The phenylmethacrylamide monomer, 1‐(4‐methacrylamidophenyl)‐1‐(4‐nitrophenyl)prop‐1‐en‐3‐one (MPNP) containing a photosensitive group was synthesized by reacting 4‐nitrocinnamoylaniline with methacryloyl chloride in the presence of triethylamine at 0–5°C. The functional monomer, MPNP was polymerized in ethyl methyl ketone (EMK) under nitrogen atmosphere at 70°C using benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as the initiator. The synthesized polymer was characterized by UV, IR, 1H‐NMR and 13C‐NMR spectroscopy. The molecular weight data of the polymer as obtained from gel permeation chromatography suggests a higher tendency for chain termination by radical recombination than disproportionation. The thermal studies of the polymer were obtained from thermogravimetric analysis. The glass transition temperature of the polymer was determined by differential scanning calorimetry. The solubility of the polymer was tested in various organic solvents at room temperature. The photosensitivity of the polymer was investigated in various solvents in the presence and absence of triplet photosensitizers. The effect of the different solvents nature and concentration on the rate of photocrosslinking of the polymer were also examined for using the polymer as negative photoresist materials.  相似文献

A series of six (8)‐alkyl‐4‐trifluoromethyl‐5,6,7,8‐tetrahydro‐2(1H)quinazolinones, 4‐trifluoromethyl‐cyclopenta[d]‐2(1H)pyrimidinones, and their thioxo analogs from the reaction of five β‐alkoxyvinyl trifluoromethyl ketones, derived from alkylated cyclohexanones and cyclopentanone with urea and thiourea, is reported. The reactions were carried out in a single step in propan‐2‐ol as solvent and boron trifluoride diethyl etherate as catalyst in 18–65% yield.  相似文献

The copolymerization of 2‐(3‐(6‐tetralino)‐3‐methyl‐1‐cyclobutyl)‐2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate (TCHEMA), monomer with acrylonitrile and 4‐vinylpyridine were carried out in 1,4‐dioxane solution at 65°C using AIBN as an initiator. The copolymers were characterized by FTIR, 1H‐NMR, and 13C‐NMR spectroscopic techniques. Thermal properties of the polymers were also studied by thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. The copolymer compositions were determined by elemental analysis. The monomer reactivity ratios were calculated by the Fineman‐Ross and Kelen‐Tüdös method. Also, the apparent thermal decomposition activation energies were calculated by the Ozawa method with a Shimadzu TGA 50 thermogravimetric analysis thermobalance.  相似文献

Nano n-propylsulfonated γ-Fe2O3 was found to be a highly efficient, reusable heterogeneous catalyst for the conversion of a range of monosaccharides and some of their derivatives to the corresponding O-isopropylidene derivatives in good to excellent yields by refluxing the reaction mixture in dry acetone. The magnetic property of the catalyst enabled its separation from the reaction mixture by a simple process of filtration along with the aid of an external magnet. The efficiency of the catalyst was found to be largely unaffected for at least up to six cycles of reuse, thus proving the new methodology to be environmentally rewarding besides being simple and facile in operation.  相似文献

Enantiomerically pure (S)‐RO363 was synthesized by using (R,R) Salen Co(III) complex for the resolution of terminal epoxide. The hydrolytic kinetic resolution process was carried out at room temperature in excellent enantioselectivity. The method can be applied for large‐scale preparation of (S) RO363.  相似文献

The reaction of dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates with alkyl 2‐[3‐oxo‐3,4‐dihydro‐2(1H)‐quinoxadinylidene]ethanoates in the presence of triphenylphosphine leads to trialkyl (E)‐3‐{3‐oxo‐2‐3,4‐dihydro‐2‐(1H)‐quinoxalinylidene}‐prop‐1‐ene‐1,2,3‐tricarboxylates in good yields.  相似文献

The construction and performance characteristics of polymeric membrane electrodes based on neutral ionophore 5,5′‐(5,5′‐(benzo[c][1,2,5]thiadiazole‐4,7‐diyl)bis(thiophene‐5,2‐diyl))bis‐(N1,N1,N3,N3‐tetraphenylbenzene‐1,3‐diamine) (L) for quantification of cadmium ions, are described. Effect of plastisizers dibutylpthalate (DBP), tri‐n‐butylphosphate (TBP), dioctylpthalate (DOP), o‐nitrophenyloctyl ether (o‐NPOE), 1‐chloronaphthalene (CN) and ionic additives sodium tetraphenylborate (NaTPB), potassium tetrakis p‐(chlorophenyl)borate (KTpClPB) was studied. Best performance was obtained with the membrane having a composition L?:?PVC?:?DBP?:?NaTPB?≡?2?:?37?:?59?:?2 (w/w; mg). The membrane electrode exhibits Nernstian response in the concentration range 6.3?×?10?8 to 1.0?×?10??1?mol?L?1 with detection limit 3.6?×?10?8?mol?L?1 and is not affected by H+ ions over a wide pH range 3.0–10.0. The electrode possess a fast response time of 10?s and shelf life period of 3 months. The analytical utility of the proposed electrode has demonstrated by its application in the determination of cadmium in water, medicinal plants and soil samples. It could also be used successfully as an indicator electrode in the potentiometric titration of Cd2+ with EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid).  相似文献

A series of chiral vicinal tertiary diacylamides with C 2‐symmetry was synthesized from (S)‐α‐phenylethylamine, different aromatic aldehydes, and oxalyl chloride. The diacylamides obtained were then reduced to afford chiral vicinal diamines with C 2‐symmetry. We propose that the diacylamides existed in four stable conformational isomers in solution because of the dihedral angle between acylamide bonds.  相似文献

Synthesis of novel (3a,S)‐1‐aryl/aryloxy/alkoxy‐3a,4‐dihydro‐3H‐1λ5‐[1,3,2]oxazaphospholo [3,4‐a] indole‐1‐ones, thiones, and selenones was achieved in two steps with high yields from 2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐indol‐2(S)yl methanol (1) and dichlorophenyl phosphine/ethyl dichlorophosphite (2a and b) in the presence of triethylamine in dry THF followed by treatment with hydrogen peroxide, sulfur, and selenium. The compounds 4gk have been synthesized by the direct cyclocondensation of 1 with different substituted phenyl phosphorodichloridates (2ce, g) and bis(2‐chloroethyl) phosphoramidic dichloride (2f).  相似文献

An improved route for the preparation of highly functionalized 5,6‐dihydro‐pyrimido[4,5‐b][1,4]oxazepine 1a in multigram quantities was developed. This new methodology was highlighted by the proper methoxy disposition via a regioselective methylation of 2,4,5‐trihydroxy‐benzaldehyde followed by a magnesium sulfate–promoted cyclization.  相似文献

Nucleophilic substitution of the 5‐bromo group in 1 by methyl 3‐mercaptopropionate gave the 5‐alkyl‐mercapto derivative 2. Reduction of 2 with H2/Pd led to the amine 3, meanwhile reduction with Fe/HOAc afforded the 5‐acetamido derivative 4 and not the cyclized derivative 1,3,8‐triaza‐azulen‐7‐one 6, as expected. Treatment of 3 with NaOMe/MeOH furnished the racemic mixture 5a and 5b via an unexpected reactivity.  相似文献

β‐D‐Galp‐(1 → 3)‐[β‐D‐Galp‐(1 → 6)‐]α‐D‐Glcp‐(1 → 3)‐β‐D‐Glcp‐(1 → 3)‐[α‐D‐Manp‐(1 → 6)‐]D‐Glcp 16 and β‐D‐Galp‐(1 → 3)‐[β‐D‐Glcp‐(1 → 6)‐]α‐D‐Glcp‐(1 → 3)‐β‐D‐Glcp‐(1 → 3)‐[α‐D‐Manp‐(1 → 6)‐]D‐Glcp 18 were synthesized as the analogues of the immunomodulator β‐D‐Glcp‐(1 → 3)‐[β‐D‐Glcp‐(1 → 6)‐]α‐D‐Glcp‐(1 → 3)‐β‐D‐Glcp‐(1 → 3)‐[β‐D‐Glcp‐(1 → 6)‐]D‐Glcp through coupling of trisaccharide donors 8 and 13 with trisaccharide acceptor 14 followed by deprotection, respectively.  相似文献

A centrosymmetric polymer precursor, namely 6‐(2,5‐di(thiophen‐2‐yl)‐1H‐pyrrol‐1‐yl)hexan‐1‐amine (TPHA), was synthesized via a Knorr–Paal reaction using 1,4‐di(2‐thienyl)‐1,4‐butanedione and hexane‐1,6‐diamine. The resultant monomer was characterized by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (1H‐NMR). Electroactivity of TPHA was investigated via cyclic voltammetry. The electronic structure and the nature of electrochromism in P(TPHA) and its copolymer with EDOT, (P(TPHA‐co‐EDOT)), were examined via spectroelectrochemistry studies. P(TPHA) switches between claret red neutral state and blue oxidized state. Optical response times for coloring and bleaching processes of the P(TPHA) and P(TPHA‐co‐EDOT) were found as 2.1 s and 1.6 s, respectively.

The copolymer of TPHA was used to construct dual type polymer electrochromic devices (ECDs) against poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT). Spectroelectrochemistry and electrochromic switching out of the devices were investigated.  相似文献

Abstract

A novel plasticized membrane sensor for Ho(III) ions based on N‐(1‐thien‐2‐ylmethylene)‐1,3‐benzothiazol‐2‐amine (TBA) as a neutral carrier was prepared. The best performance was obtained with a membrane composition of 31% PVC, 61% benzyle acetate, 2% sodium tetra phenyl borate and 6% carrier. The electrode exhibits a Nernstian response for Ho(III) ions over a particular concentration range (1.0×10?5?1.0×10?2 M) with a slope of 19.7±0.2 mV decade?1. The limit of the detection is 7.0×10?6 M. The sensor has a response time of <15 s and a useful working pH range of 4.0–9.5. The proposed sensor discriminates relatively well towards Ho(III) ions with regard to common alkali, alkaline earth, and specially lanthanide ions. It was successfully applied as an indicator electrode in a potentiometric titration of Ho(III) ions with EDTA. It was also applied in determination of fluoride ions in a mouth wash preparation. The proposed sensor was applied for the determination of Ho(III) ion concentration in binary mixtures.  相似文献

A novel and facile strategy for stereoselective synthesis of new chiral (1R,4aR,8aR)‐1,3,4,4a,5,7,8,8a‐octahydro‐2‐methylenenaphthalene‐6‐one‐1‐propanenitrile (8) by one‐pot stereoselective hydrogenation/acetalization and Beckmann fragmentation is described. The rhodium‐catalyzed hydroformylation of new 1‐(β‐methallyl) indoles 1ae carried out with Rh4 (CO)12 as the catalyst precursor, at 100 atm total pressure and 100°C, produces the 4-(indol‐1‐yl)‐3‐methylbutanals 2ae as the sole products in high yields. The synthesized 4‐indolylbutanals are stable under the adopted conditions and are isolated and characterized here for the first time. The preparation of the starting 1‐allylindoles is described too.  相似文献

(E)‐ and (Z)‐5‐(bromomethylene)furan‐2(5H)‐one have been prepared starting from the commercially available adduct between furan and maleic anhydride. A bromodecarboxylation reaction is a key step in the synthesis. The reaction gives the (E)‐ or (Z)‐5‐(bromomethylene)furan‐2(5H)‐one as the major product, dependent on the method used in the bromodecarboxylation.  相似文献

Some novel chiral ligands, (S)‐(+) 1‐substituted aryl‐4‐(1‐phenyl) ethylformamido‐5‐amino‐1,2,3‐triazoles, were prepared starting from 1‐substituted aryl‐4‐ethoxycarbonyl‐5‐amino‐1,2,3‐triazoles and other reagents.
