提出了微波辅助-顶空固相微萃取(MAE-HS-SPME)-气相色谱-质谱法测定不同产地烟草中挥发性成分。通过质谱标准谱图检索与色谱保留指数相结合的二维定性方法分析,以峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果表明:从我国湖南、贵州和云南省以及从津巴布韦等产地的烟草中分别定性检出24,28,27,24种挥发性成分,包括酯类、酮类、醇类、酸类、杂环、烷烃类等6大类化合物,以酯类和烷烃类为主。不同产地烟草所含化学成分的种类基本相同,但是其相对含量差异较大。MAE-HS-SPME是一种简便、快速、高效、绿色环保的前处理技术。  相似文献

采用气相色谱一质谱联用技术分析鉴定了木叶、东魁及黑炭3种新鲜杨梅果实精油样品的化学成分,并对三者成分进行对比分析.木叶梅果实精油中鉴定出55个化合物,以单萜类成分为主;东魁梅果精油中鉴定出49个化合物,以倍半萜烯和烷烃类成分为主;黑炭梅果精油中鉴定出化合物48种,以倍半萜烯和烷烃类成分为主.木叶杨梅中富含单萜而缺少倍半萜烯,这可能是其香气浓且易腐烂原因.  相似文献

采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)测定了不同制丝工艺参数(松散回潮的热风温度、切丝宽度、HT工作蒸汽流量、烘丝热风温度和排潮风门开度)条件下制成的卷烟样品烟气成分中的挥发性成分。结果表明:酯类物质的释放总量在这些工艺参数条件下存在极显著差异的水平,说明酯类物质的释放总量在5种工艺参数不同条件下的变化是极明显的。综合分析部分致香成分和简单酚类的释放总量,选取样品2与样品4的工艺参数条件进行对比可知较高的松散回潮热风温度和烘丝热风温度更加有利于增加卷烟烟气中挥发性成分的释放量;在增加卷烟香吃味方面样品4的工艺参数条件为最佳生产条件,在该工艺条件下生产出的卷烟样品其烟气成分中致香成分的释放总量最多。  相似文献

建立了顶空气相色谱-质谱(HS-GC/MS)同时测定蜂蜜中57种挥发性有机溶剂(包括烷烃类、芳香烃类、醇类、酮类、酯类、醚类)残留量的分析方法。蜂蜜样品在密封的顶空瓶中用水溶解后,在顶空仪中于80 ℃下平衡30 min,使气-液两相达到动态平衡。采用DB-624毛细管色谱柱(60 m×0.25 mm×1.40 μm)对57种有机溶剂进行分离,GC/MS测定,外标法定量。该方法对于烷烃类、芳香烃类和醚类挥发性有机溶剂在0.005~0.2 μg、酯类0.05~2.0 μg、酮类0.5~20 μg、醇类2.5~100 μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.996。对于烷烃类、芳香烃类和醚类挥发性有机溶剂在1.0~20 μg/kg、酯类10~200 μg/kg、酮类100~2000 μg/kg、醇类500~10000 μg/kg添加范围内的平均添加回收率为61.0%~113.1%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~9.8%。对于烷烃类、芳香烃类和醚类挥发性有机溶剂的检出限为1.0 μg/kg、酯类10 μg/kg、酮类100 μg/kg、醇类500 μg/kg。该方法操作简单、快速,灵敏度和准确度高,适用于蜂蜜样品中多种挥发性有机溶剂残留量的同时检测。  相似文献

将线叶旋覆花两个入药部位分开裁剪,用水洗净后干燥、粉碎,过孔径为0.25 mm筛网。分取0.02 g粗粉于20 mL顶空瓶中,于120℃加热30 min。所得挥发性成分进入气相色谱仪,以DB-5色谱柱在程序升温条件下分离,用配电子轰击离子源的质谱仪检测,以保留时间、碎片离子峰定性,以面积归一化法定量。结果显示:从线叶旋覆花中鉴定出的挥发性成分分别有46种(茎叶中)和30种(花中),其峰面积占总挥发性成分峰面积的71.11%,99.98%。花和茎叶中共有挥发性成分有8种,特有挥发性成分有22,38种;茎叶中挥发性成分包括烯烃类、酸类、醇类、醛类、烷烃类、芳香烃类、酯类、酮类和其他类化合物各13,5,4,9,7,2,3,2,1种,相对含量分别为18.11%,17.32%,12.16%,8.76%,4.05%,0.41%,0.80%,0.32%,9.18%;花中挥发性成分包括烯烃类、醇类、醛类、芳香烃类和其他类化合物各18,2,5,2,3种,相对含量分别为52.67%,29.35%,11.50%,2.07%,4.39%。不同入药部位中活性成分烯烃类化合物相对含量均较高,挥发性成分的种类和相对...  相似文献

基于气相色谱-离子迁移谱(GC-IMS)技术对加拿大、美国、中国山东、辽宁、吉林5个产地的西洋参样品进行挥发性成分分析。从不同产地的西洋参样品中共鉴定出53种挥发性成分,包括醛类(13个)、醇类(13个)、酮类(10个)、酯类(7个)、萜类(3个)、吡嗪类(3个)、其他类(4个)。GC-IMS指纹图谱和偏最小二乘-判别分析(PLS-DA)得分图显示不同产地西洋参的挥发性成分存在显著差异,通过VIP值>1和含量比值>2筛选出23种差异挥发性成分。加拿大产2,5-二甲基吡嗪、α-蒎烯、丁酸乙酯、丙酸乙酯等成分的含量显著高于其它产区;美国产2-甲基-2-戊烯醛、2-庚酮、2-庚烯醛、2-辛烯醛等成分的含量较高;中国产芳樟醇等成分的含量较高。基于GC-IMS的挥发性成分分析可对不同产地的西洋参进行有效区分,为西洋参产地鉴别、溯源和品质评价提供了理论指导。  相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏技术提取了3种柏树叶的挥发油,经气相色谱/质谱分析,共分离和鉴定了64种化学成分,其主要成分为萜烯类,其他成分为烷烃类、醇类、酚类和酯类等。其中圆柏树叶中分离鉴定出33种挥发性成分,主要萜类为桧烯(20.99%)和柠檬烯(19.78%);中山柏树叶中分离鉴定出37种挥发性成分,主要为α-蒎烯(10.39%)、桧烯(11.19%)和δ-3-蒈烯(8.88%);龙柏树叶中分离鉴定出37种挥发性成分,主要为柠檬烯(24.56%)和β-月桂烯(8.04%)。分离鉴定出3种柏树叶的共有成分14种。  相似文献

本文对云南12种烟叶中挥发性成分进行提取分离,气相色谱/质谱测定.系统地对同时蒸馏萃取条件和色谱分离条件进行优化,结合谱库检索和匹配度定性方法鉴定149种化合物,并对其中的35种重要香气成分进行了定量分析,包括酮类7种、醇类6种、烯烃类4种、烟碱类3种、烷烃类2种、醛类2种、酯类2种、呋喃类2种等.该方法具有81.09%~97.45%的高回收率.结果表明,同时蒸馏萃取集采样、萃取、浓缩于一体,操作简单快速,适合于烟草中挥发性成分的提取,结合气相色谱/质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分离测定,能准确对挥发性成分进行定性和定量分析.  相似文献

A total of 95 volatile compounds from the essential oil in buds of Syringa oblata Lindl (lilac) were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) combined with heuristic evolving latent projections (HELP) and moving subwindow searching (MSS). The identified compounds are mainly aliphatic, terpenes and aromatic compounds. Their temperature-programmed retention indices (PTRIs) on HP-5MS and DB-35MS at three heating rates of 2, 4 and 6 degrees C/min from 80 to 290 degrees C were obtained, which showed that aliphatic compounds give nearly constant PTRIs and PTRIs of terpenoids do not vary much at different heating rates. But PTRIs of aromatic compounds exhibit relatively large temperature dependence. PTRIs vary much more on DB-35MS than those on HP-5MS according to the compound types. In general, differences of PTRIs between the two columns increase from aliphatic compounds to terpenoids to polycyclic aromatic compounds. The PTRIs in different heating rates were used as cross-references in the identification of components in the essential oil. When they were used in analysis of essential oil from flowers of lilac, good results were obtained. These PTRIs would be a part of our PTRI database being constructed on components from plant essential oils. The results also showed that efficiency and reliability were improved greatly when chemometric method and PTRIs were used as assistants of GC-MS in identification of chemical components in plant essential oils.  相似文献

In this paper, the volatile compounds of Schisandra chinensis obtained by different extraction techniques including supercritical fluid extraction (SFE), steam distillation (SD), Soxhlet extraction (SE) and ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) were investigated for the first time. The sample preparation procedure for GC-MS analysis of the volatile compounds was optimized and then 37, 45, 27 and 37 compounds were identified in the samples obtained by SFE, SD, SE and UAE methods, respectively. As the therapeutic effect of the traditional Chinese medicine is usually based on multifarious essential components or the combination of them instead of only one component, the volatile compounds were compared in groups with the extracts by SE, SD and UAE. This would be more reasonable to evaluate the effects of an alternative technique to extracting multifarious essential components. Among the identified components in the SFE extract, 32 compounds were the same as that by three conventional methods, accounting for 90.5% of the volatile compounds identified. However, as the volatile compounds were classed into groups, it was easy to see that the Schisandra chinensis oil extracted by SFE was made up largely of aromatics and sesquiterpenoids (52.1 and 27.6%, respectively), with less amounts of monoterpenoids and other compounds, distinguishing SFE from the conventional extractions.  相似文献

The essential oil of Helichrysum italicum (Roth) G. Don (everlasting or Immortelle essential oil) was isolated by hydrodistillation and analysed by GC and GCMS. Forty four compounds were identified. The main components were alpha-pinene(12.8%), 2-methyl-cyclohexyl pentanoate (11.1 %), neryl acetate (10.4%), 1,7-di-epi-alpha-cedrene (6.8%) and other compounds. The oil was fractionated and ester-containing fraction was hydrolysed with KOH/H(2)SO(4). The liberated volatiles were analysed by GC and GC-MS: three phenols and twenty seven volatile carboxylic acids were identified[70% low fatty acids (C(2)-C(5)), 15% C(10)-C(12) acids and 15% other acids]. The main acids were acetic acid (24.3%) propanoic acid (17.2%), 2-methylpropanoic acid (11.4%),dodecanoic acid (8.7%), 2-methylbutanoic acid (8.3%), (Z)-2-methylbutenoic acid(5.1%) and decanoic acid (4.6%). With respect to the identified bonded carboxylic acids,the minimal number of esters in the oil was twenty seven, but their overall quantity was probably larger due to different possible combinations of alcohols with acids to form esters. On the other hand, only six main esters were identified in the oil before fractionation and hydrolysis.  相似文献

A dynamic headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and gas chromatography coupled to ion trap mass spectrometry (GC-(IT)MS) method was developed and applied for the qualitative determination of the volatile compounds present in commercial whisky samples which alcoholic content was previously adjusted to 13% (v/v). Headspace SPME experimental conditions, such as fibre coating, extraction temperature and extraction time, were optimized in order to improve the extraction process. Five different SPME fibres were used in this study, namely, poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS), poly(acrylate) (PA), Carboxen-poly(dimethylsiloxane) (CAR/PDMS), Carbowax-divinylbenzene (CW/DVB) and Carboxen-poly(dimethylsiloxane)-divinylbenzene (CAR/PDMS/DVB). The best results were obtained using a 75 microm CAR/PDMS fibre during headspace extraction at 40 degrees C with stirring at 750 rpm for 60 min, after saturating the samples with salt. The optimised methodology was then applied to investigate the volatile composition profile of three Scotch whisky samples--Black Label, Ballantines and Highland Clan. Approximately seventy volatile compounds were identified in the these samples, pertaining at several chemical groups, mainly fatty acids ethyl esters, higher alcohols, fatty acids, carbonyl compounds, monoterpenols, C13 norisoprenoids and some volatile phenols. The ethyl esters form an essential group of aroma components in whisky, to which they confer a pleasant aroma, with "fruity" odours. Qualitatively, the isoamyl acetate, with "banana" aroma, was the most interesting. Quantitatively, significant components are ethyl esters of caprilic, capric and lauric acids. The highest concentration of fatty acids, were observed for caprilic and capric acids. From the higher alcohols the fusel oils (3-methylbutan-1-ol and 2.phenyletanol) are the most important ones.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A chromatographic method was developed for the identification of volatile markers from Magnum hops in two types of beer. The study was initially performed with Magnum hop pellets and hop essential oil and subsequently with traditional and flavored beer during the primary fermentation. The volatile compounds were isolated employing the in-tube extraction (ITEX) technique followed by identification and quantification through gas-chromatography—mass spectrometry (GC-MS) operating in scan mode. The main authentication markers identified in traditional beer were from aromatic compounds, aldehydes and alcohol esters. The most predominant authentication marker compounds in beer flavored with Magnum hop essential oil were obtained from terpenoids, followed by acid esters, alcohol esters and alcohol classes. A unique feature of this study was represented by the discriminant markers for the authentication of Magnum hop variety, identified in hop pellets, hop essential oil and flavored beer. The application of this methodology can be used for optimization of brewing technology and process parameters in view of prolonging fruity hop flavor stability of Romanian beers.  相似文献

Phytochemical analysis by GC and GC/MS of the essential oil samples obtained from fresh shoots and flowers of Saponaria officinalis L. allowed the identification of 96 components in total, comprising 94.7% and 86.0% of the total oils compositions, respectively. Regarding the shoots essential oil, the major of 87 identified volatile compounds were phytol (14.1%), tricosane-6,8-dione (13.4%), patchouli alcohol (7.9%) and tricosane (7.2%), whereas patchouli alcohol (20.0%), heneicosane (11.5%) and tricosane (8.4%) were dominant among the 66 volatiles in the flower oil. Nonterpenoid compounds had the highest contribution in S. officinalis shoots essential oil (53.7%), while in the flower oil, constituents were almost evenly distributed between the oxygenated sesquiterpenoid (41.2%) and nonterpenoid compounds (39.5%).  相似文献

在运用GC/MS技术的基础上采用HELP(直观推导式演进特征投影法)方法研究了九种唇形科植物的化学成分, 并以唇形科植物半枝莲为例详细介绍了HELP的解析过程. 应用总体积积分法测定各成分的相对百分含量. 鉴定出相对共有成分达70余种, 大多数为萜类化合物及其衍生物. 不同的唇形科植物的挥发油化学成分与特征成分有明显差异. 九种药材挥发性成分中均含有桉油精(Eucalyptol, 含量0.10%~1.01%)和芳樟醇(Linalool, 0.11%~3.05%). 利用GC/MS分析法结合化学计量学分辨方法鉴定挥发油化学成分, 比单独使用GC-MS法结果更准确、可靠.  相似文献

Steam distillation (SD), simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE) and headspace co-distillation (HCD) were compared here for their effectiveness in the extraction of volatile compounds from tobacco. The different grades of aged flue-cured tobacco leaves extracted by the three methods respectively were analyzed using GC-MS. Mass spectra or authentic compounds were used to identify around 408 components in various volatile fractions. On the one hand, the qualitative comparison showed that more compounds were detected in HCD extract (391 components) than in SDE extract (377 components), and the approximately quantitative analysis showed that the total amount of volatile components in SDE extract (445.48 microg/g) was much more than that in HCD extract (315.72 microg/g). But on the other hand, HCD was the most efficient for nearly all the highly volatile compounds among the three methods. As to low-volatile compounds such as lactones, long chain aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, and esters, more was detected in SDE extract than in HCD extract. The SD method (322 components, total amount 228.42 microg/g) was the lowest sensitive to all compounds except semi-volatile fatty acids among the three methods.  相似文献

分析野生和栽培羌活药材挥发油含量及其组分的变化,为羌活药材的引种栽培及进一步的开发利用提供了依据。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取羌活药材中的挥发油,通过GC-MS对挥发油成分进行分析鉴定;利用聚类分析对测定结果进行分类;通过相关分析研究海拔对羌活药材挥发油含量的影响。6份药材样品挥发油含量范围为1.60~7.98 mL/100g,6份羌活药材挥发油成分经GC-MS分析,共鉴定出57个化合物,共有成分12个;基于挥发油成分种类及相对含量的聚类分析显示了羌活药材挥发性成分种类及含量的种间差异;相关分析结果表明,海拔高度与挥发油含量存在显著正相关。野生和栽培羌活药材挥发油含量存在差异,总体上野生羌活药材的挥发油含量高于栽培种;羌活药材挥发油含量随海拔升高而增加。  相似文献
