In this paper, we present a function package for to calculate quantum resource measures and dynamics of open systems. Our package includes common operators and operator lists, frequently-used functions for computing quantum entanglement, quantum correlation, quantum coherence, quantum Fisher information and dynamics in noisy environments. We briefly explain the functions of the package and illustrate how to use the package with several typical examples. We expect that this package is a useful tool for future research and education.  相似文献

Dealing with uncertainty in applications of machine learning to real-life data critically depends on the knowledge of intrinsic dimensionality (ID). A number of methods have been suggested for the purpose of estimating ID, but no standard package to easily apply them one by one or all at once has been implemented in Python. This technical note introduces scikit-dimension, an open-source Python package for intrinsic dimension estimation. The scikit-dimension package provides a uniform implementation of most of the known ID estimators based on the scikit-learn application programming interface to evaluate the global and local intrinsic dimension, as well as generators of synthetic toy and benchmark datasets widespread in the literature. The package is developed with tools assessing the code quality, coverage, unit testing and continuous integration. We briefly describe the package and demonstrate its use in a large-scale (more than 500 datasets) benchmarking of methods for ID estimation for real-life and synthetic data.  相似文献

A new method for calculating the curvature tensor has been recently proposed by D. Hestenes. This method is a particular application of geometric calculus, which has been implemented in an algebraic programming language on the form of a package called GEOCALC. A symbolic algebra package is presented for performing computations in the Newman-Penrose formalism. We illustrate the power of the package by using it to carry out a complex calculation that arises in the integration of the Petrov type-D vacuum field equations.This research was supported in part by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada in the form of a Postgraduate Scholarship (S. We exploited the coupling efficiency between a rear-facet emission of a light emitting device and a monitoring photo detector (mPD) in a transistor-outlined (TO) package. By considering the far-field angles of the back illuminating light and the detector area, we could achieve two-dimensional tolerance of the coupling efficiency in the compact microelectronic package under mechanical limitation.  相似文献

There are currently compact and reliable gas turbines that prove very suitable for cogeneration. The present paper deals with the basic structure of a program package that makes it possible to simulate, using manufacturers' data, four of the ways in which such installations can be configured.Furthermore, this package makes it possible to determine optimum running conditions for the system analysed. The complex algorithm is used to yield the minimum operation cost, which is the function sought. We conclude with an example of software application.  相似文献

We present a preliminary version of a software package, Chem1D, that performs molecular orbital calculations on one-dimensional atoms and molecules using the unadorned Coulomb operator 1/|x1 ? x2|. We describe methods for computing the necessary one- and two-electron integrals and outline the overall structure of the package. We use Chem1D to perform calculations on a set of small molecules and show that one-dimensional chemistry differs in a number of interesting ways from three-dimensional chemistry.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose low temperature co-fired ceramic-chip on board (LTCC-COB) package with improved thermal characteristics; no insulation layer exists between the LED chip and metal base. In actual measurement as well as in thermal simulation, the proposed LED lamp structure showed excellent thermal properties, compared with surface mound device-printed circuit board (SMD-PCB) package LED lamp. The optical output power, thermal distribution, current-voltage (I-V) and electroluminescence (EL) were measured and compared to analyze the characteristics of LTCC-COB package LED lamp with SMD-PCB package LED lamp. EL peak intensity of LTCC-COB package LED lamp is 1.75 times better than that of SDM-PCB package LED lamp. The thermal resistance between packing area and air was found to be 7.3 K/W and 7.9 K/W for LTCC-COB package and SMD-PCB package respectively. The proposed LTCC-COB packaged LED lamp is not only suitable for high power LED package due to its low thermal resistance but also a promising solution for illumination modules.  相似文献

We study model spaces, in the sense of Hairer, for stochastic partial differential equations involving the fractional Laplacian. We prove that the fractional Laplacian is a singular kernel suitable to apply the theory of regularity structures. Our main contribution is to study the dependence of the model space for a regularity structure on the three-parameter problem involving the spatial dimension, the polynomial order of the nonlinearity, and the exponent of the fractional Laplacian. The goal is to investigate the growth of the model space under parameter variation. In particular, we prove several results in the approaching subcriticality limit leading to universal growth exponents of the regularity structure. A key role is played by the viewpoint that model spaces can be identified with families of rooted trees. Our proofs are based upon a geometrical construction similar to Newton polygons for classical Taylor series and various combinatorial arguments. We also present several explicit examples listing all elements with negative homogeneity by implementing a new symbolic software package to work with regularity structures. We use this package to illustrate our analytical results and to obtain new conjectures regarding coarse-grained network measures for model spaces.  相似文献

We present a software module which allows one to efficiently perform molecular dynamics and local minimization calculations in internal coordinates when incorporated into a molecular dynamics package. We have implemented a reference interface to the NIH version of the X-PLOR structure refinement package and we show that the module provides superior torsion-angle dynamics functionality relative to the native X-PLOR implementation. The module has been designed in a portable fashion so that interfacing it with other packages should be relatively easy. Other features of the module include the ability to define rather general internal coordinates, an accurate integration algorithm which can automatically adjust the integration step size, and a modular design, which facilitates extending and enhancing the module.  相似文献

On the basis of detailed tables of signals from Yakutsk extensive air shower scintillation detectors that were calculated using the GEANT4 package, the numerical evaluation of the energy E θ of inclined extensive air showers has been obtained using a pilot signal at a distance of 1000 m from the shower axis and the known zenith angle θ using the CORSIKA package. This original estimate was obtained without using the method of cutting the signal spectra according to lines of equal intensity. We also obtained the values of practical units of measure for signals in ground-based and underground detectors.  相似文献

We justify the practical use of the Shuvaev integral transform approach to calculate the skewed distributions, needed to describe diffractive processes, directly from the conventional diagonal global parton distributions. We address doubts which have been raised about this procedure. We emphasise that the approach, on the one hand, satisfies all theoretical requirements, and, on the other hand, is consistent with DVCS data at NLO. We construct an easily accessible package for the computation of these skewed distributions.  相似文献
