In the title compound [systematic name: triaqua(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐κ6O)(2‐nitrophenolato‐κO)barium(II)–aqua(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐κ6O)‐ bis(2‐nitrophenolato‐κ2O,O′)barium(II)–2‐nitrophenolate (1/1/1)], [Ba(C12H24O6)(C6H4NO3)(H2O)3][Ba(C12H24O6)(C6H4NO3)2(H2O)](C6H4NO3), the two BaII atoms encapsulated by the 18‐crown‐6 rings have different coordinations. Although both BaII atoms are coordinated to the six O atoms of the crowns, in the neutral moiety, the BaII atom is coordinated to one terminal O atom from a water molecule, two phenolate O atoms and two nitro‐group O atoms, while in the cationic moiety, the BaII atom is coordinated to three terminal O atoms from water molecules and one phenolate O atom. Both the crowns are eclipsed and translated along the b direction. In the asymmetric unit, the three components are interconnected by four O—H?O interactions. The packing is stabilized by two intermolecular C—H?O interactions and by one O—H?O interaction.  相似文献

The hydrolysis product [Ga2(C3H7)4(OH)2]·C14H32N4, derived from the tetrakis(triisopropylgallium)–1,4,8,11‐tetramethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane (1/1) adduct, consists of a centrosymmetric [iPr2Ga(μ‐OH)]2 unit hydrogen bonded through the hydroxyl group to a nitrogen on an adjacent centrosymmetric 1,4,8,11‐tetramethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane molecule, resulting in the generation of a molecular chain through the crystal.  相似文献

The pendent‐arm macrocyclic hexaamine trans‐6,13‐dimethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane‐6,13‐diamine (L) may coordinate in tetra‐, penta‐ or hexadentate modes, depending on the metal ion and the synthetic procedure. We report here the crystal structures of two pseudo‐octahedral cobalt(III) complexes of L, namely sodium trans‐cyano(trans‐6,13‐dimethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane‐6,13‐diamine)cobalt(III) triperchlorate, Na[Co(CN)(C13H30N6)](ClO4)3 or Na{trans‐[CoL(CN)]}(ClO4)3, (I), where L is coordinated as a pentadentate ligand, and trans‐dicyano(trans‐6,13‐dimethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane‐6,13‐diamine)cobalt(III) trans‐dicyano(trans‐6,13‐dimethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane‐6,13‐diaminium)cobalt(III) tetraperchlorate tetrahydrate, [Co(CN)2(C14H32N6)][Co(CN)2(C14H30N6)](ClO4)4·4H2O or trans‐[CoL(CN)2]trans‐[Co(H2L)(CN)2](ClO4)4·4H2O, (II), where the ligand binds in a tetradentate mode, with the remaining coordination sites being filled by C‐bound cyano ligands. In (I), the secondary amine Co—N bond lengths lie within the range 1.944 (3)–1.969 (3) Å, while the trans influence of the cyano ligand lengthens the Co—N bond length of the coordinated primary amine [Co—N = 1.986 (3) Å]. The Co—CN bond length is 1.899 (3) Å. The complex cations in (II) are each located on centres of symmetry. The Co—N bond lengths in both cations are somewhat longer than in (I) and span a narrow range [1.972 (3)–1.982 (3) Å]. The two independent Co—CN bond lengths are similar [1.918 (4) and 1.926 (4) Å] but significantly longer than in the structure of (I), again a consequence of the trans influence of each cyano ligand.  相似文献

The title dinuclear di‐μ‐oxo‐bis[(1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane‐κ4N)manganese(III,IV)] diperchlorate nitrate complex, [Mn2O2(C10H24N4)2](ClO4)2(NO3) or [(cyclam)MnO]2(ClO4)2(NO3), was self‐assembled by the reaction of Mn2+ with 1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane in aqueous media. The structure of this compound consists of a centrosymmetric binuclear [(cyclam)MnO]3+ unit, two perchlorate anions and one nitrate anion. While the low‐temperature electron paramagnetic resonance spectra show a typical 16‐line signal for a di‐μ‐oxo MnIII/MnIV dimer, the magnetic susceptibility studies also confirm a characteristic antiferromagnetic coupling between the electronic spins of the MnIV and MnIII ions.  相似文献

In the two compounds (borohydrido)(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐κ6O)potassium, [K(BH4)(C12H24O6)], (I), and (borohydrido)(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxa‐2,3:11,12‐dibenzocyclooctadeca‐2,11‐diene‐κ6O)(tetrahydrofuran)potassium, [K(BH4)(C4H8O)(C20H24O6)], (II), the K atom is bound to the six O atoms of the crown ether and to a tridentate borohydride group, with further coordination to a tetrahydrofuran molecule in (II). The alkali metal ion environment is thus distorted hexagonal–pyramidal in (I) and bipyramidal in (II).  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cr(ONO)2(cyclam)]NO2 (cyclam is 1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane, C10H24N2), the complex cation is located on a twofold symmetry axis. The central Cr atom has a distorted octahedral coordination, involving two Cr—O bonds, with the monodentate nitrite O atoms adopting a cis configuration, and four Cr—N bonds. The mean Cr—N and Cr—O distances are 2.0895 (14) and 1.9698 (14) Å.  相似文献

Crystallization of [Cd(S‐thpc12)](ClO4)2·H2O {S‐thpc12 is 1,4,7,10‐tetrakis[(S)‐2‐hydroxypropyl]‐1,4,7,10‐tetraazacyclododecane} in the presence of two equivalents of sodium picrate monohydrate (sodium 2,4,6‐trinitrophenolate monohydrate) diastereoselectively produces a neutral receptor complex, viz. the title compound, Λ‐[Cd(C20H44N4O4)](C6H2N3O7)2·CH3CN. In this complex, two picrate anions hydrogen bond, via their phenolate moieties, to the pendant hydroxyl groups of the receptor which, together with the four N atoms, themselves bond to CdII in an approximately cubic arrangement. One picrate anion hydrogen bonds to all four hydroxyl groups, one of which also acts as the sole hydrogen‐bond donor to the second picrate anion.  相似文献

The title compound (systematic name: 4,10‐dinitro‐2,6,8,12‐tetraoxa‐4,10‐diazatetracyclo[5.5.0.03,11.05,9]dodecane), C6H6N4O8, exhibits the highest density among known N‐nitramines, due to its close‐packed crystal structure. It may be regarded as consisting of a distorted hexagonal close‐packed lattice formed by the isowurtzitane cages, with the nitro groups occupying the free space between the cages.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of {[4,7‐bis(2‐aminoethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazacyclononan‐1‐yl]acetato}zinc(II) triaqua{μ‐[4,7‐bis(2‐aminoethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazacyclononan‐1‐yl]acetato}lithium(I)zinc(II) chloride diperchlorate, [Zn(C12H26N5O2)][LiZn(C12H26N5O2)(H2O)3]Cl(ClO4)2, obtained from the reaction between the lithium salt of 4,7‐bis(2‐aminoethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazacyclononane‐1‐acetate and Zn(ClO4)2, contains two ZnII complexes in which each ZnII ion is six‐coordinated by five N‐atom donors and one O‐atom donor from the ligand. One carboxylate O‐atom donor is not involved in coordination to a ZnII atom, but coordinates to an Li+ ion, the tetrahedral geometry of Li+ being completed by three water molecules. The two complexes are linked via a hydrogen bond between a primary amine N—H group and the carboxylate‐O atom not involved in coordination to a metal.  相似文献

The novel compound bis(1,4,7,10‐tetraoxacyclododecane)cadmium(II) decaiodide, [Cd(C8H16O4)2]I10, contains the [Cd(12‐crown‐4)2]2+ complex cation, triiodide ions and iodine molecules. Two triiodide ions and two iodine molecules form isolated twisted I102? rings. The geometry of the complex cation is as expected, e.g.d(Cd—O) = 2.366 (4) and 2.394 (4) Å.  相似文献

The bimetallic title complex, [CuFe(CN)5(C12H30N6O2)(NO)] or [Cu(L)Fe(CN)5(NO)] [where L is 1,8‐bis(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐1,3,6,8,10,13‐hexaazacyclotetradecane], has a one‐dimensional zigzag polymeric –Cu(L)–NC–Fe(NO)(CN)3–CN–Cu(L)– chain, in which the CuII and FeII centres are linked by two CN groups. In the complex, the CuII ion is coordinated by four N atoms from the L ligand [Cu—N(L) = 1.999 (2)–2.016 (2) Å] and two cyanide N atoms [Cu—N = 2.383 (2) and 2.902 (3) Å], and has an elongated octahedral geometry. The FeII centre is in a distorted octahedral environment, with Fe—N(nitroso) = 1.656 (2) Å and Fe—C(CN) = 1.938 (3)–1.948 (3) Å. The one‐dimensional zigzag chains are linked to form a three‐dimensional network via N—H⋯N and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Crystallization of [Cd(S‐thpc12)](ClO4)2·H2O {S‐thpc12 is 1,4,7,10‐tetrakis[(S)‐2‐hydroxypropyl]‐1,4,7,10‐tetraazacyclo‐dodecane} in the presence of sodium p‐nitrophenolate forms the title complex, [Cd(C20H44N4O4)](C6H4NO3)(ClO4)·H2O, in which p‐nitrophenolate and water separately hydrogen bond to a different pair of cis‐related pendant hydroxyl groups which, together with the four N atoms, are themselves bound to CdII in an approximately square antiprismatic arrangement. The diastereoselectivity of the complex‐forming process is apparent from the fact that both different disymmetric cations in the asymmetric unit have the same Δ helicity.  相似文献

The title pendent‐arm macrocyclic hexaamine ligand binds stereospecifically in a hexadentate manner, and we report here its isomorphous NiII and ZnII complexes (both as perchlorate salts), namely (cis‐6,13‐dimethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane‐6,13‐diamine‐κ6N)nickel(II) diperchlorate, [Ni(C12H30N6)](ClO4)2, and (cis‐6,13‐dimethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraaza‐cyclotetradecane‐6,13‐diamine‐κ6N)zinc(II) diperchlorate, [Zn(C12H30N6)](ClO4)2. Distortion of the N—M—N valence angles from their ideal octahedral values becomes more pronounced with increasing metal‐ion size and the present results are compared with other structures of this ligand.  相似文献

The crystal structures of (2,6‐dioxo‐1,4,7,11,14‐pentaazacycloheptadecanato)copper(II) tetrahydrate, [Cu(C12H23N5O2)]·4H2O, (I), (3,16‐dioxo‐1‐oxa‐4,8,11,15‐tetraazacycloheptadecanato)copper(II) pentahydrate, [Cu(C12H22N4O3)]·5H2O, (II), and (3,16‐dioxo‐1‐thia‐4,8,11,15‐tetraazacycloheptadecanato)copper(II) trihydrate, [Cu(C12H22N4O2S)]·3H2O, (III), are reported. The coordination geometry in each case is approximately square pyramidal with two amine groups and two deprotonated amide groups in the basal plane. The apical position is occupied by an amine group, an ether O atom or a thio S atom. Trigonal distortion increases in the sequence S < O < N as apical donor. The relation between the distortion in the basal plane of the complexes and the maxima in their electronic spectra is discussed.  相似文献

In exo‐2‐(3,5‐dioxo‐10‐oxa‐4‐azatricyclo[5.2.1.02,6]dec‐8‐en‐4‐yl)phenyl acetate, C16H13NO5, the plane of the acetoxy group lies almost perpendicular to that of the phenyl ring [dihedral angle = 89.8 (1)°], in contrast with the smaller deviations found in the para isomer exo‐4‐(3,5‐dioxo‐10‐oxa‐4‐azatricyclo[5.2.1.02,6]dec‐8‐en‐4‐yl)phenyl acetate, C16H13NO5, these being 63.6 (1) and 37.0 (1)° for the two crystallographically independent molecules. Irrespective of the position of the acetoxy group, both compounds pack through soft C—H⋯X (X is O or phenyl) interactions, forming interlinked centrosymmetric tetramers in the bc plane.  相似文献

The crystal structure of a prospective olefin catalyst, namely {2‐[1‐acetyl‐5‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐4‐phenyl‐1,2,4‐diazaphospholan‐3‐yl]phenyl acetate‐κP}chloro(η4‐cycloocta‐1,5‐diene)rhodium(I) dichloromethane solvate, [RhCl(C8H12)(C24H23N2O4P)]·CH2Cl2, has been determined at 173 K. The five‐membered heterocycle of the phosphine ligand is in a slightly distorted twist conformation. An intramolecular N1—H1⃛Cl1 hydrogen bond contributes to the adopted conformation and may additionally participate in secondary interactions with substrates during catalysis.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Co(C6H15N3)(C7H15N2S)]S2O6·H2O, the Co—C bond distance is 1.9930 (13) Å, which is shorter than for related compounds with the linear 1,6‐diamino‐3‐thiahexan‐4‐ide anion in place of the macrocyclic 1‐thia‐4,7‐diazacyclodecan‐8‐ide anion. The coordinated carbanion produces an elongation of 0.102 (7) Å of the Co—N bond to the 1,4,7‐triazacyclononane N atom in the trans position. This relatively small trans influence is presumably a result of the triamine ligand forming strong bonds to the CoIII atom.  相似文献

The title binuclear complex, [CuFe(CN)5(C8H21N5O2)(NO)]·2H2O or [CuFe(nelin)(CN)5(NO)]·2H2O (nelin is 5‐methyl‐5‐nitro‐3,7‐diazanonane‐1,9‐diamine) consists of discrete binuclear mixed‐metal species, with a Cu centre linked to an Fe centre through a cyano bridge, and two water molecules of crystallization. In the complex, the CuII ion is coordinated by five N atoms and has a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry. The FeII centre is in a distorted octahedral environment.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, μ‐2‐hydroxybutanedioato‐1κ2O4,O4′:2κ3O1,O2,O4‐nitrato‐2κO‐tris(1,10‐phenanthroline)‐1κ4N,N′;2κ2N,N′‐dicopper(II) nitrate tetrahydrate, [Cu2(C4H3O5)(NO3)(C12H8N2)3](NO3)·4H2O, contains an unsymmetrical dinuclear copper complex with Cu(phen)2 and Cu(phen)(NO3) moieties (phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline) bridged by a malate (2‐hydroxybutanedioate) ligand, which acts as a double‐bridging and tetradentate ligand. As a result of this double‐bridging action, especially the direct coordination of the O atom of one carboxylate group of malate to the two Cu atoms, the Cu⋯Cu distance is only 4.199 (1) Å and the two phen planes are roughly parallel [the shortest interplanar distance is 3.28 (1) Å], exhibiting an obvious intramolecular π–π stacking interaction.  相似文献
