In the three title crystal structures 4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium 2,4‐dinitrobenzoate, (I), 4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium 3,4‐dinitrobenzoate, (II), and 4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium 3,5‐dinitrobenzoate, (III), all C7H11N2+·C7H3N2O6?, the ions are connected by an N—H?O hydrogen bond. Dihedral angles between the pyridine and phenyl rings are 69.9 (1), 26.7 (1) and 56.2 (1)° in (I), (II) and (III), respectively. Donor–acceptor π–π stacking is observed in (II) and (III), but not in (I).  相似文献

In 2,4‐dihydroxybenzaldehyde 2,4‐dinitrophenylhydrazone N,N‐dimethylformamide solvate {or 4‐[(2,4‐dinitrophenyl)hydrazonomethyl]benzene‐1,3‐diol N,N‐dimethylformamide solvate}, C13H10N4O6·C3H7NO, (X), 2,4‐dihydroxyacetophenone 2,4‐dinitrophenylhydrazone N,N‐dimethylformamide solvate (or 4‐{1‐[(2,4‐dinitrophenyl)hydrazono]ethyl}benzene‐1,3‐diol N,N‐dimethylformamide solvate), C14H12N4O6·C3H7NO, (XI), and 2,4‐dihydroxybenzophenone 2,4‐dinitrophenylhydrazone N,N‐dimethylacetamide solvate (or 4‐{[(2,4‐dinitrophenyl)hydrazono]phenylmethyl}benzene‐1,3‐diol N,N‐dimethylacetamide solvate), C19H14N4O6·C4H9NO, (XII), the molecules all lack a center of symmetry, crystallize in centrosymmetric space groups and have been observed to exhibit non‐linear optical activity. In each case, the hydrazone skeleton is fairly planar, facilitated by the presence of two intramolecular hydrogen bonds and some partial N—N double‐bond character. Each molecule is hydrogen bonded to one solvent molecule.  相似文献

2,2‐Dimethyl‐5‐[3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐2‐propenylidene]‐1,3‐dioxane‐4,6‐dione, C16H16O4, crystallizes in the triclinic space group , with two molecules in the asymmetric unit. These molecules and a centrosymmetrically related pair, linked together by weak C—H?O hydrogen bonds, form a tetramer. 5‐[3‐(4‐Chlorophenyl)‐2‐propenylidene]‐2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐dioxane‐4,6‐dione, C15H13ClO4, also crystallizes in the triclinic space group , with one molecule in the asymmetric unit. Centrosymmetrically related molecules are linked together by weak C—H?O hydrogen bonds to form dimers which are further linked by yet another pair of centrosymmetrically related C—H?O hydrogen bonds to form a tube which runs parallel to the a axis.  相似文献

The structures of the three title isomers, namely 4‐(2‐methylanilino)pyridine‐3‐sulfonamide, (I), 4‐(3‐methylanilino)pyridine‐3‐sulfonamide, (II), and 4‐(4‐methylanilino)pyridine‐3‐sulfonamide, (III), all C12H13N3O2S, differ in their hydrogen‐bonding arrangements. In all three molecules, the conformation of the 4‐aminopyridine‐3‐sulfonamide moiety is conserved by an intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bond and a C—H⋯O interaction. In the supramolecular structures of all three isomers, similar C(6) chains are formed via intermolecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds lead to C(4) chains in (I), and to R22(8) centrosymmetric dimers in (II) and (III). In each isomer, the overall effect of all hydrogen bonds is to form layer structures.  相似文献

In the title compound, C6H10N3+·HSO4, the asymmetric unit consists of a hydrogen sulfate anion and a 2‐amino‐4,6‐dimethylpyrimidinium cation. The hydrogen sulfate anions self‐assemble through O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming supramolecular chains along the b axis, while the organic cations form base pairs via N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. The aminopyrimidinium cations join to the sulfate anions via a pair of hydrogen bonds donated from the pyrimidinium protonation site and from the exo amine group cis to the protonated site.  相似文献

Two related compounds containing ptert‐butyl‐o‐methylene‐linked phenol or phenol‐derived subunits are described, namely 5,5′‐di‐tert‐butyl‐2,2′‐dihydroxy‐3,3′‐methylenedibenzaldehyde, C23H28O4, (I), and 6,6′‐di‐tert‐butyl‐8,8′‐methylenebis(spiro[4H‐1,3‐benzodioxin‐2,1′‐cyclohexane]), C35H48O4, (II). Both compounds adopt a `butterfly' shape, with the two phenol or phenol‐derived O atoms in distal positions. Phenol and aldehyde groups in (I) are involved in intramolecular hydrogen bonds and the two dioxin rings in (II) are in distorted half‐chair conformations.  相似文献

The structures of two conformationally similar 1,4‐dihydropyrimidines with a novel carbamoyl substitution, viz. 6‐methyl‐5‐(N‐methylcarbamoyl)‐4‐phenyl‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydropyrimidine‐2‐thione monohydrate, C13H15N3OS·H2O, (I), and 4‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐6‐methyl‐5‐(N‐methylcarbamoyl)‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydropyrimidine‐2‐thione monohydrate, C13H14ClN3OS·H2O, (II), exhibit the structural features of 1,4‐dihydropyridine calcium channel blockers. In both structures, the pyrimidine ring adopts a flattened boat conformation and the carbamoyl side chain is in an extended conformation with an anticlinal orientation. The phenyl ring occupies a pseudo‐axial position with respect to the pyrimidine ring in these structures. Both compounds crystallize with one molecule of water, which participates in a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonding network. The molecules are linked into dimers by N—H·S hydrogen bonds in both structures.  相似文献

We have isolated and crystallographically characterized the three homologous compounds N,N′‐bis(2‐methoxybenzylidene)ethane‐1,2‐diamine (MeSalen), C18H20N2O2, N,N′‐bis(2‐methoxybenzylidene)propane‐1,3‐diamine (MeSalpr), C19H22N2O2, and N,N′‐bis(2‐methoxybenzylidene)butane‐1,4‐diamine (MeSalbu), C20H24N2O2. In contrast with MeSalpr, the molecules of MeSalen and MeSalbu, which have an even number of methylene units, have crystallographic symmetry. Comparing these methoxy‐substituted species with their hydroxy equivalents shows that the aryl rings rotate upon removal of the O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. The packing of MeSalen and MeSalpr is controlled by C—H⋯π interactions, whereas that of MeSalbu has only van der Waals contacts.  相似文献

The title compounds, 1‐chloro‐3,6‐dimethoxy‐2,5‐dimethylbenzene, (IIIa), and 1‐chloro‐3,6‐dimethoxy‐2,4‐dimethylbenzene, (IIIb), both C10H13ClO2, were obtained from 2,5‐ and 2,6‐dimethyl‐1,4‐benzoquinone, respectively, and are intermediates in the synthesis of ammonium quinone derivatives. The isomers have different substituents around the methoxy groups and crystallize in different space groups. In both molecules, the methoxy groups each have different orientations with respect to the benzene ring. In both cases, one methoxy group lies in the plane of the ring and can participate in conjugation with the aromatic system, while the second is almost perpendicular to the plane of the aromatic ring. The C—O—C bond angles around these substituents are also different: 117.5 (4) and 118.2 (3)° in (IIIa) and (IIIb), respectively, when the methoxy groups lie in the plane of the ring, and 114.7 (3) and 113.6 (3)° in (IIIa) and (IIIb), respectively, when they are out of the plane of the ring.  相似文献

In the title compound, C18H16N4OS, prepared by the reaction of 4‐(acridin‐9‐yl)‐1,1‐dimethylthiosemicarbazide with methyl bromoacetate, the acridine and thiazolidine ring systems are both non‐planar and, because of steric requirements, almost perpendicular, with a dihedral angle between their planes of 99.69 (6)°. C—H·O and C—H·π(arene) hydrogen bonds stabilize the crystal structure in the solid state.  相似文献

The title compounds, 2‐{[tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl]aminomethylene}cyclohexa‐3,5‐dien‐1(2H)‐one, C11H15NO4, (I), 6‐hydroxy‐2‐{[tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl]aminomethylene}cyclohexa‐3,5‐dien‐1(2H)‐one, C11H15NO5, (II), and 6‐methoxy‐2‐{[tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl]aminomethylene}cyclohexa‐3,5‐dien‐1(2H)‐one, C12H17NO5, (III), adopt the keto–amine tautomeric form, with the formal hydroxy H atom located on the N atom, and the NH group and oxo O atom display a strong intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bond. The N—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonded rings are almost planar and coupled with the cyclohexadiene rings. The carbonyl O atoms accept two other H atoms from the alcohol groups of adjacent molecules in (I), and one from the alcohol and one from the phenol group in (II), but from only one alcohol H atom in (III).  相似文献

These three molecules form hydrogen‐bonded helices parallel to the shortest axis of the lattice. The O?O distances associated with the hydrogen bonds are 2.760 (3), 2.760 (3) and 2.766 (3) Å.  相似文献

In methylaminium 4′,7‐dihydroxyisoflavone‐3′‐sulfonate dihydrate, CH6N+·C15H9O7S·2H2O, 11 hydrogen bonds exist between the methylaminium cations, the isoflavone‐3′‐sulfonate anions and the solvent water molecules. In hexaaquairon(II) bis(4′,7‐diethoxyisoflavone‐3′‐sulfonate) tetrahydrate, [Fe(H2O)6](C19H17O7S)2·4H2O, 12 hydrogen bonds exist between the centrosymmetric [Fe(H2O)6]2+ cation, the isoflavone‐3′‐sulfonate anions and the solvent water molecules. Additional π–π stacking interactions generate three‐dimensional supramolecular structures in both compounds.  相似文献

The title compound, C18H15BrN2O5, a promising N‐protected α‐amino acid, was synthesized directly from an unusual bromo dipole and a 4‐(arylmethylene)oxazolone. The crystal packing of the title compound is a racemic mixture. Peculiar graph‐set motifs driven by the most important hydrogen bonds are described.  相似文献

In the title compounds, {2,2′‐[2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}nickel(II), [Ni(C19H20N2O2)], and {2,2′‐[2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}copper(II), [Cu(C19H20N2O2)], the NiII and CuII atoms are coordinated by two iminic N and two phenolic O atoms of the N,N′‐bis(salicylidene)‐2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediaminate (SALPD2?, C17H16N2O22?) ligand. The geometry of the coordination sphere is planar in the case of the NiII complex and distorted towards tetrahedral for the CuII complex. Both complexes have a cis configuration imposed by the chelate ligand. The dihedral angles between the N/Ni/O and N/Cu/O coordination planes are 17.20 (6) and 35.13 (7)°, respectively.  相似文献

In the title compound, 4‐amino‐1‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐6‐methylsulfanyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidine, C11H16N5O3S, the conformation of the glycosidic bond is between anti and high anti. The 2′‐deoxyribofuranosyl moiety adopts the C3′‐exo–C4′‐endo conformation (3T4, S‐type sugar pucker), and the conformation at the exocyclic C—C bond is +sc (+gauche). The exocyclic 6‐amine group and the 2‐methylsulfanyl group lie on different sides of the heterocyclic ring system. The molecules form a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network that is stabilized by O—H⋯N, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the title compound, C14H15N3O4·H2O, there is a strong conjugation push–pull effect across the central double bond, as reflected in the molecular dimensions and the planarity of the enaminone portion of the molecule. The molecule has an intramolecular hydrogen bond between the NH and CO groups in the Z configuration, adopting the chelated form. The two π systems of the molecule (1‐methylbenzimidazole and enaminone) are deconjugated and tilted with respect to each other by 15.6 (2)°. The solvent water molecule is hydrogen bonded to the N1 atom of the 1‐methylbenzimidazolyl group.  相似文献
