Eu-doped B2O3–ZnO–PbO glass phosphor powders with spherical shape and fine size were directly prepared by spray pyrolysis. The glass phosphor
powders prepared at a temperature of 1100°C had broad XRD peak at around 28°. One glass phosphor powder was formed from one
droplet at the preparation temperature range from 900 to 1100°C. The mean size of the glass phosphor powders was 0.75 μm.
The glass transition temperature (T
g
) of the glass phosphor powders prepared by spray pyrolysis was 378.5°C. The excitation spectrum of the glass phosphor powders
prepared at the optimum preparation temperature of 1100°C had bands at 362, 381, 392, 463, 525, and 532 nm. The glass phosphor
powders had emission spectra with bands at 579, 614, and 653 nm. The glass phosphor powders with doping concentration of Eu
of 7 wt% had the maximum photoluminescence intensity. The glass phosphor layer formed from the glass phosphor powders had

Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra of xBaO–15Na2O–(70−x)B2O3–15SiO2 glass system with x=0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 (mol%) has been measured in the spectral range 400–4000 cm−1 at room temperature in order to understand the characteristic frequencies of the chemical bonds and bonding mechanisms, which are susceptible to the structural and spectral changes. The effect of gamma irradiation in the dose range 0.1 kGy–60 kGy on the infrared absorption spectra of these glasses is also reported. The change in the glass structure due to the effect of composition is also discussed. It has been observed that irradiation of the glasses with the gamma rays increases the BO3 groups and the non bridging oxygens which make the network loose. 相似文献

Magnetic properties of glass ceramics derived from glasses with composition 41CaO·(52−x)SiO2·4P2O5·xFe2O3·3Na2O (2?x?10 mol% iron oxide (Fe2O3)) are reported. Structural investigation revealed the presence of nanocrystalline magnetite phase in the heat-treated samples containing x?2 mol% Fe2O3. Magnetic hysteresis cycles of the glass-ceramic samples were obtained with a maximum applied field of ±20 kOe as well as a low field of ±500 Oe, in order to evaluate the potential of these glass ceramics for hyperthermia treatment of cancer. Samples with x>2 mol% of iron oxide exhibited magnetic behavior similar to soft magnetic materials with low coercivity. The evolution of magnetic properties in these samples as a function of iron oxide molar concentration is correlated with the amount and crystallite size of magnetite phase present in them. 相似文献

xCeO2–30Bi2O3–(70−x) B2O3 glasses are synthesized by using the melt quench technique. A number of studies such as XRD, density, molar volume, optical band gap, refractive index and FTIR spectroscopy are employed to characterize the glasses. The band gap decreases from 2.15 to 1.61 eV, refractive index increases from 2.67 to 2.93 and density increases from 4.151 to 4.633 g/cm3. The decrease in band gap with CeO2 doping approaches the semiconductor behavior. FTIR spectroscopy reveals that incorporation of CeO2 into glass network helps to convert the structural units of [BO3] into [BO4] and results in Bi–O bond vibration of [BiO6]. 相似文献

A γ-Fe2O3/SiO2/chitosan composite was prepared by water-in-oil emulsification, and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Effects of various factors, including adsorbent dosage, initial dye concentration, solution pH, and competing anions, on the adsorption of methyl orange from aqueous solutions by the resulting composite were studied by batch adsorption experiments. The adsorption kinetics was found to follow the pseudo-second-order kinetic model, and intraparticle diffusion was related to the adsorption, but not as a sole rate-controlling step. The equilibrium adsorption data were well described by the Freundlich isotherm model. Evaluation of the thermodynamic parameters ΔG°, ΔH°, and ΔS° revealed that the adsorption process was naturally feasible, spontaneous, and exothermic. The composite was proven to be efficient, suitable and promising for the removal of methyl orange from aqueous solutions since it has a relatively higher adsorption capacity than other low-cost adsorbents. 相似文献

We present an AlInN/AlN/GaN MOS–HEMT with a 3 nm ultra-thin atomic layer deposition (ALD) Al2O3 dielectric layer and a 0.3 μm field-plate (FP)-MOS--HEMT. Compared with a conventional AlInN/AlN/GaN HEMT (HEMT) with the same dimensions, a FP-MOS--HEMT with a 0.6 μm gate length exhibits an improved maximum drain current of 1141 mA/mm, an improved peak extrinsic transconductance of 325 mS/mm and effective suppression of gate leakage in both the reverse direction (by about one order of magnitude) and the forward direction (by more than two orders of magnitude). Moreover, the peak extrinsic transconductance of the FP-MOS--HEMT is slightly larger than that of the HEMT, indicating an exciting improvement of transconductance performance. The sharp transition from depletion to accumulation in the capacitance--voltage (C--V) curve of the FP-MOS--HEMT demonstrates a high-quality interface of Al2O3/AlInN. In addition, a large off-state breakdown voltage of 133 V, a high field-plate efficiency of 170 V/μ m and a negligible double-pulse current collapse is achieved in the FP-MOS--HEMT. This is attributed to the adoption of an ultra-thin Al2O3 gate dielectric and also of a field-plate on the dielectric of an appropriate thickness. The results show a great potential application of the ultra-thin ALD-Al2O3 FP-MOS--HEMT to deliver high currents and power densities in high power microwave technologies. 相似文献

The broadband near-IR emission has been investigated in a series of Er/Tm co-doped Bi2O3–SiO2–Ga2O3 (BSG) glasses with 800 nm laser diode as an excitation source. A broadband emission extending from 1350 to 1650 nm with a full width at half maximum (FWHM) around 165 nm is obtained in 0.2 wt% Er2O3 and 1.0 wt% Tm2O3 co-doped BSG glass. The fluorescence decay curves of glasses are measured and maximum energy transfer efficiency from Er3+ to Tm3+ reaches 71% when Tm3+ concentration is 1.0 wt%. The temperature dependence of the broadband emission spectra in Er3+–Tm3+ co-doped BSG glass is also recorded to further understand the energy-transfer processes between Er3+ and Tm3+. The present work suggests that Er/Tm co-doped BSG glasses can be a potential candidate for broadband integrated amplifier. 相似文献

Erbium-doped TeO_2-based oxysulfide glasses have been prepared in argon atmosphere in graphite crucibles. The results of thermal analysis and spectroscopic properties of Er^{3+} have been studied in terms of sulfide influence. As a function of composition, we have measured principally the optical absorption, spontaneous emission, and lifetime of the materials. Judd-Ofelt theory was introduced to calculate bandwidth and emission cross-section of Er^{3+}. The results demonstrate that addition of sulfide in tellurite glasses results in broad emission spectra, with high emission cross-section, slightly low emission lifetime and a comparatively high thermal stability as pure oxide glasses. 相似文献

xV2O5–xCeO2–(30−x)PbO–(70−x) B2O3 glasses are synthesized by using the melt quench technique. Trivalent rare earth ions doped borosulfophosphate glasses are in high demand owing to their several unique attributes that are advantageous for applications in diverse photonic devices. Thus, Sm3+ ion doped calcium sulfoborophosphate glasses with composition of 25CaSO4–30B2O3–(45?x)P2O5–xSm2O3 (where x?=?0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7 and 1.0 mol%) were synthesized using melt-quenching technique. X-ray diffraction confirmed the amorphous nature of the prepared glass samples. Differential thermal analyses show transition peaks for melting temperature, glass transition and crystallization temperature. The glass stability is found in the range 91?°C to 116?°C which shows increased stability with addition of Sm2O3 concentration. The Fourier transform infrared spectral measurements carried out showed the presence of vibration bands due to PO linkage, BO3, BO4, PO4, POP, OPO, SOB, and BOB unit. Glass density showed increase in value from 2.179 to 2.251?g cm?3 with increase in Sm2O3 concentration. The direct, indirect band gap and Urbach energy calculated were found to be within 4.368–4.184?eV, 3.641–3.488?eV and 0.323–0.282?eV energy ranges, respectively. The absorption spectra revealed ten prominent peaks centered at 365, 400, 471, 941, 1075, 1228, 1375, 1477, 1528 and 1597?nm corresponding to 4D3/2,6H5/2→4I11/2,6P3/2, 6F11/2, 6F9/2, 6F7/2, 6F5/2, 6F3/2, 6H15/2 and 6F1/2 transitions respectively. Photoluminescence spectra monitored at the excitation of 398?nm exhibits four emission bands positioned at 559, 596,643 and 709?nm corresponding to 4G5/2→6H5/2, 6H7/2, 6H9/2 and 6H11/2 transitions respectively. The nephelauxetic parameters calculated showed good influence on the local environment within the samarium ions site and the state of the SmO bond. The Judd–Ofelt intensity parameters calculated for all glass samples revealed that Ω6?>?Ω4?>?Ω2. The emission cross-section and the branching ratios values obtained for 4G5/2→6H7/2 transition indicate its suitability for LEDs and solid-state laser application. 相似文献

We prepare SiO2 coatings on different substrates by either electron-beam evaporation or dual ion-beam sputtering. The relative transmittances of the Si O2 coatings are measured during the heating process. The Si O2 coating microstructures are studied. Results indicate that the intensity and peak position of moisture absorption are closely related to the microstructures of the coatings. The formation of microstructures depends not only on the preparation process of the coatings but also on the substrate characteristics. 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)工艺制备0.1 mol% Er3+掺杂Al2O3体系和SiO2-Al2O3复合体系粉末. 实验结果表明:5 mol%的SiO2复合加入Al2O3抑制γ→θ和θ→α相转变. 掺0.1 mol%Er3+:Al2O3体系粉末,900℃烧结,在1.47—1.63μm波段内光致发光(PL)谱为中心波长1.53 μm、半高宽56 nm的单一宽峰,1000—1200℃烧结,劈裂为多峰PL谱. 掺0.1 mol%Er3+:SiO2-Al2O3复合体系粉末,在高达1200℃烧结,仍保持中心波长1.53 μm的单一宽峰PL谱,由于—OH更完全的脱除,PL强度较900℃烧结Al2O3体系,SiO2-Al2O3复合体系均提高1个数量级.

随着能源危机的加剧,太阳能电池作为开发和利用太阳能的一种普遍形式, 日益受到世界各国的重视.随着太阳能电池向着高效率、薄膜化、无毒性和原材料丰富的方向发展, 单纯的硅系太阳能电池已经无法达到这样的要求,因此新的材料和工艺的开发利用迫在眉睫. 本文研究了碳材料在硅异质节上实现光伏效应的改善及其可能在太阳能电池上的应用. 采用脉冲激光沉积方法制备的Co2-C98/Al2O3/Si异质结构在标准日光照射 (AM1.5, 100 mW/cm2)条件下,可获得0.447 V的开路电压和18.75 mA/cm2的电流密度, 转换效率可达3.27%.通过电容电压特性和暗条件下的电输运性能测量, 证明了氧化铝层的引入不但对单晶硅的表面起到了物理钝化作用,减小了反向漏电流, 使异质结界面缺陷、界面能级和复合中心减少,还起到了场效应钝化作用, 增加了异质结界面的势垒高度,增加了开路电压,使异质结的光伏效应显著增强. 相似文献

Mesoporous γ-Fe2O3/SiO2 nanocomposite containing 30 mol% of γ-Fe2O3 was prepared by a template-free sol-gel method, and its removal ability for methyl orange (MO) was investigated. The nanocomposite was characterized using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) absorption measurements, nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurements, and magnetic measurements. The synthesized γ-Fe2O3/SiO2 nanocomposite has a mesoporous structure with an average pore size of 3.5 nm and a specific surface area of 245 m2/g, and it exhibits ferrimagnetic characteristics with the maximum saturation magnetization of 20.9 emu/g. The adsorption of MO on the nanocomposite reaches the maximum adsorbed percentage of ca. 80% within a few minutes, showing that most of MO can be removed in a short time. The MO adsorption data fit well with both Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherms. The maximum adsorption capacity of MO is estimated to be 476 mg/g. 相似文献

研究了La2O3对Yb:Y2O3透明陶瓷光谱性能的影响,添加适量La2O3以后,Yb:Y2O3透明陶瓷的吸收峰和发射峰的位置不变,但由于La3+的离子半径大于Y3+的离子半径,在Y2O3中引入La3+离子后,导致Y2O3晶格常数变大,晶场强度变弱,同时降低了Y2O3晶体的有序度,致使发射峰强度有所下降,发射截面变小.过量的La2O3(x=0.16)造成Yb3+激活离子发射强度明显下降;其荧光寿命在添加La2O3后总体增大45%—60%.

Investigation of 4H—SiC metal—insulation—semiconductor structure with Al2O3/SiO2 stacked dielectric 下载免费PDF全文
Atomic layer deposited (ALD) Al2O3/dry-oxidized ultrathin SiO2 films as high-k gate dielectric grown on the 8° off-axis 4H-SiC (0001) epitaxial wafers are investigated in this paper. The metal-insulation-semiconductor (MIS) capacitors, respectively with different gate dielectric stacks (Al2O3/SiO2, Al2O3, and SiO2) are fabricated and compared with each other. The I-V measurements show that the Al2O3/SiO2 stack has a high breakdown field ( ≥ 12 MV/cm) comparable to SiO2, and a relatively low gate leakage current of 1× 10-7 A/cm2 at electric field of 4 MV/cm comparable to Al2O3. The 1-MHz high frequency C-V measurements exhibit that the Al2O3/SiO2 stack has a smaller positive flat-band voltage shift and hysteresis voltage, indicating less effective charge and slow-trap density near the interface. 相似文献

Glasses in the compositions (Li2O)25–(BaO)25–(P2O5)50−x–(V2O5)x (with x=0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5, and 3.0 mol%) have been prepared by the conventional melt quenching technique. X-ray powder diffractrogram show broad peaks which conforms glassy nature of the sample. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) thermograms show characteristic glass transition temperature (Tg) and it increases with increasing substitution of V2O5 for P2O5. The measured physical parameters like density, refractive index, ionic concentration and electronic polarizability are found to vary linearly with increasing x. Infrared spectra exhibits few bands, which are attributed to (P=O)AS, (P=O)S, (V=O), (P–O–P)AS,P–O–V, (P–O–P)AS and O–P–O vibrations. The optical absorption spectra of VO2+ ions in these glasses show three bands and are assigned to the 2B2→ 2E,2B2→ 2B1 and 2B2→ 2A1 transitions. Electron paramagnetic resonance spectra of all the glass samples exhibit resonance signals characteristic of VO2+ ions. The values of Spin-Hamiltonian parameters indicate that the VO2+ ions are present in octahedral sites with tetragonal compression and belong to C4V symmetry. 相似文献
