The title complexes, exo‐ and endo‐[VO(C28H22N2O2)], show monomeric structures with a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination. The two phenyl groups on the five‐membered N,N′‐chelate ring are both on the same side as the oxo ligand for the exo isomer and on opposite sides for the endo isomer.  相似文献

In the title compounds, {2,2′‐[2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}nickel(II), [Ni(C19H20N2O2)], and {2,2′‐[2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}copper(II), [Cu(C19H20N2O2)], the NiII and CuII atoms are coordinated by two iminic N and two phenolic O atoms of the N,N′‐bis(salicylidene)‐2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediaminate (SALPD2?, C17H16N2O22?) ligand. The geometry of the coordination sphere is planar in the case of the NiII complex and distorted towards tetrahedral for the CuII complex. Both complexes have a cis configuration imposed by the chelate ligand. The dihedral angles between the N/Ni/O and N/Cu/O coordination planes are 17.20 (6) and 35.13 (7)°, respectively.  相似文献

The title compounds, {4,4′‐dibromo‐2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne‐N)]diphenolato‐O,O′}nickel(II), [Ni(C17H14Br2N2O2)], and {4,4′‐dichloro‐2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne‐N)]diphenolato‐O,O′}copper(II), [Cu(C17H14Cl2N2O2)], lie on crystallographic twofold axes. In both structures, the metal coordination sphere is a tetrahedrally distorted square plane formed by the four‐coordinate N2O2 donor set of the Schiff base imine–phenol ligands. In the Ni compound, the Ni—O and Ni—N distances are 1.908 (3) and 1.959 (4) Å, respectively, while in the Cu compound, the Cu—O and Cu—N distances are 1.907 (2) and 1.960 (2) Å, respectively. The two Schiff base moieties, which themselves are nearly planar, are inclined at an angle of 29.26 (7)° for the Ni compound and 29.26 (5)° for the Cu compound.  相似文献

In the title complex, trans‐{2,2′‐[cyclohexane‐1,2‐diylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐κ4O,N,N′,O′}nickel(II)–chloroform (1/1), [Ni(C20H20N2O2)]·CHCl3, the Ni atom has a square‐planar geometry, slightly tetrahedrally distorted. The Ni—N and Ni—O bonding distances are within the expected ranges for Ni–Schiff base derivatives. The diimine bridge has a gauche conformation with the cyclohexyl ring almost coplanar with the NiN2O2 plane. The complex molecules pack in dimers with an Ni?Ni distance of 3.59 (1) Å and form a three‐dimensional structure displaying a herring‐bone configuration. Channels are occupied by solvent molecules, which are involved in C—H?O hydrogen bonds with the ligand O atoms.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(Ph2PCH2PPh2)2](ClO4)2, was synthesized and its structure determined crystallographically. The Ni atom lies on an inversion centre and is at the center of a square formed by four P atoms which are necessarily coplanar. The Ni—P distances are 2.2188 (5) and 2.2322 (5) Å, and the P—Ni—P angle is 73.12 (3)°. The unique perchlorate anion is not coordinated to the Ni atom.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Ni(NCS)2(C4H12N2O)2], has two crystallographically independent half‐molecules in the asymmetric unit, with each Ni atom residing on a centre of symmetry. The two molecules exhibit similar coordination geometry but display differences with regard to other structural features. Each NiII centre is octahedrally coordinated by two mutually trans chelating hydroxyethylethylenediamine ligands and two mutually trans isothiocyanate ions. The two independent molecules form chains through different types of non‐covalent interactions. In the case of one of the molecules, only NCS and free OH groups participate in hydrogen bonding, while in the chain based on the second molecule, the NCS, NH, NH2 and free OH groups are involved in intermolecular hydrogen bonding. The two chains interact with one another through hydrogen bonding, forming planar sheets. The third packing direction is mediated only by van der Waals interactions.  相似文献

The title copper complex, [Cu(dl ‐DAP)2(H2O)2]·2H2O or [Cu(C3H7N2O2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, prepared from the non‐protein amino acid dl ‐2,3‐diaminopropionic acid (dl ‐HDAP), has a center of symmetry and a distorted octahedral coordination, with four N atoms in equatorial positions and two water molecules in apical sites. The water molecule of crystallization is hydrogen bonded to the deprotonated carboxylate group of the ligand.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Ni(C2H3O)2(C3H4N2)4], the Ni atom is coordinated centrosymmetrically by four N and two O atoms in an octahedral coordination [Ni—N = 1.986 (3) and 2.054 (3) Å; Ni—O = 2.697 (3) Å]. The O atoms of the acetate anions form hydrogen bonds to adjacent imidazole moieties, with the free O atom forming a somewhat shorter bond [N?O = 2.679 (3) and 2.870 (4) Å]. The hydrogen bonds give rise to a two‐dimensional layer structure.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C4H12N2)2(C3H6O)2](ClO4)2, is the first structurally characterized CuII complex having acetone as axial ligands. The complex adopts an elongated octahedral trans‐[CuN4O2] coordination geometry, with the Cu atom having 222 site symmetry. The axial Cu—O(acetone) and in‐plane Cu—N bond lengths are 2.507 (5) and 2.041 (3) Å, respectively.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C2H3O3)(C14H12N2)(H2O)]NO3, is the first example of a mixed copper glycolate compound with a diimine ligand. The copper(II) compound lies in a slightly distorted square‐pyramidal coordination environment with one water molecule coordinated in the apical position. The glycolate ligand binds to the Cu atom as a chelate through a carboxylate and the α‐OH O atom which, together with the N atoms of the substituted phenanthroline, constitute the base of the pyramid.  相似文献

The title compounds, [Cu(C15H12Cl2NO)2], (I), and [Cu(C17H18NO2)2], (II), both adopt a compressed tetrahedral trans‐[CuN2O2] coordination geometry, the molecules having an umbrella conformation overall. These complexes differ from one another with respect to the 1‐phenylethylamine moieties, the direction of the benzene rings being either inside [in (I)] or inside and outside [in (II)] of the molecules. The crystals of (I) and (II) have Δ(R,R) and Λ(R,R) absolute configurations, respectively.  相似文献

The Schiff base ligand in the title complex, [Pt(C9H8BrN2S2)2], is deprotonated from its tautomeric thiol form and coordinated to PtIIvia the mercapto S and β–N atoms. The configuration about PtII is a perfect square‐planar, with two equivalent Pt—N [2.023 (3) Å] and Pt—S [2.293 (1) Å] bonds. The phenyl ring is twisted against the coordination moiety Pt1/N1/N1′/S2′/S2 by 31.8 (2)°, due to the steric hindrance induced by ortho‐substituted bulky Br atom.  相似文献

The title complex, bis(acetylacetonato‐κ2O,O′)[N,N′‐bis(3‐hydroxy‐2‐oxidobenzaldimino)‐2‐methyl‐1,2‐propanediamine‐κ4N,O,O′,N′]uranium(IV) tetrahydrofuran solvate, [U(C18H18N2O4)(C5H7O2)2]·C4H8O, is a rare example of a uranium(IV) complex with a compartmental Schiff base. The U atom is located in the N2O2 inner site of the hexadentate N,N′‐bis(3‐hydroxy‐2‐oxidobenzaldimino)‐2‐methyl‐1,2‐propanediamine group and is bound also to the two O atoms of both acetylacetonate moieties, which results in a dodecahedral coordination environment. Centrosymmetric dimers are formed through intermolecular hydrogen bonds that link the terminal uncoordinated hydroxy groups to one another and to the O atoms of the acetylacetonate ligands.  相似文献

These are [bis(diphenylphosphino)methane](pentane‐2,4‐dithionato‐S,S′)nickel(II) hexafluorophosphate, [Ni(C25H22P2)(C5H7S2)]PF6, [1,2‐bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane](pentane‐2,4‐dithionato–S,S′)nickel(II) hexafluorophosphate, [Ni(C26H24P2)(C5H7S2)]PF6, and [1,3‐bis(diphenylphosphino)propane](pentane‐2,4‐dithionato‐S,S′)nickel(II) hexafluorophosphate, [Ni(C27H26P2)(C5H7S2)]PF6. All have a distorted square‐planar arrangement about Ni with angles around Ni varying with the length of the hydrocarbon chain.  相似文献
