated.  相似文献

In ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)phenyl]carbamate, C11H13NO4, all of the non‐H atoms lie on a mirror plane in the space group Pnma; the molecules are linked into simple chains by a single C—H⋯O hydrogen bond. The molecules of ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)‐4‐iodophenyl]carbamate, C11H12INO4, are linked into sheets by a combination of O—H⋯I and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and a dipolar I⋯O contact. Ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)‐4‐methylphenyl]carbamate, C12H15NO4, crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group P; pairs of molecules are weakly linked by an O—H⋯O hydrogen bond and these aggregates are linked into chains by two independent aromatic π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, C26H21NO2S2, which consists of a benzothiazole skeleton with α‐naphthylvinyl and tosyl groups at positions 2 and 3, respectively, was prepared by palladium–copper‐catalyzed heteroannulation. The E configuration of the molecule about the vinyl C=C bond is established by the benzothiazole–naphthyl C—C—C—C torsion angle of 177.5 (4)°. The five‐membered heterocyclic ring adopts an envelope conformation with the Csp3 atom 0.380 (6) Å from the C2NS plane. The two S—C [1.751 (4) and 1.838 (4) Å] and two N—C [1.426 (5) and 1.482 (5) Å] bond lengths in the thiazole ring differ significantly.  相似文献

In the title compound, C17H20N2O3, the cyclobutane ring is puckered, with a dihedral angle of 19.11 (15)°. The 1‐phenyl and 3‐[1‐hydroxyimino‐2‐(succinimido)ethyl] groups are in cis positions. The molecules are linked by O—H⋯O and C—H⋯π(benzene) interactions, forming a two‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound, C23H15Cl2NO3, crystallizes with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. The chromanone moiety consists of a benzene ring fused with a six‐membered heterocyclic ring which adopts a sofa conformation. The five‐membered spiroisoxazoline ring is in an envelope conformation. The p‐chlorophenyl rings bridged by the five‐membered ring are nearly perpendicular to each other. The chromanone moiety of one molecule packs into the cavity formed by the p‐chlorophenyl rings of a second molecule through the formation of C—H?π interactions. The structure is stabilized by weak C—H?O, C—H?Cl and C—H?π interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, C12H12N2O5, is a potential antiamnesic agent. The pyrrolidinone ring has an envelope conformation, and the central moiety is almost coplanar with the planes of the phenyl and pyrrolidinone rings. In the crystal structure, weak intermolecular C—H...O interactions link the molecules into a complex network that can be described by (X) rings (X = 16, 20 and 26) and a C(12) chain.  相似文献

Tris[2‐(benzoylamino)ethyl]amine [alternatively, N,N′,N′′‐(nitrilotriethyl)tribenzamide], C27H30N4O3, adopts a folded structure, forming a symmetrical cavity with an average depth of 7.3 Å and width ranging from 4.1–4.4 Å. The folded structure is a result of one intramolecular N—H?O hydrogen bond. A linear chain motif along the c axis best describes the extended intermolecular N—H?O hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

The title structure, C18H27N3Si3, consists of separate molecules arranged in sheets parallel to the ab plane. In each molecule, the central (CN)3 ring, the ethynyl units, and the Si atoms lie in the same plane. Typical C—C and C—N bond distances are 1.197 (5) and 1.42 (4) Å, respectively. The angles inside the (CN)3 ring range from 114 (3) to 125 (3)° and the acetylenic branches are nearly linear.  相似文献

Crystal structure determination of the title molecule, C30H24N2O2S, reveals that the pyrrole ring in this fused heterocycle, although presumably strained and reactive in cycloaddition reactions, does not differ appreciably from N‐methylpyrrole except for a shorter C—C single bond [1.409 (4) Å] in the pyrrole ring.  相似文献

In the title compound, C17H20ClN3O3S2, the hexahydropyrimidine ring is puckered, the total puckering amplitude QT being 0.41 (1) Å. The morpholine ring displays orientational disorder. Molecules are linked in the crystal via N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O interactions to form infinite chains.  相似文献

The title molecule, C13H13N3O3·H2O, is in the form of a monohydrated zwitterion. The tetrahydropyridinium ring adopts an envelope conformation and is nearly coplanar with the plane of the imidazoline ring. The water solvate molecule plays an important role as a bridge between zwitterions, forming molecular chains running along the c direction, which are interconnected by N—H?O hydrogen bonds into molecular ribbons. The crystal packing is further stabilized by another N—H?O and one O—H?N hydrogen bond, which interconnect the molecular ribbons.  相似文献

The title compound, C28H27N3O4S, crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/n, with one molecule in the asymmetric unit. In the indole ring, the dihedral angle between the fused rings is 3.6 (1)°. The phenyl ring of the sulfonyl substituent makes a dihedral angle of 79.2 (1)° with the best plane of the indole moiety. The phenyl ring of the dimethylaminophenyl group is orthogonal to the phenyl ring of the phenylsulfonyl group. The dihedral angle formed by the weighted least‐squares planes through the pyrrole ring and the phenyl ring of the dimethylaminophenyl group is 7.8 (1)°. The molecular structure is stabilized by C—H?O and C—H?N interactions.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C25H30FN3O·0.5CH3OH, contains four symmetry‐independent steroid and two methanol molecules. The conformations of the independent steroid molecules are very similar. Intermolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds create two independent chains, each of which links two of the independent steroid molecules plus one methanol molecule via a co‐operative O—H⋯O—H⋯O—H pattern. Intermolecular C—H⋯O and C—H⋯F interactions are also observed.  相似文献

The title compound, 2,2′‐(3‐oxapentane‐1,5‐diyldioxy)diphenol, crystallizes as a methanol solvate, C16H18O5·CH4O. The methanol molecule, roughly perpendicular to the mean plane of the polyether molecule, is hydrogen bonded to the two polyether OH groups and to the central ether O atom. Possible C—H?π intermolecular interactions are present.  相似文献

The structure of the adduct of eucarvone with nitrosobenzene, C16H19NO2, is reported. The [3.2.2] bicyclic system corresponds to two seven‐membered rings in boat and distorted chair conformations and a six‐membered ring that adopts a distorted boat conformation. No conjugation is observed between the phenyl group and the N—O system. The packing is directed mainly by a C?O hydrogen bond, C—H?O‐(1 ? x, ?y, z) and by intermolecular C—H?π interactions.  相似文献

Two new polymorph forms, (Ia) and (Ib), of the title compound, C14H17N3S, and its solvate with acetonitrile, C14H17N3S·0.25C2H3N, (Ic), have been investigated. Crystals of the two polymorphs were grown from different solvents, viz. ethanol and N,N‐dimethylformamide, respectively. The polymorphs have different orientations of the thioamide group relative to the CN substituent, with s‐cis and s‐trans geometry of the C=C—C=S diene fragment, respectively. Compound (Ic) contains two independent molecules, A and B, with s‐cis geometry, and the solvate molecule lies on a twofold axis. The core of each molecule is slightly non‐planar; the dihedral angles between the conjugated C=C—CN linkage and the phenyl ring, and between this linkage and the thioamide group are 13.4 (2) and 12.0 (2)° in (Ia), 14.0 (2) and 18.2 (2)° in (Ib), 2.3 (3) and 12.7 (4)° in molecule A of (Ic), and 23.2 (3) and 8.1 (4)° in molecule B of (Ic). As a result of strong conjugation between donor and acceptor parts, the substituted phenyl rings have noticeable quinoid character. In (Ib), there exists a very strong intramolecular steric interaction (H⋯H = 1.95 Å) between the bridging and thioamide parts of the molecule, which makes such a form less stable. In the crystal structure of (Ia), intermolecular N—H⋯N and N—H⋯S hydrogen bonds link molecules into infinite tapes along the [10] direction. In (Ib), such intermolecular hydrogen bonds link molecules into infinite (101) planes. In (Ic), intermolecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds link molecules A and B into dimers, which are connected via N—H⋯S hydrogen bonds and form infinite chains along the c direction.  相似文献
