Reaction of 2-benzoyl-6-hydroxy-3-methyl-5-(2′-substituted-2′,3′-dihydro-1,5-benzothiazein-4′-yl) benzofurans (4a-f) with a mixture of acetic anhydride and pyridine afforded 6-acetoxy-2-benzoyl-3-methyl-5-(3′-acetyl-2′-substitutedstyryl-2′,3′-dihydrobenzothiazole-2′-yl) benzofurans (5a-f) as sole products in good yields. A reaction mechanism for the ring contraction is proposed. All the compounds (5a-f) were screened for their antifeedant activity by the “Non-Choice test method” using 6 h prestarved fourth instar larvae of Spodoptera litura F. Compounds 5a, 5c and 5d exhibited highest antifeedant activity.  相似文献

Abstract

This article describes a fast, efficient, economical, and environmentally friendly method for the preparation of a series of ferrocenyl‐substituted 1,5‐diketone compounds via Michael addition of ferrocenyl‐substituted chalcones with deoxybenzoin or dibenzyl ketone under solvent‐free conditions, and affords the corresponding Michael adducts with excellent yields of 77–93%.  相似文献

Organic ammonium tribromide (OATB), N-methylpyrrolidine-2-one hydrotribromide (MPHT) was found to be an efficient catalyst for the regioselective ring opening of epoxides with various nucleophiles under solvent free conditions. This procedure occurs under neutral and mild reaction conditions with out adding any additive and afforded high yields of products.

The melting temperature, melting enthalpy, and specific heat capacities (C p) of 5′-deoxy-5′-iodo-2′,3′-O-isopropylidene-5-fluorouridine (DIOIPF) were measured using DSC-60 Differential Scanning Calorimetry. The melting temperature and melting enthalpy were obtained to be 453.80 K and 33.22 J g?1, respectively. The relationship between the specific heat capacity and temperature was obtained to be C p/J g?1 K?1 = 2.0261 – 0.0096T + 2 × 10?5 T 2 at the temperature range from 320.15 to 430.15 K. The thermal decomposition process was studied by the TG–DTA analyzer. The results showed that the thermal decomposition temperature of DIOIPF was above 487.84 K, and the decomposition process can be divided into three stages: the first stage is the decomposition of impurities, the mass loss in the second stage may be the sublimation of iodine and thermal decomposition process of the side-group C4H2O2N2F, and the third stage may be the thermal decomposition process of both the groups –CH3 and –CH2OCH2–. The obtained thermodynamic basic data are helpful for exploiting new synthetic method, engineering design, and commercial process of DIOIPF.  相似文献

A novel type of 4-methoxyphenyl 4′-n-alkoxy-2′,3′,5′,6′-tetrafluorobiphenyl-1-carboxylates have been synthesized. Textural observations by polarizing microscopy and DSC measurements of the phase transitions show that all of these compounds are thermotropic liquid crystals with only a nematic mesophase. The relationship between the properties and chemical structures of these compounds is discussed.  相似文献

A series of novel purine-modified 2′,3′-dideoxy-2′,3′-difluro-D-arabinonucleosides, including fluorinated analogs of fludarabine and nelarabine, have been prepared via anion glycosylation reactions of salts of 2-fluoropurine derivatives with the glycosyl bromide. A short and efficient synthetic route to the carbohydrate precursor 5-O-benzoyl-2,3-difluoro-α-d-arabinofuranosyl bromide was developed in five steps from d-xylose. Improved synthesis of methyl 5-O-benzoyl-2,3-difluoro-α-d-arabinofuranoside based upon the study of diethylaminosulfur trifluoride (DAST)-reactions with 5-O-protected methyl D-xylosides was explored using mild reaction conditions on the key step. New peculiarities for selective fluorinations of 5-O-benzoylated α- and β-D-pentofuranosides with DAST leading to the formation of mono and difluoro-furanoside derivatives are reported.  相似文献

Fourteen azalactones have been synthesized in excellent yields under solvent-free conditions by heating an aldehyde, hippuric acid, and acetic anhydride in the presence of molecular iodine as a catalyst in a microwave oven. N,N′‐Disubstituted ureas were efficiently synthesized by reactions of urea with a variety of amines in water under microwave irradiation using CeCl3 · 7H2O‐KI as catalyst. The crystal structure of the title compound(C24H24N2O5, Mr = 420.45) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.991(1), b = 11.166(1), c = 11.169(1) , α = 91.413(2), β = 105.887(2), γ = 90.992(2)°, V = 1077.8(2) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.296 g/cm3, F(000) = 444, μ(MoKα) = 0.091 mm-1, the final R = 0.0466 and wR = 0.1507 for 4185 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). The single-crystal X-ray diffraction data indicated intermolecular C(17)–H(17)O(4), C(5)–H(5)… O(4) hydrogen bonds and C–H…π interaction in the structure.  相似文献

Abstract

It has been recently demonstrated in our laboratory CD that ribonucleoside cyclic 3′,5′-phosphorothioates react with epoxides to give as a major product corresponding cyclic 5′,3′-phosphates, We now report the results OF our ste-reochemical studies OF this reaction. WE have Found that the diastereomerically pure (Sp) 3′.5′-CUFLPS when treated with styrene [10O]-oxide in ethanol gives the same isotopomer OF 2′,3′-[10O]cUMP as that obtained From the reaction of endo-2′.3′-cUMPS with styrene [10O]-oxide. This result strongly supports our previous assumption that reaction of 3′,5′-cNMPS with epoxides proceeds via 3′-oxathiaphosphorylated intermediate (L) which is Formed with inversion and decomposes to 2′,3′-cNMP with retention of configuration at phosphorus atom.  相似文献

Summary 2-O-Ethyluracil and 2-O-ethylthymine were silylated with 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexamethyldisilazane and condensed in the presence ofTMS triflate with 2,3-dideoxy-3-fluoro-D-erythro-pentofuranoside, 3-azido-2,3-dideoxy-D-erythro-pentofuranoside, and 2,3-dideoxy-3-phthalimido--D-erythro-pentofuranose derivatives to give the corresponding 2-O-ethyl nucleosides. Deprotection with saturated methanolic ammonia afforded the 2,3-dideoxy-3-fluoro-2-O-ethyluridines, whereas 3-azido-2,3-dideoxy-3-O-ethyluridine was obtained by deprotection with tetrabutylammonium fluoride in tetrahydrofuran. 3-Amino-2,3-dideoxy-3-O-ethyluridine could be obtained only by treatment of the corresponding 3-azido nucleoside with triphenylphosphine in pyridine. 3-Deoxy-2-O-ethyl-3-fluorothymidine (6b) showed moderate activity against HIV-1.

Zusammenfassung 2-O-Ethyluracil und 2-O-Ethylthymin wurden mit 1,1,1,3,3,3-Hexamethyldisilazan silyliert und in Gegenwart vonTMS-triflat mit 2,3-Dideoxy-3-fluoro-D-erythro-pentofuranosid, 3-Azido-2,3-dideoxy-D-erythro-pentofuranosid und 2,3-Dideoxy-3-phthalimido--D-erythro-pentofuranosederivaten zu den entsprechenden 2-O-Ethyl-Nucleosiden umgesetzt. Entfernung der Schutzgruppe mit gesättigter methanolischer Ammoniaklösung lieferte 2,3-Dideoxy-3-fluor-2-O-ethyluridin; 3-Azido-2,3-dideoxy-3-O-ethyl-uridin wurde durch Entschützung mit Tetrabutylammoniumfluorid in Tetrahydrofuran erhalten. 3-Amino-2,3-dideoxy-3-O-ethyl-uridin konnte nur durch Behandeln des entsprechenden 3-Azido-Nucleosids mit Triphenylphosphin in Pyridin hergestellt werden. 3-Deoxy-2-O-ethyl-3-fluor-thymidin (6b) zeigt geringe Aktivität gegenüber HIV-1.
