可见光无线通信(visible light communication,VLC)是将LED照明技术和光通信技术相结合的一种新兴技术。针对目前LED照明通信光源显色性差、光效低且色温不可调等问题,依据多基色LED白光通信原理进行了相关研究,以Yoshi等提出的高斯分布形式作为基色LED的光谱模型,利用国际照明委员会(CIE)推荐的一般显色指数(Ra)和美国国家标准与技术研究所(National Institute of Standards and Technology,NIST)推荐的一般色质指数(Qa)评价光源的显色性。采用遗传算法,在2 700~6 500 K色温范围内优化出单个色温以及色温可调光源满足显色性最优的光谱组合,并基于RaQa大于80的原则优化出色温可调光源光视效能(luminous efficacy of radiation,LER)最优化的光谱组合。最后根据实验结果分析了光源的显色性、光视效能和色温可调性三者之间的关系。结果表明:三基色色温可调白光LED满足显色性最优的峰值波长组合为613 nm/541 nm/464 nm,此时RaQa的最小值分别为81.2和81,可以满足一般条件下的照明通信需求;四基色色温可调白光LED满足显色性最优的峰值波长组合为620 nm/562 nm/505 nm/449 nm,此时RaQa的最小值分别为96.7和92.2。在特殊照明场所或要求较高的通信速率时,应采用四基色白光LED作为照明通信光源。仿真得到了三基色和四基色白光LED的最佳光谱组合,为宽通道可见光通信光源的设计提供了参考依据。  相似文献

在还原气氛保护下利用高温固相法合成了化学组分为(M1,M2)10(PO4)6X2(M1=Ca,Sr,Ba;M2=Eu,Mn;X=F,Cl,Br)的可被紫光激发的蓝光、绿光和红光荧光粉,制备了紫光LED芯片+蓝光荧光粉+YAG荧光粉的二基色白光LED;紫光LED芯片+蓝光荧光粉+红光荧光粉的二基色白光LED,以及紫光LED芯片+蓝光荧光粉+绿光荧光粉+红光荧光粉的三基色白光LED。测试了所有制备的白光LED在不同的直流电驱动下的色度坐标、相关色温和显色指数。  相似文献

LED激发有机材料MPPV的光谱分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
通过旋涂方法在玻璃片上涂敷一层有机材料MPPV,其中有机材料MPPV溶于有机溶剂四氢呋喃溶液中,MPPV:四氢呋喃的比例分别为25mg∶1mL,50mg∶1mL,100mg∶1mL,150mg∶1mL。然后分别使用蓝光、白光LED去照射有机薄膜层来研究其发光特性。结果表明:蓝光LED、白光LED均能激发有机材料MPPV使其在600~750nm区域产生红光光谱,且随着溶解质量分数的增加,光谱色坐标从(0.265 4,0.248 9)移向(0.395 4,0.288 0),发生红移。当MPPV:四氢呋喃的比例为100mg∶1mL时,拥有最好的显色指数86.1,实验中色温最低可达2 609K,这比使用蓝光LED激发黄色YAG荧光粉得到的白光LED色温更低。因此蓝光LED、白光LED通过激发有机材料MPPV可以显著提高LED的显色指数及发光性能。  相似文献

将GaN基蓝光芯片涂敷YAG荧光粉和透明硅胶制成额定功率为1 W的白光发光二极管(LED),对其施加900mA的电流应力,在老化过程中测量白光LED的主要光学参数,考察其光学特性的退化情况。经过4 200 h的老化,样品光通量退化为初始值的15%~18% 。样品的漏电流明显增大,表明芯片有源区缺陷密度提高,但光谱分布图中蓝光部分的辐射量未减少,仅观察到黄光部分辐射量的减少,推断出YAG荧光粉的转换效率降低。同时,从原理上分析了样品色温逐渐增大,显色指数基本不变的原因,对大功率白光LED在照明领域的应用有一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献

在20mA电流下,对自行设计的白光LED进行测试,发现荧光粉远离芯片封装方法与传统封装方法相比,流明效率提高了20.3%。效率的提高主要是因为减小了LED芯片对荧光粉散射的吸收。同时测得随着正向电流的增加,色坐标x,y的值逐渐减小,色温升高,而光通量呈非线性增加,流明效率逐渐下降。  相似文献

A mathematical model for the spectra of monocolor light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and phosphor-coated white LEDs at different drive currents is established.The simulation program of the color rendering of a white light LED cluster is developed based on this model.The program can predict not only the spectral power distribution and color rendering index (CRI),but also the number of LEDs,drive currents,input power,and luminous efficacy of a white light LED cluster at a given color temperature according to the requirement of the luminous flux.The experimental results show that the relative spectral power distributions (SPDs) and chromaticity coordinates of the model LED are very close to that of the real LED at different drive currents.Moreover,the correlated color temperature (CCT),CRI,special color rendering index (R9) luminous flux,input power,and luminous efficacy of the white light LED cluster predicted by simulation are also very close to the measured values.Furthermore,a white/red cluster with high rendering (CCT=2903 K,CRI=91.3,R9=85) and a color temperature tunable warm-white/red/green/blule LED cluster with high rendering (CCT=2700 6500 K,CRI 〉 90,R9 〉 96) are created.  相似文献

研究了LED照明器件的蓝光特性。针对我国的LED照明现状,通过测试LED照明器件的光谱成分,根据现行国内外标准GB/T 20145—2006/CIE S009/E:2002和IEC62471:2006,以及CTL-0744_2009-laser决议,分析了LED光生物安全性,给LED照明灯具制造和相关安全性标准、法律制定提供参考。LED中蓝光的辐亮度值低于100 W·m-2·Sr-1时对人眼属于无危害类型,正常使用情况下不会对人眼造成伤害,但是应该注意对特殊人群(小孩)的保护,避免长时间直视光源。灯具富蓝化也会影响人的作息规律,因此色温4 000 K以下,显色指数80的LED灯具适合在室内使用,同时还要根据不同的使用距离选择不同的参数的灯具。  相似文献

为优化多基色混合白光LED的显色性,得到色彩生动的白光LED照明效果,以评价饱和红色的特殊显色指数R9为研究对象,通过多基色光源混合白光LED的光谱功率分布的高斯数学模型,选取峰值波长λm、半波宽Δλ和幅值A为基色光源光谱功率分布的主要参量,并以“蓝光芯片+YAG黄色荧光粉”和“红、绿和蓝基色LED”为分析模型分别进行二基色和三基色混合白光LED显色性研究,讨论两种基色混合情况下三个参量对混色白光LED的显色性R9贡献。结果表明:为使多基色混合白光LED的显色性更好,首先确定光源S1的峰值波长λm1、半波宽Δλ1及幅值A1;然后设定其他基色光源幅值Ai以求此条件下峰值波长λmi和半波长Δλi取值范围;最后在求得的峰值波长λmi和半波长Δλi取值范围,反求基色光源的最佳幅值Aiopt,从而使多基色混合白光LED的显色性达到最佳效果。该方法对分析基色混合白光LED的显色性具有理论参考价值。  相似文献

为了实现高显色指数和流明效率的白光发光二极管,在(0001)蓝宝石衬底上利用金属有机化学气相沉积系统,生长了双波长发射的InGaN/GaN多量子阱发光二极管结构.通过对不同In组分含量的双波长发射发光二极管结构的光致发光和电致发光性能进行分析,结果表明In组分含量对双波长发射发光二极管的光致发光谱的稳定性及发光效率有重要影响.此外,用双蓝光发射的芯片来激发YAG:Ce荧光粉实现了高显色指数白光发射.  相似文献

利用胶体化学方法合成了发光波长可调的Cu掺杂量子点, 其波长范围可从绿光到深红光连续调节.通过将绿光ZnInS :Cu和红光ZnCdS :Cu量子点与蓝光GaN芯片相结合, 制备了高显色性的白光LED, 其流明效率为71 lm·W-1, 色温为4 788 K, 显色指数高达94, CIE色坐标为(0.352 4, 0.365 1).通过测量Cu掺杂量子点的荧光衰减曲线, 发现不存在从绿光ZnInS :Cu到红光ZnCdS :Cu量子点的能量传递过程, 因为红光ZnCdS :Cu量子点在绿光波段没有吸收. 实验结果表明, Cu掺杂量子点有望应用于固态照明领域.  相似文献

用于照明领域的白光LED,其出射光斑的色度均匀性对于产品性能有着更加重要的意义.介绍了目前工业上制作白光LED主要采用的荧光粉灌封点胶工艺.并在目前主流灌封点胶工艺的基础上通过改善荧光粉层结构形状,以提高白光LED器件的出射光斑均匀性.并通过九点法对不同工艺结构下LED出射光斑的空间色度分布进行了测量和分析.通过分析,虽然采用不同的粉层结构,能够一定程度上改善白光光斑的色度均匀性.但总体上,采用这种传统的点胶工艺制作的器件的白光光斑性能不好,现有的荧光粉层灌封点胶工艺存在很大的弊端.荧光粉层的可控性是影响色度均匀性(即光斑均匀性)的主要因素,包括单个器件内的光斑和器件之间的颜色一致性都不理想.  相似文献

In flat-type light-emitting-diode (LED) lighting systems, a planar light is formed using a luminance source positioned on the side of the system and light guide panel (LGP) or reflecting plates. Thus, such systems are favorable for their thinness, which allows a relatively small number of LEDs to be used. However, the application of a high-power LED light to a large-area lighting system yields Lambertian luminaires; therefore, a point or a discomfort glare is produced, which generally causes degradation of the luminance efficiency and uniformity. In this study, we solved the problems of luminance non-uniformity and inefficiency by adjusting the orientation of an applied LGP scattered pattern and removing the remaining glare. Through computer simulation, optical characteristics that increase the efficiency even in the case of low-output LEDs were found. Specifically, a scattered pattern vertically oriented relative to the direction of the incident light improves the luminance uniformity at the side of the system, while a scattered pattern oriented parallel to the direction of the incident light plays the role of a waveguide. We implemented a flat-type LED lighting system by fabricating a large-area LGP based on the computer-simulation results and using an extremely sensitive laser. The optical characteristics observed using the laser-processed LGP were identical to those obtained in the computer simulation. Therefore, for large-area flat-type LED lighting systems, we confirmed that adjusting the orientation of the LGP scattered pattern can increase the luminance efficiency and uniformity.  相似文献

Warm-white LEDs (WLEDs) with high spectral quality and efficiency are required for lighting applications, but current experimental performances are limited. We report on nanocrystal quantum dot (NQD) hybridized WLEDs with high performance that exhibit a high luminous efficacy of optical radiation exceeding 350lm/W(opt) and a high color rendering index close to 90 at a low correlated color temperature <3000K. These spectrally engineered WLEDs are obtained using a combination of CdSe/ZnS core/shell NQD nanophosphors integrated on blue InGaN/GaN LEDs.  相似文献

Sunlight like optical source is the primary objective of healthy lighting. In contrast, achieving full spectrum lighting with high stability remains challenging, mostly due to the scarcity of purple chip-pumped cyan-green phosphors and their inherent emission instability. In this study, a novel strategy is presented that realizes simultaneous enhancements in both humidity stability (increased by 2.9 times) and luminescence quantum efficiency (enhanced by 1.5 times) for cyan-emitting Sr3AlO4F:Ce3+ phosphor by employing Si/N doping. Theoretical modelling shows that these improvements are attributed to the regulation of energy bands and structural rigidity as well as modulation of the ionicity of chemical bonds. Furthermore, blending the other violet chip-pumped phosphors, sun-like LEDs that accurately replicate solar spectra in different times of the day with an optimal color rendering index of 99 is successfully engineered. Moreover, the universality of this strategy on other oxyfluoride phosphors has also been validated. This groundbreaking outcome offers a practical solution to overcome the inherent luminescence stability limitations in oxyfluoride phosphors, thus catalyzing the application of these cyan-green candidates in sun-like LED lighting.  相似文献

LED结温高低直接影响到LED出光效率、器件寿命、可靠性、发射波长等。保持LED结温往允许的范围内,是大功率LED芯片制备、器件封装和器件应用等每个环节都必须重点研究的关键因素,尤其是LED器件封装和器件应用设计必须着重解决的核心问题。首先介绍pn结结温对LED器什性能的影响,接着分析大功率LED结温与器件热阻的关系.基于对器件热阻的分析,得出了结温与热阻已经制约大功率LED进一步向更大功率发展的结论,并提出了如下两个观点:1.要在保持低成本和自然散热方式下提高LED器件的功率,根本的出路是提高光转换效率;2.在日前没有提高光转换效率的情况下,发展超过5W的大功率器件对工程应肘没有实质意义。  相似文献

The light diffuser with 3D microstructure is one of the high efficient light diffusers used in LED lighting to realize secondary optical design. The aspect ratio (AR), filling coefficient (FC) and arrangement (A) of microstructure plays an important role in the optical property of light diffuser. The experiment results and simulation results obtained from Light Tools software of light diffuser with microsphere structure used in LED light shows that the optical property of diffuser with microsphere structure whose diameter is from 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm, arranged in hexagon is best with AR of 0.22 and the filling coefficient of 100%.  相似文献

We consider illumination rendering with distributed control of a lighting system with an array of light-emitting diodes (LEDs). As low-cost microprocessors become standard components in LED drivers, distributing the computation of the control signals to individual LED drivers becomes attractive. Common distributed control algorithms require each individual controller to exchange information with all the others and process it. This incurs too large a communication and processing overhead for a low-cost local controller. In this Letter, we propose a distributed control algorithm for achieving global illumination rendering, wherein a controller only needs to communicate within a selected neighborhood. We present design criteria for defining the communication neighborhood and study its impact on rendering performance.  相似文献

柔性LED是近年来照明及显示领域研究的热点之一.本文提出了一种新的基于有机硅胶(PDMS)制备的兼具超弹性和柔性的荧光薄膜,它不仅在-50~230℃这一较宽的温度范围内展现了良好的热稳定性,还保持了原料荧光粉的光学性能.所制备的透明PDMS基质膜和相应的荧光膜具有完全的柔性和超弹性,其最大伸长率分别高达400%与275%.此外,采用所制掺YAG荧光膜和普通商用1 W蓝光芯片简单封装的白光LED灯珠满足日常白光照明的应用要求,呈现出约6925 K的平均色温,约71的平均显色指数,115.7 lm/W左右的平均发光效率.最后,基于所提出荧光膜成膜工艺而制备的三色3×3柔性阵列显示,可以轻易被拉伸、卷曲和折叠,显示了它在柔性照明及显示器件方面具有应用价值和潜力.  相似文献
