The crystallization behavior of the title compound, [Co(C2H8N2)3](C2O4)(ClO4)·2H2O, has been studied in order to evaluate the effect of the counter‐anion on the crystalline structures of [Co(en)3](C2O4X (en = ethylenediamine). Two‐dimensional intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding networks are formed between the amine protons of the [Co(en)3]3+ cations and the O atoms of the oxalate anions. Perchlorate and water molecules fill in the channels between the two‐dimensional networks and form hydrogen‐bonding interactions with the two‐dimensional layers, thus constructing a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonding network.  相似文献

In the title compound, trans‐[CoCl(NO2)(C2H8N2)2]ClO4, there are two independent CoIII complexes with a distorted octahedral coordination, and they show an orientational disorder such that the positions of the nitro and chloro ligands are exchanged. As a result, the averaged structure has inversion centres at the Co atoms. The perchlorate‐O atoms are disordered over two sites.  相似文献

In the title compound, trans‐[CoCl(NO2)(C2H8N2)2]NO3, a distorted octahedral CoIII complex shows an orientational disorder such that the positions of the nitro and chloro ligands are exchanged. The occupation factors of the major and minor orientations are 84 and 16%, respectively. The O atoms of the nitrate ion are disordered over two sites.  相似文献

The bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imidate anion crystallizes with Rb as the title dioxane 1:2 solvate, Rb+·CF3SO2NSO2CF3·2C4H8O2, with the anion in a transoid conformation, as opposed to the cisoid form typically seen when there are significant cation–anion interactions. The RbI cation is eight‐coordinate, interacting with one anion in a chelating fashion and with two other anions through the remaining sulfonyl O atoms. The latter interactions link ion pairs through the formation of Rb2O2 dimers about inversion centers at (0, , 0) and (, , 0), forming extended columns which run parallel to the a axis of the unit cell. Rb–dioxane bridges crosslink these salt columns in the (010), (001) and (011) directions, resulting in a three‐dimensional network solid. One dioxane solvent molecule is disordered over two half‐occupancy sites.  相似文献

The title salt, K[Co(C2H8N2)(CO3)2]·H2O, consists of a distorted octahedral cobalt complex anion and a seven‐coordinate potassium cation. Both metal atoms have crystallographic twofold symmetry, one C2 axis passing through the Co atom and C—C bond, and another along a short K—O (water) bond of 2.600 Å (corrected for libration). The carbonate is bidentate to both cobalt and potassium and the water forms a hydrogen bond to a carbonate O atom.  相似文献

The 1:1 adduct of N,N′‐bis(diphenylmethylene)ethylenediamine (bz2en) with copper(I) chloride, viz. [Cu(C28H24N2)2][CuCl2], has been synthesized. The structure contains cationic moieties of CuI ions (Cu on a twofold axis) coordinated to four N atoms of two bz2en molecules (in a distorted tetrahedron) and linear dichlorocuprate(I) anions (with Cu on an inversion centre). These cations and anions are packed in columns along b. The packing of the cation and anion columns involves a significant C—H⋯Cl interaction and four short intermolecular C—H⋯π contacts, two of which are between cation columns.  相似文献

The title complex, [Mn(C5H4NCO2)2(C5H4NCOOH)]OH, consists of a cation and a hydroxide ion. The Mn atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three pyridinecarboxylate ligands, and has a distorted octahedral geometry, with Mn—N distances ranging from 2.157 (1) to 2.233 (1) Å and Mn—O distances from 1.910 (1) to 1.927 (4) Å. One ligand is protonated as the acid form. This forms one of two independent hydrogen bonds, to the anion.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C4H12N2)2(C3H6O)2](ClO4)2, is the first structurally characterized CuII complex having acetone as axial ligands. The complex adopts an elongated octahedral trans‐[CuN4O2] coordination geometry, with the Cu atom having 222 site symmetry. The axial Cu—O(acetone) and in‐plane Cu—N bond lengths are 2.507 (5) and 2.041 (3) Å, respectively.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Ni(NCS)2(C4H12N2O)2], has two crystallographically independent half‐molecules in the asymmetric unit, with each Ni atom residing on a centre of symmetry. The two molecules exhibit similar coordination geometry but display differences with regard to other structural features. Each NiII centre is octahedrally coordinated by two mutually trans chelating hydroxyethylethylenediamine ligands and two mutually trans isothiocyanate ions. The two independent molecules form chains through different types of non‐covalent interactions. In the case of one of the molecules, only NCS and free OH groups participate in hydrogen bonding, while in the chain based on the second molecule, the NCS, NH, NH2 and free OH groups are involved in intermolecular hydrogen bonding. The two chains interact with one another through hydrogen bonding, forming planar sheets. The third packing direction is mediated only by van der Waals interactions.  相似文献

The mononuclear title complex, [Co(C6H6NO6)(C2H8N2)]·3H2O, contains an octahedrally coordinated CoIII atom. The N‐(carboxymethyl)aspartate moiety is coordinated as a tetradentate ligand, providing an OONO‐donor set and forming two trans five‐membered chelate rings and one six‐membered chelate ring. A seven‐membered chelate ring is also formed, which consists of part of the six‐membered chelate ring and part of one of the five‐membered chelate rings. The crystal structure of the complex is stabilized by hydrogen bonds with three water molecules.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Co(C2H8N2)3]2[Ru2(C2H4O7P2)2Cl2]Cl·3H2O, the building unit contains two crystallographically independent dinuclear [Ru2(hedp)2Cl2]5− anions, where hedp [viz. (1‐hydroxyethylidene)diphosphonate] serves as a bis‐chelating bridging ligand, two types of [Co(en)3]3+ cations, one uncoordinated Cl anion and five water molecules of crystallization. The [Ru2(hedp)2Cl2]5− anions are connected to one another, forming one‐dimensional chains along the a axis. The [Co(en)3]3+ cations are located between these chains and lie across inversion centres. An extensive series of hydrogen bonds lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular network structure, with channels generated along the [100] direction. The uncoordinated water molecules and Cl anions reside in these channels.  相似文献

The title complex, [Ru(C2H3N)2(C6H6N2)(C18H15P)2](PF6)2.CH4O, is the third of a series of ruthenium complexes containing two triphenylphosphine groups in a trans arrangement, o‐benzoquinone diimine and two other non‐redox active ligands to been characterized. The effect of electron donor–acceptor properties of the two non‐redox active ligands does not change the quinone arrangement for the o‐benzoquinone diimine ligand, as can be seen from the bond distances of the quinone ring. The asymmetric unit contains half a molecule of complex cation (on a twofold rotation axis), one hexafluorophosphate anion and half a molecule of methanol in a general position close to a twofold rotation axis.  相似文献

In polymeric {[Eu(pzdc)(NO3)(phen)(H2O)]·H2O}n [pzdc is 2,3‐pyrazinedicarboxylate (C6H2O4) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2)], each europium(III) ion is coordinated by seven O atoms (from three pzdc anions, a nitrate anion and a water molecule) and the two N atoms of the phen ligand, resulting in a nine‐coordinated europium(III) center with a distorted monocapped square‐antiprismatic coordination polyhedron. Four pzdc anions bridge four europium(III) ions, forming a parallelogram unit, the four vertices of which are occupied by the four pzdc anions. Moreover, each parallelogram unit links six other adjacent parallelogram units, forming a two‐dimensional network with disordered lattice water molecules.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Ag2(C4H4N2)3](CF3SO3)2·2H2O}n, is a polymeric pyrazine–silver(I) complex. Each AgI ion is three‐coordinated by N atoms of three different pyrazine ligands, forming a T‐shaped coordination configuration. In the crystal structure, uncoordinated water molecules are linked to trifluoromethanesulfonate anions through intermolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. There are weaker Ag⋯O interactions involving the water and sulfonate O atoms.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(ClO4)2(C4H9N3O2)2][Cu(C4H9N3O2)2(CH4O)2](ClO4)2·2CH3OH, comprises two independent CuII species lying on different inversion sites. In the Cu complexes, a distorted octahedral geometry arises (from basic square‐planar N4 coordination) from the weak coordination of two perchlorate ions (as Cu—O) in one species and two methanol molecules in the other (also as Cu—O). Interactions between the O atoms of the perchlorate anions or methanol groups and the imide or amine NH groups afford an extensive intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding network.  相似文献
