The reaction of 3-(benzimidazol-2-yl)-2-iminocoumarins with aromatic aldehydes has been studied. The condensation products 7-aryl-7H-benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-c]benzopyrano[3,2-e]pyrimidines or 3-(benzimidazol-2-yl)coumarins are formed depending on the nature of the substituent in the starting 2-iminocoumarin and aldehyde. In DMF medium, 7-aryl-7H-benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-c]benzopyrano[3,2-e]pyrimidines isomerize to the corresponding 7-aryl-14H-benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-c]benzopyrano[3,2-e]pyrimidines. The effect of the substituent on the isomerization process has been studied and the reaction mechanisms are discussed.  相似文献

Treatment of 2-aminopyridine ( 1 ) with chloroacetyl chloride in dry benzene gave 2-chloro-N-(pyridin-2-yl)acetamide ( 3 ), which on further reaction with potassium thiocyanate gave 2-imino-3-(pyridin-2-yl)thiazolidin-4-one ( 4 ) as an intermediate compound for the synthesis of pyridin-2-yl substituted 2-imino-thiazolidine-4-one derivatives. Cyclocondensation reaction of ( 4 ) with a series of aromatic aldehydes gave 5-arylidene derivatives of pyridin-2-yl substituted 2-imino-thiazolidine-4-ones 5a–j . 1 H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, as well as elemental analyses, were used for the identification of these new compounds.  相似文献

Abstract

A new series of 2-substituted-3-((3-(6-nitrobenzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)-4-oxo-3,4-dihydroquinazolin-2-yl)methyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-3-ium-5-thiolate 6(a–j) was synthesized starting from anthranilic acid 1. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, mass spectra, and elemental analysis. The final compounds were tested for their antimicrobial activity against several microbes.

合成了新的N-乙基咔唑衍生物: 3,6-二[2-(8-羟基喹啉基)乙烯基]咔唑(4)及其锌配合物(5); 化合物4经质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、元素分析表征其结构, 并测定了它的荧光光谱. 结果显示: 化合物4的荧光发射为蓝绿色光(500 nm), 其发射光谱随着溶剂极性的增大荧光光谱向长波方向移动(即发生红移); 同时, 考察了化合物5的荧光性质, 其荧光发光峰值为600 nm, 与2-甲基-8-羟基喹啉锌相比, 发生了明显的红移.  相似文献

A new series of 2-(coumarin-3-yl)-5-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazoles based on various aryl thiourea/ureas incorporating a 1,3,5-s-triazine moiety is reported. The components of this series have been obtained by the reaction of cyanuric chloride (1) with 2-(coumarin-3-yl)-5-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazole (2). The prepared 2-{(coumarin-3-yl-1,3,4-oxadiazolyl)-5-thio}-4,6-dichloro-s-triazine (3) was subsequently treated with morpholine (4) to form 2-{(coumarin-3-yl-1,3,4-oxadiazolyl)-5-thio}-4-(morpholino)-6-chloro-s-triazine (5). This was further treated with various substituted aryl urea/thioureas (6a–k/7a–k) to afford the title compounds 8a–k and 9a–k, which were and tested for their antibacterial activity (MIC) against different microorganisms. The structures of the novel synthesized compound have been established on the basis of 1H NMR and FT-IR data together with elemental analysis.

3-(6-Alkylaminopurin-9-yl)-2,3-dideoxy-D-threo-pentopyranoses 3 were prepared by condensation of unprotected 2-deoxy-D-ribose (2) with N6-alkyladenines 1 in a phosphorus pentoxide reagent mixture. Reduction of the pentoses 3 gave the corresponding 3-(6-alkylaminopurin-9-yl)-2,3-dideoxy-D-threo-pentitols 4. The structures of 3 and 4 were determined by 13C nmr, 1H nmr and 2D 1H nmr (COSY).  相似文献

Isomeric 1-(fluoren-9-yl)-2-(2-methyl-5, 6-dihydrocyclopenta [f]-1 H-indenyl) ethanes 1a,b and C 1-symmetric metallocenes, viz., rac-1-(η5-fluoren-9-yl)-2-(2-methyl-5, 6-dihydrocyclopenta [f]-η5-inden-1-yl) ethanezirconium dichloride (9) and rac-1-(η5-fluoren-9-yl)- 2-(2-methyl-5, 6-dihydrocyclopenta [f5-inden-1-yl)ethanehafnium dichloride (10), with these ligands were synthesized by modified procedures. The structures of compounds 1b (two crystalline modifications) and 10 were established by X-ray diffraction analysis. The synthesis of polypropylene (PP) in bulk was studied in the presence of polymethylalumoxane-activated metallocenes 9 and 10 in the temperature range of 30–70°C. It was demonstrated that triisobutylaluminum can be used as a cocatalyst. In this case, the molecular weight of PP increases by a factor of ∼2. An increase in the reaction temperature leads to an increase in stereoregularity and crystallinity of PP. The polymer synthesized at high temperatures crystallizes in the γ form. The resulting PP is characterized by a wide range of properties from rigid crystalline thermoplastic to amorphous elastomeric. Samples, which have a high molecular weight and moderate isotacticity, exhibit high elastomeric and durability properties.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Abstract

Herein, we describe a one-pot synthesis of some novel 2-(3-alkyl/aryl-5-trifluoromethylpyrazol-1-yl)-4-(coumarin-3-yl)thiazoles (6) involving the reaction of 3-alkyl/aryl-5-hydroxy-5-trifluoromethyl-4,5-dihydropyrazole-1-thiocarboxamides (3) with 3-bromoacetylcoumarins (5) in the presence of sodium carbonate in ethanol. Reaction of 3 with 5 in the absence of sodium carbonate, however, resulted in the formation of 2-(3-alkyl/aryl-5-hydroxy-5-trifluoromethyl-4,5-dihydropyrazol-1-yl)-4-(coumarin-3-yl)thiazoles, which were subsequently dehydrated to 6 by refluxing in ethanol in the presence of sodium carbonate. The structure of the synthesized compounds (6) was confirmed by infrared (IR), mass, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectra and elemental analysis data. Newly synthesized compounds (6) showed moderate to good activity against Gram-positive bacteria.  相似文献

The NNN-tridentate metal complexes, LMCl2 (M = Fe or Co; L represents a ligand of 2-(benzimidazol-2-yl)-1,10-phenanthrolines), were synthesized and fully characterized with spectroscopic and elemental analysis. The single-crystal X-ray crystallographic analyses revealed complex 1a with a distorted octahedron geometry due to incorporating one methanol molecule, and complexes 5a and 9b with a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry. Upon activation with modified methylaluminoxane (MMAO), these complexes showed good to high catalytic activities toward ethylene oligomerization. The detailed investigations were carried out to disclose the influences of various reaction conditions and nature of ligands on their performing activities of metal complexes.  相似文献

New photochromic fulgide, viz., 4-{1-[2-(anthracen-9-yl)-5-methyloxazol-4-yl]ethylidene}-3-isopropylidenetetrahydrofuran-2,5-dione, with fluorescent properties was synthesized. Studies by electronic, IR, and 1H NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction demonstrated that this fulgide exists in the Z form. Light irradiation of its solutions at a wavelength of 365 nm causes Z/E isomerization giving rise to the thermally stable cyclic form. The latter is transformed into the starting E isomer under light irradiation at λ = 436 nm. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Two novel DNA-intercalating complexes, [Cd(hipa)(bbiop)] n (1) and [Ni(ada)(bbiop)] n ·2H2O (2) with hipa, ada and potentially tridentate ligand bbiop (bbiop, 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)-2-oxa-propane; hipa, 5-hydroxyisophthalate; ada, aniline-N,N-diacetate), have been synthesised under hydrothermal methods and structurally characterised by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, elemental analysis, UV–vis spectrum and fluorescent spectrum. The bbiop ligand exists as chelating-tridentate μ1-(η3–N1, N2, O6) coordination fashion. In addition, their in vitro cytotoxicities towards four selected tumour cell lines have been evaluated by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide method. Complex 1 exhibits the most dramatic inhibitory effect on MG-63, and its inhibition rate is higher than that of its free ligands, H2bbiop and hipa, indicating significantly enhanced effect after forming complex. On the basis of the combination of UV–vis absorption and fluorescence titrations, complex 1 can interact with the base pairs of double-helical DNA via an intercalative mode with intrinsic binding constant, K b, of 4.62 × 107, presenting the high DNA-binding affinity.  相似文献

In the reaction of 2-dimethylamino-5-(3,5,6-trichloro-1,4-benzoquinon-2-yl)thiazole with primary and secondary amines, the chlorine atom at the 5-position of the benzoquinone ring is substituted, according to the 13C NMR spectroscopy data, by an amino group. A protocol for the synthesis of 3-[4-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-1,3-thiazol-2-yl]-2-(4-aryl)-1,3-thiazolidin-4-one derivatives (5a–e) has been developed from 1-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-2-bromoethanone (2),which served as a key intermediate for the synthesis of the title compounds. The reaction of compound 2 with thiourea furnished 4-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-1,3-thiazol-2-amine 3, which upon further reaction with various aromatic aldehydes, gave Schiff bases 4a–e. These Schiff bases, when treated with thioacetic acid in the presence of catalytic amount of anhydrous ZnCl2, yielded thiazolidinone derivatives 5a–e. All the newly synthesized compounds have been characterized by analytical and spectral data and screened for their antimicrobial and analgesic activity.

A short and efficient synthesis of 1-(3-tert-butyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-3-(5-(2-morpholinoethoxy)-2H-chromen-8-yl) urea derivatives (1ac), a novel type of p38 MAPK inhibitors, is described. The Claisen thermal rearrangement of arylpropargyl ethers was employd as a key step to synthesize the chromene core. The solvent effect on the ratio of the resultant two isomers of Claisen thermal rearrangement, namely 2-methylbenzofuran and 2H-chromen, was also investigated.  相似文献

Abstract

A new series of 2-((1-furan-2-yl)ethylidene)hydrazono)-4-substitutedphenylthiazol-3(2H)-amines (2a–2o) and their Schiff bases (3a–3o) from 4-nitrobenzaldehyde were synthesized. The chemical structures of all the synthesized compounds were confirmed by their IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. They were screened for their antimicrobial and antifungal activities. Additionally, in vitro cytotoxic acivity of the most active antifungal compound (3o) and ketoconazole was determined in NIH/3T3 cells by MTT assay. Compound 2i (4-{3-Amino-2-[(1-(furan-2-yl)ethylidene)hydrazono]-2,3-dihydrothiazol-4-yl}phenol) showed the greatest antifungal activity among the newly synthesized derivatives. Schiff bases (3c-3n) displayed an undeniable fungicidal action against Candida parapsilosis ATCC 22019 as intense as the reference ketoconazole. In addition, the most active Schiff base 3o (2-[(1-(Furan-2-yl)ethylidene)hydrazono]-N-(4-nitrobenzylidene)-4-(2,3,4-trichloro phenyl)thiazol-3(2H)-amine) showed the highest antifungal activity against both Candida krusei ATCC 6258 and Candida parapsilosis ATCC 22019, and was as potent as ketoconazole. Moreover, compound 3o was found to be non-cytotoxic against NIH/3T3 cells.  相似文献

The reactions of pyrimidine-2-carbonitrile and 4,6-dimethylpyrimidine-2-carbonitrile with hydrazine hydrate were investigated. Intermediates in the route of successive transformations of pyrimidine-2-carbonitrile (pyrimidine-2-carbamidrazone and 1,2-bis[amino(pyrimidin-2-yl)methylidene]hydrazine) into trinuclear heterocyclic compounds, viz., symmetrical di(pyrimidin-2-yl)-1,4-dihydro-1,2,4,5-tetrazines and di(pyrimidin-2-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-amines (potential polydentate ligands), were isolated. The oxidative dehydrogenation of di(pyrimidin-2-yl)-1,4-dihydro-1,2,4,5-tetrazines afforded the corresponding 3,6-di(pyrimidin-2-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazines.  相似文献

Facile and green syntheses of substituted-2-(N-methylindole-3-carbonyl)-3-(N-methyl pyrrol-2-yl) acrylonitriles 6a–d are being reported. L-Proline has been utilized as an efficient and ecofriendly catalyst in aqueous medium for Knoevenagel condensation of pyrrole-2-carboxyaldehyde (1) and its N-methyl derivative (2) with the active methylene compounds 3-cyanoacetylindoles 3a–d at room temperature to afford substituted-2-(1H-indole-3-carbonyl)-3-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)acrylonitriles 4a–d and substituted-2-(1H-indole-3-carbonyl)-3-(N-methylpyrrol-2-yl) acrylonitriles 5a–d respectively. Subsequently these products were treated with dimethyl sulfate (DMS) in polythylene glycol (PEG)–600 as an efficient and green solvent to afford the corresponding substituted-2-(N-methylindole-3-carbonyl)-3-(N-methylpyrrol-2-yl)acrylonitriles 6a–d. The antibacterial and antifungal activities of 4a–d, 5a–d, and 6a–d have been studied.

A new series of 1-((1-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)ethylidene)amino)-6-((arylidene)amino)-2-oxo-4-phenyl-1,2-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarbonitriles (4a–o) have been synthesized for the development of antimicrobial agents. Newly synthesized compounds were evaluated for their in vitro antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria (Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus pyogenes), Gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus), and antifungal activity (Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus clavatus). These compounds were characterized by infrared, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectra. The synthesized compounds 4b, 4e, 4 h, and 4k showed potent antimicrobial activity against tested microorganisms.  相似文献
