A straightforward and highly efficient series of new substituted 3-aryl-1,8-naphthyridine derivatives 3a–e, 4a–e, and 6a–e were synthesized. Condensation dissimilar quantities of 2-chloro-3-aryl-1,8-naphthyridine 1a–e with benzene-1,4-diamine 2 and sodium ethoxide refluxing in ethanol solvent yielded the compounds 3a–e and 4a–e. The 2-(4-((3-aryl-1,8-naphthyridin-2-yl)amino)phenyl)isoindoline-1,3-diones 6a–e were obtained by treatment of compounds 3a–e with phthalic anhydride 5 in refluxing N,N-dimethylformamide is described. All synthesized compounds evaluated for their antimicrobial activity. The structures of the compounds have been proven on the established of spectral (IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR) data and elemental analyses. The reaction will be characterized by good efficacy, easy workup, simple purification of the products, and availability of catalyst.  相似文献

A novel series of bis (phenylimino dihydro thiazolyl-2H-chromene) derivatives have been synthesized through an efficient one-pot multicomponent approach involving different substituted of 3-(2-bromoacetyl)-2H-chromen-2-ones, phenyl isothiocyanates and para-phenylenediamine in presence of dimethylformamide solvent. The target compounds were obtained in a shorter reaction time through simple reaction work up with good yields. All the synthesized products were characterized by their spectral and analytical data like IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, Roesy, and mass spectral data.  相似文献

Magnesium porphyrazinate substituted with eight 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl groups on the peripheral positions has been synthesized by the cyclotetramerization of 3,4-[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]pyrroline-2,5-diimine in the presence of magnesium butanolate. Acid-mediated demetallation of the magnesium porphyrazine resulted in peripheral oxidation of one pyrrole ring to reveal the seco-porphyrazine, octakis[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-2-seco-porphyrazine-2,3-dione. Further reaction of this product with copper (II) acetate, zinc (II) acetate and cobalt (II) acetate has led to the metallo-derivatives, {octakis[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-2-seco-2,3-dioxoporphyrazinato} M(II) [M = Cu(II), Zn(II), Co(II)]. These new soluble complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, together with FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 19F NMR, UV-Vis and mass spectral data.  相似文献

将邻羟苯基引入1,2,3-三唑结构中, 设计合成了10个1-(4-取代苯基)-4-苯基-5-取代-1,2,3-三唑类衍生物. 首先, 以对位取代的芳胺为原料, 经重氮化、叠氮化、闭环和缩合反应制得1-(4-取代苯基)-4-苯基-5-水杨醛亚胺-1,2,3-三唑类衍生物(3a~3e), 再用硼氢化钠还原制得1-(4-取代苯基)-4-苯基-5-(2-羟基苄基)氨基-1,2,3-三唑类衍生物(4a~4e). 目标化合物的结构经核磁、IR及元素分析确认. 抑菌活性测试表明, 当质量浓度为0.1 mg/L时, 除化合物3e和4e外, 所有化合物对白色念球菌的抑菌率均达95%以上, 对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达85%以上, 具有强抑菌活性, 表明该类化合物在抗菌药物开发方面有重要应用价值.  相似文献

A new kind of soluble structure‐ordered ladder‐like polysilsesquioxane with reactive side‐chain 2‐(4‐chloromethyl phenyl) ethyl groups ( L ) was first synthesized by stepwise coupling polymerization. The monomer, 2‐(4‐chloromethyl phenyl) ethyltrichlorosilane ( M ), was synthesized successfully by hydrosilylation reaction with dicyclopentadienylplatinum(II) chloride (Cp2PtCl2) ­catalyst. Monomer and polymer structures were characterized by FT‐IR, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, 29Si‐NMR, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), vapor pressure osmometry (VPO) and X‐ray diffraction (XRD). This novel reactive ladder‐like polymer has promise potential applications as initiator for atom transfer radical polymerization, and as precursor for a variety of advanced functional polymers. 含有1,3,4-噁二唑结构单元的PPV齐聚物是一类具有良好电子传输功能的发光材料。通过Wittig—Homer反应合成了2,5-二{4-[2-(取代苯基)乙烯基]苯基}-1,3,4-噁二唑(1)。1的化学结构经元素分析和光谱分析确认,其分析数据表明1分子结构中的C=C双键均为反式结构。苯环上的取代基对1的UV—Vis吸收光谱和PL荧光光谱有显著影响。  相似文献

A series of novel piperidine ring–modified alcohol and methyl ether analogs of (±)-threo-methyl phenyl(piperidin-2-yl)acetate was synthesized. This series of methyl phenyl(piperidin-2-yl)acetate analogs was developed by piperidine ring alkylation and/or acylation followed by lithium aluminum hydride reduction to give alcohol derivatives. Methylation of the alcohol analogs by extension of standard literature procedures gave the corresponding methyl ether derivatives. The chemical structure of these compounds was established based on mass and 1H NMR spectral data and CHN elemental analysis data. Several significant modifications to the literature methodologies made the reaction more efficient, and good yields were generally obtained.  相似文献

A series of novel piperidine ring modified analogs of (±)-threo-methyl phenyl(piperidin-2-yl)acetate was synthesized by direct alkylation and reductive amination procedure, using sodium borohydride over molecular sieves. The chemical structures of these compounds were established based on mass spectra, 1H NMR spectra, and CHN elemental analysis data. Several significant modifications in the literature methodologies were made to make the reaction more efficient, and good yields were generally obtained.  相似文献

An alternate approach to 2-(substituted phenyl)-3,3a-dihydro-8H-pyrazolo[5,l-a] isoindol-8-ones via chalcone-based N-formyl-pyrazolines is described. N-Formyl-pyrazolines were prepared in excellent yield (81–96%) by the reaction of chalcones with hydrazine hydrate in the presence of formic acid, which undergoes intramolecular Friedel–Crafts acylation in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) as a catalyst to afford functionalized 2-(substituted phenyl)-3,3a-dihydro-8H-pyrazolo[5,1-a]isoindol-8-ones in good to excellent yield (74–94%) at reflux in acetonitrile. Our synthetic route avoids expensive reagents and significantly improves yields.  相似文献

We used extended Hückel calculations, variable-temperature, homonuclear long-range shift-correlated 2-D 1H NMR and dynamic NOE measurements to investigate rotational phenomena of substituent phenyl rings on (η5-cyclopentadienyl)(η4tetraphenylcyclobutadiene)cobalt (1). Two closely related compounds, (η5-cyclopentadienyl)(η4-1,3-diphenylcyclobutadiene)cobalt (A) and (η5-cyclopentadienyl)(η4-1,2-diphenylcyclobutadiene)cobalt (A′), were prepared. Energy minima appeared at conformations of which the dihedral angles between phenyl and cyclobutadiene rings are about 30° for I and 0° for A according to extended Hückel calculations. In 1, ortho protons of phenyl rings belong to one set of multiplet in 1H NMR; meta and para protons belong to the other. It was supported by a long-range coupling 2-D 1H NMR and NOE experiments. A sharp line due to phenyl rings was observed in the low-temperature 1H NMR spectrum of A, which indicates that the five protons are magnetically equivalent at that temperature.  相似文献

2-[3-(Trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-4,5-dihydrofuro[3,2-c]pyridin-4-one (I) was prepared by a three-step synthesis. Its reaction with phosphorus sulfide rendered thione II which was methylated to 2-[3-(Trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-4-methylsulfanylfuro[3,2-c]pyridine (III). 5-Methyl-2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-4,5-dihydrofuro[3,2-c]pyridin-4-one (IV) was obtained by the reaction of I with methyl iodide in PTC conditions. The chlorine atom in derivate V was replaced with heterocyclic secondary amines via nucleophilic substitution and 4-substituted furopyridines VIa and VIb were thus prepared. 2-[3-(Trifluoromethyl)phenyl]furo[3,2-c]pyridine-4-carboxylic acid (VII) was obtained by hydrolysis of the corresponding carbonitrile Va.  相似文献

为了寻找高效低毒的原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂(protox)类除草剂, 设计并合成了一系列1-[5-(1,3-二氧-4,5,6,7-四氢-1H-异吲哚-2-基)苯基]-3-取代脲类衍生物4a4d5a5g. 化合物4a4d经异氰酸酯法合成, 收率、纯度高; 化合物5a5g利用固体光气一锅法合成, 反应时间短.所得化合物结构经1H NMR, IR, 质谱和元素分析表征. 初步生物活性测试表明: 化合物4c, 5a, 5b, 5c在有效成分75 g/hm2 剂量下对苘麻、马刺苋、凹头苋等双子叶杂草表现出90%以上的防效.  相似文献

Ten methyl 2‐methoxyimino‐2‐{2‐[(substituted benzylidene)aminooxymethyl]phenyl}acetate and 2‐methoxy‐ imino‐2‐{2‐[(substituted benzylidene)aminooxymethyl]phenyl}‐N‐methylacetamide derivatives were synthesized. Structures of the new compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR and GC‐MS data. These compounds at 10 µg/mL were tested in vitro against five pathogenic fungi, namely, Sclerotonia, Botrytis cinerea Pers, Gibberella zeae, Rhizoctorua solani and Pyricularia oryzae. Compounds G5 , G6 , G7 and G8 showed potent antifungal activities against Botrytis cinerea Pers, G7 against Gibberella zeae and G7 , G8 against Rhizoctorua solani, respectively.  相似文献

Atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of MMA was conducted using 2‐(4‐chloromethyl‐phenyl)‐benzoxazole as initiator, CuCl as catalyst, and PMDETA as ligand. The results show that the polymerization is a first order reaction with respect to monomer concentration. The polymerization displayed living character as evidenced by a liner increase of monomer weight with conversation and a relatively narrow distribution (Mn/Mw range from 1.30 to 1.45). The structure of PMMA was analyzed by 1H‐NMR and proved the polymerization could be controlled to some degree. The optical property of the initiator was well preserved in the resulting PMMA, and the end‐functionalized PMMA exhibited fluorescent emission at 360 nm whether in DMF solution or in film state.  相似文献

考虑取代基的位置和电子效应对反应体系的影响, 本文系统地研究了16e化合物Cp*Ir(S2C2B10H10) (1)与邻、间位取代苯基叠氮的反应。研究结果表明:与邻、间位取代苯基叠氮反应均生成苯环邻位碳发生C-H 活化形成C-S 键的金属配合物。这些配合物通过核磁(1H、11B、13C)、红外、质谱、元素分析和单晶结构解析进行了全面地表征。在光照反应结果的基础上, 提出了形成这类产物的自由基机理。  相似文献

New hexa‐coordinated binuclear Ru(III) Schiff base complexes of the type {[(B)2X2Ru]2L} (where B = PPh3 or AsPh3; X = Cl or Br; L = binucleating N2O2 Schiff bases) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility measurement, FT‐IR, UV–vis, 13C{1H}‐NMR, ESR at 300 and 77 K, cyclic voltammetric technique, powder X‐ray diffraction pattern and SEM. The new complexes were used as catalysts in phenyl–phenyl coupling reaction and the oxidation of alcohols to their corresponding carbonyl compounds using molecular oxygen atmosphere at room temperature. Further, the new Schiff base ligands and their Ru(III) complexes were also screened for their antibacterial activity against K. pneumoniae, Shigella sp., M. luteus, E. coli and S. typhi. From this study, it was found that the activity of the ruthenium(III) Schiff base complexes almost reaches the effectiveness of the conventional bacteriocide standards. 2,4,6-Trichloro 1,3,5-triazine was selectively reacted with new nucleophilic reagents such as 4-methoxy-2-aminobenzothiazole, 2-chloro-4-trifluoromethyl-aniline, and phenylsubstituted thiourea in alkaline medium to give 2-(4-methoxybenzothiazol-2′-ylamino)-4-(phenylthioureido)-6-(substitutedthioureido)-1,3,5-triazines. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 19F NMR, mass spectral data, and elemental analysis. The compounds show fungicidal activity against Alternaria alternata, Aspergillus niger, and Macrofomina.
