The crystal structure of the title complex, [Cu(C12H28N4)(H2O)2]Cl2·2H2O, has been determined. The CuII atom is octahedrally coordinated by the four N atoms of the tetradentate macrocyclic ligand in equatorial positions and by the O atoms of two water mol­ecules in axial positions. The crystal structure is stabilized by a three‐dimensional network of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [CoCl(C18H37N4O2){ZnCl3}], has been determined by X‐ray diffraction.Cmeso‐5,5,7,12,12,14‐Hexa­methyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetra­aza­cyclotetradecane‐N‐acetate acts as a bridging ligand to coodinate with CoIII and ZnII ions. The CoIII ion is six‐coordinate in a nearly octahedral environment provided by one Cl atom, four N atoms of the bridging ligand, and one O atom. The ZnII ion is four‐coordinate in a distorted tetrahedral environment completed by three Cl atoms and an O atom of the bridging ligand.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title 2:1 salt of tetrazole and a substituted terephthal­amidine, C16H28N42+·2CHN4?, contains an infinite network of hydrogen bonds, with short N?N distances of 2.820 (2) and 2.8585 (19) Å between the tetrazolate anion and the amidinium cation. Involvement of the lateral N atoms of the tetrazole in the hydrogen bonding appears to be a typical binding pattern for the tetrazolate anion.  相似文献

The novel μ‐oxo‐diiron complex [Fe2O(BPHPA)2](ClO4)4 [BPHPA is (6‐hydroxy­methyl‐2‐pyridyl­methyl)­bis(2‐pyridyl­methyl)­amine, C19H20N4O], contains a binuclear centrosymmetric [Fe2O(BPHPA)2]4+ cation (the bridging O atom lies on an inversion centre) and four perchlorate anions. Each iron ion is coordinated by four N atoms [Fe—N = 2.117 (5)–2.196 (5) Å] and one O atom [Fe—O = 2.052 (5) Å] from a BPHPA ligand, and by one bridging oxo atom [Fe—O = 1.7896 (9) Å], forming a distorted octahedron. There are hydrogen bonds between the hydroxy group and perchlorate O atoms [O—H·O = 2.654 (7) Å].  相似文献

The title compund, [Cu2(OH)2(C22H25N3)2](ClO4)2, is a copper(II) dimer, with two [CuL]2+ units [L is bis(6‐methyl‐2‐pyridylmethyl)(2‐phenylethyl)amine] bridged by hydroxide groups to define the {[CuL](μ‐OH)2[CuL]}2+ cation. Charge balance is provided by perchlorate counter‐anions. The cation has a crystallographic inversion centre halfway between the CuII ions, which are separated by 3.0161 (8) Å. The central core of the cation is an almost regular Cu2O2 parallelogram of sides 1.931 (2) and 1.935 (2) Å, with a Cu—O—Cu angle of 102.55 (11)°. The coordination geometry around each CuII centre can be best described as a square‐based pyramid, with three N atoms from L ligands and two hydroxide O atoms completing the coordination environment. Each cationic unit is hydrogen bonded to two perchlorate anions by means of hydroxide–perchlorate O—H...O interactions.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Ni2(C10H20N4O2)(C12H12N2)2](ClO4)2 or [Ni(dmaeoxd)Ni(dmbp)2](ClO4)2 {H2dmaeoxd is N,N′‐bis­[2‐(dimethyl­amino)ethyl]oxamide and dmbp is 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine}, the deprotonated dmaeoxd2− ligand is in a cis conformation and bridges two NiII atoms, one of which is located in a slightly distorted square‐planar environment, while the other is in an irregular octa­hedral environment. The cation is located on a twofold symmetry axis running through both Ni atoms. The dmaeoxd2− ligands inter­act with each other via C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and π–π inter­actions, which results in an extended chain along the c axis.  相似文献

A novel cadmium(II) coordination polymer, poly[[[bis­(4,4′‐bipyridine)cadmium(II)]‐μ3‐4,4′‐dicarboxy­biphenyl‐3,3′‐di­carboxyl­ato] 0.35‐hydrate], {[Cd(C16H8O8)(C10H8N2)2]·0.35H2O}n, was obtained by reaction of Cd(CH3COO)2·3H2O, 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bpy) and biphenyl‐3,3′,4,4′‐tetra­car­boxylic acid (H4L) under hydro­thermal conditions. Each CdII atom lies at the centre of a distorted octa­hedron, coordinated by four O atoms from three H2L2− ligands and N atoms from two monodentate 4,4′‐bpy ligands. Each H2L2− ligand coordinates to three CdII atoms through two carboxyl­ate groups, one acting as a bridging bidentate ligand and the other in a chelating bidentate fashion. Two Cd atoms, two H2L2− anions and four 4,4′‐bpy ligands form a ring dimer node, which links into an extended broad zonal one‐dimensional chain along the c axis.  相似文献

In the title PbII coordination polymer, [Pb(C16H10O4)(C14H8N4)(C3H7NO)]n, each PbII atom is eight‐coordinated by two chelating N atoms from one pyrazino[2,3‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (L) ligand, one dimethylformamide (DMF) O atom and five carboxylate O atoms from three different 4,4′‐ethylenedibenzoate (eedb) ligands. The eedb dianions bridge neighbouring PbII centres through four typical Pb—O bonds and one longer Pb—O interaction to form a two‐dimensional structure. The C atoms from the L and eedb ligands form C—H...O hydrogen bonds with the O atoms of eedb and DMF ligands, which further stabilize the structure. The title compound is the first PbII coordination polymer incorporating the L ligand.  相似文献

The title copper complex, [Cu(H2P2O7)(C15H11N3)]2·4.5H2O, consists of two very similar independent Cu(Tpy)H2P2O7 monomeric units (Tpy is 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine) plus four and a half water molecules of hydration, some of which are disordered. Tpy units bind through the usual triple bite via their N atoms, and the H2P2O72− anions coordinate through two O atoms from two different phosphate units. Each independent CuN3O2 chromophore can be described as a slightly deformed square pyramid, with one of them having a sixth, semicoordinated, O atom from a centrosymmetrically related CuN3O2 unit in a weakly bound second apical position suggesting an octahedral environment for the cation and weak dimerization of the molecule. The two independent complex molecules are connected via two strong O—H...O interactions between the phosphate groups to form hydrogen‐bonded dinuclear units, further linked into [111] columns, resulting in a very complex three‐dimensional supramolecular structure through a variety of classical and nonclassical hydrogen bonds, as well as π–π interactions.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Cu2(C12H24N4O2)(C3H4N2)2(CH4O)2](ClO4)2 or [Cu2(dmoxpn)(HIm)2(CH3OH)2](ClO4)2, where dmoxpn is the dianion of N,N′‐bis­[3‐(dimethyl­amino)prop­yl]oxamide and HIm is imidazole, consists of a centrosymmetric trans‐oxamidate‐bridged copper(II) binuclear cation, having an inversion centre at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond, and two perchlorate anions. The CuII atom has square‐pyramidal coordination geometry involving two N atoms and an O atom from the dmoxpn ligand, an N atom from an imidazole ring, and an O atom from a methanol mol­ecule. The crystal structure is stabilized by O—H⋯O, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and imidazole π–π stacking inter­actions to form a three‐dimensional supra­molecular array.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Cu2(C10H20N4O2)(C10H8N2)2](ClO4)2, the deprotonated dmaeoxd2− ligand {H2dmaeoxd is N,N′‐bis[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl]oxamide} occupies an inversion centre at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond and is thus in a trans conformation. The two CuII atoms are located in slightly distorted square‐based pyramidal environments. Eu3+, Dy3+, and Yb3+ complexes of the dota‐derived tetramide N,N′,N″,N′′′‐[1,4,7,10‐tetraazacyclododecane‐1,4,7,10‐tetrayltetrakis(1‐oxoethane‐2,1‐diyl)]tetrakis[glycine] (H4dotagl) are potential CEST contrast agents in MRI. In the [Ln(dotagl)] complexes, the Ln3+ ion is in the cage formed by the four ring N‐atoms and the amide O‐atom donor atoms, and a H2O molecule occupies the ninth coordination site. The stability constants of the [Ln(dotagl)] complexes are ca. 10 orders of magnitude lower than those of the [Ln(dota)] analogues (H4dota=1,4,7,10‐tetraazacyclododecane‐1,4,7,10‐tetraacetic acid). The free carboxylate groups in [Ln(dotagl)] are protonated in the pH range 1–5, resulting in mono‐, di‐, tri‐, and tetraprotonated species. Complexes with divalent metals (Mg2+, Ca2+, and Cu2+) are also of relatively low stability. At pH>8, Cu2+ forms a hydroxo complex; however, the amide H‐atom(s) does not dissociate due to the absence of anchor N‐atom(s), which is the result of the rigid structure of the ring. The relaxivities of [Gd(dotagl)] decrease from 10 to 25°, then increase between 30–50°. This unusual trend is interpreted with the low H2O‐exchange rate. The [Ln(dotagl)] complexes form slowly, via the equilibrium formation of a monoprotonated intermediate, which deprotonates and rearranges to the product in a slow, OH?‐catalyzed reaction. The formation rates are lower than those for the corresponding Ln(dota) complexes. The dissociation rate of [Eu(dotagl)] is directly proportional to [H+] (0.1–1.0M HClO4); the proton‐assisted dissociation rate is lower for [Eu(H4dotagl)] (k1=8.1?10?6 M ?1 s?1) than for [Eu(dota)] (k1=1.4?10?5 M ?1 s?1).  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(C12H8N2)2(H2O)2](C4H4O4S)·[Mn(C4H4O4S)(C12H8N2)2]·13H2O, contains one dianion of thio­diglycolic acid (tdga2−) and two independent man­ganese(II) moieties, viz. [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ and [Mn(tdga)(phen)2], where phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline. The MnII atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate phen ligands [Mn—N = 2.240 (2)–2.3222 (19) Å] and either two water O atoms or two tdga carboxyl O atoms [Mn—O = 2.1214 (17)–2.1512 (17) Å]. The tdga ligand chelates as an O,O′‐bidentate ligand, forming an eight‐membered ring with one Mn atom. The free tdga2− dianion is hydrogen bonded to an [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ ion, with O⋯O distances of 2.606 (2) and 2.649 (2) Å. The crystal structure is further stabilized by an extensive network of hydrogen bonds involving 13 water mol­ecules.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn4(C7H4O3)4(C10H8N2)4]·10H2O, crystallizes as a centrosymmetric tetranuclear cyclic complex containing four ZnII atoms bridged by four carboxyl­ate groups from salicyl­ate ligands, with a synanti configuration. Each ZnII atom has a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry, formed by two N atoms of a 2,2′‐bipyridine ligand and three O atoms from two salicyl­ate ligands. The complex is stabilized by intramolecular π–π interactions between pairs of bi­pyridine rings and a 16‐membered gear‐wheel‐shaped cyclic framework. In the title compounds, {2,2′‐[2,2‐di­methyl‐1,3‐propane­diyl­bis­(nitrilo­methyl­idyne)]­diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}nickel(II), [Ni(C19H20N2O2)], and {2,2′‐[2,2‐di­methyl‐1,3‐propane­diyl­bis­(nitrilo­methyl­idyne)]­diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}copper(II), [Cu(C19H20N2O2)], the NiII and CuII atoms are coordinated by two iminic N and two phenolic O atoms of the N,N′‐bis­(salicyl­idene)‐2,2‐di­methyl‐1,3‐propane­diaminate (SALPD2?, C17H16N2O22?) ligand. The geometry of the coordination sphere is planar in the case of the NiII complex and distorted towards tetrahedral for the CuII complex. Both complexes have a cis configuration imposed by the chelate ligand. The dihedral angles between the N/Ni/O and N/Cu/O coordination planes are 17.20 (6) and 35.13 (7)°, respectively.  相似文献

A coordinated Cl atom occupies the apex. N—H...Cl hydrogen bonds link the molecules into one‐dimensional chains.
