Conducting polyaniline/Cobaltosic oxide (PANI/Co3O4) composites were synthesized for the first time, by in situ deposition technique in the presence of hydrochloric acid (HCl) as a dopant by adding the fine grade powder (an average particle size of approximately 80 nm) of Co3O4 into the polymerization reaction mixture of aniline. The composites obtained were characterized by infrared spectra (IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The composition and the thermal stability of the composites were investigated by TG-DTG. The results suggest that the thermal stability of the composites is higher than that of the pure PANI. The improvement in the thermal stability for the composites is attributed to the interaction between PANI and nano-Co3O4.  相似文献

Nano-Mg(OH)2 (nanometre magnesium hydroxide, nano-MH) was successfully introduced into the esterification and polycondensation system by in situ polymerization to obtain PET/magnesium salt composites (PETMS). The thermal properties and flame retardancy of PETMS were investigated by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), UL-94 vertical burning and limited oxygen index (LOI) test. The DSC and TGA results show that magnesium salts in the PET matrix have little effect on the thermal properties of PET, but a significant effect on the thermal stabilities of the composites. The results of LOI and UL-94 test show PETMS have higher LOI values (≥25%) and V-0 rating without melt dripping in the UL-94 test, indicating that PETMS have good flame retardancy and anti-dripping property. Moreover, the residues of magnesium salts and composites after TGA test were also studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) to better understand the mechanism of flame retardancy, which reveals that magnesium salts accelerate the degradation of PET and catalyze the formation of char. The SEM results show the morphological structures of the char effectively protect the composites’ internal structures and inhibit the heat, smoke transmission and reduce the fuel gases when the fire contacts them.  相似文献

We prepared PANI/tetradecanol/MWNTs composites via in-situ polymerization. DSC results indicated that the composites are good form-stable phase change materials (PCMs) with large phase change enthalpy of 115 J g−1. The MWNTs were randomly dispersed in the composites and significantly enhanced the thermal conductivity of the PCMs from 0.33 to 0.43 W m−1 K−1. The form-stable PCMs won’t liquefy even it is heated at 80°C, so that the MWNTs were fixed in the composite and the phase separation of the MWNTs from PANI/tetradecanol/MWNTs composites won’t occur.  相似文献

Zn‐Al‐salicylic nanohybrid layers have been prepared and used as fillers for polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). Nanohybrid layers of a broad absorption area in UV region were completely and uniformly dispersed in a continuous polymer matrix. PVA and PVA nanohybrid composite (NHC) films were exposed to UV irradiation. Thermal properties (diffusivity, effusivity, and conductivity) of both have been measured through photoacoustic technique before and after UV irradiation. Thermal parameters of PVA suffered from a quick deterioration with UV exposure due to reduction of the phonon mean free path as a result of molecular chain scissions. However, significant stability in such parameters of NHC has been obtained under the influence of UV irradiation. Conductivity stability at thermal environment of conductive polyaniline‐complexes/polyimide (PANI‐complexes/PI) blends, which were doped by camphorsulfonic acid (CSA) and dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (DBSA), respectively, were investigated by conductivity measurements, electron spin resonance (ESR) spectra, differential and scanning thermometer (DSC). In the conversion process of PANI/Polyamic acid (PAA) to PANI/PI, the blend endeavored some kinds of alteration such as decomplexation of moisture and solvent, dissociation of dopant, crosslinking of PANI chain, and the imidization of PAA chain. PANI‐DBSA/PI showed higher thermal stability of conductivity than PANI‐CSA/PI, and both samples showed nearly linear decay of conductivity with increasing temperature showing greatly enhancement of conductivity stability. When they were exposed at near or over glass transition temperature, the conductivity decay became faster. The conductivity stability at base environment was also higher for PANI‐DBSA/PI due to difficulty in accessing of hydroxyl ion to PANI, which were resulted from dopant. DBSA‐doped blends showed increased polaron mobility and concentration at relatively high temperature, which led to extremely higher conductivity and its stability at high temperature. 以苯胺和过硫酸胺为原料,采用原位聚合方法合成了聚苯胺/碳化钨(PANI/WC)导电复合材料。研究了反应体系中碳化钨的含量对复合材料电导率的影响,确定了较佳的聚合条件,并且通过FT-IR、XRD、XPS和DSC-TGA等手段对复合材料的结构和性能进行了表征和分析。结果表明:碳化钨(WC)的加入提高了聚苯胺的电子导电性能,复合材料中聚苯胺组分为无定型,WC的晶型在反应前后并未发生变化,复合材料的热稳定性好并且质子化程度更高。  相似文献

In order to describe the influence of Pr6O11 on thermal and electrochemical performance of polyaniline (PANI), PANI/Pr6O11 composites were synthesized by in situ polymerization in the presence of sulfosalicylic acid (as dopant). The composites obtained was characterized by scanning electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectra, and X‐ray diffraction. The thermal stability of the composites was investigated by thermogravimetry and derivative thermogravimetry. Finally, the comparative analysis on the electrochemical properties of PANI/Pr6O11 composites electrodes, such as cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and constant current charge–discharge test, was conducted under similar conditions. Scanning electron microscope, infrared, and X‐ray diffraction results show that interaction exists between PANI and Pr6O11, and the composites are more crystalline than pure PANI. Thermogravimetry and derivative thermogravimetry analyses indicate that PANI/Pr6O11 composites and pure PANI have similar thermal stability. Moreover, the studies regarded to capacitive properties show that the electrochemical performance of the composites is improved greatly when Pr6O11 is added in small amount. However, with increasing the amount of Pr6O11, the electrochemical performance of the composites become worse, which indicates a large amount of Pr6O11 has a negative effect on the capacitance. These results suggest that PANI is still in the conductive form after inserting the Pr6O11, and the capacitance performance of PANI can be improved only by a low percentage of Pr6O11. The phase behaviour of thermoplastic polymer-dispersed liquid crystal system is studied with particular emphasis on the various transitions that occur within the system. The extent of plasticization of the polymer(polymethyl methacrylate) by the low molecular weight liquid crystal(E7) along with the several transitions of theLC(Liquid Crystal) are determined by modulated DSC. Optical microscopy was used to construct the temperature versus composition phase diagram. Our study indicates the existence of a limiting temperature of 40°C around which the PMMA matrix turns glassy irrespective of the initial composition within the phase separated region, suggesting the intersection of the glass transition curve with the coexistence curve. A slight depression of theN-I(Nematic to Isotropic) transition of theLC is observed with increasing composition of PMMA whereas theS-M(Smectic to Nematic) transition and theT g (Glass transition temperature) of theLC remain unaffected. The one phase mixture remains isotropic until phase separation at a lower temperature where theLC rich domains become nematic. The growth ofLC rich domains is studied as a function of temperature and time.  相似文献

以P123为模板剂,软模板法制备出纳米MnO2.酸性条件下引入苯胺并聚合,得到了MnO2/聚苯胺复合材料.X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征观察样品的结构、形貌.循环伏安、交流阻抗、恒电流充放电等测试MnO2/聚苯胺电极的电化学性能.结果表明:引入苯胺改变了样品纳米MnO2的形貌.MnO2/聚苯胺电极比容量高达190.8F·g-1,500次循环电极比容量仅衰减4.7%,库仑效率均保持在97%以上.  相似文献

Thermal stability of methacrylamide intercalated octadecylammonium montmorillonite (OD-M/MA) is limited by rapid desorption of methacrylamide (MA) at 140°C. It was improved by -irradiation. The irradiation intercalation complex OD-M/MA shows significant shift of the whole desorption process towards higher temperatures. However, part of the adsorbed organic material is released at 50°C signalizing presence of some volatile fractions. Decomposition products of the intercalated material and long-chain alkylamides in the acetone extract indicate complex reactions between MA and octadecylammonium chains. An additional swelling of the silicate structure occurs after -ray initiation and is probably related to the reaction products with a certain degree of cross-linking in the interlayers.  相似文献

Thermal analysis of poly-methylmethacrylate (PMMA) impregnated porous gel silica glasses confirms that the PMMA chains form hydrogen bonds with the pore surface silanol groups. The adopted conditions for the insitu polymerisation result in about 4% of residual monomers trapped in the polymer, most of them in the amorphous structure. The polymer and monomer mixture takes up the whole of the free pore volume. Most of the residual monomer polymerises during the DSC scans above the glass transition temperature providing an excellent probe for the weak glass transition. Polymerisation in the gel silica glass medium affects the glass transition temperature, the length of polymer chains, and the degree of polymerisation.  相似文献

Polystyrene (PS) was compounded with graphite that possesses high thermal conductivity and layer structures, and the PS/graphite thermal conductive nano‐composites were prepared. Thermal conductivity of PS improved remarkably in the presence of the graphite, and a much higher thermal conductivity of 1.95 W/m K can be achieved for the composite with 34 vol% of colloidal graphite. The Maxwell‐Eucken model and the Agari model were used to evaluate the thermal conductivity of the composites. For the purpose of improving the interfacial compatibility of PS/graphite, realizing the exfoliation and nano‐dispersion of graphite in the PS matrix, three intercalation methods, including rolling intercalation, solvent intercalation, and pan milling intercalation, were applied to prepare the composites, and the morphologies, thermal conductivities, and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. It should be noted that the one prepared by pan milling intercalation not only had excellent thermal conductivity but also much higher mechanical properties, resulting from a high degree of layer exfoliation of the graphite, the formation of the chain structure agglomerates of the graphite, and the creation of more conductive paths under the strong shear stress of pan milling. Polyaniline/montmorillonite (PAn/MMT) composite material has been prepared through chemical‐oxidative polymerization by using NH4S2O8 as the oxidant, and it was found that both the composites have inorganic and organic material characteristics and many outstanding performance through the copolymerization coupling of MMT and polyaniline. Infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) are used to characterize the composition and structures of composite materials, as well as test the conductivity of composite materials through a four‐probe technique. The preparation conditions of PAn/MMT conducting composites are optimized. The optimal conditions have been identified for the reaction time, amount of oxidizer, concentration of HCl, and the amount of MMT. Besides, the results show that when the reaction lasts for 8 hr in the ice bath, the amount of MMT is 0.4 g/5 ml An, the mole ratio of oxidant to aniline is 1, and the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 2 M, the composite had the largest conductivity up to 11.5 S/cm. 首先采用化学氧化聚合法合成聚苯胺(PANI),再采用溶剂热法制备了Bi_5O_7I/PANI复合材料,并采用X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱、场发射扫描电镜、紫外-可见漫反射光谱和荧光光谱等对所制备材料进行了表征,考察了复合材料在可见光光照条件下降解罗丹明B(RhB)的催化性能。结果表明当负载PANI后,Bi_5O_7I/PANI的复合材料都表现出优异的光催化性能。当PANI负载量在5%(w/w)时,催化效率最佳。在60 min内,其降解RhB的速率常数为Bi_5O_7I的3.9倍。捕获实验表明超氧自由基和空穴是该过程的主要活性物种。Bi_5O_7I/PANI具有优异光催化性能的原因主要在于,负载的PANI扩展了可见光吸收范围并增强了可见光吸收强度,而且PANI和Bi_5O_7I匹配的能级结构抑制了光生电子-空穴的复合效率。  相似文献

借助于PANI的还原性质,PANI/Fe2O3复合载体与AgNO3发生表面氧化还原反应,合成了Ag/PANI/Fe2O3复合纳米粒子。TEM和XRD结果表明,立方晶系纳米银的平均粒径10nm。FTIR结果表明,Ag与PANI及Fe2O3复合载体之间不存在化学键合作用,但由于PANI与Ag之间的电子相互作用,Ag/PANI/Fe2O3复合纳米粒子的FTIR吸收峰发生蓝移。Ag/PANI/Fe2O3复合纳米粒子对于间硝基苯磺酸钠的硼氢化钠还原反应表现出良好的催化活性,30min内间硝基苯磺酸钠的转化率达到86.77%。  相似文献

Silicone polymer composites filled with mica, glass frit, ferric oxide and/or a combination of these were developed as part of a ceramifiable polymer range for electrical power cables and other high temperature applications. This paper reports on the thermal stability of polymer composites as determined by thermogravimetric techniques, thermal conductivity and heat release rate as measured by cone calorimetry. The effects of fillers on thermal stability and flammability of silicone polymer are investigated. Of the fillers studied, mica and ferric oxide were found to have a stabilising effect on the thermal stability of silicone polymer. Additionally, mica and ferric oxide were found to lower heat release rates during combustion, but only mica was found to increase time to ignition.  相似文献

Two glasses, the first one with the composition of Li2O·2SiO2 and the second one with the addition of CaO, P2O5 and CaF2 in the stoichiometric ratio corresponding to fluoroapatite were prepared and their tendency to crystallize has been studied by non-isothermal DTA analysis. The values of kinetic parameters calculated using the isoconversional integral method have been used to determine the temperature dependencies of both the length of isothermal induction period and the length of overall isothermal crystallization for both glasses. The estimated dependencies indicate that the glass containing CaO, P2O5 and CaF2 has a lower thermal stability.  相似文献

Crystallinity parameters and changes in the crystalline morphology with temperature of an electrically conductive composite containing ultrahigh molecular mass polyethylene (UHMMPE) and polyaniline (PANI) doped with dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (DBSA) are studied for the first time by using differential scanning calorimetry and wide-angle X-ray diffraction. It is found that during the melting of UHMMPE crystals PANI partially penetrates in the amorphous phase of the matrix polymer. Since the composite is found to be thermally stable up to ca. 270°C, it can be suggested that it would be processable without loosing conductivity at temperatures much higher than the melting temperature of UHMMPE.
