A new complex [Zn(OH2)(HDPA)2]·3H2O 1 (H2DPA = 2,6-pyridine-dicarboxylic acid) has been prepared at room temperature from the reaction of zinc(II) chloride and 2,6-pyri- dine-dicarboxylic acid in mixed solvent of H2O and EtOH with pyridine, and characterized by X-ray analysis and thermal analysis, exhibiting that the coordination geometry of Zn(II) ion is an octa- hedron. Crystal data: ZnC14H16N2O12, Mr = 469.66, monoclinic, P21/n, a = 7.0067(3), b = 23.8215 (12), c = 10.7404(3)(A), β = 99.823(2)°,V = 1766.40(13)(A)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.766 g/cm3, F(000) = 960, μ = 1.463 mm-1, R1 = 0.0462 and wR2 = 0.0884 (I > 2σ(I)). 相似文献

A new metal-organic coordination complex [Zn(H2BPTC)(phen)2]n·3nH2O (BPTC = 3,3′,4,4′-benzophenone tetracarboxylate, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) 1 has been obtained from hydrothermal reaction and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In compound 1, the zinc cation is hexa-coordinated with two carboxylate oxygen atoms from one H2BPTC ligand and four nitrogen atoms from two different phen ligands, showing a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. A novel complex [Zn(FcCOO)2(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)]2·H2O (Fc = (η5-C5H5)Fe(η5-C5H4), 2,2'-bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 6.8187(4), b = 21.7155(13), c = 19.7411(12) A, α = 90, β = 97.7420(10), γ = 90o, C64H58Fe4Zn2N4O11, Mr = 1413.28, V = 2896.4(3) A3, Dc = 1.620 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 1444, μ(MoKα) = 1.857 mm-1, R = 0.0523 and wR = 0.0982 for 3219 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Structural analysis shows that the zinc atom is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two ferrocenemonocarboxylates and one water molecule together with two nitrogen atoms from 2,2'-bipyridine, giving a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The complex molecules are linked to form an infinite one-dimensional chain by both intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions of the bipyridine rings. 相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [{Cd(hmbdc)(H2O)3}·2H2O]n (hmbdc = 5-hydroxy- isophthalic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 9.599(3), b = 18.699(5), c = 7.557(2) , β = 108.198(4)°, V = 1288.6(6) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 382.60, Dc = 1.972 g/cm3, F(000) = 760, μ = 1.740, the final R = 0.0555 and wR = 0.0995 for 1732 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structural analysis shows that the intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions result in a three-dimensional supramolecular framework. 相似文献

Under hydrothermal conditions, 4-(4,5-dicarboxy-1H-imidazol-2-yl)pyridine 1-oxide (H3DCImPyO) reacted with ZnCl2 to give the 1D chain complex {[Zn(DCImPyO)·(H2O)2·]·H3O}n (1). Single-crystal X-ray determination shows that complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2 1 /c with a=9.488(2), b=13.247(3), c=12.959(4) , β=126.716(19)°, Z=4, V=1305.6(6) 3 , C10H11N3O8Zn, D c=1.865 g/cm3 , M r=366.61, λ(MoKa)=0.71073 , μ=1.930 mm -1 , F(000)=744, R=0.0472 and wR=0.1487. Fluorescent analysis showed an intense emission band at 422 nm when the exciting radiation was set at 378 nm. Dielectric constant of complex 1 was measured at different frequencies with temperature variation. 相似文献

The compound contains two different building units,[Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)4] and [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)2]. It is noticeable that [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)4] is an isolated binuclear building block,in which the Pr3+ ion centers are both located in an eight-coordinated environment. A binuclear complex [Cu2(phen)2(ip)(Hip)2]·4H2O has been synthesized by the reaction of Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O, phen(1,10-phenanthroline) and isophthalic acid (H2ip) under hydrothermal condition. Elemental analysis, IR spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure. Crystal data for this complex: mono- clinic, space group C2/c, a = 19.214(3), b = 10.6973(14), c = 22.567(3) , β = 105.081(2)°, C24H19N2O8Cu, Mr = 526.95, Z = 8, F(000) = 2160, V = 4478.6(10) 3, Dc = 1.563 g/cm3, μ = 1.030 mm-1, –24≤h≤16, –13≤k≤13, –28≤l≤28, R = 0.0369 and wR = 0.0819 for 4615 (Rint = 1.0357) independent reflections and 3290 observed ones (I > 2σ(I)). Structural analysis shows that coordination geometry of Cu(Ⅱ) is a planar square, and the title complex exhibits a 2-D framework supramolecular structure by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. 相似文献
