A new lactone ficusine D (1), together with six known compounds (27) were isolated from the stems of the Ficus auriculata. The new compound 1 was a rare 12-membered lactone containing a quinone ring skeleton. The structure of the 1 was elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic data. The relative and absolute configurations of 1 were elucidated by the ROESY analysis and biogenesis pathway. All compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial activities against six pathogenic bacteria in vitro. Compounds 6 and 7 exhibited potent antibacterial activities against Bacillus cereus with the MIC values of 2.5 and 5 μM, respectively.  相似文献

The natural compound dendocarbin A, C15H22O3, is a sesquiterpene lactone isolated for the first time from Drimys winteri for var chilensis. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121 and its X‐ray crystal structure confirmed the S/R character of the chiral centres at C‐5/C‐10 and C‐9/C‐11, respectively. The α‐OH group at C‐11 was found to be involved in intermolecular hydrogen bonding, defining chains along the <100> 21 screw axis.  相似文献

A new sesquiterpene manghookerins A (1) was isolated from the barks of Manglietia hookeri (Magnoliaceae) together with five known eudesmane-type sesquiterpenes. The structure of manghookerins A (1) was elucidated by physical and spectroscopic data analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR, HR-ESI-MS and X-ray diffraction. A phytochemical investigation of Ainsliaea macrocephala led to the isolation of a new dimeric sesquiterpene lactone, ainsliadimer A (1). The structure of 1 was elucidated by spectroscopic analysis, and confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Ainsliadimer A represents an unusual carbon skeleton with a cyclopentane system connecting the two monomeric sesquiterpene lactone units. This unique molecule exerted potent inhibitory activity against the production of nitric oxide in RAW264.7 stimulated by LPS.  相似文献

Three new sesquiterpenes: 4-acrylic-6-methyl-α-tetralone (1), ainsliaea acid A (2) and ainsliaea acid B (3), together with 8 known compounds (4-11) were isolated from the whole herb of Ainsliaea glabra and their structures were established by means of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and HR-ESIMS. Compounds 1–6 were tested for the inhibition of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) in the 293-NF-κB-luciferase reporter cell line induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), and compound 2 was further tested for the production of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), IL-6 and IL-10 in RAW264.7 macrophages induced by LPS. The isolated compound 2 exhibited significant anti-inflammatory activity.  相似文献

As part of our continuing studies of lactones from the aerial part of the plant Rhaponticum serratuloides, 15-O-deacetylrhaposerin and new guaianolide called rhaserin were isolated along with the well-known loliolide. The configuration of the C(17) asymmetric center in 15-O-deacetylrhaposerin was established by X-ray diffraction analysis. The molecular structure of rhaserin was determined based on the data from 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy (including 2D NMR spectroscopy) of this lactone and its 4,15-O-isopropylidene derivative.  相似文献

Trichoderma based products are considered an alternative to synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. These Trichoderma spp. are among the most studied and applied fungal BCAs in industry and agriculture and are known to secrete several secondary metabolites with different biological activities. The analysis of metabolic profiles (the ‘metabolome’) of Trichoderma species is complex because of the wide range of compounds produced and the molecular activities identified, including the recently determined role in the activation of plant resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses and growth promotion. A new 10-member lactone, but-2-enoic acid 7-acetoxy-6-hydroxy-2-methyl-10-oxo-5,6,7,8,9,10-hexahydro-2H-oxecin-5-yl ester, named cremenolide (1), has been isolated from culture filtrates of Trichoderma cremeum. The structure of cremenolide was determined by spectroscopic methods, including UV, MS, and 1D and 2D NMR analyses. In vitro tests showed that the purified compound inhibited the radial mycelium growth of Fusarium oxysporum, Botrytis cinerea and Rhizoctonia solani, and exerted a significant promotion of growth of tomato seedlings.  相似文献

Physalinol A (1), a novel 1, 10-seco-physalin with a peroxy bridge, was isolated from the organic extracts of Physalis alkekengi L. var. franchetii (Mast.) Makino. The structure was determined on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectra and HR-ESI-MS data. The absolute configuration of 1 was evidenced by X-ray diffraction data and further confirmed by ECD calculations. The isolated compound 1 has no cytotoxicity against HCT-116 and PC-3 cancer cell lines and a weak antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coil. In addition, compound 1 also exhibited a weak anti-inflammatory action in lipopolysacaride (LPS)-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages with an IC50 value of 57.3?±?1.03?μM.  相似文献

A new sesquiterpene, eupatolide 13-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (eupatolide-II, 1), lactone glucoside, along with 15 known compounds, were isolated from the whole plant of Inula salsoloides (Asteraceae). Dichloromethane extract and compounds 111 were used to investigate insecticidal activities against vegetable important pest, striped flea beetle (Phyllotreta striolata Fabricius). None of the samples show any toxicity under concentration of 500 times, while compound 1 and the extract had toxic effect when the concentration increased to 250 times. But the corrected mortality of compound 1 and the extract were only 44.83 and 13.80%, respectively. Compound 11 (inulasalene) showed repellency effect in the no-choice test, and the repellency rate was 70%. Compounds 1 and 3 (inulasalsolide) showed the antifeeding rates of 65.22 and 47.06%, respectively. Compound 10 (11β,13-dihydrogeneupatolide) showed strong attractive effects on the adults, while the difference of injured area between the treatment and control was also not significant.  相似文献
