A series of novel N‐aryl‐2‐substituted tetrahydrobenzimidazoles has been synthesized via direct N‐arylation of 2‐substituted tetrahydrobenzimidazoles, which was accomplished by a medium aryl electrophile, 4‐methylsulfonylfluorobenze, in the presence of 37% KF/Al2O3 and 18‐crown‐6 in fair yields under mild reaction conditions. Meanwhile, the hydrogenation of 2‐phenylbenzimidazole was studied. 相似文献

N‐tert‐Butyldecahydro‐3‐isoquinoline carboxamide (1) is a key structural fragment present in a variety of medicinally important HIV protease inhibitors. Derivatives of this carboxamide were prepared by alkylation with either 2‐iodoethanol, allyl bromide, or bromoacetaldehyde dimethylacetal. Electrophilic trisubstituted ethylene monomers, ring‐substituted 2‐cyano‐N,N‐dimethyl‐3‐phenyl‐2‐propenamides, RC6H4CH?C(CN)CON(CH3)2 (where R is 4‐(CH3)2N, 4‐CH3CO2, 4‐CH3CONH, 2‐CN, 3‐CN, 4‐CN, 4‐(C2H5)2N) were synthesized by potassium hydroxide catalyzed Knoevenagel condensation of ring‐substituted benzaldehydes and N,N‐dimethyl cyanoacetamide, and characterized by CHN elemental analysis, IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR. Novel copolymers of the ethylenes and styrene were prepared at equimolar monomer feed composition by solution copolymerization in the presence of a radical initiator, ABCN at 70°C. The composition of the copolymers was calculated from nitrogen analysis, and the structures were analyzed by IR, 1H and 13C NMR, GPC, DSC, and TGA. High Tg of the copolymers in comparison with that of polystyrene indicates a substantial decrease in chain mobility of the copolymer due to the high dipolar character of the trisubstituted ethylene monomer unit. The gravimetric analysis indicated that the copolymers decompose in the 300–450°C range. 相似文献

Sulfonato‐Cu(salen) complex immobilized onto a Merrifield's resin was found to be an efficient catalyst for the N‐arylation of heterocycles with electron‐withdrawing hloro‐ and fluoroarenes. The reactions were carried out in the presence of an inexpensive mild base, K2CO3, and N‐arylated compounds were obtained in good to excellent yields. The catalyst was recovered by simple filtration and reused for three cycles with almost consistent activity. 相似文献

An improved and efficient synthesis of N‐desmethylcitalopram (2) and N,N‐didesmethylcitalopram (3) is presented. The method involved N‐demethylation of citalopram (1) using 1‐chloroethyl chloroformate to give 2 in 87% yield. Synthesis of 3 was accomplished by alkylation of 8 with 1‐(3‐bromopropyl)‐2,2,5,5‐tetramethyl‐1‐aza‐2,5‐disilacyclopentane (9). 相似文献

N‐Nonaflyl‐benzotriazole 1a reacts with enamines 2 in tetrahydrofurane (THF) at room temperature to afford o‐nonafluorobutansulfonamido‐phenylazo‐enamines 3 in 74–81% yield. Compound 1a reacts with 1‐diethylaminobutadien 2f twice, affording pyridazine derivative 3f in 20% yield. Ringopening of N‐cyano‐benzotriazole 1b with pyrrolidinocyclohexene 2a affords, under cleavage of pyrrolidine 1,2,3,4‐tetrahydro‐dibenzo[4,5:e]imidazo[1,2‐b][1,2,4]triazine 4 in 43% yield. 相似文献

N‐Arylaminomethyl‐3H‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole‐2‐thiones 2a,b were prepared from the corresponding N‐arylglycinoylhydrazides. A number of their thioglycoside derivatives 4–7a–c and S‐functionalized analogs 8–11a,b were synthesized by the reaction with different acetobromosugars and acyclic hydroxyalkylating agents. The antiviral activity of a number of the synthesized compounds against herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV‐1) and hepatitis A virus (HAV) was evaluated. Anilines are potentially high-value arylating agents, but are limited by the low reactivity of the strong C−N bond. We show that the reactive intermediate benzyne can be used to both activate anilines, and set-up an aryl transfer reaction in a single step. The reaction does not require any transition metal catalysts or stoichiometric organometallics, and establishes a metal-free route to valuable biaryl products by functionalizing the aniline C−N bond. 相似文献

Three new α‐phenylcinnamic acid derivatives [4‐methoxy‐α‐phenylcinnamic acid, α‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐cinnamic acid, and 4,4′‐bismethoxy‐α‐phenylcinnamic acid] were synthesized, characterized, and selectively used for protecting the exocyclic amino function of purine nucleosides (2′‐deoxyadenosine and 2′‐deoxyguanosine) via active ester generation. The acids were first activated using p‐nitrophenol, and these activated esters were used subsequently for the selective protection of amino groups. The N‐protected derivatives of 2′‐deoxyguanosine and 2′‐deoxyadenosine have been found to be sufficiently stable toward acids, thus minimizing depurination under oligodeoxyribonucleotide synthesis protocol. The ease of syntheses of N‐protected purine nucleosides, their stability under an acidic environment, and mild deprotection conditions are the key advantages of the new protecting groups. 相似文献

Abstract Glucosyl‐1,5‐benzodiazepin‐2,4‐diones were synthesized in order to study the influence of the glucidic moiety on the amphiphilic behaviour. The glucosyl groups include 6‐deoxy‐D‐glucopyranos‐6‐yl and 6‐deoxy‐3‐O‐R‐D‐glucopyranos‐6‐yl (R = n ? C n H 2n+1; n = 1, 8, 10 and 12). Variation in the length of the hydrocarbon chain allowed comparison of such amphiphilic data as water solubility (Sw) and surface tension (γ) values. At 25°C, the glucopyranosyl benzodiazepines with R = H and CH3 show a higher water solubility than the starting 1,5‐benzodiazepin‐2,4‐diones. Some other glucidic benzodiazepine derivatives with an appropriate alkyl chain at C‐3 carbon of the D‐glucopyranose present a variable hydrosolubility and surface tension γ values close to 43 to 46 mN · m?1 at the corresponding saturation. Moreover, according to preliminary tests, these compounds seem to show a better affinity for the blood brain barrier. 相似文献

2‐Phenyl‐1,1,3‐tricyano‐3‐bromopropene 1 reacts with the aromatic amines 2a–f and 6a–c to afford the N‐substituted pyrroles 4a–d, the pyrrolo[1,2‐a]quinazoline derivatives 5a, b, and the diaza‐as‐indacene derivatives 7a–c and 8a–c, presumably via elimination of hydrogen bromide followed by cyclization of the formed acyclic intermediates.
