The interaction between Mo2(O2CCH3)4, Me3SiI and I2 in THF resulted in oxygen abstraction from the solvent and formation of [Mo2(μ-O)(μ-I)(μ-O2CCH3) I2(THF)4]+[MoOI4(THF)] and I---(CH2)4---I. The molybdenum complex has been characterized by X-ray diffractometry. Crystal data: triclinic, space group P , a = 13.827(3) Å; b = 15.803(7) Å; c = 9.950(3) Å; = 93.34(4)°; β = 102.40(2)°; γ = 90.09(2)°; V = 2120(2) Å3; Z = 2; dcalc = 2.559 g cm−3; R = 0.0476 (Rw = 0.0613) for 370 parameters and 3938 data with F02> 3σ(F02). The metal-metal distance in the cation is 2.527(2) Å and indicates a strong interaction. The magnetic behavior is consistent with the assignment of one unpaired electron to the Mo27+ core of the cation and one to the d1 Mo(V) center of the anion. The interaction between Mo(CO)6 and I2 in THF also results in the formation of 1,4-diiodobutane.  相似文献

The complex Fe(η6-C5H5CMe3)2 crystallizes in the centrosymmetric triclinic space group P (Ci1; No. 2) with unit cell dimensions of a 8.770(1) Å, b 8.878(1) Å, c 11.991(1) Å, 107.56(1)°, β 90.85(1)°, γ 90.13(1)°, V 890.0(2) Å3 and Z = 2. A full sphere of data was collected on a four-circle diffractometer. The structure was solved and refined to R 7.93% for all 3155 independent reflections and R 4.98% for those 2002 data with | F0 | > 6σ. | F0 |. The molecules lie on crystallographic inversion centers at 0, 0, 0 and 1/2, 0, 1/2; the crystallographic asymmetric unit therefore consists of two independent half molecules. The molecule centered at 0, 0, 0 (molecule “A”) is ordered and well-defined; that centered on 1/2, 0, 1/2 (molecule “B”)is probably disordered, as indicated by larger “thermal parameters” and a greater range of apparent interatomic distances. Discussion em phasizes the geometry of molecule A, which has precise Ci symmetry with Fe(1A)-B(1A) 2.297(4) Å and Fe(1A)-C(ring) distances ranging from 2.057(6) Å to 2.138(4) Å.  相似文献

Two novel hydrogen maleato (HL) bridged Cu(II) complexes 1[Cu(phen)Cl(HL)2/2] 1 and 1[Cu(phen)(NO3)(HL)2/2] 2 were obtained from reactions of 1,10-phenanthroline, maleic acid with CuCl2·2H2O and Cu(NO3)2·3H2O, respectively, in CH3OH/H2O (1:1 v/v) at pH=2.0 and the crystal structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. Both complexes crystallize isostructurally in the monoclinic space group P21/n with cell dimensions: 1 a=8.639(2) Å, b=15.614(3) Å, c=11.326(2) Å, β=94.67(3)°, Z=4, Dcalc=1.720 g/cm3 and 2 a=8.544(1) Å, b=15.517(2) Å, c=12.160(1) Å, β=90.84(8)°, Z=4, Dcalc=1.734 g/cm3. In both complexes, the square pyramidally coordinated Cu atoms are bridged by hydrogen maleato ligands into 1D chains with the coordinating phen ligands parallel on one side. Interdigitation of the chelating phen ligands of two neighbouring chains via π–π stacking interactions forms supramolecular double chains, which are then arranged in the crystal structures according to pseudo 1D close packing patterns. Both complexes exhibit similar paramagnetic behavior obeying Curie–Weiss laws χm(T−θ)=0.414 cm3 mol−1 K with the Weiss constants θ=−1.45, −1.0 K for 1 and 2, respectively.  相似文献

The XeOSeF5+ cation has been synthesized for the first time and characterized in solution by 19F, 77Se and 129Xe NMR spectroscopy and in the solid state by X-ray crystallography and Raman spectroscopy with AsF6 as its counter anion. The X-ray crystal structures of the tellurium analogue and of the Xe(OChF5)2 derivatives have also been determined: [XeOChF5][AsF6] crystallize in tetragonal systems, P4/n, a=6.1356(1) Å, c=13.8232(2) Å, V=520.383(14) Å3, Z=2 and R1=0.0453 at −60°C (Te) and a=6.1195(7) Å, c=13.0315(2) Å, V=488.01(8) Å3, Z=2 and R1=0.0730 at −113°C (Se); Xe(OTeF5)2 crystallizes in a monoclinic system, P21/c, a=10.289(2) Å, b=9.605(2) Å, c=10.478(2) Å, β=106.599(4)°, V=992.3(3) Å3, Z=4 and R1=0.0680 at −127°C; Xe(OSeF5)2 crystallizes in a triclinic system, , a=8.3859(6) Å, c=12.0355(13) Å, V=732.98(11) Å3, Z=3 and R1=0.0504 at −45°C. The energy minimized geometries and vibrational frequencies of the XeOChF5+ cations and Xe(OChF5)2 were calculated using density functional theory, allowing for definitive assignments of their experimental vibrational spectra.  相似文献

Nest-shaped cluster [MoOICu3S3(2,2′-bipy)2] (1) was synthesized by the treatment of (NH4)2MoS4, CuI, (n-Bu)4NI, and 2,2′-bipyridine (2,2′-bipy) through a solid-state reaction. It crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n, a=9.591(2) Å, b=14.820(3) Å, c=17.951(4) Å, β=91.98(2)°, V=2549.9(10) Å3, and Z=4. The nest-shaped cluster was obtained for the first time with a neutral skeleton containing 2,2′-bipy ligand. The non-linear optical (NLO) property of [MoOICu3S3(2,2′-bipy)2] in DMF solution was measured by using a Z-scan technique with 15 ns and 532 nm laser pulses. The cluster has large third-order NLO absorption and the third-order NLO refraction, its 2 and n2 values were calculated as 6.2×10−10 and −3.8×10−17 m2 W−1 in a 3.7×10−4 M DMF solution.  相似文献

The bimetallic [Pt(NH3)4]2[W(CN)8][NO3]·2H2O is characterised by single-crystal X-ray diffraction [S.G.P21/m(11), a=8.0418(7), b=19.122(2), c=9.0812(6) Å, Z=2]. All platinum centres have the square-plane D4h geometry with average dimensions Pt(1)–N 2.042(2) and Pt(2)–N 2.037(10) Å. The octacyanotungstate anion has the square-antiprismatic D4d configuration with average dimensions W(1)–C 2.164(13), C–N 1.140(12), W(1)–N 3.303(5) Å. The structure exhibits two different mutual orientations of Pt versus W units resulting in Pt(2)–W(1), W(1)* separations of 4.77(2), 4.55(2)* and Pt(1)–W(1) of 6.331(8) Å. A centrosymmetric structure reveals groups of two distinct columns: the first is formed by intercalated NO3 between parallel [Pt(1)(NH3)4]2+ planes and the second consists of [W(CN)8]3− interlayered by, parallel to square faces of W-antiprisms, [Pt(2)(NH3)4]2+. The structure is stabilised through a three-dimensional hydrogen bond network via nitrogen atoms of cyanide ligands, hydrogen atoms of NH3 ligands, water molecules and oxygen atoms of NO3 counteranions. The vibrational pattern and the range of ν(CN) frequencies attributable to the electronic environment of W(V) and W(IV) are consistent with the ground state Pt(II)↔W(V) charge transfer.  相似文献

The reaction between metallic barium and fluoroisopropanol or alcoholysis of [Ba(OPri)2] produces a pentanuclear fluoroalkoxide. Its X-ray structure determination showed its formulation to correspond to Ba55-OH)[μ3-OCH(CF3)2]42-OCH(CF3)2]4 [OCH(CF3)2](THF)4(H2O)·THF. The metallic core is based on a square pyramid encapsulating an hydroxo ligand. In addition to the barium---alkoxide bonds [2.53(3)–2.86(3) Å] neutral O-donors, four THF [2.82(2)–2.86(3) Å] and one H2O [2.79(3) Å] and secondary barium---fluorine interactions [2.99(2)–3.31(2) Å] ensure high coordination numbers, from 9 to 11 for the metal centers. Hydrogen bonding between the apical fluoroisopropoxide, the water molecule and one THF molecule, non-bonded to a metal center, accounts for the stability of the hydrate and illustrates the Lewis acidity of fluoroalkoxides. Thermal decomposition leads to BaF2.  相似文献

The diorganoplatinum(II) complexes PtR2{(py)3COH} (R = Me, Ph; (py)3COH = tris(pyridin-2-yl)methanol) react with water in organic solvents to form diorgano(hydroxo)platinum(IV) cations [Pt(OH)R2{(py)3COH}]+, and the cation with R = Ph reacts with dilute nitric acid to form [PtPh2{(py)3COH}(OH2)]2+. The cation in [PtPh2{(py)3COH}(OH2)][NO3]2 · H2O has octahedral geometry with a Pt---O bond distance of 2.04(1) Å. The higher trans influence of phenyl than aqua ligands is reflected in the Pt---N bond distances: 2.14(2) and 2.17(1) Å trans to the phenyl groups, and 1.99(2) Å trans to the aqua ligand.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of vanadium oxide starting materials with divalent transition metal cations in the presence of nitrogen donor chelating ligands yield the bimetallic cluster complexes with the formulae [{Cd(phen2)2V4O12]·5H2O (1) and [Ni(phen)3]2[V4O12]·17.5H2O (2). Crystal data: C48H52Cd2N8O22V4 (1), triclinic. a=10.3366(10), b=11.320(3), c=13.268(3) Å, =103.888(17)°, β=92.256(15)°, γ=107.444(14)°, Z=1; C72H131N12Ni2O29.5V4 (2), triclinic. a=12.305(3), b=13.172(6), c=15.133(4), =79.05(3)°, β=76.09(2)°, γ=74.66(3)°, Z=1. Data were collected on a Siemens P4 four-circle diffractometer at 293 K in the range 1.59° <θ<26.02° and 2.01°<θ<25.01° using the ω-scan technique, respectively. The structure of 1 consists of a [V4O12]4− cluster covalently attached to two {Cd(phen)2}2+ fragments, in which the [V4O12]4− cluster adopts a chair-like configuration. In the structure of 2, the [V4O12]4− cluster is isolated. And the complex formed a layer structure via hydrogen bonds between the [V4O12]4− unit and crystallization water molecules.  相似文献

A potential energy function has been derived for the two linear isomer structures He2Ne+(X2Σ+) using ab initio calculations with the QCISD(T)/6–31++G(d,p) method. Because we use the reasonable dissociation limit (3) instead of the unacceptable one (1), our potential energy function represents considerable topographical features in detail, including the linear [He---Ne+---He] structure (RHeNe = 1.4694 Å, RHe'Ne = 2.0069 Å HeNeHe = 180°) with two symmetric linear saddles (RHeNe = RHe'Ne = 1.80 Å, HeNeHe = 180° and RHeNe = 1.5 Å, RHe'Ne = 3.2 A°, HeNeHe = 180°), and the topographical minimum of the [He---He---Ne+] structure (RHeHe = 2.2217 Å, RHeNe = 1.4426 Å, HeHeNe = 180°), with a linear saddle (RHeHe' = 3.0 Å, RHeNe = 1.8 Å, HeHeNe = 180°).  相似文献

The geometric structure of (CF3S)2C=C(SCF3)2 in the vapour phase was determined by electron diffraction. The molecule possesses D2 symmetry with the S---CF3 bonds oriented perpendicular to the ethene plane, in alternating directions up-down-up-down. The following skeletal geometric parameters were obtained (ra distances and angles, experimental uncertainties are 3σ values): C=C = 1.34Å (ass.), C(sp2---S = 1.761(5)Å, S---C(sp3) = 1.832(5)Å, S---C---C = 119.6(4)°, C---S---C = 100.6(13)°, and ø(C=C---S---C) = 90.9(11)°. The gas phase conformation differs considerably from the crystal structure, where the molecule possesses Ci symmetry and the CF3 groups, which are bonded to cis-standing sulfur atoms, lie on the same side of the ethene plane with dihedral angles ø(C=C---S---C) of 117° and 127°.  相似文献

The complex [H3NCH2CH2NH3][PdBr6] has been isolated as well-formed brown crystals. The Raman (single crystal) and FTIR (wax disc) spectra of the complex have been recorded but the band assignments are complicated by extensive factor group splitting and resonance effects. The crystal belongs to space group Pnnm, with Z = 2, each ion occupying sites of 2/m (C2h) symmetry. The [PdBr6]2− ion is very close to octahedral, the two unique PdBr distances, 2.466(3) and 2.470(3) Å, being equal within experimental error and the BrPdBr angles being 90 ± 0.8°. The diammonium cation has an extended, planar, trans structure.  相似文献

Triphenyltelluronium hexachloroplatinate (1), hexachloroiridate (2), tetrachloroaurate (3), and tetrachloroplatinate (4) were prepared from Ph3TeCl and potassium salts of the corresponding anions. Upon recrystallization of 4 from concentrated nitric acid, K2[PtCl6] and (Ph3Te)(NO3)·HNO3 (5) were obtained. The crystal structures of 1–3 and 5 are reported. Compounds 1 and 2 are isostructural. They are triclinic, P , Z=2 (the asymmetric unit contains two formula units). Compound 1: a=10.7535(2), b=17.2060(1), c=21.4700(3) Å, =78.9731(7), β=77.8650(4), γ=78.8369(4)°. Compound 2: a=10.7484(2), b=17.1955(2), c=21.4744(2) Å, =78.834(1), β=77.649(1), γ=78.781(1)°. Compound 3 is monoclinic, P21/c, Z=4, a=8.432(2), b=14.037(3), c=17.306(3) Å, β=93.70(3)°. Compound 5 is monoclinic. P21/n, Z=4, a=9.572(2), b=14.050(3), c=13.556(3) Å, β=90.76(3)°. The primary bonding in the Ph3Te+ cation in each salt is a trigonal AX3E pyramid with Te---C bond lengths in the range 2.095(8)–2.14(2) Å and the bond angles 94.1(6)–100.9(5)°. The weak TeCl (1–3) and TeO (5) secondary interactions expand the coordination sphere. In 1 and 2 the cation shows a trigonal bipyramidal AX3YE coordination with one primary Te---C bond and the shortest secondary TeCl contact in axial positions and the two other Te---C bonds and the lone-pair in equatorial positions. The cation in 3 shows a distorted octahedral AX3Y3E environment and that in 5 is a more complex AX3Y3Y′2 arrangement. In both latter salts the structure is a complicated three-dimensional network of cations and anions.  相似文献

Irradiation of the 30-electron Mo25-C5Me5)2(CO)4 and Re2(CO)10 in toluene solution (containing H2O) afforded (in 1–2% yields) a novel triangular metal cluster, (η5-C5Me5)3Mo3(CO)42-H)(η3-O) (1), which was characterized by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. Compound 1, of pseudo Cs-m symmetry, has a triangulo-Mo33-O) core with composite Mo---H---Mo and Mo---Mo electron-pair bonds along one unusually short edge (2.660(1) Å) and Mo--- electron-pair bonds along the other two edges (2.916(1) and 2.917(1) Å). The edge-bridged hydride ligand, which displays a characteristic high-field proton NMR resonance at δ −17.79 ppm, was not found from the crystallographic determination but was located via a quantitative potential-energy-minimization method. This procedure unambiguously established that the optimized hydrogen position, which corresponds to a distinct coordination site with identical Mo---H distances of 1.85 Å, is the only one that can be sterically occupied by a metal-bound hydride ligand. This 46-electron species is the first electron-deficient trimolybdenum cluster containing a monoprotonated Mo---Mo double bond; its existence is attributed to ligand overcrowding due to the bulky pentamethylcyclopentadienyl rings. The title calixarene, dimanganese thiacalix[4]arene tetrasulfonate, was prepared and its crystal structure was determined. [Mn(H2O)6]2[thiacalix[4]arene tetrasulfonate]·0.5H2O crystallizes in the monoclinic system, P2(1)/m space group, with a=13.014 (6), b=14.146 (9), c=13.184 (7) Å, β=113.307 (10)°, V=2229 (2) Å3 and Dc=1.710 gcm−3, Z=2. The title calixarene exists in the solid state as bilayer structure. The hydrophobic organic layer consists of thiacalix[4]arene tetrasulfonate in an up-down fashion, whereas, the hydrophilic inorganic layer consists of hexaaquamanganese (II) which is linked to the former through a second-sphere coordination.  相似文献

These exhibit C O bond lengths (1.35(1), 1.338(5) Å) that are intermediate between those of propionaldehyde (1.209(4) Å) and 1-propanol (1.41 Å). Other geometric features are analyzed. Two new coordination polymers of copper(I) chloride and pyrazinic acid (pyz-H), namely [CuCl(pyz-H)2]·2H2O (1) and [Cu2Cl2(pyz)(H2O)]·H2O (2) have been prepared and characterized by spectroscopic, magnetic and crystallographic methods. The overall physical measurements suggest that 1 is diamagnetic and contains monodentate N-pyrazinic acid, whereas 2 is paramagnetic and contains tridentate N,N′,O- chelating bridging pyrazinato anion. In the structure of 1 as elucidated by X-ray single crystal analysis, the asymmetric units [CuCl(pyz)2] are linked together forming a zigzag chain with tetrahedral copper(I) environment. The two lattice water molecules form hydrogen bonds with the uncoordinated N atom and carboxylate group O atom of pyz-H molecules. The Cu–N bond lengths are 2.009(6) Å and Cu–Cl distances are 2.337(2) Å. Complex 2 has a three-dimensional structure with the chains [Cu(I)Cu(II)(C5H3N2O2)Cl2(H2O)] interconnected by [Cu(I)Cl2N] tetrahedral unit and [Cu(II)NO2Cl2] polyhedra. The Cu(I)–Cl and Cu(I)–N distances are 2.327(2)–2.581(2) Å and 1.988(6) Å, respectively, whereas the Cu(II)–Cl and Cu(II)–N bond lengths are 2.258(2), 2.581(2) Å, and 2.017(6) Å, respectively. Hydrogen bonds of the type O–HO are formed between lattice and coordinated water, and carboxylate oxygens of pyrazinato ligand giving rise to a three-dimensional network. The Cl anions act as bridging ligands in both complexes. The magnetic data of complex 2 have been measured from 2 to 300 K and discussed.  相似文献

Polarized absorption spectra of Ba(MnO4)2·3H2O/Ba(ClO4)2·3H2O mixed single crystals are reported at 4.2°K. Previous 1T21A1 assignments for the 5200 Å and 3000 Å absorption bands of MnO4 are substantiated; further support is provided for the 1T11A1 assignment of the 3600 Å absorption band of MnO4. The site-splitting of the 5200 Å 1T2 state is E(1E)−E(1A) ≈ −150 cm−1; that of the 3000 Å 1T2 state is E(1E)−E(1A) ≈ 300 cm−1. A significant e vibronic intensity component is observed in the 5200 Å 1T2 state.  相似文献

The reaction (1 : 1) between [A Me2)Cl2] and [Hg(2-C6H4-N=NPh)2] gives the complex [(2-PhN=NC6H4)A MeC2)Cl], which on treatment with AgClO4 gives [(2-Ph Me2)]ClO4. From this complex, the species [(2-PhN=NC6H4)A Me2)X] (X = CH3COO, CN), or [(2-PhN=NC6H4)A Me2)L] (L = PPh3, py) are obtained by reaction with the corresponding KX salts or neutral ligands.

The crystal structure of [(2-Ph Me2)][AuCl4] (obtained by metathesis between the corresponding perchlorate and tetramethylammonium salts) has been determined; the cation displays square-planar coordination with two cis-nitrogen (Au---N: 2.166(15), 2.140(14) Å) and two cis-carbon (Au---C: 2.021(16), 2.033(17) Å) atoms bonded to the gold atom.  相似文献
