A series of β-amino alcohols derived from (1R, 2S)-2-amino-1,2-diphenylethanol and substituted salicylaldehydes as novel chiral tridentate ligands has been applied to an asymmetric Reformatsky reaction of aldehydes with ethyl iodoacetate in the presence of ZnMe2. This novel catalytic system produced the desired β-hydroxyl esters with moderate to good enantioselectivities (up to 81% ee) and yields for many aldehydes, including aromatic, heteroaromatic, conjugated, and aliphatic aldehydes.  相似文献

Nano-TiO2 is an effective heterogeneous catalyst for the ring opening of epoxides with aromatic amines to afford β-amino alcohols in good to excellent yields at room temperature under solvent-free conditions. It was found that the catalyst is recyclable, and the activity of the catalyst was not weakened markedly even after several reaction cycles. In addition, the catalytic activity of TiO2 strongly depends on particle size or surface area.  相似文献

Direct condensation of carboxylic acids and alcohols with electronic, steric, and functional group variations was carried out using the environmentally benign, moisture-stable, inexpensive, and recoverable iron(III) acetylacetonate [Fe(acac)3] as catalyst (5 mol%). This iron salt efficiently catalyzed the esterification of several primary and secondary alcohols in refluxing xylene, without the need for a dehydration reagent. The chemoselectivity of the proposed protocol was demonstrated by the selective esterification of primary alcohol functionality in racemic 1-phenylethane-1,2-diol with benzoic acid. The esterification was also applicable to unmasked α -hydroxyacid, guasiaromatic, heterocyclic, and N-protected amino acids.

The addition of amines to α,β-unsaturated N-acylbenzotriazoles could be catalyzed by samarium triiodide (SmI3) at ambient temperature. α,β-Unsaturated aliphatic N-acylbenzotriazoles afforded bis-addition products (β-amino amides), whereas N-cinnamoylbenzotriazoles gave acylated products (cinnamoylamides) exclusively.  相似文献

Aliphatic and aromatic amines undergo smooth nucleophilic addition to α,β-unsaturated compounds in the presence of a catalytic amount of silica-supported aluminum chloride at 60 °C and under solvent-free conditions to produce the corresponding β-amino compounds in excellent yields. This method is simple and convenient and works efficiently under mild conditions. This catalyst can used again without losing its activity three times.  相似文献

A new reducing system comprising Pd(OAc)2 and NaBH4 in methanol to generate palladium nanoparticles has been efficiently utilized to reduce a variety of unsaturated carbonyl compounds. These were reduced to their corresponding saturated alcohols and fully saturated compounds in selected cases. This protocol presents alternative and mild reaction conditions for reduction.  相似文献

P2O5/SiO2 (30% w/w) was applied as an efficient, heterogeneous, and reusable catalyst for the synthesis of β-enaminones. The reactions were rapidly completed at 80 °C under solvent-free conditions and products were obtained in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

A simple, facile, and high yielding stereoselective approach for the integration of α-methylene-pyrazole-carboxylates at the β-lactam nucleus is described. These monocyclic β-lactams have been synthesized by treatment of 2-phenoxy/benzylthio/phenylthio ethanoic acids or acetoxyacetyl chloride/phthalimidoacetyl chloride 5a–e with novel α-methylene-pyrazole-carboxylate imines 4a–c using Et3N and POCl3 in refluxing toluene. All of the newly synthesized α-methylene-pyrazole carboxylate imines 4a–c and their β-lactam derivatives 6a–h have been fully characterized by spectroscopic techniques such as FTIR, NMR (1H, 13C, and 13C DEPT-135), 2D-NMR (COSY and HSQC), and elemental analyses (CHN). The cycloaddition reaction was found to be highly stereoselective leading to the exclusive formation of trans-β-lactams 6a–h and trans configuration was assigned with respect to coupling constant values of C3-H and C4-H. The novel β-lactams 6a–h bearing α-methylene-pyrazole-carboxylate ring system will serve as useful synthons for highly functionalized acids, acetohydrazides/pyrazolones, alcohols, pyrazole carboxamides, peptides, and promising biologically active agents.  相似文献

Selective and efficient α-bromination of β-ketoesters and cyclic and acyclic ketones is achieved by reaction with N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) catalyzed by silica-supported sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3 · SiO2) under mild reaction conditions and with short reaction times. With 100% selectivity with all substrates, after 45 min at room temperature (20 ± 2 °C), conversions for ethylacetoacetate were 67% and for acetophenone, cyclohexanone, and cycloheptanone were 58, 50, and 55%, respectively. Acetyl acetone recorded 65% conversion with 100% selectivity. Although cyclopentanone and toluene had only 20% conversion, both reactions showed 100% selectivity toward α-bromination. The catalysts exhibit activity and reusability.  相似文献

In the presence of 1,8-diazabicycolo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) and concentrated H2SO4, 2-naphthol reacted smoothly with α,β-unsaturated trifluoromethyl ketones in CH2Cl2 at room temperature, affording the 3-trifluoromethyl-substituted benzo[f]chromene derivatives in good to excellent yields in a one-pot reaction.

Exposure of ethynyl carbinols to oxone/(CF3CO)2O in the presence of a catalytic amount of iodobenzene afforded α,α′-dihydroxy ketones in good yield, which are common structural motifs in natural products and biologically active compounds. Palladium-catalyzed hydrostannylation of alkynyl esters in benzene at room temperature gives stereoselectively (E)-α-stannyl-α,β-unsaturated esters 1 in good yields. (E)-α-Stannyl-α,β-unsaturated esters 1 are difunctional group reagents that undergo Stille coupling reactions with alkenyl halides 2 in the presence of Pd(PPh3)4 and CuI co-catalyst to afford stereoselectively (1Z,3E)-2-ethoxycarbonyl-substituted 1,3-dienes 3 in good yields.  相似文献

A novel K2S2O8-mediated oxy-1,1-dihalogenation of alkynes with NaX in the presence of water has been developed, affording α,α-dihaloacetophenones in moderate to good yields. The advantages of this reaction are mild reaction conditions, operational simplicity, and use of pure water as reaction medium. An efficient and short route was established for the synthesis of anti-bovine viral diarrhea virus agents, namely 4-methyl-γ-carboline (SK4M) 1, 3-methyl-γ-carboline (SK3M) 2, 5-methyl-γ-carboline (SK5M) 3, and a new γ-carboline derivative 4, using thermal electrocyclization reaction as a key step. The evaluation of cytotoxicity of compound 4 against human cervical cancer cell line HeLa and leukemic cell line HL-60 furnished CC50 value of 19.5 and 18.8 µM respectively.  相似文献

(Carboethoxymethylene)triphenylphosphorane 1 can undergo the tandem reaction of iodination–oxidation–Wittig reaction with alcohol in the presence of N-iodosuccinimide (NIS) and manganese dioxide. A recyclable siloxy-L-serine organocatalyst has been developed to catalyze the asymmetric direct three-component Mannich reactions in ionic liquid hmim[PF6], furnishing the β-amino carbonyl scaffold in high enantio- and diastereoselectivities. The direct Mannich reaction between a selection of aromatic aldehydes and ketones resulted in good yields and high enantioselectivities.
