The reactions of β‐lapachone (1) with 1,2‐diaminoethane (2) and 1,2‐diaminopropane (4) gave the tetracyclic pyrazine derivatives (3) and mixtures of (5) and (6), respectively, while reaction with o‐phenylene diamine (7) gave the quinoxaline derivative (8). The structure of pyrazine derivative (3) is confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction study.  相似文献

We report a convenient synthesis of 4‐hydroxy‐2‐methyl‐(2H)‐1,2‐benzothiazine‐3‐sulfonic acid‐1,1‐dioxide (6a) prepared in a novel one‐pot reaction. The synthesis involves two transformations starting from 2‐methyl‐2H‐1,2‐benzothiazin‐4‐(3H)‐one 1,1‐dioxide (7) with an overall yield better than that from the stepwise process, as well as the alternate procedure starting from saccharin (1). One‐pot synthesis of an important intermediate, saccharin‐N‐methane sulfonic acid (4), is also described.  相似文献

Treatment of N‐methylcarbonyl 1, N‐phenylthioamido 2, and N‐cyano 3 iminoethers with perfluoroalkylated hydrazines leads to 1‐perfluoroalkyl‐5‐methyl‐1,2,4‐ triazoles, 4,1‐perfluoroalkyl‐5‐phenylamino‐1,2,4‐triazoles 5, and 1‐perfluoroalkyl‐5‐amino‐1,2,4‐triazoles 6 in good yields. An efficient two‐step synthesis of 3,6‐diaminopyridazine from 3,6‐dichloropyridazine is reported. In this synthetic procedure, 4‐methoxybenzylamine was used as a nitrogen source to substitute the chloro groups of 3,6‐dichloropyridazine to form N,N′‐bis‐(4‐methoxybenzyl)‐pyridazine‐3,6‐diamine. The 4‐methoxybenzyl groups were then removed by treatment with hydrochloric acid to provide the target 3,6‐diaminopyridazine with an overall yield of 78%.  相似文献

Salvirecognine (7) is a diterpene isolated from Salvia recognita[1] which has been the subject of continued and growing interest, due to the range of biological activities shown by many members of this family. [2] In order to study further relationships between the structure and biological activity of the diterpene compounds and as an extension of diterpenoid synthesis in our laboratory, [3,4] the first total synthesis of the title compound was achieved by an efficient and facile route (Scheme 1).  相似文献

Homologous series of liquid crystalline azoesters and azomethine esters consisting of a (S)‐1‐methylpropyl group attached in one of the terminal positions have been synthesized and thermally characterized. All twenty‐four derivatives from both series, namely, the 4‐(4‐n‐alkoxybenzoyloxy)‐4′‐1‐(S)‐methylpropylazobenzenes and 4‐(4‐n‐alkoxybenzoyloxy)benzylidene‐4′‐1‐(S)‐methylpropylanilines exhibit mesomorphism. The lower members of the homologous series show a chiral nematic phase while the higher members show smectic C*, smectic A as well as chiral nematic mesophases. The homologues have been characterized using IR, NMR and UV‐Visible, spectroscopies, X‐ray diffraction and DSC. Their mesomorphic properties are compared with those of structurally related homologous series.  相似文献

Hydrogen peroxide was found to activate iodine in the addition reaction with triple bonds. A facile and technologically straightforward procedure was developed for the synthesis of E‐diiodoalkenes based on the reaction of alkynes with an I2–H2O2 system in THF. Selective iodination of terminal and internal alkynes containing electron‐donating and electron‐withdrawing substituents afforded 16 E‐diiodoalkenes in yields up to 89%.  相似文献

A general procedure for the synthesis of 1‐O‐acyl‐β‐D‐glucuronic acids using the benzyl 1-O-trichloroacetimidoyl-2,3,4-tri-O-benzyl-D-glucopyranuronate 6 as donor is exemplified by the synthesis of the urine metabolites of (S)‐naproxen, desmethyl (S)‐naproxen, indoprofen, and carboxymefloquine. The key intermediate benzyl 2,3,4‐tri‐O‐benzyl‐D‐glucopyranuronate 5 is easily accessible in four steps (29%) from the peracetylated β-D-glucuronic acid 1.  相似文献

In a system of ammonium acetate and acetic acid under microwave irradiation, N‐phenacylpyridinium chloride 1 reacted with 2 mol of aromatic aldehydes 2ah to give 2,4,6‐triarylpyrimidine 3ah, reacted with pyridinecarboxaldehyde 4ac and acetophenone 5 to yield bipyridine derivatives 6ac. A new enantiopure 6‐monobromo‐substituted BINAP has been prepared via a one‐step nickel‐catalyzed coupling reaction in moderate yield. It is an important intermediate for asymmetric 2,2′‐bis(diphenylphosphino)‐1,1′‐binaphthyl (BINAP) derivatives. Its structure was elucidated by NMR spectral and elemental analysis.  相似文献

1-8-Diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene(DBU)‐catalyzed Michael addition of nitroalkanes to dicyclopentadienone (1) followed by flash vacuum pyrolysis (FVP) provided a high‐yielding synthesis of extremely pure 4‐nitroalkyl cyclopentenones (3). Enantioselective syntheses of (R)‐and (S)‐2‐N‐carbomethoxy‐5‐aminoindanes from (R)‐ and (S)‐phenylalanines, respectively, are described. A Friedel–Crafts reaction employing N‐carbomethoxy phenylalanine leads to chiral 2‐N‐carbomethoxy‐1‐indanone, which is diastereoselectively reduced to 1‐hydroxy‐2‐N‐carbomethoxyindane. After protection of the hydroxyl group, a regioselective nitration gives a 6‐nitroindane intermediate, which upon hydrogenation affords (R)‐or (S)‐2‐N‐carbomethoxy‐5‐aminoindane.  相似文献
