在室温离子液体3-(三乙胺基)丙磺酸硫酸氢盐([TEAPS]HSO4)的催化作用下,由菲醌、醋酸铵和芳香醛"一锅法"合成了一系列2-取代-1H-菲并[9,10-d]咪唑化合物.实验中考察了投料比、催化剂用量、溶剂、反应时间对反应的影响,确定了最优反应条件,给出了可能的反应机理.此外催化剂可以方便的回收,且循环使用四次其催化活性并没有显著降低.目标产物经过了1HNMR,13CNMR,IR和MS确证表征.条件温和,反应时间短,产率高,且对环境友好.  相似文献

A simple, efficient, and eco-friendly procedure has been developed using acidic ionic liquid [Et3NH]HSO4 as catalyst for the synthesis of novel [1,3]oxazino[5,6-c]quinolin-5-one derivatives via one-pot three-component condensation reaction of 4-hydroxyquinolin-2(1H)-one, amine and formaldehyde in aqueous ethanol at room temperature. Mild and environmentally benign reaction conditions, short reaction time, good to excellent yields, nontoxic, cheap and easily available catalyst, reusability of catalyst and reaction media, and easy work-up are the key features of this method.  相似文献

A novel Brønsted acidic ionic liquid namely N,N-diethyl-N-sulfoethanamminium hydrogen sulfate ([Et3N-SO3H]HSO4) was synthesized, and characterized using FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass data. Then, its catalytic activity was examined for the preparation of triazolo[1,2-a]-indazole-triones and 2H-indazolo[2,1-b]phthalazine-triones by the one-pot multi-component condensation of arylaldehydes with dimedone and 4-phenylurazole/2,3-dihydrophthalazine-1,4-dione under solvent-free conditions. [Et3N-SO3H]HSO4 efficiently promoted the reaction to afford the products in high yields and in short reaction times.  相似文献

Abstract

A new series of α-aminophosphonates have been synthesized by a one-pot three-component reaction of 2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxine-6-carbaldehyde, various amines, and dimethyl phosphite by using nano-TiO2 as a catalyst under solvent-free conditions at 50°C. The major advantages of the present method are high yields, short reaction times, recyclable catalyst, and solvent-free reaction conditions. Among these new structurally diversified set of α-aminophosphonates, dimethyl (2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxin-6-yl)(3-nitrophenylamino) methylphosphonate and dimethyl (2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxin-6-yl)(4-fluoro-3-nitro-phenyl-amino) methylphosphonate have shown higher antioxidant activity in diphenyl picryl hydrazyl (DPPH) scavenging, reducing power assay, and lipid peroxidation methods.  相似文献

A simple and efficient protocol is developed for the synthesis of 5-substituted 1H-tetrazole derivatives from various nitriles and sodium azide (NaN3) via [3+2] cycloaddition reaction using B(C6F5)3 as a catalyst. The present synthetic method displayed significant advantages such as low catalyst loading, mild reaction conditions, low toxicity, easy work-up, high yields, and compatibility with other functional groups.  相似文献

Efficient, mild, and quantitative procedures for the synthesis of functionalized benzo[c]chromeno[2,3-a]phenazine derivatives by one-pot, four-component condensation of 2-hydroxynaphthalene-1,4-dione, 1,2-phenylenediamines, aromatic aldehydes, and cyclic 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds have been developed using catalytic amounts of H2SO4 and phosphotungstic acid in EtOH/H2O (1:1) under reflux and also with [NMP]H2PO4, which acts as catalyst and medium at 80 °C. The reaction avoids tedious workup procedure due to the direct precipitation of products from the reaction medium. The present finding provides promising synthetic strategies for the synthesis of libraries with functional group diversity.  相似文献

Superparamagnetic nanoparticles of modified thioglycolic acid (γ‐Fe2O3@SiO2‐SCH2CO2H) represent a new, efficient and green catalyst for the one‐pot synthesis of novel spiro[benzo[a ]benzo[6,7]chromeno[2,3‐c ]phenazine] derivatives via domino Knoevenagel–Michael–cyclization reaction of 2‐hydroxynaphthalene‐1,4‐dione, benzene‐1,2‐diamines, ninhydrin and isatin. This novel magnetic organocatalyst was easily isolated from the reaction mixture by magnetic decantation using an external magnet and reused at least six times without significant loss in its activity. The catalyst was fully characterized using various techniques. This procedure was also applied successfully for the synthesis of benzo[a ]benzo[6,7]chromeno[2,3‐c ]phenazines.  相似文献

A new, convenient, and high yielding procedure for the synthesis of triazolo[1,2-a]indazole-triones by the condensation reaction between dimedone, aryl aldehydes, and ueazoles in the presence of a catalytic amount of sulfonated polyethylene glycol (PEG-SO3H) as a highly stable and reusable eco-friendly degradable polymeric catalyst is described under solvent-free conditions. Simple and efficient Ga(OTf)3-catalyzed [4+3] cycloaddition of 1,3-diarylpropynones and o-phenylenediamines is developed for the preparation of 2,4-disubstituted-3H-benzo[b][1,4]diazepines. An facile and efficient protocol for the synthesis of 13-aryl-indeno[1,2-b]naphtha[1,2-e]pyran- 12(13H)- ones has been developed that proceeds via the one-pot three-component sequential reaction of an aromatic aldehyde with β-naphthol and 2H-indene-1,3-dione under solvent-free conditions in the presence of a poly(4-vinylpyridinium)hydrogen sulfate (P(4-VPH)HSO4) catalyst. The catalyst can be reused several times, making this procedure facile, practical, and sustainable. The simple experimental procedure, solvent-free reaction conditions, use of an inexpensive catalyst, short react time, and excellent yields are some of the major advantages of this methodology.  相似文献

The seven-coordinate rhenium(III) complex cation [ReIII(dhp)(PPh3)2]+ was isolated as the iodide salt from the reaction of cis-[RevO2I(PPh3)2] with 2,6-bis(2-hydroxyphenyliminomethyl)pyridine (H2dhp) in ethanol. In the complex fac-[Re(CO)3(H2dhp)Br], prepared from [Re(CO)5Br] and H2dhp in toluene, the H2dhp ligand acts as a neutral bidentate N,N-donor chelate. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared and 1H NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

以[Bmim]Cl/FeCl3(三氯化铁/氯化丁基甲基咪唑)离子液体作为反应介质和催化剂, 考察了离子液体的酸度、反应温度及反应时间对α-生育酚与β-D-五乙酰吡喃型葡萄糖糖基化反应的影响. 结果表明, 离子液体的催化活性与其酸强度密切相关, 离子液体的酸性越强, 其对此糖基化反应催化活性越高. 在FeCl3与[Bmim]Cl物质的量比为2的[Bmim]Cl/FeCl3离子液中, α-生育酚与β-D-五乙酰吡喃型葡萄糖在45 ℃下反应3 h, 可以得到较高的转化率, α-生育酚的转化率最高可达70.2%. 同有机溶剂作为反应介质相比, 反应条件温和, 反应时间短, 室温离子液体具有更好的催化活性, 所得产物与离子液体不溶, 便于分离, 催化体系可循环使用, 且对环境友好.  相似文献

An efficient one-pot, convenient catalysis for the synthesis of 5-substituted-1H-tetrazoles is reported. The [3+2] cycloaddition involves various nitriles, sodium azide in refluxing DMF and AgNO3 as catalyst to give corresponding 5-substituted-1H-tetrazoles in good to excellent yields. It is expected that the reaction proceeds via in situ formation of a silver azide species, which participates in coordination of nitrile moiety followed by cycloaddition of azide ion to give tetrazole.  相似文献

Facile, efficient, four-component domino reaction of dialkylphthalates, hydrazine hydrate, indole-3-carboxaldehydes, and malononitrile/ethyl cyanoacetate leads to the formation of 1-(1H-indol-2-yl)-1H-pyrazolo [1,2-b] phthalazine-5,10-diones in the presence of InCl3 as catalyst in refluxing ethanol for 1 h in good yields. This four-component domino reaction transformation presumably proceeds via sequential addition, dehydration, condensation, and cyclization steps.  相似文献

Fe(HSO4)3 has been used as an efficient and recyclable catalyst for the one-pot synthesis of 14-aryl- or alkyl-14Hdibenzo[aj]xanthene derivatives by the reaction of 2-naphtol and aldehydes. An efficient synthesis of 2,4-disubstituted 1H-imidazolines from aziridines and nitriles in the presence of BF3-Et2O or triethyloxonium tetrafluoroborate has been described. The reaction proceeds via a [3+2]-cycloaddition reaction. Most of the nitriles successfully underwent cycloaddition reactions with aziridines even at room temperature in a very short time.  相似文献

2-Substituted benzimidazolyl heterocycles and styrylbenzimidazoles have been synthesized by the reaction of substituted o-phenylenediamine with different heterocyclic carboxylic acids and cinnamic acid respectively in the presence of POCl3 as a solvent and catalyst. The proposed reaction has advantageous features of good yields, short reaction times, and operational simplicity. In addition, the scope and limitations were explored, and a plausible reaction mechanism was proposed. The synthesized molecules were characterized by infrared, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectral data. Further, single crystals of 2-(1H-indol-2-yl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole have been developed and structural parameters were collected from x-ray diffraction data.  相似文献
