Organic ammonium tribromide (OATB), N-methylpyrrolidine-2-one hydrotribromide (MPHT) was found to be an efficient catalyst for the regioselective ring opening of epoxides with various nucleophiles under solvent free conditions. This procedure occurs under neutral and mild reaction conditions with out adding any additive and afforded high yields of products.

Abstract This paper reports on the synthesis of a new chromogenic reagent, 2‐carboxyl‐1‐naphthalthiorhodanine (CNTR). A high sensitive, selective, and rapid method for the determination of gold based on the rapid reaction of gold with CNTR and the solid phase extraction of the colored chelate with a reversed phase polymer‐based C18 cartridge was developed. In the presence of 0.05–0.5 mol L?1 of phosphoric acid solution and emulsifier‐OP medium, CNTR reacts with gold to form a red chelate of a molar ratio 1∶3 (gold to CNTR). This chelate was enriched by the solid phase extraction with a polymer‐based C18 cartridge and the retained chelate was eluted from the cartridge with dimethyl formamide (DMF). The enrichment factor of 100 was achieved. In the DMF medium, the molar absorptivity of the chelate is 1.35×105 L · mol?1 · cm?1 at 540 nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.01~2 µg mL?1 in the measured solution. The relative standard deviation for 11 replicates sample of 0.5 µg L?1 level is 2.05%. The detection limit, based on three times the standard deviation is 0.02 µg L?1 in the original sample. This method was applied to the determination of gold in water and ore with good results. 相似文献

We have investigated the mixing behavoir of a pH‐mediated ternary surfactant mixture at constant ratio of dodecyldimethylamine oxide (DDAO) and Triton X‐100 (9:1). From the equilibrium surface tension measurements at different pHs, the critical micelle concentration (cmc) data were obtained as functions of the pH. Values of the cmc and composition of the micelles were predicted using the regular solution approximation. To some extent, the experimental cmc values agree with the predicted cmc. The average degree of ionization of dodecyldimethylamine oxide in the mixed surfactant systems was estimated using potentiometric titrations. The surface electric potential of the micelles (Ψo) was determined using two methods, one by hydrogen ion titration and the other by the dissociation constants of an acid‐base indicator. In a high degree of ionization of DDAO in the micelles phase (am), Ψo estimated from acid‐base indicator is much higher than that from hydrogen ion titration. In the protonated dodecyldimethylamine oxide/TX‐100 binary surfactant system, Ψo estimated from hydrogen ion titration was as high as 89 mV. The micellar aggregation numbers evaluated by the steady‐state fluorescence probe method increase with pH except at pH=5.03. At pH=5.03, the maximum micelle aggregation number was observed. 相似文献

Multiple emulsions of the W1/O/W2 type are promising tools for encapsulating bioactive ingredients in the inner aqueous droplets. It is necessary, however, to control the factors influencing their encapsulation efficiency. One important factor is the particle size because it determines the surface area available for mass transport. Because of the coexistence of water and oil droplets in multiple emulsions, there are numerous factors that have an impact on particle size, for example, oil phase composition, interfacial properties, and viscosity of the phases. Hydrogen peroxide was found to activate iodine in the addition reaction with triple bonds. A facile and technologically straightforward procedure was developed for the synthesis of E‐diiodoalkenes based on the reaction of alkynes with an I2–H2O2 system in THF. Selective iodination of terminal and internal alkynes containing electron‐donating and electron‐withdrawing substituents afforded 16 E‐diiodoalkenes in yields up to 89%. 相似文献

At a weight ratio of n‐C5H11OH/H2O=50/50, when the total content of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was less than 6.0%, the ternary mixture of SDS/n‐C5H11OH/H2O coexisted in two immiscible microemulsions. The distribution and transfer of gatifloxacin (GTFX) between the two phases were studied using UV‐Vis and electrochemistry AC impedance spectra. The results show that GTFX transferred from the upper phase (W/O) to the lower phase (O/W or bicontinuous microemulsion), but a small amount of SDS transferred from the lower phase to the upper phase correspondingly with the increase of the total SDS content at a total GTFX concentration of 1.0×10?5 mol/L. The addition of GTFX did not change the structures of the two different phases fundamentally, but resulted in the transfer and redistribution of GTFX and SDS, so the electric properties of the system were changed correspondingly. 相似文献

Microemulsion of Tween‐80/n‐butylalcohol/H2O system was prepared, and the microemulsion region as well as the influence of temperature and concentration of NaCl on the region were determined with ternary diagrams. The O/W, W/O, and B.C. regions were divided by the conductance method. The particle diameters of microemulsions with different NaCl concentrations or microemulsion‐enveloping all‐trans retinoic acid (ATRA) were measured with dynamic light scattering in O/W region. The release rate of ATRA was studied with dialysis a bag‐ultraviolet spectrophotometers and the anticancer activity of ATRA in microemulsion was investigated with cancer cells H446. Results showed that O/W microemulsion forms when water content is over 64% in the mixture. The influences of temperature and salinity on microemulsion region were very slight, and even the particle diameter decreased very little with increasing salt and ATRA concentrations. The microemulsion‐enveloping ATRA possessed eminent sustaining release efficiencys and the efficiency was further confirmed with the growth inhibitory effect test on human cancer cells H446. 相似文献

The interfacial and thermodynamic properties of water‐in‐oil microemulsion systems consisting of water, isopropyl myristate, n‐alkanol, and surfactant have been investigated using the method of dilution. The surfactants used were hexadecyl trimethylammonium bromide and sodium dodecylsulfate, and the cosurfactants were n‐alkanols with varying chain length from (C5–C9). The distribution of cosurfactant (n‐alkanol) between the interface of water and oil regions at the threshold level of stability as well as the energetics of the transfer of the cosurfactant from the oil to the interfacial region have been examined as a function of varying cosurfactant chain length (C4–C9) and temperature. The structural parameters (including dimension, population density and effective water pool radius) of the dispersed water droplets in the oil phase have also been evaluated and correlated with alkanol chain length. 相似文献

. The dynamics of water molecules and complex ions was investigated by NMR in the range 170-440 K. The existence of a phase transition of order–disorder type in compounds I and II was established. The electrochemical oxidation of L-cysteine in an SDS/BA/H2O microemulsion system was studied with the methods of ultramicroelectrode cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance. The catalytic efficiency of the microemulsion on the electrochemical oxidation increases with the increase of BA or SDS content, but decreases with the increase of the water content because of the effects of BA, SDS and water on the solubilization of Lcysteine in the microemulsion. Furthermore, the catalytic efficiency of the bicontinuous structure is greater than that of an O/W microemulsion system. The results derived from both the rate constant k^0 and Gibbs free energy △G^≠ accord with those from the catalytic efficiency. 相似文献

This paper describes a general method for the synthesis of homoallylic alcohols and amines by nucleophilic addition reaction of allyltributylstannane to carbonyl compounds and aldimines where iodine acts as a catalyst in H2O/acetic acid (1:1) medium. Only 10 mol% of I2 is required for various organic transformations. By using this process, various homoallylic alcohols and amines are produced in good to excellent yields. 相似文献
