In the title complex, [Ni(Im)6](iPr‐dtp)2 or [Ni(C3H4N2)6](C6H14O2PS2)2, the coordination around the Ni atom, located on an inversion centre, is octhahedral with all positions being occupied by tertiary N atoms of the imidazole moieties. Hydro­gen bonds link the anions and cations into a two‐dimensional network in the bc plane.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Ni(C2H3O)2(C3H4N2)4], the Ni atom is coordinated centrosymmetrically by four N and two O atoms in an octahedral coordination [Ni—N = 1.986 (3) and 2.054 (3) Å; Ni—O = 2.697 (3) Å]. The O atoms of the acetate anions form hydrogen bonds to adjacent imidazole moieties, with the free O atom forming a somewhat shorter bond [N?O = 2.679 (3) and 2.870 (4) Å]. The hydrogen bonds give rise to a two‐dimensional layer structure.  相似文献

The title mononuclear complex, [Ni(C5H2N2O4)(C3H4N2)2(H2O)2] or [Ni(HOr)(im)2(H2O)2] (im is imidazole and H3Or is orotic acid, or 2,6‐dioxo‐1,2,3,6‐tetra­hydro­pyrimidine‐4‐carboxylic acid), has been synthesized and the crystal structure determination is reported. The NiII ion in the complex has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry comprised of one deprotonated pyrimidine N atom and the adjacent carboxyl­ate O atom of the orotate ligand, two tertiary imidazole N atoms and two aqua ligands. An extensive three‐dimensional network of OW—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, and π–π and π–ring interactions are responsible for crystal stabilization.  相似文献

The title compounds, [Ni(S2O3)­(C12H8N2)2]·­0.92H2O·­1.4CH4O and [Ni(S2O3)­(C10H8N2)2]·­2H2O·­0.55CH4O, are monomeric, containing nickel(II) in a distorted octahedral coordination environment provided by the four N atoms of two bidentate bipy or phen groups and one S and one O atom from a chelating thio­sulfate anion. The crystals are highly unstable outside their mother liquors and are stabilized in solution by a not fully determined number of water and methanol solvate mol­ecules. The phenanthroline structure includes two independent moieties related by a non‐crystallographic inversion center. The thio­sulfate anions display the usual S—O lengthening found when the anion acts in a bidentate mode.  相似文献

In the cationic complex present in the title compound, chloro­[2‐(4‐imidazolyl‐κN1)­ethyl­amine‐κN](1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)copper(II) chloride monohydrate, [CuCl(C5H9­N3)­(C12H8N2)]Cl·H2O, the metal centre adopts a five‐coordinate geometry, ligated by the two phenanthroline N atoms, two amine N atoms of the hist­amine ligand (one aliphatic and one from the imidazole ring) and a chloro ligand. The geometry around the Cu atom is a distorted compressed trigonal bipyramid, with one phenanthroline N and one imidazole N atom in the axial positions, and the other phenanthroline N atom, the histamine amine N atom and the chloro ligand in the equatorial positions. The structure includes an uncoordinated water mol­ecule, and a Cl ion to complete the charge. The water mol­ecule is hydrogen bonded to both Cl ions (coordinated and uncoordinated), and exhibits a close Cu⋯H contact in the equatorial plane of the bipyramid.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Cu2(C12H24N4O2)(C3H4N2)2(CH4O)2](ClO4)2 or [Cu2(dmoxpn)(HIm)2(CH3OH)2](ClO4)2, where dmoxpn is the dianion of N,N′‐bis­[3‐(dimethyl­amino)prop­yl]oxamide and HIm is imidazole, consists of a centrosymmetric trans‐oxamidate‐bridged copper(II) binuclear cation, having an inversion centre at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond, and two perchlorate anions. The CuII atom has square‐pyramidal coordination geometry involving two N atoms and an O atom from the dmoxpn ligand, an N atom from an imidazole ring, and an O atom from a methanol mol­ecule. The crystal structure is stabilized by O—H⋯O, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and imidazole π–π stacking inter­actions to form a three‐dimensional supra­molecular array.  相似文献

In the title complex, poly[copper(II)‐di‐μ‐5‐carboxy‐1H‐imidazole‐4‐carboxyl­ato], [Cu(C5H3N2O4)2]n or [Cu(H2Imda)2]n, each imidazole moiety is bonded to the Cu atom via O and N atoms to give a square‐planar coordination [Cu—O = 2.014 (2) and 2.016 (2) Å, and Cu—N = 1.982 (3) and 1.992 (2) Å]. The distorted square‐pyramidal geometry at the Cu atom results from coordination to an adjacent O atom [Cu—O = 2.305 (2) Å], which generates zigzag chains. There is a sixth, weaker, octahedral coordination to the Cu atom from an inversion‐related O atom [Cu—O = 3.090 (2) Å], which links the chains into sheets in the (100) plane. Imidazole moieties in the sheets are linked in the [100] direction by pairs of N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, thus generating a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

Crystals of the title complex, [Cu(CN3O2)2(C3H4N2)4], the structure of which has been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction at 304 K, appear to be pseudo‐merohedrally twinned. Transformation to a monoclinic C‐centred cell was necessary in order to derive the twin law. Twin refinement in a triclinic unit cell significantly reduced the R value. The asymmetric unit of the triclinic cell consists of one mol­ecule in a general position and two half entities with the Cu atom on a centre of inversion. The coordination of the Cu atom is quasi‐octa­hedral, with four imidazole N‐atom donors in the equatorial plane and two cyano N atoms from the N‐nitro­cyanamidate anion in axial positions. Owing to symmetry in the centrosymmetric mol­ecules, the trans imidazole ligands are parallel, while those in the non‐centrosymmetric mol­ecule make angles of 22.8 (2) and 77.9 (2)°.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Ni(C11H16ClN5)2]Cl2·C3H7NO, contains one monomeric nickel(II) com­plex cation, two Cl anions and one di­methyl­form­amide sol­vent mol­ecule. The Ni atom is coordinated to each of two 1‐­(p‐chloro­phenyl)‐5‐iso­propyl­biguanide (proguanil) ligands via two N atoms. The complex exhibits a square‐planar coordination, with the Ni atom lying 0.021 (2) Å out of the basal plane. The crystal packing is characterized by several hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The 4,4′‐bi­pyridine solvent molecule is not involved in coordination but is linked by an N—H⋯N hydrogen bond to the neutral [Co(C5H3N2O4)2(H2O)2] mol­ecule. Both mol­ecules are located on inversion centers. The crystal packing is stabilized by N—H⋯N and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, which produce a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network. Offset π–π stacking interactions between the pyridine rings of adjacent 4,4′‐bi­pyridine molecules were observed, with a face‐to‐face distance of 3.345 (1) Å.  相似文献

Two O,O‐di‐p‐tolyl­di­thio­phosphate (dtp) ions act as bidentate ligands. The central metal atom is coordinated by four S atoms from two dtp groups and two N atoms from the phen ligand. The title compound, catena‐poly­[[μ‐cyano‐1:2κ2C:N‐di­cyano‐1κ2Ctrans‐bis­[N‐(2‐hydroxy­ethyl)­ethane‐1,2‐di­amine‐2κ2N,N′]­cadmium(II)­nickel(II)]‐μ‐cyano‐1:2′κ2C:N], [CdNi(CN)4(C4H12N2O)2], consists of alternating square‐planar Ni(CN)4 fragments, formally dianionic, and Cd(hydet‐en)2 moieties [hydet‐en is N‐(2‐hydroxy­ethyl)­ethyl­ene­di­amine], with the two bridging cyanide ligands in a mutually trans disposition at the Ni atom and cis at the Cd atom. The resulting one‐dimensional zigzag chain structure has the Ni atom on an inversion center, while the distorted octahedron centered on the Cd atom lies on a twofold axis. The polymer chains are connected into undulating sheets by weak interchain N—H⋯N, N—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, which are also present between successive sheets.  相似文献

The organic ligands 4‐methyl‐1H‐imidazole and 2‐ethyl‐4‐methyl‐1H‐imidazole react with Cu(CF3SO3)2·6H2O to give tetrakis(5‐methyl‐1H‐imidazole‐κN3)­cop­per(II) bis­(tri­fluoro­methane­sulfonate), [Cu(C4H6N2)4](CF3SO3)2, and aqua­tetrakis(2‐ethyl‐5‐methyl‐1H‐imidazole‐κN3)copper(II) bis(tri­ fluoro­methane­sulfonate), [Cu(C6H10N2)4(H2O)](CF3SO3)2. In the former, the Cu atom has an elongated octahedral coordination environment, with four imidazole rings in equatorial positions and two tri­fluoro­methane­sulfonate ions in axial positions. This conformation is similar to those in the analogous complexes tetrakis­(imidazole)­cop­per(II) tri­fluoro­methane­sulfonate and tetrakis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazole)­cop­per(II) tri­fluoro­methane­sulfonate. In the second of the title compounds, the ethyl groups block the central Cu atom, and a square‐pyramidal coordination environment is formed around the Cu atom, with the substituted imidazole rings in the basal positions and a water mol­ecule in the axial position.  相似文献
