In the crystal structure of the title compound, [N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine‐κ4N,N′,N′′,N′′′][1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐trithionato(2−)‐κ2N,S]zinc(II) ethanol solvate, [Zn(C8H22N4)2(C3HN3S3)]·C2H6O, the ZnII atom is octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms [Zn—N = 2.104 (2)–2.203 (2) Å] of a tetradentate N‐donor N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine (bapen) ligand and by two S and N atoms [Zn—S = 2.5700 (7) Å and Zn—N = 2.313 (2) Å] of a trithiocyanurate(2−) (ttcH2−) dianion bonded as a bidentate ligand in a cis configuration. The crystal structure of the compound is stabilized by a network of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Zn(C12H11N2O2S)2(C10H8N2)], consists of monomeric molecules in which the central ZnN2N′N′′ unit has a distorted tetrahedral geometry, with bond lengths ranging from 2.020 (3) to 2.109 (3) Å. The anionic ligands are potential bidentate donors and thus there are two secondary Zn—N interactions. The shorter of these is 2.317 (3) Å and completes at the Zn atom an irregular five‐coordinated geometry, which can be described as a square pyramid showing 30% distortion towards the trigonal bipyramid; the other Zn—N contact is much longer at 2.549 (3) Å.  相似文献

The Ru—N bond distances in the title complex, [Ru(NO2)(C11H9N3)(C15H11N3)]BF4 or [Ru(NO2)(tpy)(azpy)]BF4, [tpy is 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine and azpy is 2‐(phenylazo)pyridine], are Ru—Npy 2.063 (4), Ru—Nazo 2.036 (4), Ru—Nnitro 2.066 (3) Å, and Ru—Ntpy 2.082 (4), 1.982 (3) and 2.074 (4) Å. The azo N atom is trans to the nitro group. The azo N=N bond length is 1.265 (5) Å, which is the shortest found in such complexes to date. This indicates a multiple bond between Ru and the N atom of the nitro group, and π‐backbonding [dπ(Ru) π*(azo)] is decreased.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Zn(C10H6NO2)2(C12H8N2)]·1.5C3H7NO, contains one monomeric zinc complex and 1.5 disordered dimethylformamide solvate molecules. The Zn atom is coordinated to one 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand and to two isoquinolinecarboxylate anions (IQC?) via their N and O atoms. The complex exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry around the ZnII atom, with the apical positions occupied by the O atoms of the IQC? ligands. The Zn atom lies 0.049 (1) Å out of the basal plane. The crystal packing is characterized by several hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C4H6N2O3)(C8H8N2)]·3H2O, the CuII atom is coordinated in a square‐planar manner by one O atom and three N atoms from glycylglycinate and 2‐methylbenzimidazole ligands. The ternary complexes assemble into one‐dimensional chains through C—H⋯π interactions and direct N—H⋯O hydrogen bonding, as well as into hydrogen‐bonded water helices with branches which also link the complex chains into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C2N3)2(C10H8N2)]n, is formed by neutral zigzag chains of the [–NC–N–CN–Cu{(bpy)N(CN)2}–NC–N–CN–] type running along the c axis (bpy is 2,2′‐bipyridine). The Cu atoms in the chains are pentacoordinated in the form of a distorted tetragonal pyramid, with a CuN5 chromophore. The coordination sites are occupied by two N atoms of one bpy molecule in the basal plane [Cu—N 2.018 (4) and 2.025 (2) Å] and by three terminal N atoms of two dicyanamide ligands. One of the dicyanamide ligands is coordinated in a monodentate fashion through a nitrile N atom in the basal plane [Cu—N 1.963 (4) Å]. The second acts as an end‐to‐end bridging ligand to a neighbouring Cu atom and is coordinated by one nitrile N atom in the basal plane [Cu—N 2.001 (2) Å], while the second nitrile N atom occupies the apical position [Cu—N 2.159 (2) Å] and originates from the bridge connecting another Cu atom. The shortest intrachain Cu?Cu distance is 8.212 (1) Å, as a consequence of the large bridging ligand, whereas the minimum interchain distance between Cu atoms is only 5.77 (7) Å, because of the interdigitation of the chains.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Zn(C2H3N)(C16H21N3O)](ClO4)2·H2O, the ZnII ion is coordinated by two pyridyl N atoms, one amine N atom, and an ethanol O atom from the N,N′,N′′,O‐tetradentate 2‐[bis(2‐pyridylethyl)amino]ethanol donor ligand. The fifth coordination site is filled by an acetonitrile N atom, and there is one solvent water molecule in the asymmetric unit. The 2+ charge of the cationic portion of the complex is balanced by two perchlorate counter‐anions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(C7H4NO4)2(C12H8N2)(H2O)], has been synthesized. X‐Ray analysis reveals that it is a neutral zinc(II) mononuclear carboxylate complex based on mixed N‐ and O‐donor ligands. The Zn atom is five‐coordinate in a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination environment involving two O atoms of two monodentate 2‐nitrobenzoate molecules, two N atoms of a 1,10‐phenanthroline molecule and one O atom of a water molecule. The axial positions are occupied by a carboxylate O atom from the 2‐nitrobenzoate ligand and an N atom from the 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand [N—Zn—O = 167.66 (9)°].  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C2N3)2(C12H12N2)]n, the CuII atom adopts a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry, the basal plane of which is formed by two N atoms of the bipyridine ligand, one N atom of a bidentate dicyanamide anion and one N atom of a monodentate dicyanamide anion [Cu—N = 1.9760 (15)–2.0157 (15) Å]. The apical position is occupied by an N atom of a bidentate dicyanamide anion, located 2.2468 (16) Å from the Cu atom, thus forming a one‐dimensional polymeric chain.  相似文献

In the novel transition metal isothiocyanate complex of N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine (hydet‐en) with copper, [Cu(NCS)2(C4H12N2O)], the Cu atom lies in a distorted square‐pyramidal environment, coordinated by four N atoms in the basal plane and an apical O atom. The hydet‐en ligand is N,N,O‐tridentate, in contrast to the disposition in previously studied complexes, while the isothiocyanate ions act as N‐atom donor ligands. The monomeric units are linked to one another by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Crystals of the title complex, [Cu(CN3O2)2(C3H4N2)4], the structure of which has been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction at 304 K, appear to be pseudo‐merohedrally twinned. Transformation to a monoclinic C‐centred cell was necessary in order to derive the twin law. Twin refinement in a triclinic unit cell significantly reduced the R value. The asymmetric unit of the triclinic cell consists of one molecule in a general position and two half entities with the Cu atom on a centre of inversion. The coordination of the Cu atom is quasi‐octahedral, with four imidazole N‐atom donors in the equatorial plane and two cyano N atoms from the N‐nitrocyanamidate anion in axial positions. Owing to symmetry in the centrosymmetric molecules, the trans imidazole ligands are parallel, while those in the non‐centrosymmetric molecule make angles of 22.8 (2) and 77.9 (2)°.  相似文献

The structure of [Zn(C19H12N5)2], which is monomeric and consists of neutral Zn(bbip‐H)2 entities [bbip‐H is the anionic form of bis(benzimidazolyl)pyridine, formed by the loss of one H atom], has been solved from a racemic twin. The Zn atom lies at a site with imposed 222 symmetry and the bbip‐H ligand has imposed twofold symmetry. The imidazolyl H atom is disordered over two symmetry‐related positions, thus raising the molecular symmetry as required by the space group. The angle between the planes of the two coordinated bbip‐H ligands is 84.6 (3)°, so defining a distorted octahedral environment around the metal atom.  相似文献

The title mononuclear [Cu(sq)(phen)2]·3H2O complex [sq is squarate (C4O4) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2)] has been synthesized and the structure consists of a neutral mononuclear [Cu(sq)(phen)2] unit and three solvate water molecules. The CuII ion has distorted square‐pyramidal coordination geometry, comprised of one carboxylate O atom from a monodentate squarate ligand and four N atoms from two chelating phen ligands. An extensive three‐dimensional network of OW—H⋯O/OW hydrogen bonds, face‐to‐face π–π interactions between the 1,10‐phenanthroline aromatic rings and a weak π–ring interaction are responsible for crystal stabilization.  相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl2(C9H12N2O)], the CuII atom is coordinated by two Cl anions and two N atoms of one O‐ethyl 3‐methylpyridine‐2‐carboximidic acid molecule in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—N distances of 2.0483 (17) and 1.9404 (18) Å, and Cu—Cl distances of 2.2805 (10) and 2.2275 (14) Å. In addition, each CuII atom is connected by one Cl anion and the CuII atom from a neighbouring molecule, with Cu⋯Cl and Cu⋯Cu distances of 2.9098 (13) and 3.4022 (12) Å, respectively, and, therefore, a centrosymmetric dimer is formed. Adjacent molecular dimers are connected by π–π stacking interactions between pyridine rings to form a zigzag molecular chain. The molecular chains are also enforced by N—H⋯Cl and C—H⋯Cl interactions.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Co(C6H15N3)(C7H15N2S)]S2O6·H2O, the Co—C bond distance is 1.9930 (13) Å, which is shorter than for related compounds with the linear 1,6‐diamino‐3‐thiahexan‐4‐ide anion in place of the macrocyclic 1‐thia‐4,7‐diazacyclodecan‐8‐ide anion. The coordinated carbanion produces an elongation of 0.102 (7) Å of the Co—N bond to the 1,4,7‐triazacyclononane N atom in the trans position. This relatively small trans influence is presumably a result of the triamine ligand forming strong bonds to the CoIII atom.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(C3H10N2)2(H2O)2](C6H6NO3S)2, contains alternating layers of sulfanilate anions and diaquabis(1,3‐propanediamine)nickel(II) cations. The Ni atom lies on an inversion centre and is hexacoordinated by the 1,3‐propanediamine ligands, which function as N,N′‐bidentate ligands, and the water molecules, which are in a trans arrangement. The sulfanilate anions are arranged in layers, with the sulfonate and amine groups directed towards opposite sides of the layer. The structure is stabilized by a network of hydrogen bonding between the O and N atoms of the sulfanilate anions, the water molecules, and the N atoms of the 1,3‐propanediamine ligands.  相似文献

The title compound, K2[Cu2(NCS)2(C12H13NO3)2], consists of two K+ cations and (N‐salicylidene‐d ‐valinato)copper(II) and (N‐salicylidene‐l ‐valinato)copper(II) coordination units connected through three‐atom thiocyanate (μ‐NCS) bridges into a centrosymmetric dianion. The CuII atom adopts a square‐pyramidal coordination, with three donor atoms of the tridentate Schiff base and one N atom of the bridging ligand (μ‐NCS) in the basal plane. The axial position is occupied by the thiocyanate S atom of a symmetry‐related ligand at an apical distance of 2.9332 (10) Å. Coulombic interactions between six‐coordinated K+ ions and the heteroatoms of neighbouring dimeric anions leads to the formation of one‐dimensional chains of molecules parallel to [010]. The superposition of the normals of the pyramidal base planes in a direction close to [001] indicates possible π–π interactions between neighbouring units.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of [Cu(CF3SO3)(C2N3)(C8H7N5)2]·0.5C2H6O, the CuII atom adopts a distorted octahedral geometry, with the basal plane formed by two N atoms of one dipyrimidinylamine ligand, one N atom of the second pyrimidine ligand and a nitrile N atom of the dicyanamide anion [Cu—N = 1.972 (2)–2.021 (2) Å]. The apical positions are occupied by an N atom of the second ligand [Cu—N = 2.208 (2) Å], and an O atom of the trifluoromethanesulfonate anion [Cu—O = 2.747 (2) Å] at a semi‐coordination distance. Pairs of inversion‐related N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds of the so‐called Watson–Crick type, augmented by two C—H⋯N contacts, link adjacent complexes into an infinite one‐dimensional chain running in the [101] direction.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Cu(C6H7N)2{Ag(CN)2}2]n, is made up of neutral zigzag chains of [–NC–Ag–CN–Cu(4‐Mepy)2{Ag(CN)2}–NC–Ag–CN–] (4‐Mepy is 4‐methylpyridine). Neighbouring chains are linked by weak argentophilic interactions, with Ag?Ag distances of 3.2322 (12) Å. The Cu atom, which lies on a twofold rotation axis, is pentacoordinated by one monodentate Ag(CN)2? anion [Cu—N 1.985 (3) Å], the atoms of which lie on the same rotation axis, and by bridging dicyanoargentate anions [2 × Cu—N 2.0827 (19) Å], with Ag atoms on inversion centres. The coordination polyhedron is completed by two 4‐Mepy molecules [2 × Cu—N 2.038 (2) Å], which occupy the axial positions of a distorted trigonal bipyramid.  相似文献

One half of the molecule of the title complex, [Mn(C14H13N4S)2], is related to the other half by a twofold axis passing through the Mn atom. This high‐spin Mn atom is six‐coordinated, in an octahedral geometry, by the azomethine N, the pyridyl N and the thiolate S atom of two planar 1‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)ethanone N(4)‐phenylthiosemicarbazone ligands. In the crystal, the molecules are interconnected by N—H?S and C—H?N interactions, forming a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献
