A series of salicylidenimine functionalized p-tert-butylcalix[n]arene-core dendrimers 7ab were synthesized in higher yields by divergent method from the corresponding ethyl p-butylcalix[n]arylacetates 2ab (n = 6, 8). 2ab were first treated with excess of 1,6-diaminohexane to give amide derivatives with free amine terminal groups 3ab, which in turn reacted with salicylaldehyde in alcohol to yield the first generation of Schiff bases 4ab. 3ab reacted with ethyl acrylate, ammonolized with 1,6-diaminohexane and condonsated with salicylaldehyde successfully to give the second generation of Schiff bases 7ab. The extraction and binding properties of the dentritic Schiff bases 4ab and 7ab for several kinds of metal ions were studied with UV–Vis spectroscopy and atomic absorption spectroscopy. In which they showed a great affinity for soft Cu2 +  ions and formed 1:1 or 1:2 stoichiometric complexes.  相似文献

A new pair of sesamin-type lignan enantiomers (±)-morifolia A (1a/1b) together with eight known analogues (2–9) were isolated from the fruits of Morinda citrifolia. Their structures were established by spectroscopic data and the absolute configurations of 1a/1b were determined by ECD calculation. All compounds were examined for their inhibitory effects on the nitric oxide (NO) production induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in RAW 264.7 macrophages, and compounds 1a, 1b, 2–4 and 7–9 exhibited pronounced inhibition with IC50 values in the range of 1.97–8.01 (μM, being more active than the positive control, quercetin (IC50 = 15.32 (M).  相似文献

Reaction of equimolar trans-[Re(NPh)(PPh3)2Cl3] with H2L, a 1?:?1 Schiff-base condensate of salicylaldehyde and ethanolamine, in chloroform gives trans-[Re(NPh)(HL)(PPh3)Cl2] (1a) in good yield. 1a has been characterized by C, H, and N microanalyses, FTIR and UV–vis spectra. The X-ray crystal structure of 1a reveals that it is an octahedral trans-Cl,Cl phenylimidorhenium(V) complex. The rhenium center has an ‘N2OCl2P’ coordination sphere. 1a crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 11.2391(5), b = 16.4848(7), c = 16.3761(8) Å, V = 3034.0(2) Å3 and Z = 4. The electrochemical aspects of 1a have been studied. Electrochemical studies of 1a in dichloromethane show a quasi-reversible Re(V) to Re(VI) oxidation at 1.128 V versus Ag/AgCl. This redox potential reasonably matches the calculated redox potential, 1.186 V versus Ag/AgCl. Geometry optimization of the trans-Cl,Cl 1a vis-à-vis its cis analog, cis-Cl,Cl 1b, have been performed at the level of density functional theory (DFT). It is revealed that 1a is more stable than 1b by 21.6 kcal per mole of energy in the gas phase.  相似文献

A new polyhydroxylated pregnane, named lβ,2β,3β,4β,5β,6β-hexolhydroxy-pregn-16-en-20-one (1), along with nine known (2–10) steroidal saponins were isolated from the whole plant of Reineckia carnea. Structure elucidations of all compounds were established by interpretation of their NMR spectral data, HR-ESI-MS and comparing with literatures. In addition, these compounds were evaluated with anticomplement activity. The result showed that compound 1 exhibited anticomplement effects with the CH50 values of 0.043 mg/mL, but saponins (210) showed no inhibition. Interestingly, hydrolysis of steroidal saponins (210) resulted in its aglycones (2a10a) correspondingly which showed anticomplement activity with the CH50 values of 0.049–0.156 mg/mL.  相似文献

The polymeric precursor [RuCl2(CO)2]n reacts with the ligands, P∩P (a, b) and P∩O (c, d), in 1:1 M ratio to generate six-coordinate complexes [RuCl2(CO)2(?2-P∩P)] (1a, 1b) and [RuCl2(CO)2(?2-P∩O)] (1c, 1d), where P∩P: Ph2P(CH2)nPPh2, n = 2(a), 3(b); P∩O: Ph2P(CH2)nP(O)Ph2, n = 2(c), 3(d). The complexes are characterized by elemental analyses, mass spectrometry, thermal studies, IR, and NMR spectroscopy. 1a1d are active in catalyzed transfer hydrogenation of acetophenone and its derivatives to corresponding alcohols with turnover frequency (TOF) of 75–290 h?1. The complexes exhibit higher yield of hydrogenation products than catalyzed by RuCl3 itself. Among 1a1d, the Ru(II) complexes of bidentate phosphine (1a, 1b) show higher efficiency than their monoxide analogs (1c, 1d). However, the recycling experiments with the catalysts for hydrogenation of 4-nitroacetophenone exhibit a different trend in which the catalytic activities of 1a, 1b, and 1d decrease considerably, while 1c shows similar activity during the second run.  相似文献

Reaction of picolinamide (pca) with potassium tricyanomethanide (tcm) and copper(II) perchlorate in 1-propanol gave [Cu(pca)2(tcm)2] (1a and 1b) while addition of 2-(aminomethyl)pyridine (2-ampy) provided [Cu(pca)(2-ampy)(tcm)](ClO4) (2). These compounds have been characterized by IR, powder X-ray diffraction, single crystal X-ray diffraction, combustion analysis, and temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility. Compound 1a crystallized in the monoclinic space group C2/c whereas 1b and 2 crystallized in the triclinic space group Pī. In 1a, the copper complexes stack alternately with semi-coordinated tcm ions creating layers, further stabilized by hydrogen bonding to neighboring layers. In 1b, the tcm ions are coordinated to complete the octahedral coordination sphere around the copper ions and form staggered layers parallel to the ab face diagonal. In 2, stacks of copper complexes form bilayers, held together by hydrogen bonding between tcm ions and amino groups, parallel to the a axis. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility data were collected on 1 and 2 from 1.8–310 K. The data were fit to the Curie–Weiss law which showed no significant magnetic exchange as expected based upon the crystal structures [1 ? Curie constant = 0.419(2) emu-K/mol-Oe, θ = ?0.10(6)°; 2 – Curie constant = 0.438(1) emu-K/mol-Oe, θ = 0.05(3)°].  相似文献

Here we report various rigid alkanediamide derivatives, with three different substitution patterns of phosphonate ester for investigation of organogelation properties. The gelation properties of these compounds can be tuned by altering the number and position of the phosphonate esters. It was found that supramolecular self-assembly of the bisphosphonate esters (1a, 1d, 1h and 2ab) resulted gel formation, whereas that of the tetraphosphonate esters (3a, 3d, 3h) resulted in construction of nanospheres and microspheres. The diverse morphology of the gel formation appears to depend predominantly on the substituted phenyl ring of the phosphonate ester functionality. Subsequent in vitro cytotoxic screening against four human tumour cell lines (A549, MDA-MB-231, MCF-7 and HeLa) using MTT assays revealed that derivatives 1fh and 3a show cytotoxic potencies at concentrations less than 5 μM (IC50 values). Compounds 1fh exhibited promising activity against A549 cell line, 1gh were highly effective against MDA-MB-231, 1f and 3a show potential against MCF-7 and 1fg were active against the HeLa cell line.  相似文献

4′‐Ferrocenyl‐1,1′‐biphenyl‐4‐yl 4‐alkoxybenzoates Fc–(C6H4)2–OC(O)–C6H4–O–C n H2n+1 (n = 8, 10, 12) (3ac), representing a new class of ferrocene‐containing thermotropic mesogens with nematogenic properties, were prepared. Two approaches were used for the construction of these mesogens: (i) reaction of 4′‐ferrocenyl‐1,1′‐biphenyl‐4‐ol with 4‐alkoxybenzoylchlorides, and (ii) crosscoupling of tris(4‐ferrocenylphenyl)boroxine with the corresponding halobenzenes. Crosscoupling was also applied for the synthesis of terphenyl‐containing mesogens Fc–(C6H4)3–OC(O)–C6H4–O–C n H2n+1 (n = 10, 12) (6a,b) and (RC5H4)Fe‐[C5H4–(C6H4)3–OC(O)–C6H4–O–C10H21] (11a, R = Et; 11b, R = n?Bu). The latter compounds also form nematic phases. Mesogens 6a,b form mesophases with wider temperature ranges than their biphenyl‐containing counterparts 3b,c. The most pronounced mesomorphism was displayed by compounds 11a and 11b, which have mesophases in the ranges 141–253°C and 120–238°C, respectively. The purity of compounds was established by 1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis. Mesophases were identified by polarizing optical microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry.  相似文献

Two hydrazone ligands, (E)-N′-(3-bromo-2-hydroxybenzylidene)-2-methoxybenzohydrazide (HLa) and (E)-N′-(2-hydroxy-3-methylbenzylidene)-2-methoxybenzohydrazide (HLb), were prepared and characterized by IR, UV–vis, and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The corresponding vanadium(V) complexes, 2[VOLaL]·CH3OH (1) and [VOLbL] (2), where L is the monoanionic form of benzohydroxamic acid (HL), were prepared and characterized by IR and UV–vis spectroscopy, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes as the monoclinic space group P21/c, with unit cell dimensions a = 14.4161(16) Å, b = 14.0745(16) Å, c = 24.069(2) Å, β = 96.247(2), V = 4854.5(9) Å3, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0541, wR2 = 0.1423, Goof = 1.032. Complex 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca, with unit cell dimensions a = 13.5906(6) Å, b = 18.1865(11) Å, c = 18.4068(11) Å, V = 4549.5(4) Å3, Z = 8, R1 = 0.0549, wR2 = 0.1397, Goof = 1.054. X-ray analysis indicates that the complexes are mononuclear octahedral vanadium(V) complexes. The thermal behavior of the complexes was investigated. The hydrazone ligands and their complexes were also evaluated for their antibacterial (Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas fluorescence) and antifungal (Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger) activities using the MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide) assay. The two complexes have moderate to good activities against B. subtilis and S. aureus, and 1 has moderate activity against E. coli.  相似文献

A phthalocyanine (4) with four salicylhydrazone ligating groups that are directly linked through oxygen bridges to the macrocyclic core has been synthesized by condensation of tetrakis(4-formylphenoxy)phthalocyaninato zinc(II) (3) with salicylhydrazine. Salicylhydrazine was crystallized in methanol during the synthetic procedure. The crystal structure has triclinic space group P-1 with a = 5.8292(6) Å, b = 7.3039(7) Å, c = 17.9798(18) Å, α = 84.272(8)°, β = 89.184(8)°, γ = 81.469(8)°, and Z = 4. Intramolecular O–H?O and intermolecular O–H?O, N–H?N, N–H?O hydrogen bonds were determined in the crystal structure. In addition, there is a weak C–H?π interaction. Complexation on the periphery to yield tri-nuclear Zn(II)Pcs (57) was performed through the reaction of a Schiff base-substituted phthalocyanine (4) with MnCl2·4H2O, CoCl2·6H2O, or Ni(OAc)2 salts. Fourier transform infrared, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, UV–Vis, ICP-OES (inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy), mass spectroscopies, and elemental analyses were applied to characterize the prepared compounds. Bleach catalyst activity of the prepared phthalocyanine complexes (57) was examined by the degradation of morin and curcumin, respectively. A novel series of pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines 14a–j and pyrazolo[1,5-a]quinazolines 18a, b were synthesized via condensation of 5-amino-1H-pyrazoles 10a, b with 3-(dimethylamino)-1-aryl-prop-2-en-1-ones 11a–e and 2-((dimethylamino)methylene)-5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione (15), respectively, in glacial acetic acid. Finally, treatment of 10a, b with sodium nitrite (NaNO2) afforded pyrazolo[3,4-d]triazines 20a, b. Structures of compounds were confirmed by their spectral data. These compounds were screened for their in vitro cytotoxic activities against human cancer cell lines (HepG-2 and MCF-7) using 3-[4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. The results reveal that, the compounds 14b and 14h were the most potent in comparison with doxorubicin. The structure–activity relationship was discussed.  相似文献

Two derivatives of 1,3,5-aryl-6-oxoverdazyl containing two 3,4,5-trioctyloxyphenyl and one 3,4,5-tri((S)-3,7-dimethyloctyloxy)phenyl group in position C(3) (1b) or N(1) (1c) were investigated by thermal, X-ray diffraction and magnetic methods. The results were compared to those obtained for achiral derivative 1a containing three 3,4,5-trioctyloxyphenyl groups. All three compounds exhibit an ordered columnar hexagonal phase, Colh(o), and for chiral derivatives, 1b and 1c, a superstructure with doubled periodicity was found. The introduction of the three chiral alkoxy substituents in 1a lowered the mesophase stability by about 50 K and induced a Colh phase in 1c. Thermochromic analysis showed a hypsochromic shift upon formation of the Colh(o) phase similar for all three derivatives 1 (~0.3 eV), which coincides with a 5% drop in effective magnetic moment, μeff, for 1c. Analysis of magnetisation data in a range of 2–370 K at 200 Oe revealed weak antiferromagnetic interactions (θ = – 4 K) in the Colh(o) phase.  相似文献

Starting from nickel(II) cubane [NiII4(HL)4(OAc)4] (2a), five different tetranuclear cubic complexes [NiII4(HL)4(O2CR)4] (3) were generated simply by applying a post-synthetic cubane modification strategy via a complete acetate-to-carboxylate co-ligand exchange. This was achieved by stirring the parent complex 2a with a large excess of the corresponding sodium carboxylate salt 4 for three days in THF. Single-crystal X-ray structure analyses of NiII cubanes 3a·2 Et2O and 3b·0.5 CH2Cl2·0.5 Et2O reveal unequivocally that both are isostructural in terms of the [Ni4(μ3-O4]4+ core and crystallize in the triclinic space group P-1 with two molecules in the unit cell. In the solid state, the cubic centers of 3a,b differ only slightly in bond lengths and angles mainly due to the different substituents in the carboxylate co-ligand and packing in the unit cell. The orientation of 3a,b and the formation of supramolecular aggregates in the crystal packing were controlled by ππ interactions as well as intra- and intermolecular O–H?O hydrogen bonds. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements reveal that 3ac show a ferrimagnetic coupling scheme that leads to a diamagnetic ground state for all investigated complexes.  相似文献

Abstract

Benzimidazolium salts (1a and 1b) and respective palladium complexes (2a and 2b) were prepared and characterized with 1H and 13C NMR, IR, elemental analysis as well as HRMS (for 2a). All target compounds were screened as potential anticancer agents against human cell lines for assessing their cytotoxicity. Heterocyclic organic compounds (1a and 1b) showed more cytotoxic activity than their complexes (2a and 2b) in the tested two cell lines. Particularly, a benzimidazolium salt including a 4-methylbenzyl group had a high cytotoxic potency towards MDA-MB-231 and DLD-1 cell lines with IC50 values comparable to a well-known anticancer drug cisplatin, which is generally used in clinical studies. Furthermore, a compound namely 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-3-(2,3,4,5,6-pentamethylbenzyl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-3-ium bromide was found to be more cytotoxic activity in MDA-MB-231 cell line compared to cisplatin with following IC50 value of 7.59?±?0.68?μM.  相似文献

Four new lupane triterpenoid saponins, along with one known lupane and eight hederagenin saponins, were isolated from the EtOH extract of the buds of Lonicera similis Hemsl. The structures of the new compounds were established as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl 23-hydroxybetulinic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (lonisimilioside A, 1), 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl 23-hydroxybetulinic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (lonisimilioside B, 2), 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl betulinic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (lonisimilioside C, 3) and 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl betulinic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (lonisimilioside D, 4), respectively. The cytotoxic activities of the isolates against human cancer cell lines HepG2, MCF-7 and A-549 were evaluated. Only the monodesmosidic saponin with a free carboxyl group at C-28 (12) exhibited significant cytotoxicities against HepG2, MCF-7 and A-549 cell lines with the IC50 values of 8.98 ± 0.19, 12.48 ± 0.45 and 11.62 ± 0.54 μM, respectively. Furthermore, Hoechst fluorescence 33342 staining was used to demonstrate that 12 could induce HepG2 and A-549 cells apoptosis significantly.  相似文献

Crystal structures of 1‐N‐(β‐d‐glucopyranosyl)chloroacetamide (1), an inhibitor of glycogen phosphorylase, and the corresponding galactopyranosyl amide (2) have been determined. Both crystals belong to P212121 space group with 1 having the unit cell dimensions of a = 7.939(3), b = 9.547(3) and c = 14.157(2) Å, while those of 2 are, a = 7.636(10), b = 9.004(8) and c = 14.807(5) Å. The sugar ring takes a 4 C 1 conformation and the amide linkage exists in Zanti conformation in both crystals. The torsion angle O5–C1–N1–C1′ is ? 93.9(5) for 1 and ? 111.5(3)° for 2. The conformational preference of Cl and N1 in 1 and 2 is found to be between anti and gauche. The molecular assembly in both 1 and 2 is stabilized by a finite chain of hydrogen bonds starting from N1H and ending at O1′, whereas a ten membered hydrogen‐bonded ring involving O4H and O5 is observed in 1.  相似文献

Novel 9-amino-3-substituted-1,2,3,4-acridin-1-one derivatives and 9,14-diamino-7-substituted-7,8-dihydroquinolino[2,3-a]acridine derivatives were synthesized by the condensation reaction of 5-substituted-1,3-cyclohexanedione with 2-aminobenzonitrile and substituted 2-aminobenzonitrile using p-toluenesulfonic acid, K2CO3, and Cu2Cl2 as catalysts. The structures of all compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, mass spectrometry, and 1H and 13C NMR spectra. The crystal and molecular structures of 6, 14-diamino-3,4,11,12-tetramethoxy-7-phenyl-7,8-dihydroquinolino[2,3-a]acridine 5a have been determined by single-crystal x-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal of compound 5a belongs to triclinic with space group P-1, a = 1.06168(15) nm, b = 1.16951(17) nm, c = 1.6020(2) nm, α = 71.380(3)°, β = 77.686(3)°, γ = 66.743(3)°, Z = 2, V = 1.7231(4) nm3, R 1 = 0.1060, and wR 2 = 0.2192.  相似文献

Employing 1-(2-methoxybenzyl)-2-(2-methoxyphenyl)-1H-benzimidazole (bpb) as a monodentate ligand, a new greenish-blue copper(II) complex, [Cu(bpb)2(NO3)2] (1a), has been synthesized. 1a has been characterized analytically and spectroscopically. The X-ray crystal structure of 1a reveals that it adopts a cis disposition with respect to the ligands. The solid state structure of 1a is stabilized by intramolecular offset face-to-face ππ stacking. Non-covalent supramolecular edge-to-face C–H?π interactions with neighboring molecules give 1-D supramolecular chains that further lead to the formation of an assembled 3-D supramolecular metal-organic framework via hydrogen bonding interactions. 1a shows blue fluorescence most likely due to intramolecular offset face-to-face ππ stacking. At room temperature, 1a is one-electron paramagnetic. It shows a rhombic EPR spectrum with g1 = 2.12, g2 = 2.42, and g3 = 2.52 in the solid state at liquid nitrogen temperature. In cyclic voltammetry, 1a displays a one-electron oxidative Cu(II)/Cu(III) couple. Our DFT calculations, corroborate the observed experimental results of 1a.  相似文献

Three new complexes [CuL(N3)2] (1), [CuL(SCN)2] (2), and [CoL(SCN)3] (3) (L?=?1,4,7-tribenzyl-1,4,7-triazacyclononane) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with unit cell parameters a?=?14.105(7), b?=?8.999(5), c?=?21.603(11)?Å, β?=?100.470(7)°. While 2 crystallizes in triclinic space group P-1 with unit cell parameters a?=?9.6380(16), b?=?10.6993(18), c?=?15.798(3)?Å, α?=?106.636(3), γ?=?116.478(3)°. Complex 3 crystallizes in trigonal space group P–3c1 with unit cell parameters a?=?14.744(3), b?=?14.744(3), c?=?16.098(4)?Å, γ?=?120°. Elemental analysis, IR, UV-vis spectra of complexes 13 and ESR spectra of complexes 12 were also determined.  相似文献
